1Reconstruction of different scales of pore-fractures network of coal reservoir and its permeability prediction with Monte Carlo method显示文摘There are millimeter, micron and nanometer scales of pores and fractures in coal to describe different scales of coal pores and fissures communicating path and to quantitatively characterize their permeability. Such information provides an important basis for studying coalbed methane output mechanism. The pores and fissures in a large number of coal samples were observed and counted by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The probability distribution models of pore-fissure network were then established. Different scales of pore-fissures 2D network models were reconstructed by Monte Carlo method. The 2D seepage models were obtained through assignment zero method and using Matlab software. The effect of permeability on different scale pore-fractures network was obtained by two-dimensional seepage equation. Predicted permeability is compared with the measured ones. The results showed that the dominant order of different scale pore-fractures connected path from high to low is millimeter-sized fractures, seepage pores and micron-size fractures. The contribution of coal reservoir permeability from large to small is millimeter-size fractures, micron-size fractures and seepage pores. 6Phosphorylation-mediated interaction between human E26 transcription factor 1 and specific protein 1 is required for tumor cell migration显示文摘Transcription factors,human E26 transcription factor 1(Ets1)and specific protein 1(Sp1),are known to induce gene expression in tumorigenicity.High Ets1 expression is often associated with colorectal tumorigenesis.In this study,we discover that metastasis and clone formation in SW480 cells mainly depend on the direct interaction between Ets1 and Sp1 instead of high Ets1 expression.The interaction domains are further addressed to be the segment at Sp1(626-708)and the segment at Ets1(244-331).In addition,the phosphorylation inhibition of Ets1 at Tyr283 by either downregulation of Src kinase or Src family inhibitor treatment decreases the interaction between Sp1 and Ets1 and suppresses SW480 migration.Either administration or overexpression of the peptides harboring the interaction segment strongly inhibits the colony formation and migration of SW480 cells.Our findings suggest that the interaction between Ets1 and Sp1 rather than Ets1 alone promotes transformation in SW480 cells and provide new insight into the Ets1 and Sp1 interaction as an antitumour target in SW480 cells.Xianhui Wen Xingsheng Sun Zheyuan Ou Jun Jiang Qingmei Chen Xirong He Zhangsheng Hu Han Qiao Kuan Zhou Xin Li Yiqun Deng Jikai Wen 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,10:0

8Distinct gut microbiota and health outcomes in asymptomatic infection,viral nucleic acid test re-positive,and convalescent COVID-19 cases显示文摘Gut microbiota composition is suggested to associate with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)severity,but the impact of gut microbiota on health outcomes is largely unclear.We recruited 81 individuals from Wuhan,China,including 13 asymptomatic infection cases(Group A),24 COVID-19 convalescents with adverse outcomes(Group C),31 severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)re-positive cases(Group D),and 13 non-COVID-19 healthy controls(Group H).The microbial features of Groups A and D were similar and exhibited higher gut microbial diversity and more abundant short-chain fatty acid(SCFA)-producing species than Group C.Group C was enriched with opportunistic pathogens and virulence factors related to adhesion and toxin production.The abundance of SCFA-producing species was negatively correlated,while Escherichia coli was positively correlated with adverse outcomes.All three groups(A,C,and D)were enriched with the mucusdegrading species Akkermansia muciniphila,but decreased with Bacteroides-encoded carbohydrate-active enzymes.The pathways of vitamin B6 metabolic and folate biosynthesis were decreased,while selenocompound metabolism was increased in the three groups.Specifically,the secondary bile acid(BA)metabolic pathway was enriched in Group A.Antibiotic resistance genes were common among the three groups.Conclusively,the gut microbiota was related to the health outcomes of COVID-19.Dietary supplementations(SCFAs,BA,selenium,folate,vitamin B6)may be beneficial to COVID-19 patients.Ruqin Lin Mingzhong Xiao Shanshan Cao Yu Sun Linhua Zhao Xiaoxiao Mao Peng Chen Xiaolin Tong Zheyuan Ou Hui Zhu Dong Men Xiaodong Li Yiqun Deng Xian-En Zhang Jikai Wen 2022mLife2022,1,2:0
9Indoor metabolites and chemicals outperform microbiome in classifying childhood asthma and allergic rhinitis显示文摘Indoor microorganisms impact asthma and allergic rhinitis(AR),but the associated microbial taxa often vary extensively due to climate and geographical variations.To provide more consistent environmental assessments,new perspectives on microbial exposure for asthma and AR are needed.Home dust from 97 cases(32 asthma alone,37 AR alone,28 comorbidity)and 52 age-and gender-matched controls in Shanghai,China,were analyzed using high-throughput shotgun metagenomic sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Homes of healthy children were enriched with environmental microbes,including Paracoccus,Pseudomonas,and Psychrobacter,and metabolites like keto acids,indoles,pyridines,and flavonoids(astragalin,hesperidin)(False Discovery Rate<0.05).A neural network co-occurrence probability analysis revealed that environmental microorganisms were involved in producing these keto acids,indoles,and pyridines.Conversely,homes of diseased children were enriched with mycotoxins and synthetic chemicals,including herbicides,insecticides,and food/cosmetic additives.Using a random forest model,characteristic metabolites and microorganisms in Shanghai homes were used to classify high and low prevalence of asthma/AR in an independent dataset in Malaysian schools(N=1290).Indoor metabolites achieved an average accuracy of 74.9%and 77.1%in differentiating schools with high and low prevalence of asthma and AR,respectively,whereas indoor microorganisms only achieved 51.0%and 59.5%,respectively.These results suggest that indoor metabolites and chemicals rather than indoor microbiome are potentially superior environmental indicators for childhood asthma and AR.This study extends the traditional risk assessment focusing on allergens or air pollutants in childhood asthma and AR,thereby revealing potential novel intervention strategies for these diseases.Yu Sun Hao Tang Shuang Du Yang Chen Zheyuan Ou Mei Zhang Zhuoru Chen Zhiwei Tang Dongjun Zhang Tianyi Chen Yanyi Xu Jiufeng Li Dan Norback Jamal Hisham Hashim Zailina Hashim Jie Shao Xi Fu Zhuohui Zhao 2023Eco-Environment & Health2023,2,4:0

11Corrosion behavior of amorphous/nanocrystalline Al-Cr-Fe film deposited by double glow plasmas technique显示文摘In order to improve the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy,the amorphous/nanocrystal Al-Cr-Fe film has been successfully prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy by double glow plasma tech-nology.The amorphous/nanocrystalline consists of two different regions,i.e.,an amorphous layer on outmost surface and an underlying lamellar nanocrystalline layer with a grain size of less than 10 nm.The corrosion behavior of amorphous/nanocrystalline Al-Cr-Fe film in 3.5% NaCl solution is investi-gated using an electrochemical polarization measurement.Compared with the AZ31 magnesium alloy,the amorphous/nanocrystalline Al-Cr-Fe film exhibits more positive corrosion potentials and lower corrosion current densities than that of AZ31 magnesium alloy.XPS measurement reveals that the passive film formed on the Al-Cr-Fe film after the anodic polarization tests is strongly enriched in Cr2O3,Fe2O3 and Al2O3 at outer surface of the film and in the inner layer consists of Cr2O3,FeO and Al2O3.XU Jiang CHEN ZheYuan TAO Jie JIANG ShuYun LIU ZiLi XU Zhong 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,5:0
12Dispersion characteristics of switching transients from large‐scale experiments in a 1100 kV gas insulated switchgear circuit显示文摘The switching operation of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)disconnector will produce multiple random spark discharges between the gas gaps of the disconnector.Each spark discharge can be affected by various random factors,such as trapped charge on the load side,the initial operating phase,gap distance and operating speed of the disconnector,leading to dispersion characteristics.At present,some studies have mentioned this dispersion,but its impact is still unclear due to the lack of experimental data,resulting in a deviation between the simulation results and the measured results.In this study,thousands of switching operations were carried out based on the 1100 kV full‐scale GIS circuit in Wuhan ultra‐high voltage alternating current Test Base.The maximal information coeffi-cient analysis,linear regression fitting and other statistical methods were used to discuss the dispersion characteristics of very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO)and transient enclosure voltage(TEV)from large‐scale experimental data.The results show that the dispersion of VFTO and TEV in amplitude aspects both increase gradually as the breakdown voltage increases,with the maximum difference of five times of TEV amplitude at normalised breakdown voltage.In terms of frequency characteristics,the dispersion of different fre-quency components in TEV is always greater than that of VFTO,especially for the high‐frequency components.Moreover,by comparing the frequency characteristics of TEV at different positions,we notice that the dispersion is almost independent of the spatial po-sition but only determined by the randomness of spark discharges.These discoveries reveal the importance of the dispersion in switching transients and make up for the lack of theoretical understanding of the correlation among them.Zihan Teng Weijiang Chen Jiangong Zhang Baoquan Wan Jun Zhao Kejie Li Zhenghai Liao Zheyuan Gan 2023High Voltage2023,8,6:0
