1Existence of Qiongnan suture zone on the north margin of South China Sea显示文摘This paper aims to explore whether paleo-suture zone exists in the pre-Cenozoic basement of South China Sea (SCS). By taking advantage of integrated geophysical surveying data, including multi-channel reflection seismicity, oceanic bottom seismicity, gravity and magnetic data as well as paleomagnetism and drilling information, a comprehensive analysis on sedimentary stratigraphy, seismic stratigraphy, magmatic and metamorphic petrology, geochemistry, gravity study, magnetics, paleogeomagnetics as well as geotectonics was carried out, and the results clearly indicate that a pre-Cenozoic suture zone, i.e. “Qiongnan (south Hainan Island) suture zone”, does exist on the north margin of SCS. This suture zone starts in the west from the Jiusuo-Lingshui fault zone in the south of Hainan Island, extends eastward across the continental slope to the north of SCS, and links with Shoufeng fault in Taiwan. It is inferred that the Qiongnan suture zone was sutured approximately in Indosinian (Triassic) Epoch and is actually the vestige of “Qiongnan ocean basin”, the extension of the main paleo-Tethys ocean basin in SCS. The formation of Qiongnan suture zone marked the collision-accretion of the Qiongnan Block toward the Qiongzhong Block. The Qiongnan suture zone is linked to the west with the southward extension of the principal suture zone of the Paleo-Tethys at Bitu-Changning-Menglian-Bentong-Raub, across the southern segment of the Red River-East Vietnam-Wanna strike-slip fault zone, and connected to the east with the suture zone emplaced into the south margin of the Oki-Hida Pre-Jurassic terranes in southwest Japan, across the northerni2 e segment of the Manila trench fault zone in the northeast side of Taiwan Island. The discovery of this suture zone is believed to be potentially significant toward study of the pre-Cenozoic geotectonic pattern of SCS, the temporal and spatial distribution of the east paleo-Tethys structural domain in SCS and the relationship of recombination and superimposition between the east paleo-Tethys structural domain and the west Pacific structural domain, in addition to the oil/gas geological potentials in the pre-Cenozoic marine vestige-superimposed basin in the study area.LIU Hailing YAN Pin LIU Yingchun DENG Hui 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,B12:12
2临床路径护理模式对预防前置胎盘并发症的临床分析显示文摘目的:将临床路径护理模式应用于前置胎盘产妇中,探讨其临床效果及其对前置胎盘并发症的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的前置胎盘患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床路径护理模式。比较两组患者并发症发生率及新生儿情况。结果:观察组产后出血、产后贫血、产褥感染、胎盘植入并发症发生率分别为45.83%、18.75%、6.25%、2.08%,对照组分别为64.58%、39.58%、16.67%、12.50%,观察组各类并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Apgar评分、体质量、死亡率分别为(9.25±1.63)分、(3.35±0.59)kg、0%,对照组分别为(7.32±1.98)分、(2.74±0.52)kg、8.3%,两组新生儿各指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床路径护理模式应用于前置胎盘产妇中效果显著,能有效减少前置胎盘并发症的发生,改善新生儿结局,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。胡慧玲 杨勤华 罗丽平 吴经菊 王春兰 夏琴 Deng Yingchun 2018长江大学学报(自然科学版)2018,15,12:4

13Arterial spin labeling perfusion MRI applications in drug‑resistant epilepsy and epileptic emergency显示文摘Epilepsy affects all age groups and is one of the most common and disabling neurological disorders worldwide.Drug-resistant epilepsy(DRE),status epilepticus(SE),and sudden unexpected death in epilepsy(SUDEP),which are associated with considerable healthcare costs and mortality,have always been difficult to address and become the focus of clinical research.The rapid identification of seizure onset and accurate localization of epileptic foci are crucial for the treatment and prognosis of people with DRE,SE,or near-SUDEP.However,most of the conventional neuroimaging techniques for assessing cerebral blood flow of people with epilepsy are restricted by time consumption,limited resolution,and ionizing radiation.Arterial spin labeling(ASL)is a newly powerful non-contrast magnetic resonance imaging technique that enables the quantitative evaluation of brain perfusion,characterized by its unique advantages of reproducibility and easy accessibility.Recent studies have demonstrated the potential advantages of ASL for the diagnosis and evaluation of epilepsy.Therefore,in this review,we discussed the complementary value of ASL in evaluating and characterizing the basic substrates underlying refractory epilepsy and epileptic emergencies.Yingchun Xu Ge Tan Deng Chen Jiao Liu Zixian Zhou Ling Liu 2023Acta Epileptologica2023,6,3:0
14Ductile and high strength Cu fabricated by solid-state cold spray additive manufacturing显示文摘In this work,pure Cu with excellent strength and ductility(UTS of 271 MPa,elongation to fracture of 43.5%,uniform elongation of 30%)was prepared using cold spray additive manufacturing(CSAM),realizing a breakthrough in the field.An in-depth investigation was conducted to reveal the microstructure evolution,strengthening and ductilization mechanisms of the CSAM Cu,as well as the single splats.The results show that the CSAM Cu possesses a unique heterogeneous microstructure with a bimodal grain structure and extensive infinitely circulating ring-mounted distribution of twinning.Based on the single splat observation,the entire copper particle forms a gradient nano-grained(GNG)structure after high-speed impact deposition.The GNG-structured single splat serves as a unit to build the heterogeneous microstructure with bimodal grain distribution during the successive deposition in CSAM.The results also show that CSAM can achieve synergistic strengthening and ductilization by controlling the grain refinement and dislocation density.This work provides potential for CSAM technique in manufacturing various metallic parts with the desired combination of high strength and good ductility without additional post-treatments.Chaoyue Chen Yingchun Xie Shuo Yin Wenya Li Xiaotao Luo Xinliang Xie Ruixin Zhao Chunming Deng Jiang Wang Hanlin Liao Min Liu Zhongming Ren 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3:0
15UDP-glucose epimerase 1,moonlighting as a transcriptional activator,is essential for tapetum degradation and male fertility in rice显示文摘Multiple enzymes perform moonlighting functions distinct from their main roles.UDP-glucose epimerases(UGEs),a subclass of isomerases,catalyze the interconversion of UDP-glucose(UDP-Glc)and UDP-galactose(UDP-Gal).We identified a rice male-sterile mutant,osuge1,with delayed tapetum degradation and abortive pollen.The mutant osuge1 protein lacked UDP-glucose epimerase activity,resulting in higher UDP-Gal content and lower UDP-Glc levels in the osuge1 mutant compared with the wild type.Interestingly,we discovered that OsUGE1 participates in the TIP2/bHLH142–TDR–EAT1/DTD transcriptional regulatory cascade involved in tapetum degradation,in which TIP2 and TDR regulate the expression of OsUGE1 while OsUGE1 regulates the expression of EAT1.In addition,we found that OsUGE1 regulates the expression of its own gene by directly binding to an E-box element in the OsUGE1 promoter.Collectively,our results indicate that OsUGE1 not only functions as a UDP-glucose epimerase but also moonlights as a transcriptional activator to promote tapetum degradation,revealing a novel regulatory mechanism of rice reproductive development.Nan Wang Yao Deng Lisha Zhang Yingchun Wan Ting Lei Yimin Yang Can Wu Hai Du Ping Feng Wuzhong Yin Guanghua He 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,5:0
