1Chinese expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of fulminant myocarditis显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis is primarily caused by infection with any number of a variety of viruses. It arises quickly, progresses rapidly, and may lead to severe heart failure or circulatory failure presenting as rapid-onset hypotension and cardiogenic shock,with mortality rates as high as 50%–70%. Most importantly, there are no treatment options, guidelines or an expert consensus statement. Here, we provide the first expert consensus, the Chinese Society of Cardiology Expert Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fulminant Myocarditis, based on data from our recent clinical trial(NCT03268642). In this statement, we describe the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of fulminant myocarditis, and importantly, for the first time,we describe a new treatment regimen termed life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen. The core content of this treatment regimen includes(i) mechanical life support(applications of mechanical respirators and circulatory support systems,including intraaortic balloon pump and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunological modulation by using sufficient doses of glucocorticoid, immunoglobulin and(iii) antiviral reagents using neuraminidase inhibitor. 2Hijacking antibody-induced CTLA-4 lysosomal degradation for safer and more effective cancer immunotherapy显示文摘It remains unclear why the clinically used anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, popularly called checkpoint inhibitors, have severe immunotherapy-related adverse effects (irAEs) and yet suboptimal cancer immunotherapeutic effects (CITE). Here we report that while irAE-prone Ipilimumab and TremeIgG1 rapidly direct cell surface CTLA-4 for lysosomal degradation, the non-irAE-prone antibodies we generated, HL12 or HL32, dissociate from CTLA-4 after endocytosis and allow CTLA-4 recycling to cell surface by the LRBA-dependent mechanism. Disrupting CTLA-4 recycling results in robust CTLA-4 downregulation by all anti-CTLA-4 antibodies and confers toxicity to a non-irAE-prone anti-CTLA-4 mAb. Conversely, increasing the pH sensitivity of TremeIgG1 by introducing designed tyrosine-to-histidine mutations prevents antibody-triggered lysosomal CTLA-4 downregulation and dramatically attenuates irAE. Surprisingly, by avoiding CTLA-4 downregulation and due to their increased bioavailability, pH-sensitive anti-CTLA-4 antibodies are more effective in intratumor regulatory T-cell depletion and rejection of large established tumors. 3New Layered SOA-Based Architecture for Multi-robots Cooperative Online SLAM显示文摘A new layered multi-robots architecture for cooperative online simultaneous localization and mapping based on Service-oriented architecture(SOA) is proposed. This architecture is constructed by the concepts of service-oriented and loosely coupled center scheduling.These methods make robots' underlying function realization be transparent in cooperation and avoid the impact affected by robot heterogeneous characteristics, which will be beneficial to the system construction, expansion, restructuring and maintenance. All data packages follow the SOA unified data format, which can avoid the impact affected by sensor heterogeneous characteristics. The point to point serving model reduces the path of data transmission which can improve the timeliness of the system. All of these features can satisfy the requirements of multi-robots cooperative online SLAM. 5Straight line feature based image distortion correction显示文摘An image distortion correction method is proposed, which uses the straight line features. Many parallel lines of different direction from different images were extracted, and then were used to optimize the distortion parameters by nonlinear least square. The thought of step by step was added when the optimization method working. 3D world coordination is not need to know, and the method is easy to implement. 8A Programmable Hybrid DNA Nanogel for Enhanced Photodynamic Therapy of Hypoxic Glioma显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a promising cancer therapy due to the evident advantages of a rapid curative eff ect,minimal or non-invasiveness,and circumvention of drug resistance.However,the hydrophobicity of photosensitizers and the hypoxic tumor microenvironment in solid tumors reduce the therapeutic eff ect of PDT immensely.Herein,we construct a programmable hybrid mesoporous silica nanoparticle/DNA nanogel(H-DNA nanogel)for enhanced PDT.The H-DNA nanogel is constituted with a virus-like mesoporous silica nanoparticle(VMSN)as the core to provide an appropriate nano-interface and a self-assembly programmable DNA hydrogel layer based on rolling circle amplifi cation(RCA)as the shell.Two kinds of G-quadruplex structures inserted with a hemin and zinc phthalocyanine(ZnPc)photosensitizer are introduced into the H-DNA nanogel by base pairing.The two modules of G-quadruplex structure work as an oxygen supplement in the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and increase the yield of singlet oxygen,respectively.Our hybrid DNA nanogel system provides a modular platform for effi cient cancer PDT and has great potential in the broader biomedical fi eld.Ye Yuan Huiting Zhao Yunhua Guo Jianpu Tang Chunxia Liu Linghui Li Chi Yao Dayong Yang 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,6:1
9Activating transcription factor 4 protects mice against sepsis-induced intestinal injury by regulating gut-resident macrophages differentiation显示文摘Background: Gut-resident macrophages (gMacs) supplemented by monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation play a critical role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis. Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) is involved in immune cell differentiation. We therefore set out to investigate the role of ATF4-regulated monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in sepsis-induced intestinal injury.Methods: Sepsis was induced in C57BL/6 wild type (WT) mice andAtf4-knockdown (Atf4+/-) mice by cecal ligation and puncture or administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Colon, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, sera, lung, liver, and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected for flow cytometry, hematoxylin and eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively.Results: CD64, CD11b, Ly6C, major histocompatibility complex-II (MHC-II), CX3CR1, Ly6G, and SSC were identified as optimal primary markers for detecting the process of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in the colon of WT mice. Monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation was impaired in the colon during sepsis and was associated with decreased expression of ATF4 in P1 (Ly6Chi monocytes), the precursor cells of gMacs.Atf4 knockdown exacerbated the impairment of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in response to LPS, resulting in a significant reduction of gMacs in the colon. Furthermore, compared with WT mice,Atf4+/- mice exhibited higher pathology scores, increased expression of inflammatory factor genes (TNF-α, IL-1β), suppressed expression of CD31 and vascular endothelial-cadherin in the colon, and increased translocation of intestinal bacteria to lymph nodes and lungs following exposure to LPS. 10A new approach of formation navigation derived from multi-robots cooperative online FastSLAM显示文摘A new formation navigation approach derived from multi-robots cooperative online FastSLAM is proposed. In this approach,the leader and follower robots are defined.The posteriori estimation of the leader robot state is treated as a relative reference for all follower robots to correct their state priori estimations.The control volume of individual follower will be achieved from the results of the corrected estimation.All robots are observed as landmarks with known associations by the others and are considered in their landmarks updating.By the method,the errors of the robot posterior estimations are reduced and the formation is well kept.The simulation and physical experiment results show that the multi-robots relative localization accuracy is improved and the formation navigation control is more stable and efficient than normal leader-following strategy.The algorithm is easy in implementation.Yunfei CAI Zhenmin TANG Chunxia ZHAO 2012控制理论与应用(英文版)2012,10,4:1

12Efficacy of Zhumian Tang formula granules(助眠汤配方颗粒)combined with eszopiclone for the treatment of poor sleep quality:a multi-center,randomized controlled,superiority trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhumian Tang formula granules(助眠汤配方颗粒)combined with eszopiclone for treating poor sleep quality.METHODS:This multi-center,dynamic blockrandomized,parallel-group superiority clinical trial included 130 patients.The combined treatment group received Zhumian Tang formula granules combined with eszopiclone treatment,and the control group received eszopiclone treatment only.The group allocation ratio was 1∶1.The duration of treatment was 2 weeks.Participants were asked to complete questionnaires before treatment,after 1 week of the intervention,after 2 weeks of the intervention,and at the follow-up on week 3.The primary outcomes were the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the total effective rate of treatment.The secondary outcome was the rate of adverse effects.RESULTS:Compared with the eszopiclone treatment group,the PSQI score of the combined treatment group was significantly lower after 2 weeks of the intervention(6.98 vs 8.26,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the mean PSQI score after 1 week of the intervention(9.89 vs 9.15,P=0.124).After the follow-up on week 3,the PSQI score of the combined treatment group remained significantly lower than that of the eszopiclone treatment group(6.12 vs 8.31,P<0.001).The total effective rates of treatment of the combined group and the eszopiclone group were 36.92%vs 35.38%(Z=0.033,P=0.855)after 1 week of the intervention,83.08%vs 58.46%(Z=9.519,P<0.05)after 2 weeks of the intervention,and 83.08%vs 61.54%(Z=7.530,P<0.05)and after the follow-up on week 3,respectively.There was no significant difference in the overall rate of adverse reactions between the combined and eszopiclone treatment groups(21.53%vs 31.8%,P=0.318).CONCLUSION:The combination of Zhumian Tang formula granules with eszopiclone was found to be safe and more effective in improving sleep quality than eszopiclone alone.Traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the effectiveness of Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia.WANG Yichen WU Shiyi WANG Zhengyan CHANG Wenling XIE Zhihao TANG Xing ZHAO Songmei ZHOU Jing CHEN Zehong WANG Chao() YANG Chunxia 2024Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2024,44,1:0

14Advanced Flexible Carbon‑Based Current Collector for Zinc Storage显示文摘Carbon cloth(CC)-based electrodes have attracted extensive attention for next-generation wearable energy-storage devices due to their excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical flexibility.However,the application of conventional CC-based electrodes for zinc(Zn)storage severely hinders Zn ion transport and induces deleterious Zn dendrite growth,resulting in poor electrochemical reliability.Herein,a novel oxygen plasma-treated carbon cloth(OPCC)is rationally designed as a current collector for flexible hybrid Zn ion supercapacitors(ZISs).The modified interface of OPCC with abundant oxygenated groups enables enhanced electrolyte wettability and uniform superficial electric field distribution.A prolonged working lifespan for Zn electrodeposition is achieved by the OPCC due to the improved interfacial kinetics and homogenized ion gradient.The as-prepared hybrid ZIS also delivers excellent cycling endurance(98.5%capacity retention for 1500 cycles)with outstanding operation stability under various extreme conditions.This facile surface modification strategy provides a new way for developing future flexible electrodes for wearable electronic products.Hao Jia Minghui Qiu Chunxia Tang Hongqi Liu Jinlin Xu Benjamin Tawiah Shou‑xiang Jiang Xiangwu Zhang 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,6:0
