4HPLC Fingerprint Chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica Produced in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives] To establish fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica and provide basis for controlling and assessing the quality of Tetracera asiatica.[Methods] The high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used. Phenomenex C18( 5 μm,4. 6 ×250 mm),acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid water,gradient elution,flow rate 1 m L/min,detection wavelength 214 nm,and column temperature 25 ℃. The fingerprint chromatogram of 10 batches of samples of Tetracera asiatica was determined for similarity comparison. [Results] It established HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica produced in Guangxi,determined a total of 13 common fingerprint peaks. 5An interval finite element method for electromagnetic problems with spatially uncertain parameters显示文摘During the manufacturing process of dielectric materials used in electromagnetic engineering, the electromagnetic parameters are often spatially uncertain due to the processing technology, environmental temperature, personal operations, etc. Traditionally,the random field model can be used to measure the spatial uncertainties, but its construction requires a large number of samples.On the contrary, the interval field model only needs the upper and lower bounds of the spatially uncertain parameters, which requires much less samples and furthermore is easy to understand and use for engineers. Therefore, in this paper, the interval field model is introduced to describe the spatial uncertainties of dielectric materials, and then an interval finite element method(IFEM) is proposed to calculate the upper and lower bounds of electromagnetic responses. Firstly, the interval field of the dielectric material is represented by the interval K-L expansion and inserted into the scalar Helmholtz wave equations, and thus the interval equilibrium equations are constructed according to the node-based finite element method. Secondly, a perturbation interval finite element method is developed for calculating the upper and lower bounds of electromagnetic responses such as the electric strength and magnetic strength. 8Correlation Analysis of Quantitative Microscopic Characteristics and Polysaccharide Content of Dendrobium officinale from Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to investigate the correlation between the microscopic characteristic constants and the index component polysaccharide content of Dendrobium officinale from Guangxi.[Methods]The paraffin sections of D.officinale were made,and the microscopic characteristic constants of D.officinale stem,including cross section area,vascular bundle area and phloem area,were determined by NIS-Elements D microscopic image processing software.The contents of polysaccharides in D.officinale were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and the quantitative values of microscopic characteristics of D.officinale with different growth years were analyzed by SPSS 23.0(IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0)data statistical software.The correlation between quantitative microscopic characteristics of D.officinale and its polysaccharide content was analyzed.[Results]According to the correlation between the index component of D.officinale and its quantitative microscopic characteristics,the measurement indexes,the percentage of vascular bundle in the cross section area and the percentage of hard structure in the cross section area,were strongly negatively correlated with polysaccharide content.[Conclusions]The microscopic characteristic constant values of vascular bundles of D.officinale can be used as a method to verify polysaccharide content.Liuyuan FAN Hua ZHU Jianbei TENG Zhonghua DAI Piaoling HUANG 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,4:0
9Research Situation of Polysaccharides of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the changes of polysaccharides content in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis and its pharmacological action. The results showed that different growth years,different periods,different habitats and different external factors had influences on the change of polysaccharide content in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis has certain effects of enhancing immunity,resisting fatigue and oxidation,promoting digestion and salivation secretion,reducing blood sugar and blood pressure,resisting tumor and liver injury,and relaxing bowels. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis polysaccharides are the main effective components in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. 11Genetic mapping and identification of Lg^(f) loci controlling green fuzz in Upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)显示文摘Naturally colored cotton fiber is environment-friendly but has monotonous color and poor fiber quality.Identification of green fiber or fuzz genes would aid in investigating the biosynthesis of green pigments in cotton fibers. In this study, we established a mapping population and found that the Lg^(f) trait(white lint and green fuzz) from Gossypium hirsutum race latifolium is controlled by an incompletely dominant gene.The Lg^(f) locus was mapped to a 71-kb interval on chromosome 21 containing seven genes, including a transcription factor with similarity to Arabidopsis MYB9. Harboring 13 SNPs and a 4-bp insertion/deletion in its promoter, GhMYB9 was highly up-regulated in the critical period for green pigment development in fuzz. Virus-induced gene silencing of GhMYB9 in a green-fuzz accession of G. hirsutum race latifolium TX-41 conferred white or light green fuzz. 12Pharmacognosy Identification of Xiaohuangcao (Dendrobium loddigesi Rolfe)显示文摘[Objectives]Pharmacognosy identification was performed on Xiaohuangcao ( Dendrobium loddigesi Rolfe).[Methods]The medicinal materials were identified through original plants,characters,microscopic structure and thin-layer identification characteristics.[Results]D.loddigesi has obvious plant morphology,characters,microscopic structure and thin-layer identification characteristics.The stem of Xiaohuangcao is slender and cylindrical,and the surface is golden yellow;and the fiber bundles outside the vascular bundles are crescent-shaped or semi-circular in the stem transection.For the powder,crystal fiber can be observed;the vascular bundles are embedded with siliceous block cells;and there are more starch grains.In the thin layer chromatography,petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-butanone-glacial acetic acid (8.5∶ 3.5∶ 1.5∶ 5 d) was used as a developing solvent,and 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution was used as a color developing agent.[Conclusions]The research results provide reference for the application of the medicinal material and the formulation of its related quality standards.Miao ZHANG Li LI Jianbei TENG Hua ZHU Zhonghua DAI Long CHEN 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3:0
