1Optical bandgap energy of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite studied by photoconductivity and reflectance spectroscopy显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been receiving considerable attention due to their promising applications in many optoelectronic fields. However, the optical bandgap of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 perovskite is still disputed. In order to comprehend the intrinsic characteristics of these materials, we study the near-band-edge optical responses of the solution-processed CH_3NH_3PbI_3 perovskite crystals by photoconductivity and reflectance spectroscopy at room temperature. All these spectra of the CH_3NH_3PbI_3 polycrystals show only one significant absorption edge at 1.58 eV. However, we observe an extra absorption edge at 1.47 eV in CH_3NH_3PbI_3 single crystal. We establish a simple kinetic model of charge annihilation processes to explain why the low-energy structure of the photoconductivity and diffuse reflectance spectra of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 polycrystals disappear, which provides another possibility for understanding the difference in absorption edge. 2InAs-based interband cascade lasers at 4.0 μm operating at room temperature显示文摘InAs-based interband cascade lasers(ICLs) with InAs plasmon waveguides or InAs/AlSb superlattice(SL) waveguides were demonstrated at emission wavelengths below 4.1 μm. The threshold current densities of the lasers with SL waveguides were 37 A/cm^2 at 77 K in continuous wave mode. The operation temperature of these lasers reached room temperature in pulsed mode. 10Development of a target capture sequencing SNP genotyping platform for genetic analysis and genomic breeding in rapeseed显示文摘Rapeseed(Brassica napus)is an oil crop grown worldwide,making it a key plant species in molecular breeding research.However,the complexity of its polyploid genome increases sequencing costs and reduces sequencing accuracy.Target capture coupled with high-throughput sequencing is an efficient approach for detecting genetic variation at genomic regions or loci of interest.In this study,588 resequenced accessions of rapeseed were used to develop a target capture sequencing SNP genotyping platform named BnaPan50T.The platform comprised 54,765,with 54,058 resequenced markers from the pan-genome,and 855 variant trait-associated markers for 12 agronomic traits.The capture quality of BnaPan50T was demonstrated well in 12 typical accessions.Compared with a conventional genotyping array,BnaPan50T has a high SNP density and a high proportion of SNPs in unique physical positions and in annotated functional genes,promising wide application.Target capture sequencing and wholegenome resequencing in 90 doubled-haploid lines yielded 60%specificity,78%uniformity within tenfold coverage range,and 93%genotyping accuracy for the platform.BnaPan50T was used to construct a genetic map for quantitative trait loci(QTL)mapping,identify 21 unique QTL,and predict several candidate genes for yield-related traits in multiple environments.A set of 132 core SNP loci was selected from BnaPan50T to construct DNA fingerprints and germplasm identification resources.This study provides genomics resources to support target capture sequencing,genetic analysis and genomic breeding of rapeseed.Xiaodong Li Xumei Liu Yonghai Fan Shengting Li Mengna Yu Mingchao Qian Yuling Chen Hongqiao Chen Xinchun Li Bei Liu Xinfu Xu Cunmin Qu Jiana Li Kun Lu 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,2:1

15Gate voltage control of helicity-dependent photocurrent and polarization detection in(Bi_(1-x)Sb_(x))_(2)Te_(3)topological insulator thin films显示文摘Optical helicity provides us with an effective means to control the helicity-dependent photocurrent in the spinmomentum-locked surface states of topological insulators(TIs).Also,the TIs show potential in polarization detection as an intrinsic solid-state optical chirality detector for easier integration and fabrication.However,the complex photoresponses with the circular photogalvanic effect,the linear photogalvanic effect,and the photon drag effect in the TIs prevent them from direct chirality detection of the elliptically polarized light.Here,by fitting with the theoretical models to the measured photocurrents,the microscopic origin of different components of the helicity-dependent photocurrent has been demonstrated.We show a comprehensive study of the helicitydependent photocurrent in(Bi_(1-x)Sb_(x))_(2)Te_(3)thin films of different thicknesses as a function of the light incident angle and the gate-tuned chemical potential.The observation of the light incident angle dependence of the helicitydependent photocurrent provides us with a polarization detection strategy using a TI thin film without the use of any additional optical elements,and the detection accuracy can be enhanced by gate tuning.Additionally,the Stokes parameters can be extracted by arithmetic operation of photocurrents measured with different incident angles and gating voltages for complete characterization of the polarization states of a light beam.Using this means,we realize the polarization detection and the Stokes parameters analysis with a single device.Our work provides an alternative solution to develop miniaturized intrinsic polarization-sensitive photodetectors.SHENZHONG CHEN JINLING YU XIYU HONG KEJING ZHU YONGHAI CHEN SHUYING CHENG YUNFENG LAI KE HE QIKUN XUE 2023Photonics Research2023,11,11:0
16Hard nanocrystalline gold materials prepared via high-pressure phase transformation显示文摘As one of the important materials,nanocrystalline Au(n-Au)has gained numerous interests in recent decades owing to its unique properties and promising applications.However,most of the current n-Au thin films are supported on substrates,limiting the study on their mechanical properties and applications.Therefore,it is urgently desired to develop a new strategy to prepare nAu materials with superior mechanical strength and hardness.Here,a hard n-Au material with an average grain size of~40 nm is prepared by cold-forging of the unique Au nanoribbons(NRBs)with unconventional 4H phase under high pressure.Systematic characterizations reveal the phase transformation from 4H to face-centered cubic(fcc)phase during the cold compression.Impressively,the compressive yield strength and Vickers hardness(HV)of the prepared n-Au material reach~140.2 MPa and~1.0 GPa,which are 4.2 and 2.2 times of the microcrystalline Au foil,respectively.This work demonstrates that the combination of high-pressure cold-forging and the in-situ 4H-to-fcc phase transformation can effectively inhibit the grain growth in the obtained n-Au materials,leading to the formation of novel hard n-Au materials.Our strategy opens up a new avenue for the preparation of nanocrystalline metals with superior mechanical property.Chenlong Xie Wenxin Niu Penghui Li Yiyao Ge Jiawei Liu Zhanxi Fan Xiaoxiao Liu Ye Chen Ming Zhou Zihe Li Mengdong Ma Yonghai Yue Jing Wang Li Zhu Kun Luo Yang Zhang Yingju Wu Lin Wang Bo Xu Hua Zhang Zhisheng Zhao Yongjun Tian 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0

18Evolutionarily conserved boule and dazl identify germ cells of Coilia nasus显示文摘Coilia nasus is an endangered fish species in the Yangtze River,and there is urgent need to know the genes related to its reproduction and fertility.The DAZ family including boule,daz and dazl,plays an important role in germ cells development.In this study,the cDNA sequence of boule(Cnbol)and dazl(Cndazl)genes were cloned and their expression patterns were characterized in Coilia nasus.RT-PCR showed that the expression of Cnbol and Cndazl mRNAs was restricted in adult gonads.The section in situ hybridization indicated that the temporospatial expression patterns of Cnbol and Cndazl were significantly different.In the testis,Cnbol was mainly detected in spermatocytes and spermatids,while Cndazl was prominently expressed in s permatogonia.In the ovary,Cnbol and Cndazl were highly expressed in the early stages of oocytes.Interestingly,Cndazl was also concentrated in perinuclear speckle and then localized to the Balbiani body in late stages of oocytes.In addition,Cnbol and Cndazl 3′UTR can specifically label medaka Primordial Germ Cells(PGCs).According to our results,Cnbol and Cndazl are marker genes of germ cells and may play a vital role in the development and differentiation of germ cells in Coilia nasus.Xiao Chen Peng Song Jiao Xia Jing Guo Yonghai Shi Ying Zhong Mingyou Li 2023Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,3:0
19The growth temperatures dependence of optical and electrical properties of InN films显示文摘InN films grown on sapphire at different substrate temperatures from 550℃ to 700℃ by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition were investigated. The low-temperature GaN nucleation layer with high-temperature annealing (1100℃) was used as a buffer for main InN layer growth. X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering measurements reveal that the quality of InN films can be improved by increasing the growth temperature to 600℃. Further high substrate temperatures may promote the thermal decomposition of InN films and result in poor crystallinity and surface morphology. The photoluminescence and Hall measurements were employed to characterize the optical and electrical properties of InN films,which also indicates strong growth temperature dependence. The InN films grown at temperature of 600℃ show not only a high mobility with low carrier concentration,but also a strong infrared emission band located around 0.7 eV. 20Influence of InAs deposition thickness on the structural and optical properties of InAs quantum wires显示文摘The influence of InAs deposition thickness on the structural and optical properties of InAs/InAlAs quantum wires (QWR) superlattices (SLS) was studied. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results show that with increasing the InAs deposited thickness, the size uniformity and spatial ordering of InAs QWR SLS was greatly improved, but threading dislocations initiated from InAs nanowires for the sample with 6 monolayers (MLs) InAs deposition. In addition, the zig-zag features along the extending direc-tion and lateral interlink of InAs nanowires were also observed. The InAs nanowires, especially for the first period, were laterally compact. These structural features may result in easy tunneling and coupling of charge carriers between InAs nanowires and will hamper their device applications to some extent.
