| 3 | Numerical study on the evolution of the shock-accelerated SF_6 interface:Influence of the interface shape显示文摘The early phases of the shock interaction process on two-dimensional interfaces with different shapes are numerically investigated in this study,which are closely related to the shock refraction and reflection,vorticity production and transport.The numerical method employs an adaptive unstructured quadrilateral mesh,which can capture the wave pattern and interface evolution very well.Simulations are carried out under the conditions of an incident shock Mach number of 1.2 and the light/heavy (air/SF 6) interface.Five different shapes are considered in the simulations:rectangle,ellipse,diamond and two kinds of triangle.The results show that the interfacial shapes can influence the wave patterns particularly on the shape and evolution of refracted shock waves.The generation and the distribution of vorticity on the interfaces with five different shapes also have dissimilarities.The circulation deposition on five interfaces is quantitatively investigated and compared with theoretical model.A good agreement is found between the numerical results and the predictions by the theoretical model.Some characteristic scales of the interface are tracked.Under the influence of nonlinear-acoustic effect and vorticity effect,the interfaces present different evolution modes. | FAN MeiRu ZHAI ZhiGang SI Ting LUO XiSheng ZOU LiYong TAN DuoWang | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,2: | 4 |
| 4 | Peniazaphilones A—I,Produced by Co-culturing of Mangrove Endophytic Fungi,Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 and Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18显示文摘Co-culturing the mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 with Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18 in PDB medium resulted in the production of nine new azaphilones derivatives,peniazaphilones A—I(1-9),and six known azaphilones derivatives(10-15).Their structures were elucidated by analysis of detailed spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,ECD spectra,^(13)C NMR calculation and DP4+analysis.It is noteworthy that compound 1 with an isoquinoline quinone moiety,was isolated from natural source for the first time.Besides,compound 2 is the third reported phenylhydrazone derivative from fungi.In the bioactivity assays,compounds 1,12,14 and 15(IC_(50)=4.71-17.64μmol/L)exhibited potent inhibition of LPS-induced NO release from RAW264.7 without obvious cytotoxicity within 50μmol/L compared to the positive control indomethacin(IC_(50)=35.27μmol/L).Moreover,compounds 1 and 13 displayed moderate to strong cytotoxicity to A549 and MDA-MB-435,with IC_(50) values in the range of 6.84-14.63μmol/L.Together compound 1 showed moderate broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. | Wencong Yang Jie Yuan Qi Tan Yan Chen Yujia Zhu Hongming Jiang Ge Zou Zhenming Zang Bo Wang Zhigang She | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,12: | 3 |

| 11 | Influence of ground effect on flow field structure and aerodynamic noise of high-speed trains显示文摘The simulation of the ground effect has always been a technical difficulty in wind tunnel tests of high-speed trains.In this paper,large eddy simulation and the curl acoustic integral equation were used to simulate the flow-acoustic field results of high-speed trains under four ground simulation systems(GSSs):“moving ground+rotating wheel”,“stationary ground+rotating wheel”,“moving ground+stationary wheel”,and“stationary ground+stationary wheel”.By comparing the fluid-acoustic field results of the four GSSs,the influence laws of different GSSs on the flow field structure,aero-acoustic source,and far-field radiation noise characteristics were investigated,providing guidance for the acoustic wind tunnel testing of high-speed trains.The calculation results of the aerodynamic noise of a 350 km/h high-speed train show that the moving ground and rotating wheel affect mainly the aero-acoustic performance under the train bottom.The influence of the rotating wheel on the equivalent sound source power of the whole vehicle was not more than 5%,but that of the moving ground slip was more than 15%.The average influence of the rotating wheel on the sound pressure level radiated by the whole vehicle was 0.3 dBA,while that of the moving ground was 1.8 dBA. | Xiaoming TAN Linli GONG Xiaohong ZHANG Zhigang YANG | 2024 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2024,25,2: | 0 |

| 13 | A large-sized basal ankylopollexian from East Asia, shedding light on early biogeographic history of Iguanodontia显示文摘A presumably mostly quadrupedal ankylopollexian iguanodontian, Bayannurosaurus perfectus gen. et sp.nov., is reported here, and is represented by an excellently well-preserved skeleton from the Lower Cretaceous Bayingebi Formation of Inner Mongolia, China. The diagnosis of the taxon includes several autapomorphies, notably a dorsally directed, strap-like posterodorsal process of the jugal and a horizontally oriented preacetabular process of the ilium. The nearly complete caudal series retains eight posterior-most caudals with procoelous, trapezoidal centra in dorsal view, and the last three caudals are fully fused. The discovery of B. perfectus opens a critical new window on the early evolution and intercontinental dispersal of Iguanodontia. The skeleton displays a transitional morphology between nonhadrosauriform ankylopollexians and Hadrosauriformes. A phylogenetic analysis indicates that Bayannurosaurus is positioned higher on the tree than Hypselospinus, but below Ouranosaurus just outside of Hadrosauriformes. | 15 | A 640×640 ISFET array for detecting cell metabolism显示文摘Ion sensitive field effect transistor(ISFET)devices are highly accurate,convenient,fast and low-cost in the detection of ions and biological macromolecules,such as DNA molecules,antibodies,enzymatic substrates and cellular metabolites.For high-throughput cell metabolism detection,we successfully designed a very large-scale biomedical sensing application specific integrated circuit(ASIC)with a 640×640 ISFET array.The circuit design is highly integrated by compressing the size of a pixel to 7.4×7.4μm^(2)and arranging the layout of even and odd columns in an interdigital pattern to maximize the utilization of space.The chip can operate at a speed of 2.083M pixels/s and the dynamic process of the fluid flow on the surface of the array was monitored through ion imaging.The pH sensitivity is 33±4 mV/pH and the drift rate is 0.06 mV/min after 5 h,indicating the stability and robustness of the chip.Moreover,the chip was applied to monitor pH changes in CaSki cells metabolism,with pH shifting from 8.04 to 7.40 on average.This platform has the potential for continuous and parallel monitoring of cell metabolism in single-cell culture arrays. | Ling Yang Yizheng Huang Zhigang Song Manqing Tan Yude Yu Zhao Li | 2023 | Journal of Semiconductors2023,44,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Multi-scale attention encoder for street-to-aerial image geo-localization显示文摘The goal of street-to-aerial cross-view image geo-localization is to determine the location of the query street-view image by retrieving the aerial-view image from the same place.The drastic viewpoint and appearance gap between the aerial-view and the street-view images brings a huge challenge against this task.In this paper,we propose a novel multiscale attention encoder to capture the multiscale contextual information of the aerial/street-view images.To bridge the domain gap between these two view images,we first use an inverse polar transform to make the street-view images approximately aligned with the aerial-view images.Then,the explored multiscale attention encoder is applied to convert the image into feature representation with the guidance of the learnt multiscale information.Finally,we propose a novel global mining strategy to enable the network to pay more attention to hard negative exemplars.Experiments on standard benchmark datasets show that our approach obtains 81.39%top-1 recall rate on the CVUSA dataset and 71.52%on the CVACT dataset,achieving the state-of-the-art performance and outperforming most of the existing methods significantly. | Songlian Li Zhigang Tu Yujin Chen Tan Yu | 2023 | CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,1: | 0 |
