1Trading platform for cooperation and sharing based on blockchain within multi-agent energy internet显示文摘With the release of the electricity sales side,large-scale small-capacity distributed power generation units are connected to the distribution side,forming multi-type market entities such as microgrids,integrated energy systems,and virtual power plants.With the large-scale integration of distributed energy,the energy market under the energy internet is different from a traditional transmission grid.It is currently developing in the direction of diversified entities and commodities,a flat structure,and a flexible and competitive multi-agent market mechanism.In this context,this study analyzes the value of combining blockchain and the electricity market presents the design of a blockchain trading framework for multi-agent cooperation and sharing of the energy internet.The nodes in market transactions are modeled through power system modeling in the physical layer and the transaction consensus strategy in the cyber layer;moreover,the nodes are verified in a modified IEEE 13 testing feeder of a distribution network.A transaction example is demonstrated using the multi-agent cooperation and sharing transaction platform based on the Ethereum private blockchain.Xiaohui Wang Peng Liu Zhixiang Ji 2021Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,4:6
2Flame Retardancy of Epoxy Resin/β-cyclodextrin@Resorcinol Bisdiphenylphosphate Inclusion Composites显示文摘In order to improve the efficiency of β-CD,the inclusion complex of β-CD and resorcinol bisdiphenylphosphate (RDP) (β-CD@RDP) was prepared,which β-CD was as the host component and RDP was as the guest.The structure and thermal stability property of β-CD@RDP was also characterized.EP/β-CD@RDP composites were prepared by adding β-CD@RDP into EP matrix.The results of thermogravimetric test showed that the flame retardant systems could effectively increase the corresponding temperature of EP matrix to reach the maximum thermal decomposition rate,and exhibited good char-forming property.When the amount of β-CD@RDP in EP was 20wt%,the limiting oxygen index (LOI) value of EP was increased to 26.5% from 19.8%,and the vertical burning test (UL-94) reached V-1 level.The cone calorimeter test indicated that 20wt% loading in EP could reduce the peak of heat release rate (PHRR) and the total heat release (THR) of EP by 94.7% and 93.4% respectively,and the peak of smoke production rate (PSPR) and the total smoke production (TSP) was reduced by 16.7% and 22.2%,respectively.Therefore,the addition of β-CD@RDP could reduce the fire risk of EP effectively.SHAN Xueying HAN Ji SONG Yan XING Zhixiang LI Jinchun 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2:4
3Safety and efficacy of obinutuzumab in Chinese patients with B-cell lymphomas: a secondary analysis of the GERSHWIN trial显示文摘Background:Patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas have limited treatment options.GERSHWIN is an open-label,single-arm,phase Ib study of obinutuzumab monotherapy in Chinese patients with histologically docu-mented CD20+relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL),diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),or follicular lymphoma(FL).The primary outcome measure of pharmacokinetics has been previously reported.We now present data on the secondary endpoint measures(e.g.,safety,and efficacy and pharmacodynamics).Methods:Patients received 1000 mg obinutuzumab intravenously on days 1,8,and 15 of cycle 1(CLL patients;first dose split over 2 days),and on day 1 of cycles 2-8.Each cycle lasted for 21 days;the treatment period was 24 weeks.All subjects receiving at least one dose of obinutuzumab were included in the analysis of safety,efficacy,as well as pharmacodynamics.Results:A total of 48 patients(>18 years of age)were enrolled(CLL:12;DLBCL:23;FL:13).The subjects received a median of two lines of anticancer treatment prior to the enrollment.Thirty-five patients(72.9%)had at least one adverse event(AE).The most frequent AE was infusion-related reactions(15 patients;31.3%),followed by pyrexia(11 patients;22.9%).Treatment-related AEs were reported in 28 patients(58.3%),and included one death(interstitial lung disease).End-of-treatment(EoT)response rate was 33.3%.Best overall response rate was 47.9%.Most CLL patients achieved a partial response at EoT(58.3%).CD19+depletion occurred in 75.0%of the patients with CLL,and all patients with FL and DLBCL.Conclusions:The safety and efficacy of obinutuzumab monotherapy in Chinese patients with B-cell lymphomas were similar to that observed in previous studies in non-Chinese patients;no new safety signals were observed.Yan Qin Yuqin Song Zhixiang Shen Xin Du Wei Ji Wanling Hsu Jun Zhu Yuankai Shi 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:2

5Research on task scheduling and concurrent processing technology for energy internet operation platform显示文摘The energy Internet operation platform provides market entities such as energy users,energy enterprises,suppliers,and governments with the ability to interact,transact,and manage various operations.Owing to the large number of platform users,complex businesses,and large amounts of data-mining tasks,it is necessary to solve the problems afflicting platform task scheduling and the provision of simultaneous access to a large number of users.This study examines the two core technologies of platform task scheduling and multiuser concurrent processing,proposing a distributed task-scheduling method and a technical implementation scheme based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and presents a systematic solution in concurrent processing for massive user numbers.Based on the results of this study,the energy internet operation platform can effectively deal with the concurrent access of tens of millions of users and complex task-scheduling problems.Zhixiang Ji Xiaohui Wang Dan Wu 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,6:1

7Annealing treatment of focused gallium ion beam processing of SERS gold substrate显示文摘Raman spectroscopy is a type of inelastic scattering spectroscopy that is widely used in determining and analyzing molecular structure.It also has a number of practical applications in evaluating food safety,medicine,and forensics.The Raman spectral signal is weak,but the development of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technique has overcome this problem and led to further developments in Raman spectroscopy.This paper describes a fundamental study of the use of focused ion beam(FIB)direct writing for preparing gold substrates for SERS.Molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulation methods are used to investigate the damage induced by gallium ion implantation of a gold substrate.Based on characterization by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy,the mechanism by which ion implantation and annealing influence the damage induced by a gallium FIB is analyzed.After annealing at 350 XC,a mixture of metallic gallium,its oxide Ga2O3 conforming to the stoichiometric ratio,and its sub-stable oxide(Ga2Ox)in sub-stoichiometric ratio precipitated on the surface are detected by XPS.Annealing treatment can effectively reduce the effect of gallium ion implantation on a SERS substrate fabricated by FIB direct writing.Zhixiang Tao Wei Zhao Shang Wang Boyu Zhao Rushuai Hua Ji Qin Zongwei Xu 2021Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2021,4,4:1
8A 10kW-scale Distributed Power Plant of Natural Gas-Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell显示文摘A 10 kW-scale natural gas fueled proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) distributed power plant is presented in this paper,which is designed for cogeneration of power and heat. With homemade catalysts for CO removal in a two-stage methanation process and integrated reactor in the fuel processing system,the reformed fuel with CO molar fraction less than 10-5 is obtained for the fuel cell stack. Based on Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow and xPC Target platform,a rapid control prototype(RCP) is developed for real-time condition management,signal tracking and parameter tuning,data storing,and man-machine interaction. In a typical running with 4.3 kW stack power,the hydrogen production efficiency,gross power generation efficiency and heat recovery efficiency approach to 76%,41% and 50%,respectively. The peak stack power reaches 7.3 kW. 9Automated deep learning system for power line inspection image analysis and processing: architecture and design issues显示文摘The continuous growth in the scale of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications in transmission line inspection has resulted in a corresponding increase in the demand for UAV inspection image processing. Owing to its excellent performance in computer vision, deep learning has been applied to UAV inspection image processing tasks such as power line identification and insulator defect detection. Despite their excellent performance, electric power UAV inspection image processing models based on deep learning face several problems such as a small application scope, the need for constant retraining and optimization, and high R&D monetary and time costs due to the black-box and scene data-driven characteristics of deep learning. In this study, an automated deep learning system for electric power UAV inspection image analysis and processing is proposed as a solution to the aforementioned problems. This system design is based on the three critical design principles of generalizability, extensibility, and automation. Pre-trained models, fine-tuning (downstream task adaptation), and automated machine learning, which are closely related to these design principles, are reviewed. In addition, an automated deep learning system architecture for electric power UAV inspection image analysis and processing is presented. A prototype system was constructed and experiments were conducted on the two electric power UAV inspection image analysis and processing tasks of insulator self-detonation and bird nest recognition. The models constructed using the prototype system achieved 91.36% and 86.13% mAP for insulator self-detonation and bird nest recognition, respectively. 10Construction and application of knowledge graph for grid dispatch fault handling based on pre-trained model显示文摘With the construction of new power systems,the power grid has become extremely large,with an increasing proportion of new energy and AC/DC hybrid connections.The dynamic characteristics and fault patterns of the power grid are complex;additionally,power grid control is difficult,operation risks are high,and the task of fault handling is arduous.Traditional power-grid fault handling relies primarily on human experience.The difference in and lack of knowledge reserve of control personnel restrict the accuracy and timeliness of fault handling.Therefore,this mode of operation is no longer suitable for the requirements of new systems.Based on the multi-source heterogeneous data of power grid dispatch,this paper proposes a joint entity–relationship extraction method for power-grid dispatch fault processing based on a pre-trained model,constructs a knowledge graph of power-grid dispatch fault processing and designs,and develops a fault-processing auxiliary decision-making system based on the knowledge graph.It was applied to study a provincial dispatch control center,and it effectively improved the accident processing ability and intelligent level of accident management and control of the power grid.Zhixiang Ji Xiaohui Wang Jie Zhang Di Wu 2023Global Energy Interconnection2023,6,4:0
11Detecting fake reviewers in heterogeneous networks of buyers and sellers:a collaborative training-based spammer group algorithm显示文摘It is not uncommon for malicious sellers to collude with fake reviewers(also called spammers)to write fake reviews for multiple products to either demote competitors or promote their products'reputations,forming a gray industry chain.To detect spammer groups in a heterogeneous network with rich semantic information from both buyers and sellers,researchers have conducted extensive research using Frequent Item Mining-based and graph-based meth-ods.However,these methods cannot detect spammer groups with cross-product attacks and do not jointly consider structural and attribute features,and structure-attribute correlation,resulting in poorer detection performance.There-fore,we propose a collaborative training-based spammer group detection algorithm by constructing a heterogene-ous induced sub-network based on the target product set to detect cross-product attack spammer groups.To jointly consider all available features,we use the collaborative training method to learn the feature representations of nodes.In addition,we use the DBSCAN clustering method to generate candidate groups,exclude innocent ones,and rank them to obtain spammer groups.The experimental results on real-world datasets indicate that the overall detection performance of the proposed method is better than that of the baseline methods.Qi Zhang Zhixiang Liang Shujuan Ji Benyong Xing Dickson K.W.Chiu 2024Cybersecurity2024,7,2:0
12Intelligent Scheduling Strategies for Computing Power Resources in Heterogeneous Edge Networks显示文摘The edge computing model enables real-time and low-power processing of data,while contributing to data security and privacy protection.However,the heterogeneity and diversity of edge computing devices pose a great challenge to task scheduling and migration.Most of the existing studies only consider the allocation of computational resources,but lack comprehensive consideration of data resources,storage space,etc.In this paper,we proposed intelligent scheduling strategies for computing power resources in heterogeneous edge networks.We define the relevant models and construct a comprehensive matching matrix in terms of task matching with computing resources,data resources,storage resources,load balancing of computing devices and storage space matching,and design an intelligent scheduling algorithm based on iteration and load balancing according to the matching degree of tasks and computing devices in the heterogeneous edge network environment.The iterative and load-balanced scheduling algorithm is based on the least-cost flow solution scheduling strategy,which effectively reduces the task computation response time and improves the computation and storage resource utilization of computing devices.Experimental validation of the proposed intelligent scheduling strategy is carried out based on a simulation environment.The experimental results show that the proposed intelligent scheduling strategy has obvious advantages over random scheduling methods in terms of task processing delay,computing power resource utilization and number of satisfactory tasks.Zhixiang Ji Jie Zhang Xiaohui Wang 2022国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,2:0
13Prevalence and Clinical Implication of t(11;14)in Light-Chain Amyloidosis with or without Coexistent Multiple Myeloma in the Era of Proteasome Inhibitors显示文摘Background Light-chain amyloidosis(AL)and multiple myeloma(MM)may coexist in some patients and,although they share some cytogenetic abnormalities,they usually present with different clinical phenotypes.Translocation(11;14)is the most common cytogenetic abnormality in AL,but the prevalence and clinical implication of t(11;14)in patients with AL,with or without coexistent MM,remains unclear.Methods A total of 119 consecutive newly diagnosed AL patients with available fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)data were retrospectively included and classified as primary AL alone(pAL-alone)or AL with coexistent MM(AL-MM).Clinical characteristics,FISH profiles,and hematologic and survival outcomes were analyzed.Results There were 53 patients in the pAL-alone group and 66 in the AL-MM group.The prevalence of t(11;14)was significantly higher in the pAL-alone group than the AL-MM group(49.1%vs.26.2%,P=0.012).A significantly higher proportion of the pAL-alone group achieved hematologic response compared with the AL-MM group(60.4%vs.39.4%,P=0.023).Patients with AL-MM experienced significantly shorter hematologic event-free survival(hemEFS)than those with pAL-alone(median,4.8 months vs.44.3 months,P<0.001),as well as significantly shorter overall survival(OS;median,15.2 months vs.not reached,P<0.001).When stratified by the presence or absence of coexistent MM and t(11;14),AL-MM patients with t(11;14)had the worst hemEFS(median,3.8 months,P<0.001)and OS(median,5.4 months,P=0.001).Conclusions Patients with pAL-alone had a higher prevalence of t(11;14)than those with AL-MM.The AL-MM group had poorer outcomes,despite the availability of proteasome inhibitor treatment,with AL-MM patients with t(11;14)showing the worst outcomes.Better diagnostic and treatment approaches are warranted for this population.Tianhong XU Zheng WEI Jing LI Jiadai XU Yang YANG Wenjing WANG Jingli ZHUANG Zhimei WANG Lili JI Luya CHENG Weiguang WANG Zhixiang CHENG Yang KE Ling YUAN Peng LIU 2022Clinical Cancer Bulletin2022,1,1:0
14Vitamin D-binding protein in plasma microglia-derived extracellular vesicles as a potential biomarker for major depressive disorder显示文摘No well-established biomarkers are available for the clinical diagnosis of major depressive disorder(MDD).Vitamin D-binding protein(VDBP)is altered in plasma and postmortem dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)tissues of MDD patients.Thereby,the role of VDBP as a potential biomarker of MDD diagnosis was further assessed.Total extracellular vesicles(EVs)and brain cell-derived EVs(BCDEVs)were isolated from the plasma of first-episode drug-naïve or drug-free MDD patients and well-matched healthy controls(HCs)in discovery(20 MDD patients and 20 HCs)and validation cohorts(88 MDD patients and 38 HCs).VDBP level in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)from chronic glucocorticoid-induced depressed rhesus macaques or prelimbic cortex from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced depressed mice and wild control groups was measured to evaluate its relationship with VDBP in plasma microglia-derived extracellular vesicles(MDEVs).VDBP was significantly decreased in MDD plasma MDEVs compared to HCs,and negatively correlated with HAMD-24 score with the highest diagnostic accuracy among BCDEVs.VDBP in plasma MDEVs was decreased both in depressed rhesus macaques and mice.A positive correlation of VDBP in MDEVs with that in CSF was detected in depressed rhesus macaques.VDBP levels in prelimbic cortex microglia were negatively correlated with those in plasma MDEVs in depressed mice.The main results suggested that VDBP in plasma MDEVs might serve as a prospective candidate biomarker for MDD diagnosis.Gaojia Zhang Ling Li Yan Kong Dandan Xu Yu Bao Zhiting Zhang Zhixiang Liao Jiao Jiao Dandan Fan Xiaojing Long Ji Dai Chunming Xie Zhiqiang Meng Zhijun Zhang 2024Genes & Diseases2024,11,2:0
