1Experimental and numerical study of chaff cloud kinetic performance under impact of high speed airflow显示文摘To solve the kinetic and diffusion problem of surface-type infrared decoy, multi-chaff kinetic models are established and chaff cloud holistic kinetic performance are analyzed under the impact of high speed airflow in this work. Chaffs rotate rapidly during the motion under the impact of high speed airflow. The rotation speed is correlated with lift, position of pressure center and aerodynamic damping. Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) is used to compute the aerodynamic coefficients of chaff. It is found that there exists serious aerodynamic interference which mainly relates to the overlapping area and distance among chaffs during the diffusion of chaff cloud. The chaff wind tunnel test and rocket sled experiment are carried out to verify the credibility of the models in this work. Then, the variation of chaff cloud expectation and extremum are analyzed to achieve the holistic kinetic and diffusing performance of chaff cloud. Simulation results demonstrate that the chaffs diffuse rapidly under the impact of high speed airflow and chaff cloud can be formed rapidly within 0.5 s. 2A high speed 1000 fps CMOS image sensor with low noise global shutter pixels显示文摘A low read noise 8T global shutter pixel for high speed CMOS image sensor is proposed in this paper.The pixel has a pixel level sample-and-hold circuit and an in-pixel amplifier whose gain is larger than one.Using pixel level sample-and-hold circuit,the KTC noise on FD node can be effectively cancelled by correlated double sampling operation.The in-pixel amplifier with a gain larger than one is employed for reducing the pixel level sample-and-hold capacitors thermal noise and their geometric size.A high speed 1000 fps 256×256 CMOS image sensor based on the pixel is implemented in 0.18μm CMOS process.The chip active area is 5 mm×7 mm with a pixel size of 14μm×14μm.The developed sensor achieves a read noise level as low as 14.8e-while attaining a high fill factor of 40%.The full well capacity can contain 30840e-and the resulting signal dynamic range is 66 dB.ZHOU YangFan CAO ZhongXiang QIN Qi LI QuanLiang SHI Cong WU NanJian 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4:8
3Enhancing ductility of the Al-Si coating on hot stamping steel by controlling the Fe-Al phase transformation during austenitization显示文摘In this study,austenitizing heat treatment before hot stamping of Al-10%Si coated boron steel is first investigated through environment scanning electron microscopy(ESEM)equipped with energy dispersive x-ray analysis(EDAX).The cracking behavior of the coating was evaluated using Gleeble 3500,a thermo-mechanical simulator under uniaxial plastic deformation at elevated temperatures.The extent and number of cracks developed in the coating were carefully assessed through an optical microscope.The coating layer under hot-dipped condition consists of an Al-Si eutectic matrix,Fe2Al7Si,Fe3Al2Si3 and Fe2Al5,from the coating surface to the steel substrate.The coating layer remains dense,continuous and smooth.During austenitization,the Al-rich Fe-Al intermetallics in the coating transform to more Fe-rich intermetallics,promoted by the Fe diffusion process.The coating finally shows the coexistence of two types of Fe-Al intermetallics,namely,FeAl2 and FeAl.Microcracks and Kirkendall voids occur in the coating layer and diffusion zone,respectively.The coating is heavily cracked and broken into segments during the hot tensile tests.Bare steel exposed between the separate segments of the coating is oxidized and covered with a thin FeOx layer.The appearance of the oxide decreases the adhesion of the Al-Si coating.It is found that the ductile FeAl is preferred as a coating microstructure instead of the brittle FeAl2.Therefore,the ductility of the Al-Si coating on hot stamping boron steel could be enhanced by controlling the ductile Fe-rich intermetallic phase transformations within it during austenitization.Experiments indicate that a higher austenitizing temperature or longer dwell time facilitate the Fe-rich intermetallics transformation,increasing the volume fraction of FeAl.This phase transformation also contributes to reducing the crack density and depth.GUI ZhongXiang LIANG WeiKang ZHANG YiSheng 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,9:7
4Enhanced ferroelectricity and magnetism of quenched(1−x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3 ceramics显示文摘Bismuth ferrite(BiFeO3)-based materials are multiferroic materials widely studied.This study reports that strong ferroelectricity and enhanced magnetic performance are simultaneously obtained in the quenched(1−x)BiFeO3−xBaTiO3(BFBT100x,x=0.2 and 0.3)ceramics.Quenching treatment can reduce the amount of defects and Fe2+ions and make the defect dipole in a random state,which is conducive to improving the ferroelectricity and magnetism.Compared with the conventional sintered samples,the quenched ceramics have higher remnant and saturation polarization.As for magnetism,the coercive field(Hc)of the quenched ceramics is smaller and the quenching treatment can increase the maximum magnetization by up to 15%.Han Bai Jun Li Yang Hong Zhongxiang Zhou 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,4:5
5Upconversion multicolor tuning of NaY(WO_4)_2:Tb^(3+) with Eu^(3+) doping显示文摘A series of Tb^(3+) and Eu^(3+) co-doped NaY(WO_4)_2 phosphors were synthesized by hydrothermal reactions.The crystal structure,morphology,upconversion luminescent properties,the energy transfer from Tb^(3+) to Eu^(3+)ions and the ~5 D_4→ ~7 F_5 transition of the Tb^(3+) ion in NaY(WO_4)_2:Tb^(3+),Eu^(3+) phosphors were investigated in details.The results indicate that all the synthesized samples are of pure tetragonal phase NaY(WO_4)2.Furthermore,the micrometer-sized needle spheres and excellent dispersion of the particles are obtained by adding polyethylene glycol(PEG-2000) as the surfactant.Phosphors of NaY(WO_4)_2:Tb^(3+),Eu^(3+) exhibit the492 nm blue emission peak,546 nm green emission peak,595 nm orange emission peak and 616 nm red emission peak under 790 nm excitation.The energy transfer from Tb^(3+) to Eu^(3+) is a resonant transfer,in which electric dipole-dipole interaction plays a leading role.By adjusting the doping concentration of Eu^(3+) in NaY(WO_4)_2: 1.0 mol%Tb^(3+),xmol%Eu^(3+) phosphors,the emitting color of UC phosphors can be tuned from green to red.Zhongxiang Shi Jing Wang Xin Guan 2018Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,9:4
6To inhibit coffee ring effect in inkjet printing of light-emitting polymer films by decreasing capillary force显示文摘Polymer thin film with uniform thickness and flat surface profile is the key point for polymer light emitting diodes(PLEDs) by inkjet printing. However, the coffee ring effect is usually observed due to the mismatch between the evaporation of the solvent and the decrease of solution volume, which promotes the formation of radial flow from the interior of the drop to the edge. In this paper, coffee ring effects of inkjet printed poly(spirobifluorene) films were proposed to be restrained by decreasing capillary force by adding co-solvent with high boiling point and high viscosity to the main solvent. The low evaporation rate of the co-solvent can reduce the driving force of the radial flow; meanwhile the high viscosity of the co-solvent can increase the resistance of the radial flow. Thus, polymer films with improve uniformity can be obtained due to the suppression of the radial flow. 8A low power global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range for large format high speed CMOS image sensor显示文摘A low power 8T global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range is proposed for large format high speed CMOS image sensor. The pixel has a negative threshold reset transistor, two in-pixel source followers, and a sample-and-hold circuit. The in-pixel first source follower is employed for reducing the pixel average current and maximum transient current. The negative threshold reset transistor is applied to extend the voltage swing of FD. Using pixel level sample-and-hold circuit, the k TC noise on FD node can be effectively nullified by correlated double sampling operation. A high speed 1000 fps 256×256 CMOS image sensor is implemented in 0.18 μm CMOS process. Two 10-bit cyclic ADC arrays are integrated in this prototype sensor chip. The active area of the chip is 10 mm×7 mm with a pixel size of 14 μm×14 μm. The developed sensor achieves an average current of 23 n A per pixel, a maximum transit current per pixel as low as 1113 n A, and a large FD voltage swing of 1.78 V. 9A 256×256 time-of-flight image sensor based on center-tap demodulation pixel structure显示文摘This paper proposes a 256×256 time-of-flight(TOF) image sensor based on the center-tap(CT)demodulation pixel structure. The image sensor can capture both the two-dimensional(2D) high speed image and the three-dimensional(3D) depth image. The CT pixel consists of two split pinned photodiode(PPD)regions and two pairs of transfer transistors. The transfer transistors adopt a non-uniform doped channel(NUDC) structure, which can increase the electron transfer speed along the transfer channel and eliminate the image lag for high speed imaging. The pixel size is 10 μm×10 μm, and we design the implementation process of the pixel to increase the electron transfer speed. The sensor is fabricated in a 0.18 μm 1P5 M CMOS image sensor process. Test results show that it can capture the 430-fps intensity image and the 90-fps depth image in two different imaging modes. 11Observed and modelled snow and ice thickness in the Arctic Ocean with CHINARE buoy data显示文摘Sea ice and the snow pack on top of it were investigated using Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition(CHINARE) buoy data.Two polar hydrometeorological drifters,known as Zeno? ice stations,were deployed during CHINARE 2003.A new type of high-resolution Snow and Ice Mass Balance Arrays,known as SIMBA buoys,were deployed during CHINARE 2014.Data from those buoys were applied to investigate the thickness of sea ice and snow in the CHINARE domain.A simple approach was applied to estimate the average snow thickness on the basis of Zeno~ temperature data.Snow and ice thicknesses were also derived from vertical temperature profile data based on the SIMBA buoys.A one-dimensional snow and ice thermodynamic model(HIGHTSI) was applied to calculate the snow and ice thickness along the buoy drift trajectories.The model forcing was based on forecasts and analyses of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF).The Zeno~ buoys drifted in a confined area during 2003–2004.The snow thickness modelled applying HIGHTSI was consistent with results based on Zeno~ buoy data.The SIMBA buoys drifted from 81.1°N,157.4°W to 73.5°N,134.9°W in 15 months during2014–2015.The total ice thickness increased from an initial August 2014 value of 1.97 m to a maximum value of2.45 m before the onset of snow melt in May 2015;the last observation was approximately 1 m in late November2015.The ice thickness based on HIGHTSI agreed with SIMBA measurements,in particular when the seasonal variation of oceanic heat flux was taken into account,but the modelled snow thickness differed from the observed one.Sea ice thickness derived from SIMBA data was reasonably good in cold conditions,but challenges remain in both snow and ice thickness in summer.TIAN Zhongxiang CHENG Bin ZHAO liechen VIHMA Timo ZHANG Wenliang LI Zhijun ZHANG Zhanhai 2017Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,8:3
12The expression of N-cadherin/catenins/actin complex in human lung normal and carcinoma cells显示文摘The difference between human normal and carcinoma lung cells was studied with regard to the protein expression level and localization of the cadherin/catenin/actin complex. Results demonstrated that normal lung cell RF expressed high levels of N-cadherin, β-catenin, α-catenin. These 3 proteins were colocalized at AJs and their submembrane adhesion plaques where they link the Rho-phalloidin-positive actin stress fibers, indicating the existence of N-cadherin/catenin/actin complexes at the AJs. Aberrant expression of AJ proteins and the actin cytoskelecton in carcinoma PG cells was observed: (1) inhibition of N-cadherin and to a degree of inhibition of α-catenin protein expression; (2) varied protein modification of β-catenin in cytoplasm soluble fraction and altered distribution of immunofluorescence: majorly in the cytoplasm and minorly on the membrane; (3) disassembly of actin stress fibers and formation of actin bodies in the cytoplasm. 13Neutron activation analysis and Mossbauer spectroscopy research on coloring mechanism of Chinese Ru porcelain显示文摘The characteristic spectrum and its main wavelength of Ru porcelain glaze are measured by color difference instrument to determine the relations between glaze color and its main wavelength. The content of the 30 coloring elements in Ru porcelain is determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA), which showed that iron is the major coloring element. Mossbauer spectroscopy analysis shows that the iron element in the glaze exists in the form of structural iron (Fe2+, Fe3+). The quantitative relationship between the main wavelength of glaze in various colors and the relative content of structural iron (Fe2+/Fe3+) is determined. 15Spatial and temporal evolution of landfast ice near Zhongshan Station, East Antarctica, over an annual cycle in 2011/2012显示文摘Annual observations of first-year ice(FYI) and second-year ice(SYI) near Zhongshan Station, East Antarctica,were conducted for the first time from December 2011 to December 2012. Melt ponds appeared from early December 2011. Landfast ice partly broke in late January, 2012 after a strong cyclone. Open water was refrozen to form new ice cover in mid-February, and then FYI and SYI co-existed in March with a growth rate of 0.8 cm/d for FYI and a melting rate of 2.7 cm/d for SYI. This difference was due to the oceanic heat flux and the thickness of ice,with weaker heat flux through thicker ice. From May onward, FYI and SYI showed a similar growth by 0.5 cm/d.Their maximum thickness reached 160.5 cm and 167.0 cm, respectively, in late October. Drillings showed variations of FYI thickness to be generally less than 1.0 cm, but variations were up to 33.0 cm for SYI in March,suggesting that the SYI bottom was particularly uneven. Snow distribution was strongly affected by wind and surface roughness, leading to large thickness differences in the different sites. Snow and ice thickness in Nella Fjord had a similar 'east thicker, west thinner' spatial distribution. Easterly prevailing wind and local topography led to this snow pattern. Superimposed ice induced by snow cover melting in summer thickened multi-year ice,causing it to be thicker than the snow-free SYI. The estimated monthly oceanic heat flux was ~30.0 W/m2 in March–May, reducing to ~10.0 W/m2 during July–October, and increasing to ~15.0 W/m2 in November. The seasonal change and mean value of 15.6 W/m2 was similar to the findings of previous research. 16Snow and ice thicknesses derived from Fast Ice Prediction System Version 2.0(FIPS V2.0)in Prydz Bay,East Antarctica:comparison with in-situ observations显示文摘In this paper,snow and ice thickness products derived from an updated Fast Ice Prediction System Version 2.0(FIPS V2.0)in Prydz Bay,East Antarctica,are introduced and compared with in-situ obser-vations.FIPS V2.0 is comprised of a newly-developed snowdrift parameterization compared to the original FIPS V1.0.The simulation domain covers the entire fast ice region in Prydz Bay and is config-ured to 720 grid cells,with a spatial resolution of 0.125°.The ERAInterim reanalysis from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting(ECMWF)were used as the atmospheric forcing.The in-situ observations were obtained near Zhongshan Station by the wintering team,and the measurement frequency of the snow and ice thicknesses was around one week.Both the FIPS V2.0 pro-ducts and in-situ observations introduced in this paper cover the time periods from 2012 to 2016.The primary assessments based on the in-situ observations show that FIPS V2.0 has mean biases of 0.01±0.07 m and 0.23±0.09 m for snow and ice thickness simula-tions,respectively.The results indicate that the updated FIPS V2.0 produces a reasonable snow thickness due to the newly-developed snowdrift parameterization,but it overestimates the ice thickness due to the cold bias in the air temperature forcing.These 2-D snow and ice thickness distributions provide important references for sea ice thermodynamic studies,remote sensing validations,and ice-breaker navigation assessments in this region.The dataset is avail-able at http://gffzza4c772bdab62464fhpf0xu0cwuk5566cv.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/10.11922/sciencedb.j00076.00066.Jiechen Zhao Jingjing Cheng Zhongxiang Tian Xiaopeng Han Hui Shen Guanghua Hao Honglin Guo Qi Shu 2022Big Earth Data2022,6,4:2

20Orthogonalized lattice enumeration for solving SVP显示文摘The orthogonalized integer representation was independently proposed by Ding et al. using genetic algorithm and Fukase et al. using sampling technique to solve shortest vector problem(SVP). Their results are promising. In this paper, we consider sparse orthogonalized integer representations for shortest vectors and propose a new enumeration method, called orthognalized enumeration, by integrating such a representation. Furthermore, we present a mixed BKZ method, called MBKZ, by alternately applying orthognalized enumeration and other existing enumeration methods. Compared to the existing ones, our methods have greater efficiency and achieve exponential speedups both in theory and in practice for solving SVP.
