1Great progress in developing 500 MHz single cell superconducting cavity in China显示文摘Superconducting cavities have been adopted in many kinds of accelerator facilities such as synchrotron radiation light source, hard X-ray free electron laser linac, colliders and energy recovery linacs (ERL). The 500 MHz superconducting cavities will be a candidate to be installed in the high current accelerators and high current ERLs for their large beam aperture, low higher order modes impedance and high current threshold value. This paper presents great progress in the whole sequence of developing 500 MHz superconducting cavity in China. It describes the first in-house successful development of 500 MHz single cell superconducting cavity including the deep-drawing of niobium half cells, electron beam wielding of cavity, surface preparations and vertical testing. 2Preparation of aluminum borate whisker reinforced aluminum phosphate wave-transparent materials显示文摘Aluminum borate whisker/aluminum phosphates composites were prepared with normal pressure sintering. It was found that the aluminum borate whisker was effective to suppress the crystallization of aluminum phosphates in the aluminum borate whisker/aluminum phosphates composites and contributed to the improvement of the mechanical properties. After sintered at 1050℃ for 1 h, the flexural strength of the composites with 30 vol% aluminum borate whisker addition reached 215.3 MPa. 3SINS/GNSS integrated navigation system based on maximum versoria filter显示文摘In the missile-borne Strapdown Inertial Navigation System/Global Navigation Satellite System(SINS/GNSS)integrated navigation system,due to the factors such as the high dynamics,the signal blocking by obstacles,the signal intefereces,etc.,there always exist pulse interferences or measurement information interruptions in the satellite receiver,which make nonstationary measurement process.The traditional Kalman Filter(KF)can tackle the state estimation problem under Gaussian white noise,but its performance will be significantly reduced under nonGaussian noises.In order to deal with the non-Gaussian conditions in the actual missile-borne SINS/GNSS integrated navigation systems,a Maximum Versoria Criterion Extended Kalman Filter(MVC-EKF)algorithm is proposed based on the MVC and the idea of M-estimation,which assigns a smaller weight to the anomalous measurements so as to suppress the influence of anomalous measurements on the state estimation while maintaining a relatively low calculation cost.Finally,the integrated navigation simulation experiments prove the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm.Chunhui ZHAO Zhenyu YANG Xiaoran CHENG Jinwen HU Xiaolei Hou 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8:3
4Evaluation of external quality factor of the superconducting cavity using extrapolation method显示文摘The estimation of the external quality factor is important for designing coupling devices for the cavities.A new representation of the external quality factor calculations for single-cell cavity coupled to a coaxial transmission line is derived based on analytic analysis and numeric analysis with the help of 3D electromagnetic code,and verified with experimental measurements at room temperature.In logarithmic scale the results for the external quality factor were quasi-linear over the limited range,and the simulated and measured data could be used and extrapolated to the superconducting case.For the unpolished 1.5 GHz 3rd harmonic superconducting cavity,the discrepancy between the evaluation value and measurement result is less than 25% within an acceptable deviation.MA Zhenyu MA Guangming HOU Hongtao YU Haibo ZHANG Rui LIU Jianfei 2009Nuclear Science and Techniques2009,20,2:2

11A Perspective on Rhythmic Gymnastics Performance Analysis Powered by Intelligent Fabric显示文摘Performance analysis is an important tool for gymnasts and coaches to assess the techniques,strengths,and weaknesses of rhythmic gymnasts during training.To have an accurate insight about the motion and postures can help the optimization of their performance and offer personalized suggestions.However,there are three primary limitations of traditional perfor-mance analysis systems applied in rhythmic gymnastics:(1)Inability to quantify anthropometric data in an imperceptible way,(2)labor-intensive nature of data labeling and analysis,and(3)lack of monitoring of all-round and multi-dimensional perspectives of the target.Thus,an advanced performance analysis system for rhythmic gymnastics is proposed in this paper,powered by intelligent fabric.The system uses intelligent fabric to detect the physiological and anthropometric data of the gymnasts.After a variety of data are collected,the analysis component is implemented by artificial intelligence techniques resulting in behavior recognition,decision-making,and other functions assisting performance improvement.A feasible solution to implementing the analysis component is the use of the hyperdimensional computing technique.In addition,four typical applications are presented to improve training performance.Powered by intelligent fabric,the proposed advanced performance analysis system exhibits the potential to promote innovative technologies for improving training and competi-tive performance,prolonging athletic careers,as well as reducing sports injuries.Dan Zhu Zhenyu Zhang Min Chen Pan Li Yuanzhuo Xiang Jingyu Ouyang Zhiheng Huang Xiaojuan Liu Fuhong Wang Maiping Yang Hongtao Zeng Ping Hong Lei Wei Chong Hou Guangming Tao 2023Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,1:1
12Emergent superconducting fluctuations in compressed kagome superconductor CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘The recent discovery of superconductivity(SC)and charge density wave(CDW)in kagome metals AV3Sb5(A=K,Rb,Cs)provides an ideal playground for the study of emergent electronic orders.Application of moderate pressure leads to a two-dome-shaped SC phase regime in CsV_(3)Sb_(5) accompanied by the destabilizing of CDW phase.Nonetheless,the nature of this pressure-tuned SC state and its interplay with the CDW are yet to be explored.Here,we perform soft point-contact spectroscopy(SPCS)measurements in CsV_(3)Sb_(5) to investigate the evolution of superconducting order parameter with pressure.Surprisingly,we find that the superconducting gap is significantly enhanced between the two SC domes,at which the zero-resistance temperature is suppressed and the transition is remarkably broadened.Moreover,the temperature-dependence of the SC gap in this pressure range severely deviates from the conventional Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer(BCS)behavior,evidencing for strong Cooper pair phase fluctuations.These findings reveal the complex intertwining of the CDW with SC in the compressed CsV_(3)Sb_(5),suggesting striking parallel to the cuprate superconductor La2xBaxCuO4.Our results point to the essential role of charge degree of freedom in the development of intertwining electronic orders,and thus provide new constraints for theories.Xikai Wen Fanghang Yu Zhigang Gui Yuqing Zhang Xingyuan Hou Lei Shan Tao Wu Ziji Xiang Zhenyu Wang Jianjun Ying Xianhui Chen 2023Science Bulletin2023,,3:1

18Venturi tube application in high power test of the SRF module显示文摘In the superconducting RF module, the dissipation power of the niobium cavity is an important parameter. In the Superconducting radio frequency (SRF) module's acceptance test at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), the Venturi tube is used to measure the quality factor of SRF cavity at 4.2 K. During the test, the venturi tube is be calibrated by increasing heat load with internal heater. In this paper, the horizontal test principle and venturi effect are briefly introduced. The authors find out a correct way to calibrate the venturi tubes, the calibration results are presented here.
