2OsSERK1 regulates rice development but not immunity to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae or Magnaporthe oryzae显示文摘Somatic embryogenesis receptor kinase(SERK)proteins play pivotal roles in regulation of plant development and immunity. The rice genome contains two SERK genes,OsSerk1 and OsSerk2. We previously demonstrated that OsSerk2 is required for rice Xa21-mediated resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo) and for normal development. Here we report the molecular characterization of OsSerk1. Overexpression of OsSerk1 results in a semi-dwarf phenotype whereas silencing of OsSerk1 results in a reduced angle of the lamina joint. OsSerk1 is not required for rice resistance to Xoo or Magnaporthe oryzae. Overexpression of Os Serk1 in OsSerk2-silenced lines complements phenotypes associated with brassinosteroid(BR) signaling defects, but not the disease resistance phenotype mediated by Xa21. In yeast, OsSERK1 interacts with itself forming homodimers, and also interacts with the kinase domains of OsSERK2 and BRI1, respectively.OsSERK1 is a functional protein kinase capable of auto-phosphorylation in vitro. 4A chaos genetic algorithm for optimizing an artificial neural network of predicting silicon content in hot metal显示文摘A genetic algorithm based on the nested intervals chaos search (NICGA) has been given. Because the nested intervalschaos search is introduced into the NICGA to initialize the population and to lead the evolution of the population, the NICGA has theadvantages of decreasing the population size, enhancing the local search ability, and improving the computational efficiency and op-timization precision. In a multi-layer feed forward neural network model for predicting the silicon content in hot metal, the NICGAwas used to optimize the connection weights and threshold values of the neural network to improve the prediction precision. 6Self-assembled PEG-b-PDPA-b-PGEM copolymer nanoparticles as protein antigen delivery vehicles to dendritic cells:preparation,characterization and cellular uptake显示文摘Antigen uptake by dendritic cells(DCs)is a key step for initiating antigen-specific T cell immunity.In the present study,novel synthetic polymeric nanoparticles were prepared as antigen delivery vehicles to improve the antigen uptake by DCs.Well-defined cationic and acid-responsive copolymers,monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(2-(diisopropyl amino)ethyl methacrylate)-block-poly(2-(guanidyl)ethyl methacrylate)(mPEG-b-PDPA-b-PGEM,PEDG)were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of 2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl methacrylate and N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino ethyl methacrylate monomers,followed by deprotection of tert-butyl protective groups and guanidinylation of obtained primary amines.1H NMR,13C NMR and GPC results indicated the successful synthesis of well-defined PEDG copolymers.PEDG copolymers could self-assemble into nanoparticles in aqueous solution,which were of cationic surface charges and showed acid-triggered disassembly contributed by PGEM and PDPA moieties,respectively.Significantly,PEDG nanoparticles could effectively condense with negatively charged model antigen ovalbumin(OVA)to form OVA/PEDG nanoparticle formulations with no influence on its secondary and tertiary structures demonstrating by far-UV circular dichroism and UV-vis spectra.In vitro antigen cellular uptake by bone marrow DCs(BMDCs)indicated using PEDG nanoparticles as antigen delivery vehicles could significantly improve the antigen uptake efficiency of OVA compared with free OVA or the commercialized Alum adjuvant.Moreover,as the surface cationic charges of OVA/PEDG nanoparticle formulations reduced,the uptake efficiency decreased correspondingly.Collectively,our work suggests that guanidinylated,cationic and acid-responsive PEDG nanoparticles represent a new kind of promising antigen delivery vehicle to DCs and hold great potential to serve as immunoadjuvants in the development of vaccines.Pan Li Junhui Zhou Pingsheng Huang Chuangnian Zhang Weiwei Wang Chen Lia Deling Kong 2017Regenerative Biomaterials2017,4,1:2

In order to overcome the blindness, GA (Genetic Algorithm), a search algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and natural genetics, is used to optimize the λi The new method is named as GAPPSV algorithm. 10Charnockite Formation and Early Precambrian Crust Evolution in Yishui Area, Shandong Province, China显示文摘Charnockite and granulite in Yishui area, Shandong Province are located in the middle part of the Tancheng Lujiang fault zone, eastern China. Field studies have shown that the charnockites, derived from the adjacent granulites, are classified as three types: enderbite, garnet enderbite and hypersthene trondhjemite. In addition, two generations of minerals are present in the charnockites: the relic minerals such as garnet, hypersthene and clinopyroxene, and the neocrystallized minerals such as plagioclase and K feldspar. The relic minerals occurring in the granulite facies stage were affected by the later partial melting. The relic minerals, irregular and usually ragged in shape, occupy the interstitial positions in the neocrystalline minerals. The neocrystalline minerals are usually euhedral subhedral crystals. The study of petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry of charnokites concludes that the enderbite was formed by the anatexis of the two pyroxene plagioclase granulite, that the garnet enderbite was formed by the anatexis of sillimanite garnet gneiss, and that the hypersthene trondhjemite was formed by the anatexis of the leucocratic two pyroxene plagioclase granulite.
