| 1 | Effect of coal levels during direct reduction roasting of high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore in a tunnel kiln显示文摘The effect of coal levels on phosphorus removal from a high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore after direct reduction roasting have been investigated. Raw ore, coal, and a dephosphorization agent were mixed and the mixture was then roasted in a tunnel kiln. The roasted products were treated by two stages of grinding followed by magnetic separation. XRD and SEM-EDS examination of the products was used to analyze differences in the roasted products. The results show that coal is one of the most important factors affecting the direct reduction roasting process. When the inner coal levels increased from 0% to 15% the iron grade decreased linearly from 94.94% to 88.81% and the iron recovery increased from 55.94% to 92.94%. At the same time the phosphorus content increased from 0.045% to 0.231%. Increasing the inner coal levels also caused more hematite to be reduced to metallic iron but the oolitic structure of the roasted product was preserved in the presence of high coal loading. The phase of the phosphorus in raw ore was not changed after direct reduction roasting. | 2 | High-density genetic map construction and identification of loci controlling flower-type traits in Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum×morifolium Ramat.)显示文摘Flower type is an important and extremely complicated trait of chrysanthemum.The corolla tube merged degree(CTMD)and the relative number of ray florets(RNRF)are the two key factors affecting chrysanthemum flower type.However,few reports have clarified the inheritance of these two complex traits,which limits directed breeding for flower-type improvement.In this study,305 F1 hybrids were obtained from two parents with obvious differences in CTMD and RNRF performance.Using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq)technology,we constructed a high-density genetic linkage map with an average map distance of 0.76 cM.Three major QTLs controlling CTMD and four major QTLs underlying RNRF were repeatedly detected in the 2 years.Moreover,the synteny between the genetic map and other Compositae species was investigated,and weak collinearity was observed.In QTL regions with a high degree of genomic collinearity,eight annotated genes were probed in the Helianthus annuus L.and Lactuca sativa L.var.ramosa Hort.genomes.Furthermore,20 and 11 unigenes were identified via BLAST searches between the SNP markers of the QTL regions and the C.vestitum and C.lavandulifolium transcriptomes,respectively.These results lay a foundation for molecular marker-assisted breeding and candidate gene exploration in chrysanthemum without a reference assembly. | Xuebin Song Yuhui Xu Kang Gao Guangxun Fan Fan Zhang Chengyan Deng Silan Dai He Huang Huaigen Xin Yingying Li | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 5 |
| 3 | Efficient recovery of valuable metals from waste printed circuit boards by microwave pyrolysis显示文摘The recycling of waste printed circuit board(WPCBs) is of great significance for saving resources and protecting the environment. In this study, the WPCBs were pyrolyzed by microwave and the contained valuable metals Cu, Sn and Pb were recovered from the pyrolyzed WPCBs. The effect of pyrolysis temperature and time on the recovery efficiency of valuable metals was investigated. Additionally, the characterization for morphology and surface elemental distribution of pyrolysis residues was carried out to investigate the pyrolysis mechanism. The plastic fiber boards turned into black carbides, and they can be easily separated from the metals by manual. The results indicate that 91.2%, 96.1% and 94.4% of Cu, Sn and Pb can be recovered after microwave pyrolysis at 700 °C for 60 minutes. After pyrolysis, about 79.8%(mass)solid products, 11.9%(mass) oil and 8.3%(mass) gas were produced. These gas and oil can be used as fuel and raw materials of organic chemicals, respectively. | 4 | Hybrid dual-channel phototransistor based on ID t-Se and 2D ReS2 mixed-dimensional heterostructures显示文摘The com bination of mixed-dimensional semiconducti ng materials can provide additional freedom to construct integrated n anoscale electronic and optoelectronic devices with diverse functionalities. In this work, we report a high-performanee dual-channel phototransistor based on one-dimensional (1D)/two-dimensional (2D) trigonal selenium (t-Se)/ReS2 heterostructures grown by chemical vapor deposition. The injection and separati on efficie ncy of photoge nerated electro n-hole pairs can be greatly improved due to the high-quality in terfacial con tact betwee n t-Se nano belts and ReS2 films. Compared with bare ReS2 film devices, the dual-cha nnel phototra nsistor based on t-Se/ReS2 heterostructure exhibits considerable enhancement with the responsivity (R) and detectivity (D^*) up to 98 A·W^-1 and 6 x 10^10 Jones at 400 nm illumination with an in tensity of 1.7 mW·cm^-2, respectively. Besides, the respo nse time can also be reduced by three times of magnitude to less than 50 ms due to the type-11 band alignment at the in terface. | 5 | Effect of Na2CO3 and CaCO3 on Coreduction Roasting of Blast Furnace Dust and High-phosphorus Oolitic Hematite显示文摘Iron was recovered from blast furnace dust and high-phosphorus oolitic hematite in the presence of Na_2CO_3 and CaCO_3 additives. The functions of Na_2CO_3 and CaCO_3 during the coreduction roasting process were investigated by XRD and SEM-EDS analyses. Results indicate that these additives not only hinder the reduction of fluorapatite, CaCO_3 also decreases the P content of direct reduced iron(DRI) by increasing the reduction alkalinity. P remains as fluorapatite in the slag, which can be removed by grinding and magnetic separation under optimal conditions. The Na_2CO_3 promotes hematite reduction and improves the iron recovery(εFe) by replacing the FeO from fayalite, which results in quick growth and aggregation of metallic iron and improvement of ε_(Fe) in DRI. | 6 | Evidence for metasomatic mantle carbonatitic magma extrusion in Mesoproterozoic ore-hosting dolomite rocks in the middle Kunyang rift, central Yunnan, China显示文摘The Kunyang rift lying on the western margin of the Yangtze platform is a rare Precambrian Fe-Cu mineralization zone. WudingLufeng basin that is an important part of the zone is located on the west edge in the middle of the rift. The most important ore-hosting rocks are Mesoproterozoic dolomite rocks in the basin controlled by a ring fracture system, which is a fundamental structure of the basin. Plenty of silicate minerals and acicular apatite, feldspar phenocrysts and small vesicular, flown line and flown plane structures, melt inclusion and high temperature fluid inclusion found in most ore-hosting dolomites suggest that this kind of rocks could not be sedimentary dolomite, marble or hydrothermal carbonate rocks. The Zr/Hf and Nb/Ta values of the rocks are identical with those of associated mantle-derived rocks, and vary widely. For the monomineral dolomite, d18OSMOW‰ = +5.99 to +18.4 and d13CPDB‰ = à3.01 to +0.94, which fall within the range for all carbonatitic volcanic rocks of the world. As for the accessory minerals, the values of d18OSMOW‰ of magnetite (=+3.47 to +5.99‰) are close to that of the mantle (<5.7%), and the d34S‰ values of sul?des (à5.09 to +5.78, averaging +1.50) are close to that of meteorite. For all the ore-bearing dolomite rocks, eNd = +0.19 to +2.27, and the calculated ISr = 0.699143, while for the associated mantle-derived rocks, eNd = +3.18 to +3.72. All the data suggest that the mineral assemblage is not only igneous but also of metasomatic mantle origin. And the presence of acicular apatite indicates that the rocks were formed by magma rapidly cooling. And the phenocryst texture and vesicular, flown and ropy and pyroclastic structures suggest that the igneous rocks were extrusive. Therefore, the ore-bearing dolomite rocks are carbonatitic volcanic rocks. | 14 | Recent advances in organic-dye-based photoacoustic probes for biosensing and bioimaging显示文摘Photoacoustic imaging(PAI) is a non-destructive biomedical imaging technology with broad application prospects. PAI combines the advantages of optical imaging and ultrasound imaging with high selectivity and deep penetration to overcome the high scattering limitation of light in tissues. This emerging technology also achieves high-resolution and high-contrast imaging of deep tissue in vivo. Recently, photoacoustic(PA) probes based on organic dyes have emerged prominently in biosensing and bioimaging due to their excellent optical properties and structural adaptability. This paper gives an outline of the basic PAI principles and focuses on the application of organic-dye-based PA probes for molecular detection and in vivo imaging. The advantages of PAI technology and the drawbacks of current PA probes are then summarized.
