1Strain and kinematic vorticity analysis of the Louzidian low-angle ductile shear detachment zone in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘The Louzidian low-angle ductile shear detachment zone at the south of Chifeng is a SE-dipping, low-angle normal fault system. It is composed mainly of ductile shear zone, ductile-brittle shear zone and brittle fault zone. The ductile shear zone consists of, from bottom to top, mylonitic rocks, protomylonites and mylonites. Finite strain measurement of feldspar strain markers from those rocks using the Rf /φ method shows that strain intensities (Es) of the mylonite at core of the ductile shear zone (Es=0.65-0.96) are higher than those of the mylonitic rocks close to the granite intrusions (Es=0.59-0.62) and of the protomylonites at top of the ductile shear zone (Es= 0.47-0.70), and the strain types of the protomylonites and mylonties are elongate strain and plane-flattening strain, respectively. The kinematic vorticity values (Wk) estimated by the Polar Mohr diagram and the Rigid Grain Net range from 0.81 to 0.90 with an average of 0.85 for the protomylonites, and from 0.53 to 0.80 with 0.66 on average for the mylonites; Wk values of the extensional crenulation cleavage, i.e., C′, estimated by C′ method range from 0.63 to 0.37 with an average of 0.50. The angles between the maximum principal stress and shearing direction determined using the Maximum effective moment criterion evolved from 61° to 69° and to 75°, and finally normal to shearing direction. The results of strain and kinematic vorticity measurements suggest that high strain corresponds to low kinematic vorticity. Kinematic vorticity measurements show that the Louzidian low-angle ductile shear detachment zone is a result of a combination of simple-dominated general shearing at the early stage and pure-dominated general shearing at the late stage. All these, together with isotope geochronology and regional tectonic background, suggest that the Louzidian ductile shear detachment zone resulted from a combination of crust extension and magma intrusion. 2Emodin alleviates cardiac fibrosis by suppressing activation of cardiac fibroblasts via upregulating metastasis associated protein 3显示文摘Excess activation of cardiac fibroblasts inevitably induces cardiac fibrosis. Emodin has been used as a natural medicine against several chronic diseases. The objective of this study is to determine the effects of emodin on cardiac fibrosis and the underlying molecular mechanisms. Intragastric administration of emodin markedly decreased left ventricular wall thickness in a mouse model of pathological cardiac hypertrophy with excess fibrosis induced by transaortic constriction(TAC) and suppressed activation of cardiac fibroblasts induced by angiotensin II(AngII). Emodin upregulated expression of metastasis associated protein 3(MTA3) and restored the MTA3 expression in the setting of cardiac fibrosis. Moreover, overexpression of MTA3 promoted cardiac fibrosis;in contrast, silence of MTA3 abrogated the inhibitory effect of emodin on fibroblast activation. 3Effects of Forest Type and Urbanization on Carbon Storage of Urban Forests in Changchun, Northeast China显示文摘Rapid urbanization has led to dramatic changes in urban forest structures and functions, and consequently affects carbon(C) storage in cities. In this study, field surveys were combined with high resolution images to investigate the variability of C storage of urban forests in Changchun, Northeast China. The main objectives of this study were to quantify the C storage of urban forests in Changchun City, Northeast China and understand the effects of forest type and urbanization on C storage of urban forests. The results showed that the mean C density and the total C storage of urban forests in Changchun were 4.41 kg/m2 and 4.74 × 108 kg, respectively. There were significant differences in C density among urban forest types. Landscape and relaxation forest(LF) had the highest C density with 5.41 kg/m2, while production and management forest(PF) had the lowest C density with 1.46 kg/m2. These differences demonstrate that urban forest type is an important factor needed to be considered when the C storage is accurately estimated. Further findings revealed significant differences in different gradients of urbanization, and the mean C density decreased from the first ring(6.99 kg/m2) to the fourth ring(2.87 kg/m2). The total C storage increased from the first ring to the third ring. These results indicate that C storage by urban forests will be significantly changed during the process of urbanization. 4Molecular Cytogenetic Characterization and Stem Rust Resistance of Five Wheat-Thinopyrum ponticum Partial Amphiploids显示文摘Partial amphiploids created by crossing common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) and Thinopyrum ponticum(Podp.) Barkworth & D.R.Dewey are important intermediates in wheat breeding because of their resistance to major wheat diseases.In this study,we examined the chromosome compositions of five Xiaoyan-series wheat-Th.ponticum partial amphiploids(Xiaoyan 68.Xiaoyan 693,Xiaoyan 784,Xiaoyan 7430,and Xiaoyan 7631) using GISH,multicolor-GISH.and multicolor-FISH.We found several chromosome changes in these lines.For example,wheat chromosomes 1B and 2B were added in Xiaoyan 68 and Xiaoyan 7430,respectively,while wheat chromosome6 B was eliminated from Xiaoyan 693 and Xiaoyan 7631.Chromosome rearrangements were also detected in these amphiploids.including an interspecific translocation involving chromosome 4D and some inlergenomic translocations,such as A-B and A-D translocations,among wheat genomes.Analysis of the Th.ponticum chromosomes in the amphiploids showed that some lines shared the same alien chromosomes.We also evaluated these partial amphiploids for resistance to nine races of stem rust,including TTKSK(commonly known as Ug99).Three lines,Xiaoyan 68,Xiaoyan 784,and Xiaoyan 7430,exhibited excellent resistance to ail nine races,and could therefore be valuable sources of stem rust resistance in wheat breeding.Qi Zheng Zhenling Lv Zhixia Niu Bin Li Hongwei Li Steven S.Xu Fangpu Han Zhensheng Li 2014Journal of Genetics and Genomics2014,41,11:9
5Sensitivity analysis of project level MOVES running emission rates for light and heavy duty vehicles显示文摘In order to understand how the uncertainties in the output can be apportioned to different sources of uncertainties in its inputs,it is critical to investigate the sensitivity of MOVES model.The MOVES model sensitivity for regional level has been well studied.However,the uncertainty analysis for project level running emissions has not been well understood.In this research,the MOVES model project level sensitivity tests on running emissions were conducted thru the analysis of vehicle specific power(VSP),scaled tractive power(STP),and MOVES emission rates versus speed curves.This study tested the speed,acceleration,and grade-three most critical variables for vehicle specific power for light duty vehicles and scaled tractive power for heavy duty vehicles.For the testing of STP,four regulatory classes of heavy duty vehicles including light heavy duty(LHD),medium heavy duty(MHD),heavy heavy duty(HHD)and bus were selected.MOVES project running emission rates were also tested for CO,PM2.5,NOx,and VOC versus the operating speeds.A Latin Hypercube(LH)sampling based on method for estimation of the'Sobal'sensitivity indices shows that the speed is the most critical variable among the three inputs for both VSP and STP.Acceleration and grades show lower response to the main effects and sensitivity indices.MOVES emission rates versus speeds curves for light duty vehicles show that highest emission occurs at lower speed range.No significant differences on emission rates among the regulatory classes of heavy duty vehicles are identified.Zhuo Yao Heng Wei Harikishan Peragu Hao Liu Zhixia Li 2014Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,2:8
6Simultaneous Determination of Plant Growth Regulators in Fruits Using a Modified Qu ECh ERS Procedure and UPLC–MS/MS显示文摘Six plant growth regulators frequently used in fruit were detected using UPLC–MS/MS including chlormequat chloride, GA3, forchlorfenuron,paclobutrazol, thidiazuron and 2,4-D. A modified Qu ECh ERS method was used in pretreatment: each compound was extracted with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid and cleaned with a mixture of ostade-cylsilane(ODS) and Mg SO_4. The detection was performed using electrospray ionization(ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM) and quantified using the external standard method. Results indicated that the calibration curves of six plant growth regulators were linear within the range of 1–100 μg·kg^(-1) with correlation coefficients over 0.999. The recovery at four spiked concentrations, 1, 20, 50, and 100 μg·kg^(-1), ranged from 60.77% to 119.43% and relative standard deviation(RSD) were between 0.18% and 32.94%. 7Effects of Urbanization,Soil Property and Vegetation Configuration on Soil Infiltration of Urban Forest in Changchun,Northeast China显示文摘Urban forest soil infiltration, affected by various factors, is closely related with surface runoff. This paper studied the effect of urban forest types, vegetation configuration and soil properties on soil infiltration. In our study, 191 typical plots were sampled in Changchun City, China to investigate the soil infiltration characteristics of urban forest and its influencing factors. Our results showed that the steady infiltration rates of urban forest soil were highly variable. High variations in the final infiltration rates were observed for different vegetation patterns and compaction degrees. Trees with shrubs and grasses had the highest infiltration rate and trees with bare land had the lowest infiltration rate. In addition, our results showed that the soil infiltration rate decreased with an increase in the bulk density and with a reduction in the soil organic matter content and non-capillary porosity. The soil infiltration rate also had significantly positive relationships with the total porosity and saturated soil water content. Urban soil compaction contributed to low soil infiltration rates. To increase the infiltration rate and water storage volume of urban forest soil, proper techniques to minimize and mitigate soil compaction should be used. 9Effect of titanium and rare earth microalloying on microsegregation,eutectic carbides of M2 high speed steel during ESR process显示文摘The effects of RE and Ti microalloying during electroslag remelting(ESR)process on the microsegregation and morphology of eutectic M2C carbides in M2 high speed steel were investigated.The results show that the addition of 0.2 wt%RE can alleviate the segregation of C,W,Mo,V and Cr,while the morphology of eutectic M2C carbides hardly changes.The microalloying with the addition of 0.5 wt%Ti has the lowest degree of microsegregation due to the improvement of primary dendrites by the effective heterogeneous nucleating agent of(Ti,V)(C,N)particles.The addition of Ti makes the mo rphology of M2C carbides change from rod-like or maze-like shape into a coarse feathery shape,exhibiting anisotropic facet growth characteristics.For the microalloying of 0.2 wt%RE and 0.5 wt%Ti,the segregation of the main metal alloying elements is slightly more severe than that of the addition of only RE or Ti.Under the combined action of RE and Ti,the feathery eutectic M2C becomes thinner and shorter and tends to be isolated or distributed in a discontinuous network.Fuxing Yin Lu Wang Zhixia Xiao Jianhang Feng Lin Zhao 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,9:5

13Electromechanical dynamics analysis and simulation on rollforming equipment with both sides variable cross-section显示文摘Electromechanical dynamics analysis and simulation on a rollforming equipment with both sides variable cross-section are discussed in this study.The system includes mechanical parts and electromagnetism parts,and it is a strongly coupled electromechanical system.Based on a virtual work principle and given power,generalized forces of this system are obtained.By using Lagrange-Maxwell equations,a model of electromechanical dynamics is established.Differential equations of two-phase winding on d-q axis are obtained by Park transformation,which comes from three-phase winding equations on the A-B-C axis.This system is solved with the 4th order Runge-Kutta's method,and discrete solutions of all variables are obtained.Finally,by using Matlab language,the system is simulated.The results show that the proposed method works very well.闫军 Li Qiang Zhou Zhixia 2016High Technology Letters2016,22,1:4
14Preventative effect of massage on gastric volvulus in infants with gastroesophageal reflux-induced pneumonia显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study the preventative effects of massage on gastric volvulus(GV) in infants with gastroesophageal reflux(GER)-induced pneumonia.METHODS:One-hundred and eighty GV with GER-induced pneumonia inpatients were divided randomly into four groups:basic treatment 1(n =60),basic treatment 2(n = 30),massage treatment1(n = 60) and massage treatment 2(n = 30).Clinical examinations selected between groups 1 and 2were different.Radiography of the upper gastrointestinal tract using iodine-containing contrast was assessed in group 1 before and after treatment,whereas 24-h pH monitoring of the distal esophagus was assessed in group 2 before and after treatment.Symptom scores and chest radiography were assessed in all groups upon hospital admission and after procedures.Clinical effects were estimated after procedures in all groups.The prevalence of severe pneumonia among the four groups was compared.RESULTS:Massage treatment groups showed a significantly higher percentage of cure and total effect(P<0.05,P<0.01) and a lower prevalence of recurrence(but with no statistic difference,P>0.05)than basic treatment groups.Furthermore,massage treatment groups had remarkably lower scores for symptoms and signs(P<0.05,P<0.01),especially for choking on milk,than basic treatment groups.There was significant attenuation of chest inflammation(P<0.05,P<0.01),GV(P<0.05,P<0.01) and GER(P<0.05,P<0.01) in massage treatment groups compared with those in basic treatment groups.Finally,massage treatment groups demonstrated a lower prevalence of severe pneumonia than basic treatment groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Massage treatment can prevent GV with GER-induced pneumonia in infants by timely correction of stomach rotation and subsequent attenuation of GER.Yan Suqi Xiong Xiaoli Wan Qi Liu Fan Tang Jianqiao Jiang Zhixia Zhou Lishan Yuan Kai Xie Dong 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,5:3

18Comprehensive Assessment of Urbanization Coordination:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province, China显示文摘In order to make assessment on urbanization coordination, we developed a comprehensive model by integrating entropy weight method(EWM), coupling degree model(CDM), coupling coordination degree model(CCDM), multi-index grading method(MIGM) and Remote Sensing & Geographic Information System(RS & GIS) technology. Then we applied this integrated model to a case study in Jiangxi Province, China. Our study finds that: 1) EWM, CDM and CCDM can evaluate the temporal dynamic of urbanization. Urbanization process of Jiangxi Province can be divided into three periods, the stable development period(1990–2001), the accelerated development period(2002–2009) and the rapid development period(2010–2015). Coordinated development of urbanization in Jiangxi Province can be divided into two phases, an increasingly coordinated phase(1990–2003) and an increasingly incongruous phase(2003–2015). The state transition was due to low development rate of population urbanization. 2) RS & GIS technology is an effective tool for detecting urban growth. Urban construction land area of Jiangxi Province increased from 615.8 km^2 in 1990 to 2896.8 km^2 in2015, and the per capita urban construction land area(PCUCLA) reached 122.9 m^2, with the maximum value of 343 m^2 in Gongqingcheng City. 3) MIGM and RS & GIS technology can analyze spatial difference of urbanization. There is a significant spatial difference in socioeconomic development at county scale, with the maximum value six times the minimum value for both PCUCLA and per capita GDP in 2015. Population urbanization lag and excessive land use are the main reasons for uncoordinated urbanization. There were 15 counties with a lag in demographic urbanization and 33 counties where PCUCLA exceeded the national standard in 2015, among which 20 exceeded the national standard of PCUCLA by 50%(≥165 m^2). 19Surface segregation of copper in antibacterial ferritic stainless steel显示文摘By using auger electron spectroscopy(AES)and diffusion theory to analyze the surface segregation of copper in antibacterial ferritic stainless steel,establishing a diffusion model,and calculating the activation energy of diffusion of the copper in ferrite,the affect of surface segregation on the antibacterial capabilities were researched.The results show that the concentration of the copper surface at 973 K and 1 073 K could be expressed asln (X_(Cu)~s)/(X_(Cu)~b)=k_0 ((Dt)^(1/2))/d((-ΔH_r^(Cu)+ΔH_r^(iron)+ΔH_s^(Cu))/(3RT)),with the parameters relating to the concentration of the diffusion layer,the coefficient of diffusion,the length of diffusion,the latent heat of evaporation and the latent heat of fusion.The activation energy of diffusion of copper in ferrite is approximately 221.688 kJ/mol.The antibacterial property of the steel is improved as the surface segregation of the copper is increased.At 1073 K for 60 min,the concentration of the surface copper is over three times higher than the basic concentration.The antibacterial property of the stainless steel can reach approximately 99.9%.Zhang Zhixia Lin Gang Jiang Laizhu 2008Baosteel Technical Research2008,2,2:2
20Grain Yield, Quality and 2-Acetyl-1-Pyrroline of Fragrant Rice in Response to Different Planting Seasons in South China显示文摘Climate conditions is an important factor affected the fragrant rice growth and development.In order to study the effects of different planting seasons on fragrant rice performance in South China,present study was conducted with three planting seasons(early season(April to July),middle season(June to September)and late season(August to November))and three fragrant rice cultivars,‘Basmati-385’,‘Meixiangzhan-2’and‘Xiangyaxiangzhan’.The results showed that the highest grain yield and grain 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2-AP,key component of fragrant rice aroma)content were both recorded in late season treatment while the fragrant rice in middle season treatment produced the lowest grain yield,grain filling percentage,1000-grain weight and gain 2-AP content.The highest contents of precursors(proline,pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid and 1-pyrro-line)which related to 2-AP biosynthesis were recorded in late season treatment compared with early season treatment and middle season treatment.The highest activities of enzymes(proline dehydrogenase,pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid synthetase and ornithine transaminase)which involved in 2-AP biosynthesis were also observed in late season treatment.Moreover,the fragrant rice cultivars in late season possessed the lowest chalk rice rate,chalkiness as well as the highest brown rice rate,head rice and protein content.Thus,the optimal season for fragrant rice production in South China is the late season.Leilei Kong Haowen Luo Zhaowen Mo Shenggang Pan Zhixia Liu Qiang Zhang Song Bai Xiangru Tang 2020Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,3:2
