| 1 | Episodic crustal anatexis and the formation of Paiku composite leucogranitic pluton in the Malashan Gneiss Dome, Southern Tibet显示文摘The Paiku composite leucogranitic pluton in the Malashan gneiss dome within the Tethyan Himalaya consists of tourmaline leucogranite,two-mica granite and garnet-bearing leucogranite.Zircon U-Pb dating yields that(1)tourmaline leucogranite formed at28.2±0.5 Ma and its source rock experienced simultaneous metamorphism and anatexis at 33.6±0.6 Ma;(2)two-mica granite formed at 19.8±0.5 Ma;(3)both types of leucogranite contain inherited zircon grains with an age peak at^480 Ma.These leucogranites show distinct geochemistry in major and trace elements as well as in Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions.As compared to the two-mica granites,the tourmaline ones have higher initial Sr and zircon Hf isotope compositions,indicating that they were derived from different source rocks combined with different melting reactions.Combined with available literature data,it is suggested that anatexis at^35 Ma along the Himalayan orogenic belt might have triggered the initial movement of the Southern Tibetan Detachment System(STDS),and led to the tectonic transition from compressive shortening to extension.Such a tectonic transition could be a dominant factor that initiates large scale decompressional melting of fertile high-grade metapelites along the Himalayan orogenic belt.Crustal anatexis at^28 Ma and^20 Ma represent large-scale melting reactions associated with the movement of the STDS. | GAO LiE ZENG LingSen HOU KeJun GUO ChunLi TANG SuoHan XIE KeJia HU GuYue WANG Li | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,28: | 23 |
| 2 | Low-strain TiP_(2)O_(7) withthree-dimensionalionchannelsas long-life and high-rate anode material for Mg-ion batteries显示文摘Rechargeable magnesium batteries are identified as a promising next-generation energy storage system,but their development is hindered by the anode−electrolyte−cathode incompatibilities and passivation of magnesium metal anode.To avoid or alleviate these problems,the exploitation of alternative anode materials is a promising choice.Herein,we present titanium pyrophosphate(TiP_(2)O_(7))as anode materials for magnesium-ion batteries(MIBs)and investigate the effect of the crystal phase on its magnesium storage performance.Compared with the me-tastable layered TiP_(2)O_(7),the thermodynamically stable cubic TiP_(2)O_(7) displays a better rate capability of 72 mAh g^(−1) at 5000 mA g^(−1).Moreover,cubic TiP_(2)O_(7) exhibits excellent cycling stability with the capacity of 60 mAh g^(−1) after 5000 cycles at 1000 mA g^(−1),which are better than pre-viously reported Ti-based anode materials for MIBs.In situ X-ray diffraction technology confirms the single-phase magnesiumion inter-calation/deintercalation reaction mechanism of cubic TiP_(2)O_(7) with a low volume change of 3.2%.In addition,the density functional theory calcu-lation results demonstrate that three-dimensional magnesiumion diffu-sion can be allowed in cubic TiP_(2)O_(7) with a low migration energy barrier of 0.62 eV.Our work demonstrates the promise of TiP_(2)O_(7) as high-rate and long-life anode materials for MIBs and may pave the way for further development of MIBs. | Fangyu Xiong Yalong Jiang Li Cheng Ruohan Yu Shuangshuang Tan Chen Tang Chunli Zuo Qinyou An Yunlong Zhao Jean-Jacques Gaumet Liqiang Mai | 2022 | Interdisciplinary Materials2022,1,1: | 3 |

| 13 | Effect of Simiao Liangxue Granule on Acute Gouty Arthritis in Rats显示文摘[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Simiao Liangxue granule on the rats with acute gouty arthritis(AGA).[Methods]A total of 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group.The rats in the colchicine group were intragastrically administered with 0.65 mg/kg colchicine,and the rats in low,medium and high dose groups of Simiao Liangxue granule were intragastrically administered with Simiao Liangxue granule with mass concentration of 0.4,0.8 and 1.6 g/kg,respectively.The rats in the normal control group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline for 7 d,and the acute gouty arthritis model was prepared 1 h after administration on the 5th d.At the end of the experiment,the degree of joint swelling and joint inflammation index,the content of interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-a and cyclooxygenase-2 in articular cartilage,and the content of interleukin-8,NO and UA in serum of rats were measured,and the histomorphological observation was performed.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the joints of rats were swollen to different degrees,the inflammation score was significantly increased,and the content of IL-1β,TNF-αand COX-2 in the soft tissue of the joints was significantly increased in each group(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the joint swelling degree and inflammation score of rats in the colchicine group and Simiao Liangxue granule group were significantly decreased,the content of IL-1β,TNF-αand COX-2 in the joint soft tissue was also significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the indexes of each dose group of Simiao Liangxue granule were similar to those of the colchicine group;compared with the normal control group,the content of IL-8,NO and UA in the joint soft tissue of rats was significantly increased in each group(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the content of all indexes in joint soft tissue of rats in normal control group,colchicine group and Simiao Liangxue granule group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the content of various indexes in the joint soft tissue of rats in the low and medium dose groups of Simiao Liangxue granule was higher than that in the colchicine group,and decreased significantly with the increase of the dose of Simiao Liangxue granule(P<0.05);the inflammatory index decreased significantly with the increase of the dose of Simiao Liangxue granule(P<0.05);the inflammation and degeneration in each dose group of Simiao Liangxue granule were milder than those in the model group,and the symptoms were relieved to some extent with the increase of dose(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Simiao Liangxue granule has the effect of anti-inflammation and detumescence,and its mechanism may be related to the content of factors that reduce inflammation including IL-1β,TNF-α,C0X-2,IL-8,NO and UA. | Chunli TANG Jiangcun WEI Xiumei MA Guangli LU Yusheng HUANG Sen LIANG Ling CHEN Ying YANG Bihua NONG | 2021 | Medicinal Plant2021,12,2: | 0 |

| 15 | Study on the Effect of Aqueous Extract of Houttuynia cordata on Serum TNF-αand IL-6 Content in Mice Infected with Five Common Pathogenic Bacteria显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the effect of aqueous extract of Houttuynia cordata on the content of serum TNF-αand IL-6 in mice with abdominal infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus vulgaris and Klebsiella pneumoniae,so as to investigate the antibacterial effect of aqueous extract of Houttuynia cordata in vivo.[Methods]A total of 72 KM mice were randomly divided into six groups:model group,blank group,cefdinir dispersible tablet group(0.25 g/kg),high,medium and low dose groups of aqueous extract of Houttuynia cordata(40,20,10 g/kg crude drug).There were 12 mice in each group,half male and half female,continuously given intragastric administration for three days,once a day.The blank group and the model group were intragastrically infused with normal saline,and the other groups were given corresponding drugs with a volume of 0.02 mL/g.After 30 min of administration on the third day,the mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.5 mL of bacterial suspension to make bacterial infection.The mice in the blank group were intraperitoneally injected with the same amount of normal saline,followed by intragastric administration 6 h after intraperitoneal injection and intragastric administration again after 24 h.The mice were observed for three days,and the changes of body weight before and after infection were recorded.On the fourth day of infection,eyeball blood was taken,serum was separated,and the concentration of inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-6 in serum was determined.[Results]Compared with the model group,the high,medium and low dose groups of H.cordata aqueous extract had protective effects on mice with abdominal infection caused by S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa,P.vulgaris and K.pneumoniae,and decreased the content of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum.[Conclusions]The aqueous extract of H.cordata had a certain antibacterial effect on acute abdominal infection caused by S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa,P.vulgaris and K.pneumoniae,and its mechanism was related to TNF-αand IL-6. | Meiyuan LU Chunli TANG Fengxian ZHAO Xiaoyu HUANG Hongxia CHEN Meifang LI | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,5: | 0 |
| 16 | Comparative pluripotency analysis of mouse embryonic stem cells derived from wild-type and infertile hermaphrodite somatic cell nuclear transfer blastocysts显示文摘Therapeutic cloning, whereby embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are derived from patient-specific cloned blastocysts via somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT), holds great promise for treating many human diseases using regenerative medicine. Teratoma formation and germline transmission have been used to confirm the pluripotency of mouse stem cells, but human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) have not been proven to be fully pluripotent owing to the ethical impossibility of testing for germ line transmission, which would be the strongest evidence for full pluripotency. Therefore, formation of differentiated cells from the three somatic germ layers within a teratoma is taken as the best indicator of pluripotency in hESC lines. The possibility that these lines lack full multi-or pluripotency has not yet been evaluated. In this study, we established 16 mouse ESC lines, including 3 genetically defective nuclear transfer- ESC (ntESC) lines derived from SCNT blastocysts of infertile hermaphrodite F1 mice and 13 ntESC lines derived from SCNT blastocysts of normal F1 mice. We found that the defective ntESCs expressed all in vitro markers of pluripotency and could form teratomas that included derivatives from all three germ layers, but could not be transmitted via the germ line, in contrast with normal ntESCs. Our results indicate that teratoma formation assays with hESCs might be an insufficient standard to assess full pluripotency, although they do define multipotency to some degree.
