| 1 | 中国和澳大利亚宫颈癌患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染及其他危险因素的对比研究显示文摘目的 探讨中国和澳大利亚宫颈癌患者人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV)感染及其型别分布 ,并比较两组患者其他危险因素和临床病理特征的差异。方法 采用聚合酶链反应方法分别检测 115例中国宫颈癌患者和 79例澳大利亚宫颈癌患者癌组织中HPVDNA ,用测序法和反向核酸杂交法对HPV进行分型。并分析HPV感染与临床病理特征的关系。结果 中国组HPV阳性率为 76 .8% ,澳大利亚组为 89.9% (P =0 .0 17)。两组间HPVl6和 18型阳性率差别无显著意义 (P =0 .80 6 ) ,HPV5 8和 5 9型在中国组比澳大利亚组多见。HPV阳性率与临床分期、肿瘤组织学类型和分级 ,以及淋巴结转移等无关 ,但HPV型别与组织学类型及分级相关。澳大利亚组中晚期及非鳞癌患者较中国组多。两组患者在宫颈涂片普查次数及一些危险因素方面差异有显著意义。结论 澳大利亚组子宫颈癌患者HPV感染率比中国组明显为高 ;在中国组中HPV5 8和 5 9型是并列第 3常见的感染类型 ;HPV18和 5 9型与恶性度高的宫颈癌相关。 | 刘继红 黄欣 廖革望 李俊东 李艳芳 李孟达 Barbara Rose Carol Thompson | 2003 | 中华医学杂志2003,83,9: | 27 |
