1Reinforcement Learning from Algorithm Model to Industry Innovation Innovation: A Foundation Stone of Future Artificial Intelligence显示文摘Reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm has been introduced for several decades,which becomes a paradigm in sequential decision-making and control.The development of reinforcement learning,especially in recent years,has enabled this algorithm to be applied in many industry fields,such as robotics,medical intelligence,and games.This paper first introduces the history and background of reinforcement learning,and then illustrates the industrial application and open source platforms.After that,the successful applications from AlphaGo to AlphaZero and future reinforcement learning technique are focused on.Finally,the artificial intelligence for complex interaction(e.g.,stochastic environment,multiple players,selfish behavior,and distributes optimization)is considered and this paper concludes with the highlight and outlook of future general artificial intelligence.DONG Shaokang CHEN Jiarui LIU Yong BAO Tianyi GAO Yang 2019ZTE Communications2019,17,3:1

3Transcriptome analysis elucidates key changes of pleon in the process of carcinization显示文摘When megalopa molting to the first juvenile crab stage,the crabs undergo carcinization morphogenesis.To study the key physiological and morphological processes in carcinization,we performed a comparative transcriptomic analysis between the cephalothoraxes and the pleons of megalopa and the first juvenile crab stage in Chinese mitten crab.The results reveal that the major physiological and morphological changes in the pleon were related to energy metabolism(oxidative phosphorylation and AMPK pathways),ventral nerve cord fusion(apoptosis-related pathways),and metamorphosis(transcription factors,Hedgehog and Hippo pathways).We also discovered that the key Hox genes abdominal-B and abdominal-A might regulate morphological changes,especially in the degeneration of the fifth pair of pleopods,and ganglion fusion,respectively.Studying the regulatory mechanisms of carcinization may help us better understand the developmental biology of the juvenile crabs.Ya’nan YANG Zhaoxia CUI Tianyi FENG Chenchang BAO Yuanfeng XU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,4:0
4Dual‑Doped Nickel Sulfide for Electro‑Upgrading Polyethylene Terephthalate into Valuable Chemicals and Hydrogen Fuel显示文摘Electro-upcycling of plastic waste into value-added chemicals/fuels is an attractive and sustainable way for plastic waste management.Recently,electrocatalytically converting polyethylene terephthalate(PET)into formate and hydrogen has aroused great interest,while developing low-cost catalysts with high efficiency and selectivity for the central ethylene glycol(PET monomer)oxidation reaction(EGOR)remains a challenge.Herein,a high-performance nickel sulfide catalyst for plastic waste electro-upcycling is designed by a cobalt and chloride co-doping strategy.Benefiting from the interconnected ultrathin nanosheet architecture,dual dopants induced upshifting d band centre and facilitated in situ structural reconstruction,the Co and Cl co-doped Ni_(3)S_(2)(Co,Cl-NiS)outperforms the singledoped and undoped analogues for EGOR.The self-evolved sulfide@oxyhydroxide heterostructure catalyzes EG-to-formate conversion with high Faradic efficiency(>92%)and selectivity(>91%)at high current densities(>400 mA cm^(−2)).Besides producing formate,the bifunctional Co,Cl-NiS-assisted PET hydrolysate electrolyzer can achieve a high hydrogen production rate of 50.26 mmol h^(−1)in 2 M KOH,at 1.7 V.This study not only demonstrates a dual-doping strategy to engineer cost-effective bifunctional catalysts for electrochemical conversion processes,but also provides a green and sustainable way for plastic waste upcycling and simultaneous energy-saving hydrogen production.Zhijie Chen Renji Zheng Teng Bao Tianyi Ma Wei Wei Yansong Shen Bing‑Jie Ni 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,11:0
5Nanomotor-based adsorbent for blood Lead(II)removal in vitro and in pig models显示文摘Blood lead(Pb(II))removal is very important but challenging.The main difficulty of blood Pb(II)removal currently lies in the fact that blood Pb(II)is mainly complexed with hemoglobin(Hb)inside the red blood cells(RBCs).Traditional blood Pb(II)removers are mostly passive particles that do not have the motion ability,thus the efficiency of the contact between the adsorbent and the Pb(II)-contaminated Hb is relatively low.Herein,a kind of magnetic nanomotor adsorbent with movement ability under alternating magnetic field based on Fe3O4 nanoparticle modified with meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA)was prepared and a blood Pb(II)removal strategy was further proposed.During the removal process,the nanomotor adsorbent can enter the RBCs,then the contact probability between the nanomotor adsorbent and the Pb(II)-contaminated Hb can be increased by the active movement of nanomotor.Through the strong coordination of functional groups in DMSA,the nanomotor adsorbent can adsorb Pb(II),and finally be separated from blood by permanent magnetic field.The in vivo extracorporeal blood circulation experiment verifies the ability of the adsorbent to remove blood Pb(II)in pig models,which may provide innovative ideas for blood heavy metal removal in the future.Meng Wang Tianyi Bao Wenqiang Yan Dan Fang Yueqi Yu Zhiyong Liu Guoyong Yin Mimi Wan Chun Mao Dongquan Shi 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,4:0
6Nitrogen distribution in the products from the hydrothermal liquefaction of Chlorella sp. and Spirulina sp.显示文摘The high contents of nitrogen-containing organic compounds in biocrude obtained from hydrothermal liquefaction of microalgae are one of the most concerned issues on the applications and environment.In the project,Chlorella sp.and Spirulina sp.were selected as raw materials to investigate the influence of different reaction conditions(i.e.,reaction temperature,residence time,solid loading rate)on the distribution of nitrogen in the oil phase and aqueous phase.Three main forms of nitrogen-containing organic compounds including nitrogen-heterocyclic compounds,amide,and amine were detected in biocrudes.The contents of nitrogen-heterocyclic compounds decreased with temperature while amide kept increasing.The effect of residence time on the components of nitrogen-containing organic compounds was similar with that of temperature.However,the influence of solid loading rate was insignificant.Moreover,it was also found that the differences of amino acids in the protein components in the two microalgae might affect the nitrogen distribution in products.For example,nitrogen in basic amino acids of Spirulina sp.preferred to go into the aqueous phase comparing with the nitrogen in neutral amino acids of Chlorella sp.In summary,a brief reaction map was proposed to describe the nitrogen pathway during microalgae hydrothermal liquefaction.Tianyi Bao Yuanyuan Shao Haiping Zhang Jesse Zhu 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,6:0
