| 1 | Coupling Relationship Analysis on Households′ Production Behaviors and Their Influencing Factors in Nature Reserves:A Structural Equation Model显示文摘A households′production behavior directly influences the quality of the environment and determines the successful development of nature reserves.Meanwhile,the households′production behaviors are complicated by interrelated factors,such as protection attitudes,resource endowment,and family wealth.This research evaluated households near the Crested Ibis National Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province,acquiring data from 436 households around Yang County and Ningshan County in the south slope of Qinling Mountains,China.Based on the collected data,we developed a structural equation model to evaluate the coupling relationships among households′ protection attitudes,production behaviors,resource endowment,and family wealth.The results showed that:1) households with great resource endowment had more negative attitudes,probably due to their greater protection costs;2) the households with higher education levels had worse protection attitudes;3) the households with more family wealth were likely to use fewer fertilizers,pesticides,and firewood;4) the households with more resource endowment showed less production and management behaviors;5) the enhancement of households' attitudes improved production behaviors to protection the environment,but the effects were not statistically significant.Our results provide a basis for the government's protection policy making,exploring the effective management measures that are beneficial for both nature reserve management and community development. | WANG Changhai WEN Yali DUAN Wei HAN Feng | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,4: | 6 |

| 5 | Genetic Analysis of Human Adenovirus Type 7 Strains Circulating in Different Parts of China显示文摘To investigate the molecular epidemiology and genetic variation of human adenovirus type 7(HAdV-7)in children with acute respiratory infections(ARI)in China.HAdV-7-positive respiratory samples collected from children with ARI in Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Wenzhou and Guangzhou from 2014–2018 were selected for gene amplification and sequence analysis.Fifty-seven HAdV-7 clinical strains with hexon,penton base and fiber gene sequences were obtained.Meanwhile17 strains were selected randomly from different cities for whole genome sequencing.Phylogenetic and variation analyses were performed based on the obtained sequences,HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),vaccine strains(AY495969 and AY594256)and representative sequences of strains.The phylogenetic trees constructed based on whole genome sequences,major capsid protein genes(hexon,penton base and fiber)and the early genes(E1,E2,E3 and E4)were not completely consistent.The HAdV-7 strains obtained in this study always clustered with most of the circulating strains worldwide from the 1980 s to the present.Compared with the HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),some amino acid mutations in loop1 and loop2 of hexon and the RGD loop region of the penton base gene were observed.Recombination analysis showed that partial regions of 55 k Da protein and 100 kDa hexon-assembly associated protein genes among all HAdV-7 strains in this study were from HAdV-16 and HAdV-3,respectively.Our study demonstrated the molecular evolution characteristics of HAdV-7 strains circulating in China and provided basic reference data for the prevention,control and vaccine development of HAdV-7. | Yali Duan Changchong Li Li Deng Shuhua An Yun Zhu Wei Wang Meng Zhang Lili Xu Baoping Xu Xiangpeng Chen Zhengde Xie | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,3: | 2 |

| 13 | Projected Regional 1.50℃and 2.00℃Warming Threshold-crossing Time Worldwide Using the CMIP6 Models显示文摘The Paris Agreement aims to limit global warming to well below 2.00℃and pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.50℃.However,the response of climate change to unbalanced global warming is affected by spatial and temporal sensitivities.To better understand the regional warming response to global warming at 1.50℃and 2.00℃,we detected the 1.50℃and 2.00℃warming threshold-crossing time(WTT)above pre-industrial levels globally using the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project phase 6(CMIP6)models.Our findings indicate that the 1.50℃or 2.00℃WTT differs substantially worldwide.The warming rate of land would be approximately 1.35–1.46 times that of the ocean between 60°N–60°S in 2015–2100.Consequently,the land would experience a 1.50℃(2.00℃)warming at least 10–20 yr earlier than the time when the global mean near-surface air temperature reaches 1.50℃(2.00℃)WTT.Meanwhile,the Southern Ocean between 0°and 60°S considerably slows down the global 1.50℃and 2.00℃WTT.In 2040–2060,over 98.70%(77.50%),99.70%(89.30%),99.80%(93.40%),and 100.00%(98.00%)of the land will have warmed by over 1.50℃(2.00℃)under SSP(Shared Socioeconomic Pathway)1–2.6,SSP2-4.5,SSP3-7.0,and SSP5-8.5,respectively.We conclude that regional 1.50℃(2.00℃)WTT should be fully considered,especially in vulnerable high-latitude and high-altitude regions. | MENG Yali DUAN Keqin SHANG Wei SHI Peihong LI Shuangshuang CHENG Ying CHEN Rong ZHANG Zhaopeng | 2023 | Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,6: | 0 |

The technique was used to analyze water samples from different sea regions. For simulative mixtures, when dominant species account for 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% at the division level, the correct discrimination ratios (CDRs) are 83.0%, 99.1%, 99.7% and 99.9% with the relative contents of 58.5%, 68.4%, 77.7% and 86.3%, respectively; when the algae dominance are 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% at the genus level, the CDRs are 86.1%, 94.9%, 95.2%, 96.8% and 96.7%, respectively. For laboratory mixtures, the CDRs are 88.1% and 78.4% at the division and genus level, respectively. For field samples, the CDRs were 91.7% and 80% at the division and genus level, respectively (mesocosm experiments), and the CDRs were 100% and 66.7% at the division and genus level, respectively (Jiaozhou Bay). | 17 | Changes in equilibrium-line altitude and implications for glacier evolution in the Asian high mountains in the 21st century显示文摘In the context of global warming,glaciers in the Asian High Mountains(AHMs)are shrinking at an accelerating rate.Projecting their future change is helpful for understanding the hydrological and climatic effects related to glacier retreat.Here,we projected glacier change in the AHMs from 1979 to 2100 under shared socioeconomic pathway(SSP)scenarios from the perspective of temperature,equilibrium-line altitude(ELA),and accumulation area.The annual mean temperature in the AHMs increased by 1.26℃ from 1979 to 2014,corresponding to an increase of 210 m in the mean ELA and a decrease of 1.7×10^(4)km^(2) in the glacier accumulation area.Under the SSP2-4.5(SSP5-8.5)scenario,the annual mean temperature in the AHMs would increase by 2.84℃(3.38℃)in 2040–2060 relative to that in 1850–1900,leading to the mean ELA reaching an elevation of5661 m(5777 m).The accumulation area in the AHMs decreased by 46.3%from 1995 to 2014 and was projected to decrease by60.1%in 2040–2060.Moreover,the annual mean temperature in the AHMs was projected to increase by 3.76℃(6.44℃)in2080–2100 relative to that in 1850–1900,corresponding to the ELA reaching an elevation of 5821 m(6245 m)and the accumulation area decreasing to 1.8×10^(4)km^(2)(0.5×10^(4)km^(2)).These data suggest that the conditions for glacier development will disappear in most of the AHMs,except for extreme high-altitude regions in the Tianshan,Pamir,and Himalaya Mountains.Under the SSP2-4.5(SSP5-8.5)scenario,when the global mean temperature increases 1.5℃(2℃)above pre-industrial levels,the annual mean temperature will increase by 2.12℃(2.86℃)and the accumulation area will decrease by 15%(48%)in the AHMs compared with that in 1995–2015.Therefore,a 1.5℃ increase in global warming would keep 40%more of the glacial accumulation area(1.5×10^(4)km^(2))in the AHMs compared to a 2℃ increase in global warming. | Keqin DUAN Tandong YAO Ninglian WANG Peihong SHI Yali MENG | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,7: | 0 |

| 19 | Fluorometric Discrimination Technique of Phytoplankton Population Based on Wavelet Analysis显示文摘The discrete excitation-emission-matrix fluorescence spectra (EEMS) at 12 excitation wavelengths (400, 430, 450, 460, 470, 490, 500, 510, 525, 550, 570, and 590 nm) and emission wavelengths ranging from 600-750 nm were determined for 43 phytoplankton species. A two-rank fluorescence spectra database was established by wavelet analysis and a fluorometric discrimination technique for determining phytoplankton population was developed. For laboratory simulatively mixed samples, the samples mixed from 43 algal species (the algae of one division accounted for 25%, 50%, 75%, 85%, and 100% of the gross biomass, respectively), the average discrimination rates at the level of division were 65.0%, 87.5%, 98.6%, 99.0%, and 99.1%, with average relative contents of 18.9%, 44.5%, 68.9%, 73.4%, and 82.9%, respectively; the samples mixed from 32 red tide algal species (the dominant species accounted for 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of the gross biomass, respectively), the average correct discrimination rates of the dominant species at the level of genus were 63.3%, 74.2%, 78.8%, 83.4%, and 79.4%, respectively. For the 81 laboratory mixed samples with the dominant species accounting for 75% of the gross biomass (chlorophyll), the discrimination rates of the dominant species were 95.1% and 72.8% at the level of division and genus, respectively. For the 12 samples collected from the mesocosm experiment in Maidao Bay of Qingdao in August 2007, the dominant species of the 11 samples were recognized at the division level and the dominant species of four of the five samples in which the dominant species accounted for more than 80% of the gross biomass were discriminated at the genus level; for the 12 samples obtained from Jiaozhou Bay in August 2007, the dominant species of all the 12 samples were recognized at the division level.
