| 2 | Comprehensive strategy of conduit guidance combined with VEGF producing Schwann cells accelerates peripheral nerve repair显示文摘Peripheral nerve regeneration requires stepwise and well-organized establishment of microenvironment.Since local delivery of VEGF-A in peripheral nerve repair is expected to promote angiogenesis in the microenvironment and Schwann cells(SCs)play critical role in nerve repair,combination of VEGF and Schwann cells may lead to efficient peripheral nerve regeneration.VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells were established and loaded into the inner wall of hydroxyethyl cellulose/soy protein isolate/polyaniline sponge(HSPS)conduits.When HSPS is mechanically distorted,it still has high durability of strain strength,thus,can accommodate unexpected strain of nerve tissues in motion.A 10 mm nerve defect rat model was used to test the repair performance of the HSPS-SC(VEGF)conduits,meanwhile the HSPS,HSPS-SC,HSPS-VEGF conduits and autografts were worked as controls.The immunofluorescent co-staining of GFP/VEGF-A,Ki67 and MBP showed that the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells could promote the proliferation,migration and differentiation of Schwann cells as the VEGF-A was secreted from the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells.The nerve repair performance of the multifunctional and flexible conduits was examined though rat behavioristics,electrophysiology,nerve innervation to gastrocnemius muscle(GM),toluidine blue(TB)staining,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and NF200/S100 double staining in the regenerated nerve.The results displayed that the effects on the repair of peripheral nerves in HSPS-SC(VEGF)group was the best among the conduits groups and closed to autografts.HSPS-SC(VEGF)group exhibited notably increased CD31+endothelial cells and activation of VEGFR2/ERK signaling pathway in the regenerated nerve tissues,which probably contributed to the improved nerve regeneration.Altogether,the comprehensive strategy including VEGF overexpressing Schwann cells-mediated and HSPS conduit-guided peripheral nerve repair provides a new avenue for nerve tissue engineering. | Ping Wu Zan Tong Lihua Luo Yanan Zhao Feixiang Chen Yinping Li Céline Huselstein Qifa Ye Qingsong Ye Yun Chen | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 4 |
| 3 | Evidence for charge and spin density waves in single crystals of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7) and La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6)显示文摘Charge and spin orders are intimately related to superconductivity in copper oxide superconductors.Elucidation of the competing orders in various nickel oxide compounds is crucial,given the fact that superconductivity has been discovered in Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)films.Herein,we report structural,electronic transport,magnetic,and thermodynamic characterizations of single crystals of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)and La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6).La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)is metallic with mixed Ni^(2+)and Ni^(3+)valent states.Resistivity measurements yield two transition-like kinks at~110 and 153 K.The kink at 153 K is further revealed from magnetization and specific heat measurements,indicative of the formation of charge and spin density waves.La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6)single crystals obtained from the topochemical reduction of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)are insulating and show an anomaly at~176 K on magnetic susceptibility.The transition-like behaviors of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)and La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6)are analogous to those observed in La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(10) and La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(8),suggesting that charge and spin density waves are a common feature in the ternary La-Ni-O system with mixed-valent states of nickel. | Zengjia Liu Hualei Sun Mengwu Huo Xiaoyan Ma Yi Ji Enkui Yi Lisi Li Hui Liu Jia Yu Ziyou Zhang Zhiqiang Chen Feixiang Liang Hongliang Dong Hanjie Guo Dingyong Zhong Bing Shen Shiliang Li Meng Wang | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,1: | 2 |
| 4 | Large Scale One-Pot Synthesis of Monodispersed Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))_(2)F Cathode for Na-Ion Batteries显示文摘Na-ion batteries(NIBs)have received significant interest as potential candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to the widespread distribution of sodium and superior low-temperature performance.However,their commercial application is usually hindered by the high production cost and inadequate performance for electrode materials,particularly for cathodes.Na_(3)(VOPO_(4))_(2)F(NVOPF)has been recognized as one of the most promising cathodes for high-energy NIBs owing to the high working voltage and energy density.Here,we report a facile highly efficient room-temperature solution protocol for large-scale synthesis of NVOPF cathode for NIBs.By simply regulating pH,NVOPF can be obtained,which delivered a discharge capacity of 120.2 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C and 72%capacity retention over 8000 cycles at 25 C.Besides,the kilogram-level NVOPF products have been synthesized,and 26650 cylindrical cells were fabricated,which exhibit excellent cycling stabilities,remarkable lowtemperature performance with comparable safety features.We hope our findings could provide insights on the industrial application of NVOPF in NIBs. | Qiangqiang Zhang Xing Shen Quan Zhou Kaixuan Li Feixiang Ding Yaxiang Lu Junmei Zhao Liquan Chen Yong-Sheng Hu | 2022 | Energy Material Advances2022,,1: | 2 |

| 6 | The Chloride Permeability of Persulphated Phosphogypsum-Slag Cement Concrete显示文摘The chloride permeability and microstructure of persulphated phosphogypsum-slag cement concrete(PPSCC), the Portland slag cement concrete(PSCC) and ordinary Portland cement concrete(OPCC) were investigated comparatively. Some test methods were used to evaluate the chloride permeability and explain the relationship between the permeability and microstructure of concrete. | 9 | Energy consumption prediction model of typical buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone of China显示文摘To overcome the shortcomings of the energyconsumption prediction models in the application during thedesign stage, a quick prediction model for energy consumptionis proposed based on the decoupling method. Taking typicalresidential and office buildings in hot summer and cold winterzones as research objects, the influence factors on buildingenergy consumption are classified into intrinsic factors andoperational factors on the basis of the heat transfer principle.Then, using the intrinsic factors as the fundamental variablesand operational factors as the modified variables, the quickprediction model for the buildings in typical cold and hot zonesis proposed based on the decoupling method and the accuracyof the proposed model is verified. The results show thatcompared to the simulation results of EnergyPlus, the relativeerror of the prediction model is less than 1.5% ; comparedwith the real operating data of the building, the relative erroris 13.14% in 2011 and 8.56% in 2012 due to the fact that thecoincidence factor becomes larger than the design value about16% in 2011 and 13% in 2012. The finding reveals that theproposed model has the advantages of rapid calculationcompared with EnergyPlus and Design Builder when predictingbuilding energy consumption in building designs.
