1Determination of paleo-pressure for a natural gas pool formation based on PVT characteristics of fluid inclusions in reservoir rocks——A case study of Upper-Paleozoic deep basin gas trap of the Ordos Basin显示文摘It has been proved to be a difficult problem to determine directly trapping pressure of fluid inclusions. Recently, PVT simulation softwares have been applied to simulating the trapping pressure of petroleum inclusions in reservoir rocks, but the reported methods have many limita- tions in practice. In this paper, a method is suggested to calculating the trapping pressure and temperature of fluid inclusions by combining the isochore equations of a gas-bearing aqueous inclusion with its coeval petroleum inclusions. A case study was conducted by this method for fluid inclusions occurring in the Upper-Paleozoic Shanxi Formation reservoir sandstones from the Ordos Basin. The results show that the trapping pressure of these inclusions ranges from 21 to 32 MPa, which is 6─7 MPa higher than their minimum trapping pressure although the trapping temperature is only 2─3℃ higher than the homogenization temperature. The trapping pressure and temperature of the fluid inclusions decrease from southern area to northern area of the basin. The trapping pressure is obviously lower than the state water pressures when the inclusions formed. 2The Control Efficiency of Plant Alcohol Extracts on the Laboratory Populations of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)and Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach)显示文摘The effects of semiochemicals extracted from 63 species of plants, on peach aphid (Myzus persicae) and mustard aphid (Lipaphis erysimi), were studied in laboratory. The deterrent rate, reproduction deterrent index and the interferential index of population control (ⅡPC) was used to evaluate the efficiency of semiochemicals on population control of the two target aphids. The results showed that the extracts of 34 species of common plants have noticeable effect on both aphid populations, especially, Xanthium sibiricum Petr.Et Widd. and Syngonium podophyllum Schott. 4Preparation of polystyrene/silica nanocomposites by radical copolymerization of styrene with silica macromonomer显示文摘A two-stage process has been developed to generate the silica-based macromonomer through surface-modification of silica with polymerizable vinyl groups. The silica surfaces were treated with excess 2,4-toluene diisocynate (TDI), after which the residual isocyanate groups were converted into polymerizable vinyl groups by reaction with hydroxypropylacrylate (HPA). Thus, polystyrene/silica nanocomposites were prepared by conventional radical copolymerization of styrene with silica macromonomer. The main effecting factors, such as ratios of styrene to the macromonomer, together with polymerization time on the copolymerization were studied in detail. FTIR, DSC and TGA were utilized to characterize the nanocomposites. Experimental results revealed that the silica nanoparticles act as cross-linking points in the polystytene/silica nanocomposites, and the glass transition temperatures of the nanocomposites are higher than that of the corresponding pure polystyrene. 6Preparation of well-defined polystyrene/silica hybrid nanoparticles by ATRP显示文摘Immobilization of the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) macroinitiators at the silica nanoparticle surfaces was achieved through surface modification with excess toluene-2,4-diisocynate (TDI), after which the residual isocyanate groups were converted into ATRP macroinitiators. Structurally well-defined polystyrene chains were grown from the nanoparticle surfaces to yield individual particles composed of a silica core and a well-defined, densely grafted outer polystyrene by ATRP, which was initiated by the as-synthesized silica-based macroinitiator. 9Influence of steric and intramolecular inductive effects on the variable trends in R-X (R=Alkyl) bond dissociation energy显示文摘The question 'why are the variation trends of R-X bond dissociation energy different?' is answered. The R-X bond dissociation energy (BDE) may be influenced by three main factors: the C-X intrinsic bond energy, the 1,3 geminal repulsion, and the intramolecular charge-induced dipole. In the presence of atom X, the variation trend of BDE in R-X (R= Me, Et, i-Pr, t-Bu) is dominated by two factors, the 1,3 geminal repulsion and the intramolecular charge-induced dipole. The former decreases the R-X BDE, and the latter either increases or decreases the R-X BDE. For the series of R-X with the R-C bond (such as R-Me, R-CH == CH2, R-C≡CH, and R-CN), the 1,3 geminal repulsion decreases the R-X BDE, and the variation trends of R-C BDE decrease from Me to t-Bu. As regards the series of R-X (such as R-H, R-BH2, and R-SiH2) in which the electronegativity of atom X is smaller than that of the carbon atom, the above two factors decrease the R-X BDE, and the variation trends of the R-X BDE decrease from Me to t-Bu. As to the series of R-X (such as R-F, R-OH, R-Cl, R-Br, R-I, and R-NH2) in which the electronegativity of atom X is larger than that of the carbon atom, the 1,3 geminal repulsion decreases the R-X BDE, while the intramolecular charge-induced dipole increases the R-X BDE. In this case, the variation trends of R-X BDE depend on the competition of the two factors. 10Novel nanoporous binary Ag-Ni electrocatalysts for hydrazine oxidation显示文摘From an aqueous mixture of Ag(I)-EDTA complex and Ni(II) nitrate, silver and nickel particles were co-deposited on the surface of titanium substrates by the hydrothermal method using hydrazine hydrate as a reduction agent. The prepared titanium-supported nano-scale Ag and Ag-Ni particles (nano Ag/Ti, nano Ag86Ni14/Ti, nano Ag77Ni23/Ti, and nano Ag74Ni26/Ti) exhibit nanoporous 3D network textures. Their electrocatalytic activity towards hydrazine oxidation in alkaline solutions was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The results show that the four samples present a low onset potential of ca. -0.60 V vs. SCE and considerably high and stable anodic current densities for hydrazine oxidation. 11Ameliorative Effects of Brassinosteroid on Excess Manganese-Induced Oxidative Stress in Zea mays L. Leaves显示文摘Manganese (Mn) is becoming an important factor limiting crop growth and yields especially on acid soils. The present study was designed to explore the hypothesis that brassinosteroid application can enhance the tolerance of maize (Zea mays L.) to Mn stress and if so, whether or not the mechanism underlying involves regulation of antioxidative metabolism in leaves. The effects of 24-epibrassinosteroid (EBR) on the growth, photosynthesis, water status, lipid peroxidation, accumulation of reactive oxygen species, and activities or contents of antioxidant defense system in maize plants under Mn stress were investigated by a pot experiment. At supplemented Mn concentrations of 150-750 mg kg-1 soil, the growth of plants was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner. The semi-lethal concentration was 550 mg Mn kg-1 soil. Foliage application with 0.1 mg L-1 EBR significantly reduced the decrease in dry mass, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, leaf water content, and water potential of plants grown in the soil spiked with 550 mg kg-1 Mn. The oxidative stress caused by excess Mn, as reflected by the increase in malondialdehyde (MDA) content and lipoxygenase (LOX, EC 1.13.11.12) activity, accumulation of superoxide radical and H2O2, was greatly decreased by EBR treatment. Further investigations revealed that EBR application enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1), peroxidase (POD, EC 1.11.1.7), catalase (EC 1.11.1.6), ascorbate peroxidase (APX, EC 1.11.1.11), dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR, EC 1.8.5.1), and glutathione reductase (GR, EC 1.6.4.2), and the contents of reduced ascorbate and glutathione, compared with the plants without EBR treatment. 20Relationship between changes of endogenous ABA level and resistance in hybrid rice under temperature stress显示文摘We studied the relationship between endogenous ABA and resistance to temperature stress in seedlings of hybrid rice. The hybrid rice Combinations Shanyou 63, Shanyou 287, Weiyou 63, and Weiyou 287 were treated under 2℃ and 42℃ respectively for 48 h.
