1A Hierarchical P2P Model and a Data Fusion Method for Network Security Situation Awareness System显示文摘A hierarchical peer-to-peer(P2P) model and a data fusion method for network security situation awareness system are proposed to improve the efficiency of distributed security behavior monitoring network. The single point failure of data analysis nodes is avoided by this P2P model, in which a greedy data forwarding method based on node priority and link delay is devised to promote the efficiency of data analysis nodes. And the data fusion method based on repulsive theory-Dumpster/Shafer(PSORT-DS) is used to deal with the challenge of multi-source alarm information. This data fusion method debases the false alarm rate. 2Quantitative and morphological differences of nerve fibers between proliferative and mature scars in two-and three-dimensional spaces显示文摘BACKGROUND: Numerous studies use fluorescent microscopy to obtain two-dimensional optical images of the morphology of nerve fibers in hypertrophic scars.In addition,current confocal microscopy studies have focused on normal,not pathological,cutaneous nerves.However,laser scanning confocal microscopy results in a three-dimensional structure of the nerve fibers.OBJECTIVE: To observe quantitative and morphological differences in nerve fibers from the proliferative and mature stage in hypertrophic scars using fluorescent and confocal microscopy.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: Neuropathological,comparison study was conducted at the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University,China from June 2006 to July 2007.PARTICIPANTS: Specimens were selected from 30 patients undergoing scar restoration at the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University of China at 1 month to 23 years following wound healing.The study comprised 20 males and 10 females.The scars were fibrous lesions,erythematous,tough,confined to skin lesions,did not exhibit ulceration or infection,exhibited telangiectasia,with or without itching and pain,and were not locally treated.Samples were equally assigned to two groups according to course of disease: proliferative group (< 6 months) and mature group (6–24 months).Control samples were collected from full-thickness skin from donor sites (n = 10).METHODS: Nerve fiber morphology was observed using fluorescent and confocal microscopy following immunofluorescence of the skin specimens.The microscopic images were semi-quantitatively analyzed to acquire a positive area ratio of neurofilament protein-positive nerve fibers.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Morphology and positive area ratio of neurofilament protein/positive nerve fibers was measured.RESULTS: The positive area ratio of neurofilament protein-positive nerve fibers was significantly greater in the proliferative group compared to the normal control group (P < 0.05).Nerve fibers were irregularly distributed and exhibited local swelling,twisting,and disconnection.However,the positive area ratio of neurofilament protein-positive nerve fibers was significantly less in the mature group compared with the normal control group (P < 0.05).The nerve fibers were arranged in an orderly manner,with intact inner and stereoscopic structures similar to normal skin.CONCLUSION: Compared with mature scars,hypertrophic scars exhibited a greater number of nerve fibers,with more serious pathologies.Yibing Wang Xia Li Rui Zhang Yongqiang Feng Yu Liu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,2:5
3Remodeling of skin nerve fibers during burn wound healing显示文摘Burn wound healing involves a complex sequence of processes.Recent studies have revealed that skin reinnervation may have an impact on physiological wound repair.Few studies have addressed the process of reinnervation and morphological changes in regenerated nerve fibers.The regeneration of neurites during full-thickness burn wound healing was determined by immunofluorescent staining using an anti-neurofilament protein monoclonal antibody,and three-dimensional morphology was observed under a laser scanning confocal microscope.Morphology and the volume fraction of collagen and nerve fibers were measured.Skin reinnervation increased during wound healing,peaked during the proliferative scar stage,and then decreased to lower levels during the maturation period.The results from the skin nerve fibers correlated with those from collagen using semi-quantitative analysis.Disintegration and fragmentation were observed frequently in samples from the proliferative stage,and seldom occurred during the maturation stage.There was a remodeling process of regenerated nerve fibers during wound healing,which comprised changed innervation density and topical morphology.The mechanism of remodeling for nerve fibers requires further investigation.Yongqiang Feng Xia Li Rui Zhang Yu Liu Tingting Leng Yibing Wang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,19:4
4Polydopamine and collagen coated micro-grated polydimethylsiloxane for human mesenchymal stem cell culture显示文摘Natural tissues contain highly organized cellular architecture.One of the major challenges in tissue engineering is to develop engineered tissue constructs that promote cellular growth in physiological directionality.To address this issue,micro-patterned polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)substrates have been widely used in cell sheet engineering due to their low microfabrication cost,higher stability,excellent biocompatibility,and most importantly,ability to guide cellular growth and patterning.However,the current methods for PDMS surface modification either require a complicated procedure or generate a non-uniform surface coating,leading to the production of poor-quality cell layers.A simple and efficient surface coating method is critically needed to improve the uniformity and quality of the generated cell layers.Herein,a fast,simple and inexpensive surface coating method was analyzed for its ability to uniformly coat polydopamine(PD)with or without collagen on micro-grated PDMS substrates without altering essential surface topographical features.Topographical feature,stiffness and cytotoxicity of these PD and/or collagen based surface coatings were further analyzed.Results showed that the PD-based coating method facilitated aligned and uniform cell growth,therefore holds great promise for cell sheet engineering as well as completely biological tissue biomanufacturing.Dhavan Sharma Wenkai Jia Fei Long Shweta Pati Qinghui Chen Yibing Qyang Bruce Lee Chang Kyong Choi Feng Zhao 2019Bioactive Materials2019,4,1:4
5Increased mtDNA copy number promotes cancer progression by enhancing mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation in microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death worldwide.According to global genomic status,colorectal cancer can be classified into two main types:microsatellite-stable and microsatellite-instable tumors.Moreover,the two subtypes also exhibit different responses to chemotherapeutic agents through distinctive molecular mechanisms.Recently,mitochondrial DNA depletion has been shown to induce apoptotic resistance in microsatellite-instable colorectal cancer.However,the effects of altered mitochondrial DNA copy number on the progression of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer,which accounts for the majority of colorectal cancer,remain unclear.In this study,we systematically investigated the functional role of altered mitochondrial DNA copy number in the survival and metastasis of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer cells.Moreover,the underlying molecular mechanisms were also explored.Our results demonstrated that increased mitochondrial DNA copy number by forced mitochondrial transcription factor A expression significantly facilitated cell proliferation and inhibited apoptosis of microsatellitestable colorectal cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.Moreover,we demonstrated that increased mitochondrial DNA copy number enhanced the metastasis of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer cells.Mechanistically,the survival advantage conferred by increased mitochondrial DNA copy number was caused in large part by elevated mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation.Furthermore,treatment with oligomycin significantly suppressed the survival and metastasis of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer cells with increased mitochondrial DNA copy number.Our study provides evidence supporting a possible tumor-promoting role for mitochondrial DNA and uncovers the underlying mechanism,which suggests a potential novel therapeutic target for microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer.Xiacheng Sun Lei Zhan Yibing Chen Gang Wang Linjie He Qian Wang Feng Zhou Fang Yang Jin Wu Yousheng Wu Jinliang Xing Xianli He Qichao Huang 2018Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2018,3,1:3
6Preparation and Characterization of Mg/Al/Fe Hydrotalcite with Superb Absorption Capacity toward Congo Red显示文摘Mg/Al/Fe layered double hydroxide(MAF-LDH1) was prepared by solvothermal method with the sodium dodecyl sulfate as the template, and the ethanol system was benefit to growth of sample. The nature in the resulting MAF-LDH was investigated by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transformed infrared spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, and N2 adsorption-desorption.The morphology of MAF-LDH1 is petal-like with the size of 400-500 nm and the thickness about 10-20 nm. The adsorption performance of the samples was evaluated by absorption of the Congo red(CR) solutions. Compared with Mg/Al layered double hydroxide(MA-LDH), the maximum adsorption capacities of the MAF-LDH1 samples were 943.4 mg/g which was greatly enhanced. Furthermore, after seven cycling tests, the adsorption performance was still up to 90%. Theoretical calculation results revealed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model. 7Combination therapy of thiamine,vitamin C and hydrocortisone in treating patients with sepsis and septic shock:a meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis显示文摘Background:The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of thiamine and vitamin C with or without hydrocortisone coadministration on the treatment of sepsis and septic shock.Methods:MEDLINE,EMBASE and CENTRAL databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that made a comparative study between the combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine with or without hydrocortisone and the administration of placebo in patients with sepsis or septic shock.Two reviewers independently performed study selection,data extraction and quality assessment.Both short-term mortality and change in the sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)score from baseline(delta SOFA)were set as the primary outcomes.Secondary endpoints included intensive care unit(ICU)mortality,new onset of acute kidney injury,total adverse events,ICU and hospital length of stay,duration of vasopressor usage and ventilator-free days.Meanwhile,trial sequential analysis was conducted for primary outcomes.Results:Eight RCTs with 1428 patients were included in the current study.The results showed no significant reduction of short-term mortality in sepsis and septic shock patients who received combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine with or without hydrocortisone compared to those with placebo{risk ratio(RR),1.02[95%confidence interval(CI),0.87 to 1.20],p=0.81,I2=0%;risk difference(RD),0[95%CI,−0.04 to 0.05]}.Nevertheless,the combination therapy was associated with significant reduction in SOFA score[mean difference(MD),−0.63,(95%CI,−0.96 to−0.29,p<0.001,I^(2)=0%]and vasopressors duration(MD,−22.11[95%CI,−30.46 to−13.77],p<0.001,I2=6%).Additionally,there were no statistical differences in the pooled estimate for other outcomes.Conclusions:In the current meta-analysis,the combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine,with or without hydrocortisone had no impact on short-term mortality when compared with placebo,but was associated with significant reduction in SOFA score among patients with sepsis and septic shock.Renqi Yao Yibing Zhu Yue Yu Zhixuan Li Lixue Wang Liyu Zheng Jingyan Li Huibin Huang Guosheng Wu Feng Zhu Zhaofan Xia Chao Ren Yongming Yao 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:2
8Mechanical tension promotes skin nerve regeneration by upregulating nerve growth factor expression显示文摘This study aimed to explore the role of mechanical tension in hypertrophic scars and the change in nerve density using hematoxylin-eosin staining and S100 immunohistochemistry, and to observe the expression of nerve growth factor by western blot analysis. The results demonstrated that mechanical tension contributed to the formation of a hyperplastic scar in the back skin of rats, in conjunction with increases in both nerve density and nerve growth factor expression in the scar tissue. 9Skin nerve regeneration and burn wound healing following spinal nerve root incision显示文摘Burn wounds were produced on two sides on the backs of Wistar rats,in addition to denervation on one side.The skin neural regeneration at the injury site and burn wound healing were evaluated following spinal nerve root incision.No nerve regeneration was observed in the burn wound region post-denervation,and the degree of epithelization was significantly less than the control group.With increasing time,expression of type I collagen,which plays a supporting role,and collagen III,which exhibits elastic properties,were significantly increased in the two groups,but the expression was less in the denervation group compared with the control group,and the wound healing was faster in the control group.The ratio of type I collagen to type III collagen was significantly lower in the den-ervation group compared with the control group.The ratio gradually decreased with prolonged time in the denervation group,but remained unchanged in the control group.However,the elasticity of the tissues in the denervation group was better than the control group.During burn wound healing,innervations can promote wound healing,but denervation can improve the quality of wound re-modeling.Yibing Wang Pengfei Guo Yongqiang Feng Yongqian Cao Shourong Zhu Rui Zhang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,8:2

12An Availability Evaluation Method of Web Services Using Improved Grey Correlation Analysis with Entropy Difference and Weight显示文摘Web services is one of the basic network services, whose availability evaluation is of great significance to the promotion of users’ experience. This paper focuses on the problem of availability evaluation of Web services and proposes a method for availability evaluation of Web services using improved grey correlation analysis with entropy difference and weight (EWGCA).This method is based on grey correlation analysis, and use entropy difference to illustrate the changes of availability, set weight to quantize availability requirements of different operations or transactions in services. 14TEM observation on nucleation of Ca α-Sialon显示文摘Ca α-Sialon compacts pressurelessly-sintered tothe intermediate temperature (1 450℃) were investigated with TEM for an overall composition Ca1.8Si6.6Al5.4O1.8N14.2. It was found that in most cases, the newly-formed α-Sialon grains had no epitaxial orientation relationship with the Si3-N4 particles; only occasionally heteroepitaxial nucleation of α-Sialon on α-Si3N4 was detected. Further EDAX analysis revealed a much higher Ca concentration in the non-epi-taxially nucleated α-Sialon than in the heteroepitaxially nucleated α-Sialon.
