| 1 | Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Surface Subsidence in Tianjin from 2015 to 2020 Based on SBAS-InSAR Technology显示文摘Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tianjin.In addition,these existing studies are short-term investigations,lacking long-term monitoring of surface subsidence.In the present study,we use the Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SBAS-InSAR)technique to monitor the subsidence process in Tianjin between 2015 and 2020 and reveal its spatial and temporal variation.We divided the 44-view Sentinel-1A image data into three periods to avoid the effect of temporal and spatial decoherence by extracting the surface deformation field in Tianjin.We finally verified the accuracy and reliability of the inversion results using second-order leveling data.Results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the two reached 0.89,and the root mean square error was 4.84 mm/y.Obvious subsidence funnels exist in Tianjin,mainly in the towns of Wangqingtuo and Shengfang.These subsidence funnels have a subsidence deformation rate of-136.2 mm/y and a maximum cumulative settlement of-346.3 mm within the study period.The subsidence area tends to extend to the southwest.The analysis of annual rainfall,groundwater resource extraction,spatial location distribution of industrial areas combined with SBAS-InSAR inversion results indicates that overextraction of groundwater resources is the main cause of land subsidence in the area.Therefore,strict control of groundwater extraction is the main approach to mitigate land subsidence effectively. | Lyu ZHOU Yizhan ZHAO Zilin ZHU Chao REN Fei YANG Ling HUANG Xin LI | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1: | 8 |
| 2 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 3 | Anti-fatigue activity of Brassica rapa L.extract and correlation among biochemical changes in forced swimming mice显示文摘Brassica rapa L.is an edible and medical plant in China used for treating various diseases,especially in the Tibet region.In this study,the chemical constituents of Brassica rapa L.extract(BE)was clarified by UHPLC-MS and anti-fatigue ability of BE was assessed through the behavior test and weight-loaded forced swimming test in mice.Then we determined several biochemical parameters related to fatigue to explore possible reasons.Results indicate that BE could significantly enhance exercise performance in mice,and there was a significant improvement in both grip-strength and the time on rota-rods.Meanwhile,BE showed significant anti-fatigue effects by decreasing the blood lactic acid(BLA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatine kinase(CK)levels and increasing the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels.Increases in superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were observed and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels was regulated.Liver and muscle glycogen levels and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels were also significantly increased.Pearson correlation analysis indicates that fatigue-related indexes including metabolites and energy-related indexes were significantly correlated with antioxidant levels.In conclusion,BE possesses remarkable anti-fatigue activity,thereby shows great potential for improving exercise performance and alleviating physical fatigue and can be considered as a functional food supplement for further development. | Zilin Li Hongkang Zhu Hanyi Hua Chang Liu Yuliang Cheng Yahui Guo Peng Du He Qian | 2022 | Food Bioscience2022,47,3: | 2 |
| 4 | Iteratively weighted thresholding homotopy method for the sparse solution of underdetermined linear equations显示文摘Recently, iteratively reweighted methods have attracted much interest in compressed sensing, outperforming their unweighted counterparts in most cases. In these methods, decision variables and weights are optimized alternatingly, or decision variables are optimized under heuristically chosen weights. In this paper,we present a novel weighted l1-norm minimization problem for the sparsest solution of underdetermined linear equations. We propose an iteratively weighted thresholding method for this problem, wherein decision variables and weights are optimized simultaneously. Furthermore, we prove that the iteration process will converge eventually. Using the homotopy technique, we enhance the performance of the iteratively weighted thresholding method. | 5 | Novel gold nanoparticles targeting somatostatin receptor subtype two with near-infrared light for neuroendocrine tumour therapy显示文摘Neuroendocrine tumours(NETs)are rare cancers with positive somatostatin receptor 2(SSTR2)expression,and treatment strategies for NETs are not satisfactory.Nanomaterial-mediated therapy targeting SSTR2 in NETs is very promising.This study firstly combined mesoporous silica-coated gold nanorods(AuNRs@mSiO_(2))and targeting-SSTR2 dodecane tetraacetic acidtyrosine3-octreotate(DOTA-TATE)into AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE to investigate NETs inhibition under near-infrared light.AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE showed good photothermal conversion efficiency.In vitro,under light irradiation,the cell viability significantly decreased with increasing AuNR@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE concentration;in two successfully established neuroendocrine tumour organoids with SSTR2 expression,AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE with light inhibited tumours significantly better than AuNRs@mSiO_(2) with light.In vivo,the SSTR2-targeting ability and biodistribution of AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE were confirmed with AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@64Cu-DOTA-TATE under micro-positron emission tomography/computed tomography(micro-PET/CT);in the AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE with laser group,the tumour surface temperature increased rapidly,with tumour volumes similar to those in the octreotide group and significantly lower than those in other groups.There was no significant difference in mice body weight between the AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE with laser group and other groups.No significant inflammatory lesions or cell necrosis was found in the main organs.In summary,we presented a feasible strategy to construct AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE with good photothermal conversion efficiency,targetingSSTR2 ability,significant antitumour effects,and good biocompatibility,warranting further explorations of AuNRs@mSiO_(2)@DOTA-TATE for NETs therapy applications. | Qichen Chen Zilin Li Jiangyuan Yu Qing Xie Haizhen Lu Yiqiao Deng Jinghua Chen Wenjia Zhu Li Huo Yizhou Zhang Wei Song Jianqiang Lan Jianqiang Cai Zhen Huang Zixi Wang Hong Zhao | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 0 |
| 6 | Mutations in epigenetic regulator KMT2C detected by liquid biopsy are associated with worse survival in prostate cancer patients显示文摘Background:KMT2(lysine methyltransferase)family enzymes are epigenetic regulators that activate gene transcription.KMT2C is mainly involved in enhancer-associated H3K4me1,and is also one of the top mutated genes in cancer(6.6%in pan-cancer).Currently,the clinical significance of KMT2C mutations in prostate cancer is understudied.Methods:We included 221 prostate cancer patients diagnosed between 2014 and 2021 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University with cell-free DNA-based liquid biopsy test results in this study.We investigated the association between KMT2C mutations,other mutations,and pathways.Furthermore,we evaluated the prognostic value of KMT2C mutations,measured by overall survival(OS)and castration resistance-free survival(CRFS).Also,we explored the prognostic value of KMT2C mutations in different patient subgroups.Lastly,we investigated the predictive value of KMT2C mutations in individuals receiving conventional combined anti-androgen blockade(CAB)and abiraterone(ABI)as measured by PSA progression-free survival(PSA-PFS).Results:The KMT2C mutation rate in this cohort is 7.24%(16/221).KMT2C-mutated patients showed worse survival than KMT2C-wild type(WT)patients regarding both CRFS and OS(CRFS:mutated:9.9 vs.WT:22.0 months,p=0.015;OS:mutated:71.9 vs.WT 137.4 months,p=0.012).KMT2C mutations were also an independent risk factor in OS[hazard ratio:3.815(1.461,9.96),p=0.006]in multivariate analyses.Additionally,we explored the association of KMT2C mutations with other genes.This showed that KMT2C mutations were associated with Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase 11(STK11,p=0.004)and Catenin Beta 1(CTNNB1,p=0.008)mutations.In the CAB treatment,KMT2C-mutated patients had a significantly shorter PSA-PFS compared to KMT2C-WT patients.(PSA-PFS:mutated:9.9 vs.WT:17.6 months,p=0.014).Moreover,KMT2C mutations could effectively predict shorter PSA-PFS in 10 out of 23 subgroups and exhibited a strong trend in the remaining subgroups.Conclusions:KMT2C-mutated patients showed worse survival compared to KMT2C-WT patients in terms of both CRFS and OS,and KMT2C mutations were associated with STK11 and CTNNB1 mutations.Furthermore,KMT2C mutations indicated rapid progression during CAB therapy and could serve as a potential biomarker to predict therapeutic response in prostate cancer. | SHA ZHU NANWEI XU JIAYU LIANG FENGNIAN ZHAO ZILIN WANG YUCHAO NI JINDONG DAI JINGE ZHAO XINGMING ZHANG JUNRU CHEN GUANGXI SUN PENGFEI SHEN HAO ZENG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Dynamic reconfiguration for TEG systems under heterogeneous temperature distribution via adaptive coordinated seeker显示文摘A thermoelectric generation(TEG)system has the weakness of relatively low thermoelectric conversion efficiency caused by heterogeneous temperature distribution(HgTD).Dynamic reconfiguration is an effective technique to improve its overall energy efficiency under HgTD.Nevertheless,numerous combinations of electrical switches make dynamic reconfiguration a complex combinatorial optimization problem.This paper aims to design a novel adaptive coordinated seeker(ACS)based on an optimal configuration strategy for large-scale TEG systems with series-paral-lel connected modules under HgTDs.To properly balance global exploration and local exploitation,ACS is based on'divide-and-conquer'parallel computing,which synthetically coordinates the local searching capability of tabu search(TS)and the global searching capability of a pelican optimization algorithm(POA)during iterations.In addition,an equivalent re-optimization strategy for a reconfiguration solution obtained by meta-heuristic algorithms(MhAs)is proposed to reduce redundant switching actions caused by the randomness of MhAs.Two case studies are carried out to assess the feasibility and superiority of AcS in comparison with the artificial bee colony algorithm,ant colony optimization,genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization,simulated annealing algorithm,TS,and POA.Simulation results indicate that ACS can realize fast and stable dynamic reconfiguration of a TEG system under HgTDs.In addition,RTLAB platform-based hardware-in-the-loop experiments are carried out to further validate the hardware implemen-tation feasibility. | Yijun Chen Bo Yang Zhengxun Guo Jingbo Wang Mengmeng Zhu Zilin Li Tao Yu | 2022 | Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2022,7,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Inhibition of H_(2)O_(2)-induced TM3 cell apoptosis by oxidative stress by lentinan functionalized selenium nanoparticles through JAK2/STAT-3 and P53 pathways显示文摘Background:Nano-selenium has been widely used in antiviral and anticancer therapy,and has the advantages of good targeting and low toxicity.For the first time,we combined male reproduction with nano-selenium to investigate its antioxidant effect.This study investigated the protective effect of lentinan functionalized selenium nanoparticles on oxidative stress injury of the hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))-induced Leydig cell line,TM3.Methods:The suitable concentration of nano-selenium treatment to promote cell proliferation was also discussed.The concentration of 4μM could significantly promote the growth of TM3 cells.Oxidative stress damage was caused using an 800μM concentration of hydrogen peroxide.The cells were divided into four groups:normal control group,oxidative stress treatment group,H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group,and SeNPs@LNT group.The H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group was pretreated with 4μM of SeNPs@LNT for 12 h,followed by 800μM of H_(2)O_(2)for 8 h.Results:Nano-selenium could significantly promote the proliferation and viability of TM3 cells.SeNPs@LNT treatment increased the level of mitochondrial membrane potential in normal cells and slowed down the decline in mitochondrial membrane potential level caused by oxidative stress injury.In addition,the increase in reactive oxygen species caused by oxidative stress was inhibited by SeNPs@LNT treatment.The apoptosis of TM3 cells was detected,and SeNPs@LNT alleviated the necrosis and apoptosis of TM3 cells induced by H_(2)O_(2).Nano-selenium plays a protective role against oxidative H_(2)O_(2)-induced stress injury in TM3 cells through the changes in the Janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling pathway and P53 pathway,and the expression levels of other related proteins,protein kinase B(AKT)and C3.Conclusion:SeNPs@LNT exhibited good biological activity and antioxidant effect and can thus be used to protect the male reproductive system from oxidative stress. | MIAOMIAO LI ZILIN ZHENG JUNYI KE JIEYI LUO FAN JIANG YANXIA QU BING ZHU YINGHUA LI LIANDONG ZUO | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,6: | 0 |
| 9 | Inhibition of H_(2)O_(2)-induced apoptosis of GC2-spg cells by functionalized selenium nanoparticles with lentinan through ROSmediated ERK/p53 signaling pathways显示文摘AH_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative stress injury cell model was established to investigate the antioxidant effect of nanoselenium on mouse spermatocyte lines and the regulation mechanism of the expression level and activity of seleniumcontaining antioxidant enzymes induced by oxidative stress.A safe and effective nano-drug system of functionalized selenium-containing nanoparticles(SeNPs)was developed with lentinan(LNT)(SeNPs@LNT).Mice spermatocyte line GC2-spg cells were treated with SeNPs@LNT(1,2,4,8,16,32μM)for 24-72 h to evaluate the cytotoxicity of selenium.GC2-spg cells were randomly divided into the following groups:control,hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),SeNPs@LNT,and H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT groups.H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group was pretreated with SeNPs@LNT 4μM for 12 h,followed by H_(2)O_(2)600μM for 8 h.The cell viability decreased in the H_(2)O_(2) group and increased significantly in the SeNPs@LNT group.Compared with the H_(2)O_(2) group,the SeNPs@LNT+H_(2)O_(2) group exhibited obvious red fluorescence,indicating a higher level of mitochondrial membrane potential.The content of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the SeNPs@LNT group reduced significantly,and the intensity of green fluorescence in the SeNPs@LNT+H_(2)O_(2) group decreased significantly compared with the H_(2)O_(2) group,indicating the inhibitory effect of SeNPs@LNT on the generation of ROS-induced oxidative stress.The activity of GPx and SOD increased significantly in the SeNPs@LNT group.The expression of p53 decreased significantly under the intervention of nano-selenium,and GPx1 expression increased.In the oxidative stress group,the expressions of DNA damage-related proteins and apoptosis-related proteins were higher than those in other groups.Thus,SeNPs@LNT can promote GC2-spg cell proliferation,improve GPx and SOD activities,remove intracellular ROS,and reduce mitochondrial damage and functional abnormalities caused by oxidative stress by regulating the ERK and p53 protein levels.SeNPs@LNT has good biological activity and antioxidant effect,which can be used to protect the male reproductive system from oxidative stress. | MIAOMIAO LI DANYANG CHEN JUNYI KE RUILIN ZHENG JINGYAO SU ZILIN ZHENG JIEYI LUO HANRAN MAI FAN JIANG YANXIA QU XIAOQIONG GU BING ZHU YINGHUA LI LIANDONG ZUO | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,2: | 0 |
