2Polysaccharides from Tricholoma matsutake and Lentinus edodes enhance 5-fluorouracil-mediated H22 cell growth inhibition显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Few studies have investigated the effects produced by combinations of polysaccharides and chemotherapeutic drugs in cancer treatment.We hypothesized that a combinationo fpolysaccha rides(COP) from Lentinus edodes and Tricholoma matsutake would improve the efficacy of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)-mediated inhibition of H22 cell growth.METHODS: Mice were injected H22 cells and then treated with either 5-FU, polysaccharides from Tricholoma matsutake(PTM), polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes(PL), PTM+PL, 5-FU+PTM, 5-FU+PL, or 5-FU+COP. The tumor weight and volume,and splenic CD4 + and CD8 + T cell frequencies,were determined. Additionally, splenic natural killer(NK) cell and cytotoxic Tlymphocyte (CTL) activities were assessed and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-2(IL-2),and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were measured. 5-FU, PL, PTM, PTM+PL, 5-FU+PL, and 5-FU+PTM groups, mice treated with 5-FU+COP showed:(a)significantly reduced tumor weight and volume(P<0.05);(b) significantly higher serum levels ofTNF-α,IL-2, and IFN-γ(P<0.05);(c) significantly increased CD4+andCD8+Tcell frequencies in the spleen(P<0.05); and(d) significantly increased splenic NK cell and CTL activities(P<0.05). The tumor weight and volume in mice treated with 5-FU+PL or 5-FU+PTM were significantly reduced compared with mice treated with 5-FU alone(P<0.05). 3Cold acclimation improves photosynthesis by regulating the ascorbate–glutathione cycle in chloroplasts of Kandelia obovata显示文摘As the most northerly mangrove species in China, Kandelia obovata may undergo extreme cold event stress. Enhancing the cold tolerance of this species is crucial to its successful afforestation. This study aimed to determine the resistance of K. obovata seedlings to low temperature stress by cold acclimation and to explain the mechanisms for alleviating cold injury. To understand these mechanisms, seedlings that were acclimatized and not acclimatized were exposed to 5℃/- 2℃(day/night)for 48 h.Results showed that low temperature stress reduced leaf photosynthesis of non-acclimatized seedlings by inducing oxidative stress and structural damage to chloroplasts. These phenomena were shown by increasing levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), O2-and H2O2, as well as decreasing enzyme activities in the ascorbate–glutathione (AsA-GSH) cycle. However, cold-acclimatized seedlings had improved photosynthetic rates and efficiency of photosystem II (PSII) under low temperature stress. Compared with non-acclimatized seedlings, leaves of coldacclimatized seedlings under low temperature stress for 48 h exhibited higher anti-oxidative enzyme activities, lower levels of O2^- and H2O2, less damage to chloroplast structure, and removed 33.7% of MDA at low temperature stress for 48 h. 4Influence of N on precipitation behavior,associated corrosion and mechanical properties of super austenitic stainless steel S32654显示文摘The influence of N on the precipitation behavior,associated corrosion,and mechanical properties of S32654 were investigated by microstructural,electrochemical,and mechanical analyses.Increasing the N content results in several alterations:(1) grain refinement,which promotes intergranular precipitation;(2) a linear increase in the driving force for Cr2 N and Mo activity,which accelerates the precipitation of intergranular Cr2 N and π phase,respectively;(3) a linear decrease in the driving force for σ phase and Cr activity,which suppresses the formation of intragranular σ phase.The total amount of precipitates first decreased and then increased with the N content increasing.Furthermore,the intergranular corrosion susceptibility depended substantially on the total amount of precipitates and also first exhibited a decreasing and then an increasing trend as the N content increased.In addition,aging precipitation caused a considerable decrement in the ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and a remarkable increment in the yield strength(YS).Both the UTS and YS always increased with N content increasing throughout the solution and aging process.Whereas the elongation was considerably sensitive to the aging treatment,it exhibited marginal variation with the N content increasing.Shucai Zhang Huabing Li Zhouhua Jiang Zhixing Li Jingxi Wu Binbin Zhang Fei Duan Hao Feng Hongchun Zhu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,7:10
5Effect of lithium or aluminum substitution on the characteristics of graphite for anode of lithium ion batteries显示文摘Modification of graphite for anode of lithium ion batteries is investigated. Results of X-ray diffraction shows lithium and aluminum exists as Li compound (CH3COOLi@2H2O) and Al compound (AlD3) in the graphite, respectiovely.The Bmnauer-Emmer-Teller (BET) surface area of the modified graphite increases. According to the electrochemical measurements of Li/C cell and prototype Li-ion batteries, the Li-doped graphite has large reversible capacity of 312.2mA@h/g, low irreversible capacity of 52.9 mA@h/g, and high initial coulombic efficiency of 85.51%. The 063448 size prototype battery with Li-doped graphite anode has large discharge capacity of 845 mA@h and good cycling performance. 6Heavy Oil and Oil Sands:Global Distribution and Resource Assessment显示文摘Global recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands have been assessed by CNPC using a geology-based assessment method combined with the traditional volumetric method, spatial interpolation method, parametric-probability method etc. The most favourable areas for exploration have been selected in accordance with a comprehensive scoring system. The results show:(1) For geological resources, CNPC estimate 991.18 billion tonnes of heavy oil and 501.26 billion tonnes of oil sands globally, of which technically recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands comprise 126.74 billion tonnes and 64.13 billion tonnes respectively. More than 80% of the resources occur within Tertiary and Cretaceous reservoirs distributed across 69 heavy oil basins and 32 oil sands basins. 99% of recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands occur within foreland basins, passive continental-margin basins and cratonic basins.(2) Since residual hydrocarbon resources remain following large-scale hydrocarbon migration and destruction, heavy oil and oil sands are characterized most commonly by late hydrocarbon accumulation, the same basin types and source-reservoir conditions as for conventional hydrocarbon resources, shallow burial depth and stratabound reservoirs.(3) Three accumulation models are recognised, depending on basin type: degradation along slope; destruction by uplift; and migration along faults.(4) In addition to mature exploration regions such as Canada and Venezuela, the Volga-Ural Basin and the Pre-Caspian Basin are less well-explored and have good potential for oil-sand discoveries, and it is predicted that the Middle East will be an important region for heavy oil development.LIU Zuodong WANG Hongjun Graham BLACKBOURN MA Feng HE Zhengjun WEN Zhixing WANG Zhaoming YANG Zi LUAN Tiansi WU Zhenzhen 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,1:9
7Performance and capacity fading reason of LiMn_2O_4/graphite batteries after storing at high temperature显示文摘Spinel LiMn2O4 was synthesized by a solid-state method. A 204468-size battery was fabricated and stored at 55°C. The structure and morphology of the LiMn2O4 cathode were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique. Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) was used to analyze the surface component of the carbon anode. The discharge capacities of LiMn2O4 stored for 0, 24, 48, and 96 h are 106, 98, 96, and 92 mAh?g?1, respectively. The cyclic performance is improved after storage. The capacity retentions of LiMn2O4 stored for 0, 24, 48, and 96 h are 83.8%, 85.8%, 86.9%, and 88.6% after 180 cycles. The intensity of all the LiMn2O4 diffraction peaks is weakened. Mn is detected from the carbon electrode when the battery is stored for 96 h. Cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to examine the surface state of the electrode after storage. 8Effect of VC addition on the microstructure and properties of Ti(C,N)-based nano cermets显示文摘In this paper,Ti(C,N)-based nano cermets were prepared by nano particles,and the effect of VC addition on the microstructure and proper-ties of Ti(C,N)-based nano cermets was investigated.The results showed that there existed black-core grayish-rim structure as well as gray-core grayish-rim structure in VC-doped Ti(C,N)-based nano cermets.With the increase of VC addition,the number of gray cores in-creased,the lattice parameter of Ti(C,N) phase increased,the grain size decreased,the hardness and fracture toughness of Ti(C,N)-based nano cermets were enhanced,and nearly full densification could be achieved.However,excessive addition of VC to 1 wt% resulted in slight decrease in hardness and fracture toughness.Some deep dimples were found in the fracture surface of cermets with VC addition,which cor-responded to ductile fracture.YING Xiayu XIONG Ji GUO Zhixing CHEN Jianzhong XIONG Sujian YANG Mei FAN Hongyuan 2011Rare Metals2011,30,6:7
9Effects of nano-Al_2O_3 and nano-ZrO_2 on the microstructure, behavior and abrasive wear resistance of WC-8Co cemented carbide显示文摘WC-8wt.% Co cemented carbides with varied nano-Al 2 O 3 and nano-ZrO 2 contents were prepared respectively following conventional powder metallurgical procedures. Effects of nano-Al 2 O 3 and nano-ZrO 2 on the microstructure, behavior, and abrasive wear resistance were investigated. The result shows that a finer and more homogenous microstructure can be achieved by increasing nano-Al 2 O 3 , and increasing nano-ZrO 2 makes the microstructure more refined. Nano-Al 2 O 3 and nano-ZrO 2 could both help to give increased hardness. Transverse rupture strength is higher if the above nano-oxides are doped appropriately, whereas excess addition is deleterious. Abrasive wear resistance presents different variations with respect to increasing nano-Al 2 O 3 and nano-ZrO 2 . By contrast, increasing nano-ZrO 2 enhances the abrasive wear resistance more effectively than increasing nano-Al 2 O 3 . The influence of the two nano-oxides contents on the abrasive wear resistance does not almost vary with wear time, and the optimum addition level of nano-Al 2 O 3 in WC-8% Co cemented carbide is 0.3 wt.% from the stand of abrasive wear resistance. 12The chromosome-level Hemerocallis citrina Borani genome provides new insights into the rutin biosynthesis and the lack of colchicine显示文摘Hemerocallis citrina Borani(huang hua cai in Chinese)is an important horticultural crop whose flower buds are widely consumed as a delicious vegetable in Asia.Here we assembled a high-quality reference genome of H.citrina using single-molecule sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The genome assembly was 3.77 Gb and consisted of 3183 contigs with a contig N50 of 2.09 Mb,which were further clustered into 11 pseudochromosomes.A larger portion(3.25 Gb or 86.20%)was annotated as a repetitive content and 54,295 protein-coding genes were annotated in the genome.Genome evolution analysis showed that H.citrina experienced a recent whole-genome duplication(WGD)event at~15.73 million years ago(Mya),which was the main factor leading to many multiple copies of orthologous genes.We used this reference genome to predict 20 genes involved in the rutin biosynthesis pathway.Moreover,our metabolomics data revealed neither colchicine nor its precursors in H.citrina,challenging the long-standing belief that this alkaloid causes poisoning by the plant.The results of our disruptive research are further substantiated by our genomic finding that H.citrina does not contain any genes involved in colchicine biosynthesis.The high-quality genome lays a solid foundation for genetic research and molecular breeding of H.citrina.Zhixing Qing Jinghong Liu Xinxin Yi Xiubin Liu Guoan Hu Jia Lao Wei He Zihui Yang Xiaoyan Zou Mengshan Sun Peng Huang Jianguo Zeng 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:6
13Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Al-doped LiVPO_4F cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Al-doped LiVPO4F cathode materials LiAlxV1-xPO4F were prepared by two-step reactions based on a car-bothermal reduction (CTR) process. The properties of the Al-doped LiVPO4F were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and electrochemical measurements. XRD studies show that the Al-doped LiVPO4F has the same triclinic structure (space group p1 ) as the undoped LiVPO4F. The SEM images exhibit that the particle size of Al-doped LiVPO4F is smaller than that of the undoped LiVPO4F and that the smallest particle size is only about 1 μm. 14Carrier dynamic overlapping switching frequency optimal pulse width modulation method for modular multilevel converters显示文摘Modular multilevel converters(MMCs) operate in the low modulation index region in many applications.However, when utilized at the low modulation index region, large harmonics appear in the output voltage, which degrade the performance of the MMC. To improve the harmonic characteristic in the low modulation index, the carrier dynamic overlapping switching frequency optimal pulse width modulation(CDOSFOPWM) method is proposed for the MMC here. The whole modulation index region is divided into three regions: high modulation index region, middle modulation index region, and low modulation index region. The carrier amplitude, carrier overlap ratio, and frequency of triangular carriers are chosen dynamically according to the modulation index region of the modulation signals, to achieve the optimal harmonic characteristic in the whole modulation index region and maintain the switching loss. The number of on-state submodules(SMs) can be calculated by CDOSFOPWM, and the selection of SMs is performed by a reducing switching frequency voltage balancing algorithm. 15Cooperation of nitrogen-doping and catalysis to improve the Li-ion storage performance of lignin-based hard carbon显示文摘Hard carbon draws great interests as anode material in lithium ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical capacity,high rate capability and abundance of its precursors.Herein we firstly synthesize the lignin-melamine resins by grafting melamine onto lignin.Afterwards,nitrogen doped hard carbon is prepared by the pyrolysis of lignin-melamine resins with the aid of catalyst(Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)at 1000°C.Compared with the samples without nitrogen-doping and catalysis,as-prepared nitrogen doped hard carbon exhibits higher reversible capacity(345 mAh g^(–1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)),higher rate capability(145 mAh g^(-1)at 5 A g^(–1))and excellent cycling stability.The superior electrochemical performance is ascribed to the synergistic effect of nitrogen doping,graphitic structure and amorphous structure.Among them,nitrogen doping could create the vacancies around the nitrogen sites,which enhance the reactivity and the electronic conductivity of materials.Additionally,graphitic structure also enhances the electronic conductivity of materials,thus improving the electrochemical performance of hard carbon.It is worthwhile that lignin,renewable and abundant biopolymer,is converted to hard carbon with good electrochemical performance,which realizes the high value utilization of lignin.Zhewei Yang Huajun Guo Feifei Li Xinhai Li Zhixing Wang Lizhi Cui Jiexi Wang 2018Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5:5
16KRAS mutation:from undruggable to druggable in cancer显示文摘Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide,and its treatment and outcomes have been dramatically revolutionised by targeted therapies.As the most frequently mutated oncogene,Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homologue(KRAS)has attracted substantial attention.The understanding of KRAS is constantly being updated by numerous studies on KRAS in the initiation and progression of cancer diseases.However,KRAS has been deemed a challenging therapeutic target,even“undruggable”,after drugtargeting efforts over the past four decades.Recently,there have been surprising advances in directly targeted drugs for KRAS,especially in KRAS(G12C)inhibitors,such as AMG510(sotorasib)and MRTX849(adagrasib),which have obtained encouraging results in clinical trials.Excitingly,AMG510 was the first drug-targeting KRAS(G12C)to be approved for clinical use this year.This review summarises the most recent understanding of fundamental aspects of KRAS,the relationship between the KRAS mutations and tumour immune evasion,and new progress in targeting KRAS,particularly KRAS(G12C).Moreover,the possible mechanisms of resistance to KRAS(G12C)inhibitors and possible combination therapies are summarised,with a view to providing the best regimen for individualised treatment with KRAS(G12C)inhibitors and achieving truly precise treatment.Lamei Huang Zhixing Guo Fang Wang Liwu Fu 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12:5

18A Time-dependent Stochastic Grassland Fire Ignition Probability Model for Hulun Buir Grassland of China显示文摘Grassland fire is one of the most important disturbance factors in the natural ecosystems.This paper focuses on the spatial distribution of long-term grassland fire patterns in the Hulun Buir Grassland located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in China.The density or ratio of ignition can reflect the relationship between grassland fire and different ignition factors.Based on the relationship between the density or ratio of ignition in different range of each ignition factor and grassland fire events,an ignition probability model was developed by using binary logistic regression function and its overall accuracy averaged up to 81.7%.Meanwhile it was found that daily relative humidity,daily temperature,elevation,vegetation type,distance to county-level road,distance to town are more important determinants of spatial distribution of fire ignitions.Using Monte Carlo method,we developed a time-dependent stochastic ignition probability model based on the distribution of inter-annual daily relative humidity and daily temperature.Through this model,it is possible to estimate the spatial patterns of ignition probability for grassland fire,which will be helpful to the quantitative evaluation of grassland fire risk and its management in the future.GUO Zhixing FANG Weihua TAN Jun SHI Xianwu 2013Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,4:4
19Effect of Lixujieyu recipe in combination with Five Elements music therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effects of the Lixujieyu recipe combined with Five Elements music therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) identified as the symptom patterns of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: Patients with CFS were randomly divided into treatment group 1(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Gong-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 2(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Jiao-Tune, n = 15);treatment group 3(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Yu-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 4(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Shang-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 5(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Zhi-Tune,n = 15); and the control group(Lixujieyu recipe alone, n = 15). Chinese medicine was given twice daily, and music was listened to for 45 minutes daily, 5 days a week. All patients were treated for4 weeks. Patients were assessed via the Fatigue Scale, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale before and after treatment.RESULTS: Treatment groups 1 and 2 had better effects on relieving the symptoms of physical fatigue related to anxiety and depression than the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Lixujieyu recipe combined with Gong-Tune or Jiao-Tune significantly relieved the symptoms of CFS.Zhang Zhenxian Cai Zhixing Yu Yonghui Wu Lili Zhang Ye 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,6:3
20A review on the electric vehicle routing problems: Variants and algorithms显示文摘Over the past decade,electric vehicles(EVs)have been considered in a growing number of models and methods for vehicle routing problems(VRPs).This study presents a comprehensive survey of EV routing problems and their many variants.We only consider the problems in which each vehicle may visit multiple vertices and be recharged during the trip.The related literature can be roughly divided into nine classes:Electric traveling salesman problem,green VRP,electric VRP,mixed electric VRP,electric location routing problem,hybrid electric VRP,electric dial-a-ride problem,electric two-echelon VRP,and electric pickup and delivery problem.For each of these nine classes,we focus on reviewing the settings of problem variants and the algorithms used to obtain their solutions.Hu QIN Xinxin SU Teng REN Zhixing LUO 2021Frontiers of Engineering Management2021,8,3:3
