1Three dimensional photovoltaic fibers for wearable energy harvesting and conversion显示文摘As the development of smart electronics, self-powered sources have been attracting increasing attention.This review summarizes research progress of photovoltaic fibers and their integrated power sources with multi-stage energy conversion. Recent development of three dimensional photovoltaic fibers is glanced with special attention to structure design and materials of typical photovoltaic types(inorganic, organic,dye/quantum dot sensitized and perovskite solar cells). The application of carbon materials in fiber energy is focused as it is a hot topic recently. The hybrid energy systems based on fiber solar cells and fiber supercapacitors, fiber batteries and fiber nanogenerators are summarized together with hybrid energy textiles. 2Organolead trihalide perovskite materials for efficient light emitting diodes显示文摘Organolead trihalide perovskite materials have been attracting increasing attention due to their promising role in solid solar cells. Several advantages make them potential candidates for optoelectronics:(1) solution- or/and vapor-processed preparation at low temperature;(2) tunable optical bandgap, wide absorption spectrum but narrow photoluminescence peaks;(3) long car-rier life time, large diffusion length and high charge mobility;(4) various nanostructures via tuning capping agents and sol-vents. In this review, we summarize recent attempts toward efficient LEDs based on organolead trihalide perovskite materials. The strategies of materials science, device design and interface engineering are highlighted. 3GTA Welds of Iron-Aluminide Based Alloys显示文摘The weldability of two Fe3Al-based intermetallic alloys and one Fe- 16%Al-based (atom fraction) alloy has been investigated for gas tungsten arc (GTA) welding on sheets with a thickness of 2 mm. The results indicated that pre-heating and post-annealing treatment were important procedures for retarding cold crack initiation and the proper selection of filler could effectively improve the weldability. 5Enhanced Q-switching performance of magnetite nanoparticle via compositional engineering with Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene in the near infrared region显示文摘In this work,we reported a new strategy to improve the nonlinear saturable absorption performance of magnetite(Fe_(3)O_(4))nanoparticles(FONPs)via the compositional engineering with the Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene in the near-infrared(NIR)region.Based on the DFT simulation,the band structures and work function were significantly modified by the Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene doping.By using the open-aperture Z-scan technology,the nonlinear optical features of the FONPs@Ti_(3)C_(2) nanocomposite were significantly improved,showing the great potential as the saturable absorber in the pulsed laser.With the nanocomposite as the saturable absorber,the passively Q-switched Nd:GdVO4 lasers emitted much shorter pulse durations when compared with the pristine FONP saturable absorber.These findings indicated that FONPs@Ti_(3)C_(2) heterostructure was a promising saturable absorber for the short pulse generation in the NIR region.Yutao Hu Hongwei Chu Daozhi Li Ying Li Shengzhi Zhao Li Dong Dechun Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22:1
6Third-order nonlinear optical responses of CuO nanosheets for ultrafast pulse generation显示文摘As a representative transition metal oxide,cupric oxide(CuO)has attracted a lot of interest in miscel-laneous fields.In the present work,the prominent third-order nonlinear optical(NLO)features of CuO nanosheets were demonstrated via the typical Z-scan technique at 1 m m.The open-aperture(OA)Z-scan measurements at different intensities clearly showed that CuO nanosheets possessed the saturable ab-sorption(SA),reverse saturable absorption(RSA)and optical limiting behaviors.The closed-aperture(CA)Z-scan technology was implanted to investigate the nonlinear refractive index and the third-order nonlinear susceptibility.In virtue of the strong nonlinear optical absorption properties of CuO nano-sheets,a stable all-solid-state mode-locked laser with the as-prepared CuO nanosheets as saturable absorber at 1.06 m m was realized for the first time.Our work confirmed that CuO nanosheets exhibited outstanding NLO properties,which might stimulate the development in ultrafast photonics and nonlinear optics.Li Dong Hongwei Chu Ying Li Shengzhi Zhao Dechun Li 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
7Preparing anti-SARS-CoV-2 agent EIDD-2801by a practical and scalable approach,and quick evaluation via machine learning显示文摘EIDD-2801 is an orally bioavailable prodrug,which will be applied for emergency use authorization from the U.S.Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of COVID-19.To investigate the optimal parameters,EIDD-2801 was optimized via a four-step synthesis with high purity of 99.9%.The hydroxylamination procedure was telescoped in a one-pot and the final step was precisely controlled on reagents,temperature and reaction time.Compared to the original route,the yield of the new route was enhanced from 17% to 58% without column chromatography.The optimized synthesis has been successfully determinated on a decagram scale:the first step at 200 g and the final step at 20 g.Besides,the relationship between yield and temperature,time,and reagents in the deprotection step was investigated via Shapley value explanation and machine learning approach-decision tree method.The results revealed that reagents have the greatest impact on yield estimation,followed by the temperature.Zhen Qin Bin Dong Renbing Wang Dechun Huang Jubo Wang Xi Feng Jinlei Bian Zhiyu Li 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:0
8A new algorithm of global tightly-coupled transient heat transfer based on quasi-steady flow to the conjugate heat transfer problem显示文摘Concerning the specific demand on solving the long-term conjugate heat transfer(CHT) problem,a new algorithm of the global tightly-coupled transient heat transfer based on the quasi-steady flow field is further put forward.Compared to the traditional loosely-coupled algorithm,the computational efficiency is further improved with the greatly reduced update frequency of the flow field,and moreover the update step of the flow field can be reasonably determined by using the engineering empirical formula of the Nusselt number based on the changes of the inlet and outlet boundary conditions.Taking a duct heated by inner forced air flow heating process as an example,the comparing results to the tightly-coupled transient calculation by Fluent software shows that the new algorithm can significantly improve the computational efficiency with a reasonable accuracy on the transient temperature distribution,such as the computing time is reduced to 22.8% and 40% while the duct wall temperature deviation are 7% and 5% respectively using two flow update time step of 100 s and 50 s on the variable inlet-flow rate conditions.Fanchao Meng Sujun Dong Jun Wang Dechun Guo 2016Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2016,6,5:0
9Analytical solutions for the restraint effect of isolation piles against tunneling-induced vertical ground displacements显示文摘This paper presents a simplified elastic continuum method for calculating the restraint effect of isolation piles on tunneling-induced vertical ground displacement,which can consider not only the relative sliding of the pile‒soil interface but also the pile rowesoil interaction.The proposed method is verified by comparisons with existing theoretical methods,including the boundary element method and the elastic foundation method.The results reveal the restraining mechanism of the isolation piles on vertical ground displacements due to tunneling,i.e.the positive and negative restraint effects exerted by the isolation piles jointly drive the ground vertical displacement along the depth direction from the original tunneling-induced nonlinear variation situation to a relatively uniform situation.The results also indicate that the stiffness of the pile‒soil interface,including the pile shaft‒surrounding soil interface and pile tip-supporting soil interface,describes the strength of the pile‒soil interaction.The pile rows can confine the vertical ground displacement caused by the tunnel excavation to the inner side of the isolation piles and effectively prevent the vertical ground displacement from expanding further toward the outer side of the isolation piles.Liqiang Cao Xiangsheng Chen Xing-Tao Lin Dong Su Huangcheng Fang Dechun Lu 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,10:0
