3Characterization of Distinct T Cell Receptor Repertoires in Tumor and Distant Non-tumor Tissues from Lung Cancer Patients显示文摘T cells and T cell receptors(TCRs)play pivotal roles in adaptive immune responses against tumors.The development of next-generation sequencing technologies has enabled the analysis of the TCRb repertoire usage.Given the scarce investigations on the TCR repertoire in lung cancer tissues,in this study,we analyzed TCRb repertoires in lung cancer tissues and the matched distant non-tumor lung tissues(normal lung tissues)from 15 lung cancer patients.Based on our results,the general distribution of T cell clones was similar between cancer tissues and normal lung tissues;however,the proportion of highly expanded clones was significantly higher in normal lung tissues than in cancer tissues(0.021%±0.002%vs.0.016%±0.001%,P=0.0054,Wilcoxon signed rank test).In addition,a significantly higher TCR diversity was observed in cancer tissues than in normal lung tissues(431.37±305.96 vs.166.20±101.58,P=0.0075,Mann-Whitney U test).Moreover,younger patients had a significantly higher TCR diversity than older patients(640.7±295.3 vs.291.8±233.6,P=0.036,Mann-Whitney U test),and the higher TCR diversity in tumors was significantly associated with worse cancer outcomes.Thus,we provided a comprehensive comparison of the TCR repertoires between cancer tissues and matched normal lung tissues and demonstrated the presence of distinct T cell immune microenvironments in lung cancer patients.Xiang Wang Botao Zhang Yikun Yang Jiawei Zhu Shujun Cheng Yousheng Mao Lin Feng Ting Xiao 2019Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,3:5

5Ru/NC heterointerfaces boost energy-efficient production of green H_(2)over a wide pH range显示文摘Green hydrogen(H_(2))is an import energy carrier due to the zero-carbon emission in the energy cycle.Nevertheless,green H_(2)production based on electrolyzer and photovoltaics(EZ/PV)remains limited due to the highly pH-dependant and energy exhausting overall water splitting.Herein,we report a series of Ru-nanocluster-modified mesoporous nanospheres(Rux@mONC)as pH-universal electrocatalysts towards both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and hydrazine oxidation reaction(HzOR).The optimal catalyst Ru_(2)0@mONC realizes remarkable catalytic activity and stability towards both HER and HzOR regardless of electrolytes.As a result,the electrode pair of Ru_(2)0@mONC//Ru_(2)0@mONC requires low cell-potentials of 39/429,405/926,and 164/1,141 mV to achieve the current density of 10/100 mA·cm^(−2),as well as the long-term stability for HzOR assisted electrochemical water splitting in alkaline,acidic,and neutral media,respectively.Those performances are more promising compared to the state-of-the-art electrocatalysts so far reported.A proof-of-concept test demonstrates an efficient production of green H_(2)powered by a single-junction silicon solar cell,which may inspire the use of a cost-effective EZ/PV system.Furthermore,a combined spectroscopic and theoretical study verifies the formation of abundant Ru/NC heterointerfaces in Ru_(2)0@mONC,which not only contributes to the balancing of H*adsorption/desorption in HER but also facilitates the*N_(2)H_(2)dehydrogenation in HzOR.Qifeng Yang Botao Zhu Feng Wang Cunjin Zhang Jiahao Cai Peng Jin Lai Feng 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

8A Reliable Routing Algorithm with Network Coding in Internet of Vehicles显示文摘The intelligent vehicle network uses advanced information technology to establish an efficient integrated vehicle transport system,which has received great attention in industry and academia. Internet of Vehicles(IoV)in an urban environment is operated in a wireless environment with high bit error rate and interference. In addition,the wireless link between vehicles is likely to be lost. All of this makes it an important challenge to provide reliable mobile routing in an urban traffic environment. In this paper,a reliable routing algorithm with network coding(RR_NC)is proposed to solve the above problems. A routing node sequence is discovered in IoV from source to destination by multi-metric ant colony optimization algorithm(MACO),and then clusters are formed around every node in the sequence. By adding linear encoding into the transmission of data between vehicle's clusters,the RR_NC provides much more reliable transmission and can recover the original message in the event of disorder and loss of message. 10Implementation of PRINCE with resource-efficient structures based on FPGAs显示文摘In this era of pervasive computing, low-resource devices have been deployed in various fields. PRINCE is a lightweight block cipher designed for low latency, and is suitable for pervasive computing applications. In this paper, we propose new circuit structures for PRINCE components by sharing and simplifying logic circuits, to achieve the goal of using a smaller number of logic gates to obtain the same result. Based on the new circuit structures of components and the best sharing among components,we propose three new hardware architectures for PRINCE. The architectures are simulated and synthesized on different programmable gate array devices. The results on Virtex-6 show that compared with existing architectures, the resource consumption of the unrolled, low-cost, and two-cycle architectures is reduced by 73, 119, and 380 slices, respectively. The low-cost architecture costs only 137 slices. The unrolled architecture costs 409 slices and has a throughput of 5.34 Gb/s. To our knowledge, for the hardware implementation of PRINCE, the new low-cost architecture sets new area records, and the new unrolled architecture sets new throughput records. 11Ralstonia solanacearum type Ⅲ effector RipAS associates with potato type one protein phosphatase StTOPP6 to promote bacterial wilt显示文摘The bacterial pathogen Ralstonia solanacearum(R.solanacearum)delivered type III secretion effectors to inhibit the immune system and cause bacterial wilt on potato.Protein phosphatases are key regulators in plant immunity,which pathogens can manipulate to alter host processes.Here,we show that a type III effector RipAS can reduce the nucleolar accumulation of a type one protein phosphatase(PP1)StTOPP6 to promote bacterial wilt.StTOPP6 was used as bait in the Yeast two-Hybrid(Y2H)assay and acquired an effector RipAS that interacts with it.RipAS was characterized as a virulence effector to contribute to R.solanacearum infection,and stable expression of RipAS in potato impaired plant resistance against R.solanacearum.Overexpression of StTOPP6 showed enhanced disease symptoms when inoculated with wild strain UW551 but not the ripAS deletion mutant,indicating that the expression of StTOPP6 facilitates the virulence of RipAS.RipAS reduced the nucleolar accumulation of StTOPP6,which occurred during R.solanacearum infection.Moreover,the association also widely existed between other PP1s and RipAS.We argue that RipAS is a virulence effector associated with PP1s to promote bacterial wilt.Bingsen Wang Wenfeng He Mengshu Huang Jiachen Feng Yanping Li Liu Yu Yuqi Wang Dan Zhou Chengzhen Meng Dong Cheng Ning Tang Botao Song Huilan Chen 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,6:0

13Selective and stable Au-Cu bimetallic catalyst for CO-PROX显示文摘Gold-based catalysts are promising in CO preferential oxidation(CO-PROX)reaction in H_(2)-rich stream on account of their high intrinsic activity for CO elimination even at ambient temperature.However,the decrease of CO conversion at elevated temperature due to the competition of H_(2)oxidation,together with the low stability of gold nanoparticles,has posed a dear challenge.Herein,we report that Au-Cu bimetallic catalyst prepared by galvanic replacement method shows a wide temperature window for CO total conversion(30-100℃)and very good catalyst stability without deactivation in a 200-h test.Detailed characterizations combined with density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveal that the synergistic effect of Au-Cu,the electron transfer from Au to Cu,leads to not only strengthened chemisorption of CO but also weakened dissociation of H_(2),both of which are helpful in inhibiting the competition of H_(2)oxidation thus widening the temperature window for CO total conversion.Feng Hong Guanjian Cheng Weihao Hu Shengyang Wang Qike Jiang Junhong Fu Botao Qiao Jiahui Huang 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
14Phase evolution mechanism study and fabrication of PbMo_(6)S_(8) superconducting materials with two-step sintering process显示文摘PbMo6S 8 superconducting materials are considered to have great potential for practical applications at low temperatures and high fields due to their high upper critical field,low anisotropy,and low preparation cost.In this work,PbMo_(6)S_(8) bulks were prepared through a solid‐state sintering process using PbS,Mo,and MoS_(2) as raw materials.The phase evolution mechanism during the sintering of PbMo_(6)S_(8) was studied in detail.It was found that during sintering at 750℃ for 24 h,both the S and Pb atoms diffuse into the Mo and MoS_(2) particles,leading to the formation of the PbMo_(6)S_(8) phase.After sintering at 950℃ for 72 h,a high superconducting phase content was obtained in the bulk;however,numerous pores remained.Therefore,in order to obtain a higher density for the bulk,a two‐step sintering process was developed.Based on this technique,PbMo_(6)S_(8) bulks with a higher bulk density and a higher superconducting phase content were obtained.This study provides an effective method for the fabrication of high‐quality precursor powders,which can be the foundation for the future fabrication of PbMo_(6)S_(8) superconducting long wires or tapes for practical applications.Botao Shao Lingfeng Ling Shengnan Zhang Jixing Liu Lei Zhi Jianqing Feng Chengshan Li Jianfeng Li Pingxiang Zhang 2023Superconductivity2023,,1:0
