| 4 | Enhancement of Ti-Cr-V BCC alloys on the dehydrogenation kinetics of Li-Mg-N-H hydrogen storage materials显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties of a Li-Mg-N-H material doped by a 4 mol.% Ti3Cr3V4 body centre cubic(BCC) alloy hydride and prepared with a ball-milling method were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Sievert's technology test.The results show that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride/Li-Mg-N-H composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties.The dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system can be greatly improved by doping the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride.The composite desorbed 4.1 wt.% hydrogen in the first 60 min at 473 K under 0.1 MPa pressure,but when without the BCC alloy addition,only 3.0 wt.% hydrogen was desorbed under the same dehydrogenation condition.It can be deduced that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy uniformly distributed in the Li-Mg-N-H substrate could decrease the activating energy of hydrogen molecules to H atoms and increase H diffusion paths in the composite,enhancing the dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system. | WANG Jingchuan,LI Zhinian,LI Hualing,MI Jing,Lü Fang,WANG Shumao,LIU Xiaopeng,and JIANG Lijun General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China | 2010 | Rare Metals2010,29,6: | 3 |

| 8 | Preparation and hydrogen sorption properties of Mg-Cu-Y-H systems显示文摘Mg-xwt.%CuY (x=15, 20, 25) composites were successfully prepared by reactive mechanical alloying (RMA). X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement shows that main phases of the as milled composites are MgH2 and Mg2Cu, and they converted into Mg and MgCu2 after dehydrogenation, respectively. Pressure-Composition-Isotherm (PCI) test shows that the composites exhibit double pressure plateau at each isothermal desorption process. The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the composites become worse with increasing x content, indicating that Mg-Cu phase has a negative effect on the hydrogen sorption properties of the composites. First of all, effects of Si on the microstructure and hydrogen storage properties of Ti26.5Cr20(V45Fe8.5)1?xSixCe0.5 (x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 at%) alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and P-C isotherm measurements. As the Si addition increases, the hydrogen absorption capacities of alloys decrease but the equilibrium pressure increases, due to the formation of Laves phase. Secondly, the effect of Ce on Ti26.5Cr20 (V45Fe8.5)0.98Si2 alloy was studied. | 14 | Hydrogen sorption properties of Mg-20wt.%Fe_(23)Y_8 composite prepared by reactive mechanical alloying显示文摘Mg-20wt.%Fe23Y8 composite was successfully prepared by reactive mechanical alloying (RMA). X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement shows that the main phases of composite are MgH2 and Mg2FeH6. The composite exhibits excellent hydrogen abs/desorption properties and can absorb 4.36wt.% and 5.72wt.% hydrogen at 473 and 573 K in 10 min under 3.0 MPa hydrogen pressure, respectively. The composite can desorb 5.27wt.% hydrogen at 573 K in 30 min under 0.02 MPa hydrogen pressure. Compared with the pure MgH2, the hydrogen desorption temperature of Mg-20wt.% Fe23Y8 composite is decreased about 40 ℃. | 15 | Effects of Soil Types and Moisture Contents on Emergence Rate of Contarinia morulae Jiang显示文摘In order to explore the relationship between soil moisture content and the severity of occurrence of Contarinia morulae Jiang,the effects of different soil types and moisture contents on the emergence rate of C. morulae were investigated. The results showed that soil moisture contents had a significant effect on the emergence rate of C. morulae. When the soil moisture content was 10%,the emergence rate of C. morulae was the highest in both soil types. When the soil moisture content was too high or too low,the emergence rate of C. morulae was significantly reduced. Within the suitable water content range,the emergence rate of C. morulae in sandy soil was significantly higher than that in sandy loam soil. The trend of emergence of C. morulae in the two soil types was basically the same. | 18 | Effect of carbon coating on electrochemical properties of AB_(3.5)-type La-Y-Ni-based hydrogen storage alloys显示文摘The superlattice La-Y-Ni-based hydrogen storage alloys have high discharge capacity and are easy to prepare.However,there is still a gap in commercial applications because of the severe corrosion of the alloys in electrolyte and poor high-rate dischargeability(HRD).Therefore,(LaSmY)(NiMnAl)_(3.5) alloy was prepared by magnetic levitation induction melting,and then the alloy was coated with different contents(0.1 wt%-1.0 wt%) of nano-carbons by low-temperature sintering with sucrose as the carbon source in this work.The results show that the cyclic stability and HRD of the alloy first increase and then decrease with the increase of carbon contents.The kinetic results show that the electrocatalytic activity and conductivity of the alloy electrodes can be enhanced by carbon coating.The electrochemical properties of the alloy are the best when the carbon coating content is 0.3 wt%.Compared with the uncoated alloy,the maximum discharge capacity(C_(max)) improves from 354.5 to 359.0 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate after 300 cycles(S_(300)) enhances from 73.15% to 80.01%,and the HRD_(1200) of the alloy enhances from 74.39% to 74.39%. | Ran Wu Huiping Yuan Yuru Liu Zhenyu Hou Zhinian Li Shumao Wang Lijun Jiang Lei Hao | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,8: | 0 |
