1The research progress on lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of two conductive media显示文摘In this paper the research status of lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media was reviewed, the lateral shift and the lateral delay were analyzed, and the charac-teristic of lateral shift curves varying with the angle of incidence was introduced in detail. For electro-magnetic wave logging, the error correction method of lateral shift was stressed in this paper, the magnitude of measured errors caused by the lateral shift was established. It is noticed that the longer wavelength, the larger error of measured results. 2Analytical solution of electromagnetic field generated by induction logging tool in a fan-ring slot of drill collar while drilling显示文摘Based on the structural characteristic of metal drill collar for induction logging while drilling, we have given the analytical formulae of lengthways fields Ez and Hz when the tool is located in a fan-ring shaped slot of drill collar by the boundary conditions of electromagnetic field, and derived the other components of electromagnetic field in and out the fan-ring slot from Ez and Hz. In the other intervals of formation, where the drill collar is a solid cylinder, the analytical formulae of field are educed through the method of variable coefficient. The total analytical solutions of field in whole space have been obtained. With the help of the analytical formulae, we have also given numerical examples and analyzed the distributive characteristic of electromagnetic field. From the computational results we find that the secondary scattering field Hz is in a linear relation with the conductivity of stratum. The characteristic of field is very useful for induction logging while drilling, which can be used to measure and analyze the logging responses of the stratum conductivity. 3Boundary element numerical method for the electric field generated by oblique multi-needle electrodes显示文摘According to the electric potential of oblique multi-needle electrodes (OMNE) in biological tissue, the discrete equations based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations (BEIE). The non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from multi-needle electrodes to conductive biological tissues was imaged by solving a set of linear equa- tions. Then, the electric field and potential generated by OMNE in biological tissues at any point may be determined through the boundary element method (BEM). The time of program running and stability of computing method are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. 9The Goos-Hnchen shift of wide-angle seismic reflection wave显示文摘The partial derivative equations of Zoeppritz equations are established and the derivatives of each matrix entry with respect to wave vectors are derived in this paper.By solving the partial derivative equations we obtained the partial derivatives of seismic wave reflection coefficients with respect to wave vectors,and computed the Goos-Hnchen shift for reflected P-and VS-waves.By plotting the curves of Goos-Hnchen shift,we gained some new insight into the lateral shift of seismic reflection wave.The lateral shifts are very large for glancing wave or the wave of the incidence angle near the critical angle,meaning that the seismic wave propagates a long distance along the reflection interface before returning to the first medium.For the reflection waves of incidence angles away from the critical angle,the lateral shift is in the same order of magnitude as the wavelength.The lateral shift varies significantly with different reflection interfaces.For example,the reflected P-wave has a negative shift at the reflection interface between mudstone and sandstone.The reflected VS-wave has a large lateral shift at or near the critical angle.The lateral shift of the reflected VS-wave tends to be zero when the incidence angle approaches 90°.These observations suggest that Goos-Hnchen effect has a great influence on the reflection wave of wide-angles.The correction for the error caused by Goos-Hnchen effect,therefore,should be made before seismic data processing,such as the depth migration and the normal-moveout correction.With the theoretical foundation established in this paper,we can further study the correction of Goos-Hnchen effect for the reflection wave of large incidence angle.LIU FuPing MENG XianJun XIAO JiaQi WANG AnLing YANG ChangChun 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,5:1

15Role of Dicer on tumorigenesis in glioma cells显示文摘Micro RNAs (miRNAs) are non-coding, single-stranded RNAs that regulate target gene expression by repressing translation or promoting RNA cleavage. Recent studies show that miRNA expression is globally decreased in some human tumors. Dicer is an essential component of the miRNA processing machinery. To determine whether global reduction of miRNA effects tumorigenesis, small interfering RNA were designed to target Dicer to restrain whole miRNA expression in the glioblastoma cell line-TJ905. With effective knock-down of Dicer, tumor cells were invasive and proliferative, and globally impaired miRNA processing enhanced proliferation and invasiveness of glioma cells in vitro. 16Is there more than one stickiness criterion?显示文摘Adhesion between an elastic body and a smooth,rigid substrate can lead to large tensile stresses between them.However,most macroscopic objects are microscopically rough,which strongly suppresses adhesion.A fierce debate has unfolded recently as to whether local or global parameters determine the crossover between small and large adhesion.Here,we report simulations revealing that the dependence of the pull-off force Fn on the surface energyγdoes not only have two regimes of high and low adhesion but up to four regimes.They are related to contacts,which at the moment of rupture consist of(i)the last individual Hertzian-shaped contact,in which is linear inγ,(ii)a last meso-scale,individual patches with super-linear scaling,(iii)many isolated contact patches with extremely strong scaling,and(iv)a dominating largest contact patch,for which the pull-off stress is no longer negligible compared to the maximum,microscopic pull-off stress.Regime(iii)can be seen as a transition domain.It is located near the point where the surface energy is half the elastic energy per unit area in conformal contact.A criterion for the transition between regimes(i)and(ii)appears difficult to grasp.Anle WANG Martin H.MüSER 2023Friction2023,11,6:0
17An important effect of filamentation instability on laser fusion physical processes显示文摘The process of high power laser interaction with the large scale length corona plasma produced by the leading edge of the laser pulse has been investigated. Early experimental results are re-analyzed and conclusions drawn. In particular,studies of the close connection of unstable filamentation instability with – mainly – two-plasmon decay and – partly –stimulated Raman scattering, stimulated Brillouin scattering, and resonance absorption are carried out in this paper. 18DNA barcoding of fishes from Zhoushan coastal waters using mitochondrial COI and 12S rRNA genes显示文摘Accurate species identification is a key component of biodiversity research.DNA barcoding is an effective molecular method used for fish species identification.We aimed to study the DNA barcoding of fish in Zhoushan coastal waters,explore the differences and applicability of two gene fragments(12S rRNA and COI)of DNA barcoding in fish species identification,and established a comprehensive fish barcoding reference database.Two hundred and eighty-seven captured fish samples from Zhoushan coastal waters were identified using morphological characteristics and DNA barcoding.A total of 26412S rRNA sequences(belonging to eight orders,31 families,55 genera,and 66 species)and 188 COI sequences(belonging to seven orders,30 families,48 genera,and 58 species)were obtained.The lengths of the 12S rRNA sequences ranged from 165 to 178 bp,and the guanine-cytosine(GC)content was 45.37%.The average 12S rRNA interspecific and intraspecific genetic distances(K2P)were 0.10%and 26.66%,respectively.The length of the COI sequence ranged 574–655 bp,and the content of GC was 45.97%.The average 12S rRNA interspecific and intraspecific genetic distances(K2P)were 0.16%and 27.45%,respectively.The minimum interspecific genetic distances of 12S rRNA and COI(1.23%and 1.86%)were both greater than their maximum intraspecific genetic distances(2.42%and 8.66%).Three molecular analyses(NJ tree,ABGD,and GMYC)were performed to accurately identify and delineate species.Clustering errors occurred when the 12S rRNA sequences were delimited using the NJ tree method,and the delimitation results of ABGD and GMYC are consistent with the final species identification results.Our results demonstrate that DNA barcoding based on 12S rRNA and COI can be used as an effective tool for fish species identification,and 12S rRNA has good application prospects in the environmental DNA(eDNA)metabarcoding of marine fish.Yehui WANG Na SONG Shude LIU Zhi CHEN Anle XU Tianxiang GAO 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,5:0
