| 1 | Microtubule-associated deacetylase HDAC6 promotes angiogenesis by regulating cell migration in an EB1-dependent manner显示文摘Angiogenesis,a process by which the preexisting blood vasculature gives rise to new capillary vessels,is associated with a variety of physiologic and pathologic conditions.However,the molecular mechanism underlying this important process remains poorly understood.Here we show that histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6),a microtubule-associated enzyme critical for cell motility,contributes to angiogenesis by regulating the polarization and migration of vascular endothelial cells.Inhibition of HDAC6 activity impairs the formation of new blood vessels in chick embryos and in angioreactors implanted in mice.The requirement for HDAC6 in angiogenesis is corroborated in vitro by analysis of endothelial tube formation and capillary sprouting.Our data further show that HDAC6 stimulates membrane ruffling at the leading edge to promote cell polarization.In addition,microtubule end binding protein 1(EB1)is important for HDAC6 to exert its activity towards the migration of endothelial cells and generation of capillary-like structures.These results thus identify HDAC6 as a novel player in the angiogenic process and offer novel insights into the molecular mechanism governing endothelial cell migration and angiogenesis. | Dengwen Li Songbo Xie Yuan Ren Lihong Huo Jinmin Gao Dandan Cui Min Liu Jun Zhou | 2011 | Protein & Cell2011，2，2： | 13 |

| 3 | Preparation and activity evaluation of NiMoB/-Al_2O_3 catalyst by liquid-phase furfural hydrogenation显示文摘Amorphous MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 alloy catalysts were prepared by reducing NiCl 2 ·6H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O 24 ·4H 2 O supported on -Al 2 O 3 with NaBH 4 as reducing agent. Using liquid-phase hydro-genation of furfural (FFR) as a probe reaction, the activity of MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 was examined. Compared to NiB and NiMoB, NiMoB/ -Al 2 O 3 exhibited excellent activity and selectivity towards furfuryl alcohol (FFA). After reaction for 3.0 h at 80 ℃ and 5.0 MPa in methanol, FFR conversion reached 99% with FFA yield of 91%. The effects of doping amount of Mo and calcination temperature before NaBH 4 reduction on hydrogenation activity were also investigated. The optimum Mo/Ni atom ratio and calcination temperature were found to be 1:7 and 300 ℃, respectively. | 5 | Effects of Root Zone Temperature on Growth and Photosynthetic Parameters of Grafted Cucumber显示文摘Taking Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata as root stocks,and‘Jinyou No 3'cucumber as scion,the effects of different root zone temperature conditions optimal temperature( CK)( 18-20 ℃),suboptimal temperature( 13-15 ℃) and low temperature( 8-10 ℃) on the growth and photosynthesis indexes were studied. The results showed that,compared with optimal temperature( CK),suboptimal temperature and low temperature produced a significant inhibition of growth on cucumbers. The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,number of leaves and dry weight of aboveground part were all reduced,dry weight of underground part and root shoot ratio all increased,while the inhibition was more significant at low temperature. Low and suboptimal temperature conditions also reduced SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_2 concentration and stomatal conductance of the grafted cucumber. | 16 | Paclitaxel liposome for injection (Lipusu) plus cisplatin versus gemcitabine plus cisplatin in the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic lung squamous cell carcinoma: A multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel controlled clinical study显示文摘Background:Lipusu is the first commercialized liposomal formulation of pacli-taxel and has demonstrated promising efficacy against locally advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)in a small-scale study.Here,we conducted a multicenter,randomized,phase 3 study to compare the efficacy and safety of cis-platin plus Lipusu(LP)versus cisplatin plus gemcitabine(GP)as first-line treat-ment in locally advanced or metastatic LSCC.Methods:Patients enrolled were aged between 18 to 75 years,had locally advanced(clinical stage IIIB,ineligible for concurrent chemoradiation or surgery)or metastatic(Stage IV)LSCC,had no previous systemic chemother-apy and at least one measurable lesion as per the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1)before administration of the trial drug.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).The secondary endpoints included objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS),and safety profiles.To explore the possible predictive value of plasma cytokines for LP treatment,plasma samples were collected from the LP group at baseline and first efficacy evaluation time and were then subjected to analysis by 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 to detect the presence of 45 cytokines using the Luminex xMAP technology.The correlation between treatment outcomes and dynamic changes in the levels of cytokines were evaluated in preliminary analyses.Results:The median duration of follow-up was 15.4 months.237 patients in the LP group and 253 patients in the GP group were included in the per protocol set(PPS).In the PPS,the median PFS was 5.2 months versus 5.5 months in the LP and GP group(hazard rtio[HR]:1.03,P=0.742)respectively.The median OS was 14.6 months versus 12.5 months in the LP and GP group(HR:0.83,P=0.215).The ORR(41.8%versus 45.9%,P=0.412)and DCR(90.3%versus 88.1%,P=0.443)were also similar between the LP and GP group.A significantly lower proportion of patients in the LP group experienced adverse events(AEs)leading to treatment interruptions(10.9%versus 26.4%,P<0.001)or treatment termination(14.3%versus 23.1%,P=0.011).The analysis of cytokine levels in the LP group showed that low baseline levels of 27 cytokines were associated with an increased ORR,and 15 cytokines were associated with improved PFS,with 14 cytokines,including TNF-a,IFN-y,IL-6,and IL-8,demonstrating an overlapping trend.Conclusion:The LP regimen demonstrated similar PFS,OS,ORR and DCR as the GP regimen for patients with locally advanced or metastatic LSCC but had more favorable toxicity profiles.The study also identified a spectrum of different cytokines that could be potentially associated with the clinical benefit in patients who received the LP regimen. | Jie Zhang Yueyin Pan Qin Shi Guojun Zhang Liyan Jiang Xiaorong Dong Kangsheng Gu Huijuan Wang Xiaochun Zhang Nong Yang Yuping Li Jianping Xiong Tienan Yi Min Peng Yong Song Yun Fan Jiuwei Cui Gongyan Chen Wei Tan Aimin Zang Qisen Guo Guangqiang Zhao Ziping Wang Jianxing He Wenxiu Yao Xiaohong Wu Kai Chen Xiaohua Hu Chunhong Hu Lu Yue Da Jiang Guangfa Wang Junfeng Liu Guohua Yu Junling Li Jianling Bai Wenmin Xie Weihong Zhao Lihong Wu Caicun Zhou | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022，42，1： | 1 |
