| 1 | Chemically tailored molecular surface modifiers for efficient and stable perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted intense attention based on their high power conversion efficiency and low production cost.However,due to the polycrystalline nature and the intrinsic hydrophilicity of the metal halide perovskite moieties,the photovoltaic performance of PSCs is largely limited by defects within the polycrystalline perovskites and the sensitivity to moisture.In this perspective,we focus on the chemically tailored interface materials to passivate the defects and improve the moisture stability of PSCs.First,we provide a brief overview of various molecular interface modifiers.Thereafter we provide examples from our recent work on organic ammonium halide‐based passivation materials as representatives to illustrate the design strategies and the modification effects.In the end,we shed light on the future devel-opment of organic ammonium halides for applications in PSCs. | Yuhang Liu Bitao Dong Anders Hagfeldt Jingshan Luo Michael Graetzel | 2021 | SmartMat2021,2,1: | 4 |
| 2 | A design method for high fabrication tolerance integrated optical mode multiplexer显示文摘The tapered asymmetric directional coupler has the potential to realize high fabrication tolerance and high transmission efficiency on-chip mode multiplexer.However,the geometry parameter selection of tapered structure remains empirical.In this paper,we propose a design method for the tapered structure based on genetic algorithm.Combined with the adjusted coupling equations and interpolation method,lowtime-cost optimization can be realized.Three mode multiplexers(TE0&TE1,TE0&TE2 and TE0&TE5)are designed by our method.According to simulation results,the insertion loss of the designed devices is lower than 1.8 dB and the crosstalk is lower than-15 dB when the fabrication error is within required range(±10 nm for TE0&TE2 and TE0&TE5,and±20 nm for TE0&TE1)in the bandwidth of 1.5–1.6μm.In addition,the entire optimization process takes only 2 h for each device,which is around the time cost of a single 3 D simulation. | Bitao SHEN Haowen SHU Linjie ZHOU Xingjun WANG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,6: | 3 |
| 3 | Mobility in China,2020:a tale of four phases显示文摘2020 was an unprecedented year;with rapid and drastic changes in human mobility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.To understand the variation in commuting patterns among the Chinese population across stable and unstable periods,we used nationwide mobility data from 318 million mobile phone users in China to examine the extreme fluctuations of population movements in 2020,ranging from the Lunar New Year travel season(chunyun),to the exceptional calm of COVID-19 lockdown,and then to the recovery period.We observed that cross-city movements;which increased substantially in chunyun and then dropped sharply during the lockdown,are primarily dependent on travel distance and the socio-economic development of cities.Following the Lunar New Year holiday,national mobility remained low until mid-February,and COVID-19 interventions delayed more than 72.89 million people returning to large cities.Mobility network analysis revealed clusters of highly connected cities,conforming to the social-economic division of urban agglomerations in China.While the mass migration back to large cities was delayed,smaller cities connected more densely to form new clusters.During the recovery period after travel restrictions were lifted,the netflows of over 55%city pairs reversed in direction compared to before the lockdown.These findings offer the most comprehensive picture of Chinese mobility at fine resolution across various scenarios in China and are of critical importance for decision making regarding future public-health-emergency response,transportation planning and regional economic development,among others. | Suoyi Tan Shengjie Lai Fan Fang Ziqiang Cao Bin Sai Bing Song Bitao Dai Shuhui Guo Chuchu Liu Mengsi Cai Tong Wang Mengning Wang Jiaxu Li Saran Chen Shuo Qin Jessica R.Floyd Zhidong Cao Jing Tan Xin Sun Tao Zhou Wei Zhang Andrew J.Tatem Petter Holme Xiaohong Chen Xin Lu | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,11: | 3 |

| 5 | Highly-ordered dye-sensitized TiO_2 nanotube arrays film used for improving photoelectrochemical electrodes显示文摘Thin titanium oxide nanotube arrays (TNAs) films were synthesized by anodization of titanium foil in an aqueous dimethyl sulfoxide solution using a platinum foil counter electrode.TNAs up to 6.8 μm in length,120 nm in inner pore diameter,and 20 nm in wall thickness were obtained by 40 V potentials anodization for 24 h.Their microstructures and surface morphologies were characterized by XRD,TEM,SAED and UV-vis spectroscopy.The photoelectrochemical properties of as-prepared unsensitized and dye-sensitized TNAs electrodes were examined under simulated solar light (AM 1.5,100 mW/cm2) illumination.The results showed that the photocurrent of the dye-sensitized TNAs electrodes reached 6.9 mA/cm2,which was 6 times more than that of the dye-sensitized TiO2 nanoparticles (TNPs) electrodes.It implied that the electron transport process and the charge recombination suppression within TNAs electrodes were much more favorable in comparison with that in the TNPs electrodes.Electrodes applying such kind of titania nanotubes will have a potential to further enhance the efficiencies of TNAs-based dye-sensitized solar cells. | XIONG BiTao WANG ChangRong LUO JunYan CHEN BaoXin ZHOU BaoXue ZHU ZhiYan | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013,56,1: | 3 |

| 9 | Broadband isolated attosecond pulse generation in a two-color laser field combined with an orthogonally polarized laser pulse显示文摘We present a method to generate broadband isolated attosecond pulses. Using a two-color laser field, which is synthesized by a mid-infrared (12.5 fs, 2000 nm) and a weaker (12 fs, 800 nm) pulse in the x direction, a modulated supercontinuum from 290 to 430 eV is obtainable. By properly adding a second-harmonic control field of the driving pulse in the y direction, the short quantum path is well selected and a smooth supercontinuum from 290 to 440 eV is generated. The bandwidth of the supercontinuum can be controlled by adjusting the electric field of the control pulse in the x direction. When the electric field increases to 0.051 a.u., a smooth supercontinuum from 295 to 520 eV is obtained.
