| 3 | Mechanism underlying the retarded nuclear translocation of androgen receptor splice variants显示文摘As shown in our previous study, two alternatively spliced androgen receptor(AR) variants, which are exclusively expressed in the granulosa cells of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, exhibit retarded nuclear translocation compared with wild-type AR. However, researchers have not yet determined whether these abnormalities correlate with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)and importin α(the former is a generally accepted co-chaperone of AR, and the latter is a component of classical nuclear import complexes). Here, these two variants were mainly retained in cytoplasm with HSP90 and importin α in the presence of dihydrotestosterone(DHT), and their levels in nucleus were significantly reduced, according to the immunofluorescence staining. The binding affinity of two AR variants for importin α was consistently decreased, while it was increased in WT-AR following DHT stimulation, leading to reduced nuclear import, particularly for the insertion-AR(Ins-AR). However, the binding affinities of two AR variants for HSP90 were increased in the absence of DHT compared with WT-AR, which functioned to maintain spatial structural stability, particularly for the deletion-AR(Del-AR). | 4 | Adaptive decision-level fusion strategy for the fault diagnosis of axial piston pumps using multiple channels of vibration signals显示文摘An axial piston pump is a key component that plays the role of the 'heart' in hydraulic systems. The pump failure will lead to an unexpected breakdown of the entire hydraulic system or even economic loss and catastrophic safety consequences. Several vibration-based machine learning methods have been developed to detect and diagnose faults of axial piston pumps. However,most of these intelligent diagnosis methods use single-sensor vibration data to monitor the pump health states. Additionally, the diagnostic accuracy is unacceptable in most situations due to the complex pump structure and limited sensor information.Therefore, this study proposes a multi-sensor fusion method to improve the fault diagnosis performance of axial piston pumps.The convolutional neural network receives three channels of vibration data and makes the final diagnosis through information fusion at the decision level. The proposed decision fusion method is evaluated on the classification task of leakage levels of an actual axial piston pump. | 6 | Facile Li-Al layered double hydroxide films on Al alloy for enhanced hydrophobicity, anti-biofouling and anti-corrosion performance显示文摘In this work,lithium(Li)-aluminum(Al)layered double hydroxide(LDH)films modified by 4-amino-2-((hydrazine methylene)amino)-4-oxobutanoic acid(denoted as AOA acid)and/or 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane were prepared on 6N01 Al alloy by a facile,in-situ growth method with enhanced hydrophobicity,anti-biofouling and anti-corrosion performance.The preparation is low energy consumptive and environment friendly,relying on self-assembly at ambient temperature.The structure,molecular weight and functional groups of the synthesized AOA acid were characterized by NMR spectrometer,ESI-MS spectrometer and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy.And the compositions,structure and morphology of the films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,glancing-angle X-ray diffraction(GA-XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and energy-dispersive x-ray spectrum(EDS).Water contact angle measurements(CA)and atomic force microscopy(AFM)characterization show that the films possess a micro/nanostructure with an improved hydrophobicity.Immersion test,neutral salt tests(NSS)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)conducted in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solutions demonstrate the improved corrosion resistance of the films over bare Al alloy.Meanwhile,the films also possess an excellent anti-bacterial property toEscherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and sulfate-reducing bacteria. | Ji Li Tianci Yuan Chengliang Zhou Bo Chen Yi Shuai Dawang Wu Dongchu Chen Xiaohu Luo Y.Frank Cheng Yali Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,20: | 2 |

| 10 | Solid Additive-Assisted Layer-by-Layer Processing for 19%Efficiency Binary Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Morphology is of great significance to the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs),since appropriate morphology could not only promote the exciton dissociation,but also reduce the charge recombination.In this work,we have developed a solid additive-assisted layer-by-layer(SAA-LBL)processing to fabricate high-efficiency OSCs.By adding the solid additive of fatty acid(FA)into polymer donor PM6 solution,controllable pre-phase separation forms between PM6 and FA.This intermixed morphology facilitates the diffusion of acceptor Y6 into the donor PM6 during the LBL processing,due to the good miscibility and fast-solvation of the FA with chloroform solution dripping.Interestingly,this results in the desired morphology with refined phase-separated domain and vertical phase-separation structure to better balance the charge transport/collection and exciton dissociation.Consequently,the binary single junction OSCs based on PM6:Y6 blend reach champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 18.16%with SAA-LBL processing,which can be generally applicable to diverse systems,e.g.,the PM6:L8-BO-based devices and thick-film devices.The efficacy of SAA-LBL is confirmed in binary OSCs based on PM6:L8-BO,where record PCEs of 19.02%and 16.44%are realized for devices with 100 and 250 nm active layers,respectively.The work provides a simple but effective way to control the morphology for high-efficiency OSCs and demonstrates the SAA-LBL processing a promising methodology for boosting the industrial manufacturing of OSCs. | Guanyu Ding Tianyi Chen Mengting Wang Xinxin Xia Chengliang He Xiangjun Zheng Yaokai Li Di Zhou Xinhui Lu Lijian Zuo Zhikang Xu Hongzheng Chen | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7: | 1 |

It was found that the introduction of Cu can result in the formation of a large number of α-Fe(Si)clusters(less than 3 nm) embedded in the glassy matrix, which greatly improved the primary crystallization of α-Fe(Si) nanocrystals during subsequent annealing. The three-dimensional (3D) Sb-Ni nanoarrays as anodes exhibit the synergistic effects ofthe two-dimensional nanoplates and the open and conductive array structureas well as strong structural integrity. Further, their capacitive behavior isconfirmed through a kinetics analysis, which shows that their excellent Na-storageperformance is attributable to their unique nanostructure. When used asbinder-free sodium-ion battery (SIB) anodes, the nanoarrays exhibit a highcapacity retention rate (more than 80% over 200 cycles) at a current density of0.5 A.g-1 and excellent rate capacity (up to 20 A·g^-1), with their capacity being580 mAh-g-1. | 20 | Peanut-chocolate-ball-inspired construction of the interface engineering between CdS and intergrown Cd:Boosting both the photocatalytic activity and photocorrosion resistance显示文摘Interface engineering can improve the charge separation efficiency and inhibit photocorrosion is an emerging direction of developing more efficient and cost-effective photocatalytic systems.Herein,we report the sulfur-confined intimate Cd S intergrown Cd(Cd S/Cd)Ohmic junction(peanut-chocolate-ball like)for high-efficient H2production with superior anti-photocorrosion ability,which was fabricated from in-situ photoreduction of CdS intergrown Cd2SO4(OH)2(CdS/Cd2SO4(OH)2)prepared through a facile space-controlled-solvothermal method.The ratios of CdS/Cd can be effectively controlled by tunning that of CdS/Cd2SO4(OH)2which were prepared by adjusting the volume of reaction liquid and the remaining space of the reactor.Experiments investigations and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the Cd S intergrown Cd Ohmic junction interfaces(with appropriate content Cd intergrown on Cd S(19.54 wt%))are beneficial in facilitating the transfer of photogenerated electrons by constructing an interfacial electric field and forming sulfur-confined structures for preventing the positive holes(h+)oxidize the Cd S.This contributes to a high photocatalytic H2production activity of 95.40μmol h-1(about 32.3 times higher than bare Cd S)and possesses outstanding photocatalytic stability over 205 h,much longer than most Cd S-based photocatalysts previously reported.The interface engineering design inspired by the structure of peanut-chocolate-ball can greatly promote the future development of catalytic systems for wider application. | Wending Zhou Feng Li Xiangfei Yang Wanliang Yang Chun Wang Rui Cao Chengliang Zhou Mengkui Tian | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1: | 0 |
