| 1 | Effect of different concentrations of surfactant on the wettability of coal by molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘Anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)at varying concentrations was selected to investigate the influence on the wettability of Zhaozhuang Coal by molecular dynamics simulation.Six groups of water/surfactant/coal systems with different concentrations were constructed.The influence of surfactant with different concentrations on the wettability of coal was concluded by analyzing various properties from the energetic behaviors to the dynamic characteristics.The results show that the interfacial tension decreases sharply and then rises slowly with the increase of SDBS surfactant concentration,obtaining that surfactants can obviously reduce the interfacial tension.The surfactant molecules could be detected at the water/coal interface through analyzing the system’s relative concentration distribution.In addition,the difference in the wettability of surfactants on coal surfaces is caused by the spatial distribution differences of alkyl chains and the benzene ring of the surfactant molecules.And the negative interaction energy between SDBS and the coal surface indicates that adsorption process is spontaneous.Furthermore,it is of great practical significance for improving the dust reduction effect and reducing the disaster of coal dust by exploring the effects of surfactant molecules on the wettability of coal. | Junqing Meng Feifei Yin Shichao Li Ruquan Zhong Zeyuan Sheng Baisheng Nie | 2019 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,4: | 20 |

| 4 | Effect of Li+ ion concentration on upconversion emission and temperature sensing behavior of La2O3:Er3+ phosphors显示文摘The effects of Li^+ co-doping concentration on the structure, upconversion luminescence and temperature sensing behavior of Er^(3+):La_2O_3 phosphors were investigated. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy observations reveal that Li^+ ion co-doping can change the lattice parameter of La_2O_3 host and increase the particle size of the samples. The optical investigation shows that co-doping of Li^+ ions can enhance the upconversion emission of Er^(3+) ions in La_2O_3 matrix effectively. Most importantly, the temperature sensing sensitivity of the samples is found to be dependent on Li^+ co-doping concentration,when the emission intensity ratio of the(~2H_(11/2)→~4 I_(15/2)) and(~4 S_(3/2)→~4 I_(15/2)) transitions of Er^(3+) is chosen as the thermometric index. Both of the optimum upconversion luminescence and temperature sensing sensitivity are obtained for 7 mol% Li^+ co-doped sample. | 5 | Macrophage-mediated tumor-targeted delivery of engineered Salmonella typhimurium VNP20009 in anti-PD1 therapy against melanoma显示文摘Bacterial antitumor therapy has great application potential given its unique characteristics,including genetic manipulation, tumor targeting specificity and immune system modulation. However,the nonnegligible side effects and limited efficacy of clinical treatment limit their biomedical applications. Engineered bacteria for therapeutic applications ideally need to avoid their accumulation in normal organs and possess potent antitumor activity. Here, we show that macrophage-mediated tumor-targeted delivery of Salmonella typhimurium VNP20009 can effectively reduce the toxicity caused by administrating VNP20009 alone in a melanoma mouse model. This benefits from tumor-induced chemotaxis for macrophages combined with their slow release of loaded strains. Inspired by changes in the tumor microenvironment, including a decrease in intratumoral dysfunctional CD8+T cells and an increase in PDL1 on the tumor cell surface, macrophages were loaded with the engineered strain VNP-PD1nb, which can express and secrete anti-PD1 nanoantibodies after they are released from macrophages. This novel triple-combined immunotherapy significantly inhibited melanoma tumors by reactivating the tumor microenvironment by increasing immune cell infiltration, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, remodeling TAMs to an M1-like phenotype and prominently activating CD8+T cells. | 6 | Phylogenetic Analysis of the Dengue Virus Strains Causing the 2019 Dengue Fever Outbreak in Hainan,China显示文摘Dengue virus is an arthropod-borne pathogen that is transmitted to humans primarily by Aedes spp.mosquitos,causing the acute infectious disease,dengue fever(DF).Until 2019,no dengue outbreak had been reported in Hainan Province for over 20 years.However,in early September of 2019,an increasing number of infected cases appeared and the DF outbreak lasted for over one month in Haikou City,Hainan Province.In our study,we collected 97 plasma samples from DF patients at three hospitals,as well as 1585 mosquito larvae samples from puddles in different areas of Haikou.There were 49(50.5%)plasma samples found to be strongly positive and 9(9.3%)plasma samples were weakly positive against the NS1 antigen.We discovered DENV both in the patient's plasma samples and mosquito larvae samples,and isolated the virus from C6/36 cells inoculated with the acute phase serum of patients.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the new strains were the most closely related to the epidemic strain in the southern regions of China,belonging to lineageⅣ,genotypeⅠ,DENV-1.Compared to the seven closest strains from neighboring countries and provinces,a total of 18 amino acid mutations occurred in the coding sequences(CDS)of the new isolated strain,DENV1 HMU-HKU-2.Our data shows that dengue virus is re-emerged in Hainan,and pose new threats for public health.Thus regular molecular epidemiological surveillance is necessary for control and prevention of DENV transmission. | Jiang Du Liyuan Zhang Xiaoyuan Hu Ruoyan Peng Gaoyu Wang Yi Huang Wenqi Wang Kunliang Wu Qiang Wang Haoxiang Su Fan Yang Yun Zhang Chuanning Tang Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Gang Lu Meifang Xiao Yongguo Du Feifei Yin | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,4: | 2 |
| 7 | Winter soil CO_2 efflux in two contrasting forest ecosystems on the eastern Tibetan Plateau, China显示文摘Significant CO_2 fluxes from snow-covered soils occur in cold biomes. However, little is known about winter soil respiration on the eastern Tibetan Plateau of China. We therefore measured winter soil CO_2 fluxes and estimated annual soil respiration in two contrasting coniferous forest ecosystems(a Picea asperata plantation and a natural forest).Mean winter soil CO_2 effluxes were 1.08 lmol m^-2s^-1in the plantation and 1.16 lmol m^-2s^-1in the natural forest.These values are higher than most reported winter soil CO_2 efflux values for temperate or boreal forest ecosystems.Winter soil respiration rates were similar for our two forest ecosystems but mean soil CO_2 efflux over the growing season was higher in the natural forest than in the plantation. The estimated winter and annual soil effluxes for the natural forest were 176.3 and 1070.3 g m^-2, respectively, based on the relationship between soil respiration and soil temperature,which were 17.2 and 9.7 % greater than their counterparts in the plantation. The contributions of winter soil respiration to annual soil efflux were 15.4 % for the plantation and 16.5 %for the natural forest and were statistically similar. Our results indicate that winter soil CO_2 efflux from frozen soils in the alpine coniferous forest ecosystems of the eastern Tibetan Plateau was considerable and was an important component of annual soil respiration. | 8 | Biochar Supported Nanoscale Zero-valent Iron Composites for the Removal of Petroleum from Wastewater显示文摘Considering the need for efficiently and rapidly treating oily wastewater while preventing secondary pollution,the nanoscale zero-valent iron(nZVI)was supported on biochar prepared by using a spent mushroom substrate(SMS),to produce an iron-carbon composite(SMS-nZVI).The ability of the SMS-nZVI to treat wastewater containing high concentration of oil was then comprehensively evaluated.The morphology,structure,and other properties of the composite were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller nitrogen sorption analysis,and the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the biochar prepared by using the SMS can effectively prevent the agglomeration of nZVI and increase the overall specific surface area,thereby enhancing the absorption of petroleum by the composite.Experiments reveal that compared with the SMS and nZVI,the SMS-nZVI composite removes petroleum faster and more efficiently from wastewater.Under optimized conditions involving an nZVI to biochar mass ratio of 1:5 and a pH value of 4,the efficiency for removal of petroleum from wastewater with an initial petroleum concentration of 1000 mg/L could reach 95%within 5 h.Based on a natural aging treatment involving exposure to air for 30 d,the SMS-nZVI composite retained an oil removal rate of higher than 62%,and this result could highlight its stability for practical applications. | Qin Feifei Xu Wenfei Hao Boyu Yin Linghao Song Jiayu Zhang Xiuxia | 2021 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,4: | 2 |

However, the vaporization of methanol is the biggest disadvantage that hinders its application, so it is necessary to minimize the vaporization of methanol during both the absorption and regeneration processes. In this work, two kinds of hybrid solutions were studied and compared with aqueous MEA solution and MEA-methanol solution, including MEA/TEA/methanol solution and MEA/glycerol/methanol solution. The absorption property of MEA/glycerol/methanol solution is better than aqueous MEA solution within a certain period of time and the absorption property of MEA/TEA/methanol solution is too poor to be used in CO_2 capture. By increasing the concentration of TEA and decreasing the concentration of MEA, the absorption rate, CO_2 capture efficiency and absorption capacity all decreased. Upon adding glycerol, the cyclic capacity decreased and the generation temperature increased, and moreover, the density and viscosity also increased considerably.
