1Micro-spherical ZnSnO3 material prepared by microwave-assisted method and its ethanol sensing properties显示文摘Monodispersed ZnSnO3 microspheres are successfully prepared via a facile microwave-assisted method together with subsequently calcination treatment.Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)results indicate that the structure of the products shifted from crystalline to amorphous under high-tempe rature treatments.Field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and the transmission electron microscope(TEM)observations demonstrate that the as-obtained products are composed of uniform microspheres with rough surfaces and the mean diameter is measured as-700 nm.Moreover,the morphology of ZnSnO3 microspheres can be well controlled by adjusting the ratio of Zn2+and Sn4+.The gas sensing properties of ZnSnO3 microspheres with different ratios of Zn2+/Sn4+are investigated.Our results indicate that the ZnSnO3 microspheres exhibit good selectivity and high sensitivity towards ethanol at the optimum working temperature of 230℃.When the sensor is exposed 50 ppm ethanol,the value of response is 47 and the response/recovery times are 11 s and 12 s,respectively.Dan Zhang Yuqin Zhang Yu Fan Na Luo Zhixuan Cheng Jiaqiang Xu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,8:3
2Stable Ni-rich layered oxide cathode for sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium battery显示文摘Sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASSLIBs)are one of the most promising energy storage technologies due to their high safety and ionic conductivity.To achieve greater energy density,a Ni-rich layered oxide LiNi_(x)Co_(y)M_(1-x-y)O_(2)(NCM,MMn/Al,x≥0.6)is desirable due to its relatively high voltage and large capacity.However,interfacial side reactions between the NCM and sulfide solid electrolytes lead to undesirable interfacial passivation layers and low ionic conductivity,thereby degrading the electrochemical performance of NCM sulfide all-solid-state batteries.Herein,a time-/cost-effective sulfidation strategy is exploited to sulfidize a Ni-rich NCM_(88) cathode in a mixed gas atmosphere of N_(2) and CS_(2).A new type of cathode(NCM88-S)with an ultrathin(∼2nm)surface layer is obtained,which significantly reduces the interfacial side reactions/resistance and improves the interfacial stability.The resulting NCM_(88)-S/Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) ASSLIB exhibits superior performance,including a high discharge specific capacity(200.7 mAh g−1)close to that of liquid batteries,excellent cycling performance(a capacity retention of 87%after 500 cycles),and satisfactory rate performance(158.3 mAh g^(−1) at 1C).Yue Wang Zhixuan Wang Dengxu Wu Quanhai Niu Pushun Lu Tenghuan Ma Yibo Su Liquan Chen Hong Li Fan Wu 2022eScience2022,2,5:2
3Bibliometrics and visual analysis for clinical research on intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the current situation,clinical research hot spots,and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to draw a panorama of clinical research,to provide the basis and clues for subsequent high-level evidence integration and further in-depth research.Materials and Methods:Seven databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(Sino-Med),PubMed,Embase,and the Cochrane Library were searched.The bibliometric method and visualization software CiteSpace were used to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the included literature.Results:A total of 805 pieces of literature were included(of them,one was written in German and four in English),and the number of published literature showed an increasing trend year by year.There were only 30(3.73%)pieces of literature published in nursing journals.The hot spots of the co-occurrence map were concentrated in:(1)the nursing of fumigation in RA;(2)the efficacy evaluation of TCM nursing technology on pain,joint malformation,and joint dysfunction caused by RA.The included literature themes focused on five TCM technologies:fumigation,moxibustion,acupoint patching,acupoint injection,and Chinese herbal soaking.The beginning year and strength in TCM fumigation were 2012 and 5.2,and those in moxibustion were 2011 and 3.38.Conclusion:The related studies are on the rise.It has entered the field of international readers with clear research hot spots.However,there are still shortcomings such as little literature published in Chinese nursing core journals,few non-Chinese-related documents,and a lack of international exchanges and cooperation.The current research hot spots in this field are TCM fumigation,and the cutting-edge trend of future research may be fumigation and moxibustion technology.It is suggested that further research can focus on evidence integration and original research on the self-optimization of these two techniques.Ling TANG Jianni QU Hong GUO Mei WANG Nini XU Xiaoyan BAI Xueyan FAN Zhixuan XU Yihui TIAN Fen ZHOU 2022Journal of Integrative Nursing2022,4,1:2
4Prediction of adolescent subjective well being: A machine learning approach显示文摘Background Subjective well-being(SWB),also known as happiness,plays an important role in evaluating both mental and physical health.Adolescents deserve specific attention because they are under a great variety of stresses and are at risk for mental disorders during adulthood.Aim The present paper aims to predict undergraduate students1 SWB by machine learning method.Methods Gradient Boosting Classifier which was an innovative yet validated machine learning approach was used to analyse data from 10518 Chinese adolescents.The online survey included 298 factors such as depression and personality.Quality control procedure was used to minimise biases due to online survey reports.We applied feature selection to achieve the balance between optimal prediction and result interpretation.Results The top 20 happiness risks and protective factors were finally brought into the predicting model.Approximately 90%individuals'SWB can be predicted correctly,and the sensitivity and specificity were about 92%and 90%,respectively.Conclusions This result identifies at-risk individuals according to new characteristics and established the foundation for adolescent prevention strategies.Naixin Zhang Chuanxin Liu Zhixuan Chen Lin An Decheng Ren Fan Yuan Ruixue Yuan Lei Ji Yan Bi Zhenming Guo Gaini Ma Fei Xu Fengping Yang Liping Zhu Gabirel Robert Yifeng Xu Lin He Bo Bai Tao Yu Guang He 2019General Psychiatry2019,32,5:1
5Altering membrane structure to enhance water permeability and performance of anion exchange membrane fuel cell显示文摘Water management has been proven significant for enhancing both performance and durability of anion exchange membrane fuel cell. Besides searching new material, decreasing membrane thickness and modifying operation parameters, a simple and universal method of altering membrane structure is proposed in this work. Composite membranes made by unique processing method that includes both casting and electrospinning processes were compared with traditional casting membrane, all with the same thickness of 40 μm. 7Aristolochic acids exposure was not the main cause of liver tumorigenesis in adulthood显示文摘Aristolochic acids(AAs) have long been considered as a potent carcinogen due to its nephrotoxicity. Aristolochic acid I(AAI) reacts with DNA to form covalent aristolactam(AL)-DNA adducts,leading to subsequent A to T transversion mutation, commonly referred as AA mutational signature. Previous research inferred that AAs were widely implicated in liver cancer throughout Asia. In this study, we explored whether AAs exposure was the main cause of liver cancer in the context of HBV infection in China's Mainland. Totally 1256 liver cancer samples were randomly retrieved from 3 medical centers and a refined bioanalytical method was used to detect AAI-DNA adducts. 5.10% of these samples could be identified as AAI positive exposure. Whole genome sequencing suggested 8.41% of 107 liver cancer patients exhibited the dominant AA mutational signature, indicating a relatively low overall AAI exposure rate. In animal models, long-term administration of AAI barely increased liver tumorigenesis in adult mice, opposite from its tumor-inducing role when subjected to infant mice. Furthermore, AAI induced dose-dependent accumulation of AA-DNA adduct in target organs in adult mice, with the most detected in kidney instead of liver. 8Five new terpenoids from Viburnum odoratissimum var.sessiliflorum显示文摘Five new terpenoids,including two vibsane-type diterpenoids(1,2)and three iridoid allosides(3-5),together with eight known ones,were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Viburnum odoratissimum var.sessiliflorum.Their planar structures and relative configurations were determined by spectroscopic methods,especially 2D NMR techniques.The sugar moieties of the iridoids were confirmed asβ-D-allose by GC analysis after acid hydrolysis and acetylation.The absolute configurations of neovibsanin Q(1)and dehydrovibsanol B(2)were determined by quantum chemical calculation of their theoretical electronic circular dichroism(ECD)spectra and Rh2(OCOCF_(3))_(4)-induced ECD analysis.The anti-inflammatory activities of compounds 1,3,4,and 5 were evaluated using an LPS-induced RA W264.7 cell model.Compounds 3 suppressed the release of NO in a dose-dependent manner,with an IC_(50) value of 55.64μmol·L^(-1).The cytotoxicities of compounds 1-5 on HCT-116 cells were assessed and the results showed that compounds 2 and 3 exhibited moderate inhibitory activities with IC_(50) values of 13.8 and 12.3μmol·L^(-1),respectively.LI Yang JIAN Yajiao XU Fan LUO Yongxin LI Zhixuan OU Yi WEN Yan JIN Jingwei ZHANG Chuarui GAN Lishe 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,4:0
9Association between SLC17A7 gene polymorphisms and venlafaxine for major depressive disorder in a Chinese Han population:a prospective pharmacogenetic case-control study显示文摘Objective: Venlafaxine is a common antidepressant and its therapeutic effect varies among people with different genetic backgrounds. The aim of this study was to investigate whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in theSLC17A7 gene are associated with the treatment outcome of venlafaxine in a Chinese Han population with major depressive disorder.Methods: This prospective pharmacogenetic case-control study that involved genotyping of four SNPs ofSLC17A7 was conducted on 175 major depressive disorder patients of Chinese Han origin, aged 18 to 65 years, participated in the study from April 2005 to September 2006. Comparisons of allele and genotype frequencies of all SNPs were performed between the responder/remission group and the nonresponder/nonremission group. This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Sichuan University (approval No. 20151112-265).Results: The allele and genotype frequencies of the four candidate SNPs inSCL17A7 showed no significant difference between responders and nonresponders. Meanwhile, no significant difference was detected in the four investigatedSLC17A7 SNPs between patients who did and did not exhibit remission. 10Tuning the crystallinity of MnO_(2) oxidant to achieve highly efficient pollutant degradation显示文摘Manganese dioxide(MnO_(2)), a commonly find oxidant in both natural environment and industrial application, plays a crucial role for various organic compound degradation. Tuning the MnO_(2) crystal structure is a cost-effective strategy to boost the oxidation reactions, where the challenge remains due to lacking indepth investigation of the crystal properties. Herein, MnO_(2) with different crystalline structures(x-MnO_(2))including α-, β-and δ-was prepared through the hydrothermal synthesis for a typical organic pollutant removal. The structural and degradation analysis indicated that the oxidation capacity was originated from Mn^(3+) and oxygen vacancies(OVs). The intrinsic relationships between oxidation performance and other physiochemical properties such as morphology and electrochemistry were thoroughly discussed,and positive correlations between oxidation capacity and electrochemical properties were found which eventually led to excellent oxidation performance via modulating the above-mentioned properties.
