7Geochronology, Geochemistry, Whole Rock Sr-Nd and Zircon Hf-O Isotopes of the Early Neoproterozoic Volcanic Rocks in Jiangshan, Eastern Part of the Jiangnan Orogen: Constraints on Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications显示文摘This paper presents the results of combined studies of geochronology, geochemistry, whole rock Sr-Nd and zircon Hf-O isotopes carried out upon the rhyodacite and ignimbrite of Shangshu village, Shangyu town and Shanghupeng village of Jiangshan City in Zhejiang Province, along the northwestern side of the Jiangshan–Shaoxing suture. SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of samples in the three areas yielded weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U ages of 842.8 ± 6.9 Ma and 850.0 ± 7.3 Ma, 839 ± 9 Ma and 832.2 ± 8.1 Ma, 828.3 ± 8.5 Ma and 836.9 ± 9.9 Ma, respectively. These ages are older than the volcanic rocks of the Shangshu Formation dated at around 780 Ma distributed in Fuyang City, Hangzhou City, Kaihua County, etc. The volcanic rocks generally have high SiO2(54.08–76.80 wt%) and Al2 O3(12.40–21.31 wt%), low Fe2 O3(0.68–8.92 wt%), MgO(0.29–2.49 wt%), CaO(0.12–2.86 wt%), TiO2(0.10–1.59 wt%) and P2 O5(0.01–0.39 wt%), with variable total alkalis(K2 O + Na2 O =5.42–8.29 wt%). There exists a clear negative correlation between SiO2 and P2 O5. The volcanic rocks have A/CNK ratios of 1.03–2.77 and thus are peraluminous. They are characterized by enrichment in LREE, Rb, Ba, Zr, Hf, K, Th, La, U and depletion in Nb, Sr, P, Ti, with distinct LREE and HREE fractionation of(La/Yb)N values of 5.68–11.67, and with a moderate negative Eu anomaly(&Eu=0.58–0.89). Whole-rock geochemical data shows that the Jiangshan volcanic rocks are possibly I-type granitic rocks, even though they have some characteristics of A&S-type granites due to the magma fractional crystallization and water-rock interaction. Zircon δ18 O values are 3.97‰–5.49‰(average 4.50‰), 2.90‰–5.21‰(average 4.32‰) for ignimbrite from Shangshu village section, and Shanghupeng village section, respectively. They are slightly lower than the average δ18 O values of igneous zircons in equilibrium with mantle magmas(5.3 ± 0.6‰(2σ)), the lower δ18 O value also demonstrating the presence of high temperature water-rock interactions. The ignimbrite rocks have positive εNd(t)(4.02, 3.37, 3.91, 4.74, 2.85, 4.39, totals from the three areas) and εNd(t)(in-situ zircon)(4.3–14.6, a weighted mean of 8.4;6.6–12.7, a weighted mean of 9.0;8.1–12.0, a weighted mean of 9.5, respectively, from the three areas). In conjunction with the trace element studies, they indicate that the source region of the Jiangshan volcanic rocks was mainly composed of juvenile lower crustal material, mixed with some mantle-sourced magma. Detailed elemental and isotopic data suggest that the Jiangshan volcanic rocks were formed in a continental arc setting. There is a series of ca. 860–830 Ma volcanic rocks formed in a back-arc extensional setting in the southern margin of the eastern Jiangnan Orogen, along the northwest side of the Jiangshan–Shaoxing suture. 9添加剂和凝结剂温度对用无溶剂致相位分离法生产高性能PVDF/聚醚F127混合中空光纤膜的影响(英文)显示文摘Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) has become one of the most popular materials for membrane prepara-tion via nonsolvent induced phase separation(NIPS) process.In this study,an amphiphilic block copolymer,Plu-ronic F127,has been used as both a pore-former and a surface-modifier in the fabrication of PVDF hollow fiber membranes to enhance the membrane permeability and hydrophilicity.The effects of 2nd additive and coagulant temperature on the formation of PVDF/Pluronic F127 membranes have also been investigated.The as-spun hollow fibers were characterized in terms of cross-sectional morphology,pure water permeation(PWP),relative molecular mass cut-off(MWCO),membrane chemistry,and hydrophilicity.It was observed that the addition of Pluronic F127 significantly increased the PWP of as-spun fibers,while the membrane contact angle was reduced.However,the size of macrovoids in the membranes was undesirably large.The addition of a 2nd additive,including lithium chlo-ride(LiCl) and water,or an increase in coagulant temperature was found to effectively suppress the macrovoid for-mation in the Pluronic-containing membranes.In addition,the use of LiCl as a 2nd additive also further enhanced the PWP and hydrophilicity of the membranes,while the surface pore size became smaller.PVDF hollow fiber with a PWP as high as 2530 L?m?2?h?1?MPa?1,a MWCO of 53000 and a contact angle of 71° was successfully fabricated with 3%(by mass) of Pluronic F127 and 3%(by mass) of LiCl at a coagulant temperature of 25 °C,which shows better performance as compared with most of PVDF hollow fiber membranes made by NIPS method.Chun Heng Loh Rong Wang 2012Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2012,20,1:2

12A scaffold with zinc-whitlockite nanoparticles accelerates bone reconstruction by promoting bone differentiation and angiogenesis显示文摘The therapy of bone defects based on advanced biological scaffolds offers the most promising therapeutic strategy for bone reconstruction.It is still challenging to develop scaffolds with the mechanical,osteogenic,angiogenic,and antibacterial properties required for bone defect reconstruction.Here,a novel organic/inorganic composite scaffold(zinc-whitlockite(ZnWH)/G/H)was synthesized using gellan gum(GG),human-like collagen(HLC),and ZnWH nanoparticles.The scaffold had excellent mechanical properties,adjustable swelling ratio,and interconnected pore structure.In addition to its excellent biocompatibility,it could promote osteogenic differentiation by releasing ZnWH nanoparticles to stimulate human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs)to upregulate the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin(OCN),and osteopontin(OPN).In addition,this study showed that ZnWH nanoparticles could also promote angiogenesis by upregulating the paracrine secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in hBMSCs.At the same time,the scaffold could inhibit the proliferation of bacteria.After 12 weeks of treatment in the rabbit femoral defect model,the ZnWH/G/H scaffold significantly accelerated the process of bone reconstruction.Therefore,these results demonstrate that the prepared novel nanocomposite scaffold,ZnWH/G/H,offers a promising candidate for bone regeneration.Mingming Wang Jiaxin Yao Shihong Shen Chunning Heng Yanyi Zhang Tao Yang Xiaoyan Zheng 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1

19Mesoporous molybdenum carbide for greatly enhanced hydrogen evolution at high current density and its mechanism studies显示文摘Currently the catalysis of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is mainly focused on the inherent electrocatalytic activity at relatively lower current densities while scarce at high current densities.Nevertheless,the latter is highly demanding in efficient mass-production of hydrogen.A SiO_(2) nanospheres template-synthesis is used to prepare mesoporous molybdenum carbide nanocrystals-embedded nitrogen-doped carbon foams(mp-Mo_(2)C/NC).The material shows much more excellent catalytic activity than the non-etched Mo_(2)C/NC toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in acidic medium.More interestingly mp-Mo_(2)C/NC still has larger overpotential than Pt/C at lower current densities,but possess remarkably smaller overpotential than the latter at higher current densities for much better electrocatalytic performance.An approach is developed to investigate the electrode kinetics by Tafel plots,especially with eliminating the diffusion effect,indicating that Pt/C and mp-Mo_(2)C/NC display different reaction mechanisms.At low current densities the former presents reversible reaction,while the latter shows mixed electrochemical polarization/reversible electrode process.In the region of higher current densities,the former becomes totally gas-diffusion controlled with large overpotential,while the latter can still retain an electrode polarization process for much lower overpotential at the same current density.Result endorses that the meso-porously structured mp-Mo_(2)C/NC plays a critical role in avoiding gas diffusion control-resulting large overpotential at high current densities.This work holds great potential for an inexpensive catalyst better than Pt/C in practical applications of mass-production hydrogen at high current densities,while clearly shedding fundamental lights on designs of rational HER catalysts for the uses at high current densities.Juan Li Chun Tang Heng Zhang Zhuo Zou Chang Ming Li 2023Materials Reports(Energy)2023,3,3:0
20Development of an agent-based indoor evacuation model for local fire risks analysis显示文摘Evidence suggests that in the event of a fire accident, a certain number of building occupants escape through smoke-filled environments. Consequently, evaluating the corresponding evacuation performance under such life-threatening conditions is important for advancing fire safety analyses. This study aimed to develop a fire-integrated evacuation model to consider the effects of spreading fire hazards (i.e., radiation, temperature, toxic gas, visibility) on evacuees in a room fire evacuation scenario. Furthermore, a novel quantitative approach was introduced to evaluate evacuees’ local fire risks and stress levels according to their egress paths. The escape characteristics at various stages of fire development were studied as well.
