| 3 | Effectiveness of bee venom acupuncture for patients suffering from periarthritis humeroscapularis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of bee venom acupuncture in humeroscapularis(PHS)patients.METHODS:One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed with PHS were assigned into four groups:BV1(0.01 mg/kg),BV2(0.005 mg/kg),BV3(0.0025 mg/kg),and control group(vitamin B1 plus novocain 3%injection)with 15 d of treatment.The outcomes of the study including visual analogue scale(VAS)score andβ-endorphin,inflammatory cytokines including interleukin-10(IL-10),IL-1βand tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and shoulder function score were assessed at baseline,after 10 and 15 d of treatment.RESULTS:All four groups reported statistically significant improvement in VAS score,motion range,and shoulder function score(P<0.01),only the BV3 group showed significant increase of anti-inflammatory(IL-10)and decrease of pro-inflammatory(IL-1β,TNF-α)cytokines after treatment(P<0.05).The BV3 group presented a significant difference between all outcomes compared to the control and other groups.CONCLUSION:BV3 groups showed better recovery including reduced pain,improved motor function and normalized inflammatory cytokines than current therapy used in Vietnam and other groups. | Minh Duc Nguyen Thanh Van Tran Quoc Vinh Nguyen Cay Doan Ha Linh Vu Phuong Dang | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023，43，4： | 0 |
| 4 | High-efficiency single and tandem fullerene solar cells with asymmetric monofluorinated diketopyrrolopyrrole-based polymer显示文摘Design and synthesis of low bandgap(LBG) polymer donors is inevitably challenging and their processability from a non-halogenated solvent system remains a hurdle to overcome in the area of highperformance polymer solar cells(PSCs).Due to a high aggregation tendency of LBG polymers,especially diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)-based polymers coupled with bithiophenes in the polymer backbones,their widespread adoption in non-ha logena ted solvent-processed PSCs has been limited.Herein,a novel LBG DPP-based polymer,called PDPP4 T-1 F with asymmetric arrangement of fluorine atom,has been successfully synthesized and showed an outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 10.10% in a singlejunction fullerene-based PSCs.Furthermore,an impressive PCE of 13.21% has been achieved in a tandem device from a fully non-halogenated solvent system,which integrates a wide bandgap PDTBTBz-2 F polymer in the bottom cell and LBG PDPP4 T-1 F polymer in the top cell.The achieved efficiency is the highest value reported in the literature to date in fullerene-based tandem PSCs.We found that a uniformly distributed interpenetrating fibril network with nano-scale phase separation and anisotropy of the polymer backbone orientation for efficient charge transfer/transport and suppressed charge recombination in PDPP4 T-1 F-based PSCs led to outstanding PCEs in single and tandem-junction PSCs. | Shafket Rasool Quoc Viet Hoang Doan Van Vu Chang Eun Song Hang Ken Lee Sang Kyu Lee Jong-Cheol Lee Sang-Jin Moon Won Suk Shin | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022，31，1： | 0 |
| 5 | Combined transarterial chemoembolization and stereotactic body radiation therapy as a bridge therapy to liver transplant for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Liver transplant(LT)is the curative treatment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Bridge therapies are local treatments given to patients on the LT waitlist,to prevent tumor progression and to reduce the dropout rate.Case presentation:We reported a 40-year-old man diagnosed with Barcenola-Clinic Liver Cancer BCLC intermediate stage HCC and Child-Pugh A5 hepatitis B virus cirrhosis who underwent combined bridge therapies to LT.Firstly,the patient received transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)for two times and showed a partial response.Then he underwent stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)with a total dose of 45 Gy in 3 fractions.Three months later,the tumor size and serum protein induced by Vitamin K absence or antagonists-II,alpha fetoprotein levels decreased gradually.In June 2019 a suitable donor was found and his LT was successfully performed.Conclusion:We propose that a combination of TACE and SBRT was feasible as bridge therapy for HCC patients on the LT waitlist. | Bui Quang Bieu Nguyen Dinh Chau Nguyen Xuan Kien Le Van Thanh Vu Van Quang Thai Doan Ky Nguyen Tien Thinh Mai Hong Bang | 2020 | Hepatoma Research2020，6，8： | 0 |
