1Dynamic response of a three-beam system with intermediate elastic connections under a moving load/mass-spring显示文摘The objective of this research is to study the dynamic response characteristics of a three-beam system with intermediate elastic connections under a moving load/mass-spring.In this study,the finite Sine-Fourier transform was performed for the dynamic partial differential equations of a simply supported three-beam system(SSTBS)under a moving load and a moving mass-spring,respectively.The dynamic partial differential equations were transformed into dynamic ordinary differential equations relative to the time coordinates,and the equations were solved and the displacement Fourier amplitude spectral expressions were obtained.Finally,based on finite Sine-Fourier inverse transform,the expressions for dynamic response of SSTBS under the moving load and moving mass-spring were obtained.The proposed method,along with ANSYS,was used to calculate the dynamic response of the SSTBS under a moving load/mass-spring at different speeds.The results obtained herein were consistent with the ANSYS numerical calculation results,verifying the accuracy of the proposed method.The influence of the load/mass-spring’s moving speed on the dynamic deflections of SSTBS were analyzed.SSTBS has several critical speeds under a moving load/mass-spring.The vertical acceleration incurred by a change in the vertical speed of SSTBS due to the movement of mass-spring and the centrifugal acceleration produced by the movement of massspring on the vertical curve generated by SSTBS vibration could not be neglected.Feng Yulin Jiang Lizhong Zhou Wangbao 2020Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2020,19,2:6

4Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication and recent activity of transposable elements in the highly repetitive paleotetraploid Z.bungeanum genome显示文摘Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites,which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to the high proportion of repetitive sequences,high heterozygosity,and increased chromosome number of Z.bungeanum,the assembly of its chromosomal pseudomolecules is extremely challenging.Here,we present a genome sequence for Z.bungeanum,with a dramatically expanded size of 4.23 Gb,assembled into 68 chromosomes.This genome is approximately tenfold larger than that of its close relative Citrus sinensis.After the divergence of Zanthoxylum and Citrus,the lineage-specific whole-genome duplication event q-WGD approximately 26.8 million years ago(MYA)and the recent transposable element(TE)burst~6.41 MYA account for the substantial genome expansion in Z.bungeanum.The independent Zanthoxylum-specific WGD event was followed by numerous fusion/fission events that shaped the genomic architecture.Integrative genomic and transcriptomic analyses suggested that prominent speciesspecific gene family expansions and changes in gene expression have shaped the biosynthesis of sanshools,terpenoids,and anthocyanins,which contribute to the special flavor and appearance of Z.bungeanum.In summary,the reference genome provides a valuable model for studying the impact of WGDs with recent TE activity on gene gain and loss and genome reconstruction and provides resources to accelerate Zanthoxylum improvement.Shijing Feng Zhenshan Liu Jian Cheng Zihe Li Lu Tian Min Liu Tuxi Yang Yulin Liu Yonghong Liu He Dai Zujun Yang Qing Zhang Gang Wang Jisen Zhang Huifeng Jiang Anzhi Wei 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:5
5Activity of cold vortex in northeastern China and its connection with the characteristics of precipitation and circulation during 1960-2012显示文摘Based on the daily reanalysis data released by NCEP/NCAR and the daily precipitation of 753 Chinese stations from May to August during the period of 1960 to 2012, the statistical characteristics of the cold vortex in northeastern China were analyzed. In addition, the strength index, which described the characteristics of the vortex consistently and frequently, and the geographical distribution were given by continuous anomalies of circulation. Based on this index, the activity routines of the cold vortex, characteristics of atmospheric circulation, and their effects on precipitation in northeastern China were analyzed. The results show that: the activities of the cold vortex exhibit remarkable features of annual and interdecadal oscillation, and the vortex high frequency and its characteristics of atmospheric circulation are described more accurately by the strength index of the cold vortex, which shows a high correspondence with the vortex precipitation during early summer and midsummer in the northeast. In strong(weak) vortex years, the general circulation in the middle and high latitudes of Eurasia is to the advantage(disadvantage) of the formation, development and maintenance of the cold vortex, thus it is easy(difficult) to form the circulation which is beneficial to transmit vapor from south to north during the period of July to August. Blocking over the Ural Mountains prevails(does not prevail) in early summer, and blocking over the Sea of Okhotsk prevails(does not prevail) in midsummer. 6Targeting β-secretase with RNAi in neural stem cells for Alzheimer's disease therapy显示文摘There are several major pathological changes in Alzheimer's disease,including apoptosis of cholinergic neurons,overactivity or overexpression of β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1(BACE1) and inflammation.In this study,we synthesized a 19-nt oligonucleotide targeting BACE1,the key enzyme in amyloid beta protein(Aβ) production,and introduced it into the pSilenCircle vector to construct a short hairpin(shRNA) expression plasmid against the BACE1 gene.We transfected this vector into C17.2 neural stem cells and primary neural stem cells,resulting in downregulation of the BACE1 gene,which in turn induced a considerable reduction in reducing Aβ protein production.We anticipate that this technique combining cell transplantation and gene therapy will open up novel therapeutic avenues for Alzheimer's disease,particularly because it can be used to simultaneously target several pathogenetic changes in the disease.Zhonghua Liu Shengliang Li Zibin Liang Yan Zhao Yulin Zhang Yaqi Yang Minjuan Wang Feng Li 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,33:4
7Heteroatom-doped porous carbon from methyl orange dye wastewater for oxygen reduction显示文摘Banana peel-derived porous carbon(BPPC) was prepared from banana peel and used as an adsorbent for methyl orange(MO) wastewater removal. BPPC-MO50 is a N,S-doped BPPC obtained via secondary carbonization. The BPPC-MO50 exhibited a high specific surface area of1774.3 m^2/g. Heteroatom-doped porous carbon(PC) was successfully synthesized from the BPPC absorbed MO at high temperature and used for oxygen reduction. The BPPC-MO50 displayed the highest ORR onset potential among all carbon-based electrocatalysts, i.e., 0.93 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE). This is the first report to describe porous carbon-activated materials from agriculture and forestry waste that is used for adsorption of dyes from wastewater via an enhanced heteroatom(N,S) content. 9High performance liquid chromatographic separation of eight drugs collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 on amylose ramification chiral stationary phase显示文摘The enantiomers separation of ei ght pharmaceutical racemates collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010(Ch.P2010),including nitrendipine,felodipine,omeprazole,praziquantel,sulpiride,clenbuterol hydrochloride,verapamil hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate,was performed on chiral stationary phase of amylose ramification by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)on Chiralpak AD-H column and Chiralpak AS-H column with the mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane.The detection wavelength and the flow rate were set at 254 nm and 0.7 mL/min,respectively.The effects of proportion of organic additives,alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were investigated.The results indicated that eight chiral drugs were separated on chiral stationary phase of amylase ramification in normal phase chroma tographic system.The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers were adjusted by factors,including the changes of the concentration of alcohol displacer in mobile phase,organic alkaline modifier and column temperature.It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer.When the concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2%,the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good.Most racemates mentioned above had the best resolution at column temperature of 25℃.The best temperature should be kept unchanged in the process of separation so as to obtain stable separation results.Yan Wang Ying Zhou Chao Ma Beibei Yang Ru Feng Yiying Zhang Jie Fu Wenjing Chen Yupeng Sun Jingyi Ma Qiming Zhang Yulin Deng Yukui Zhang Wenyi He 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,5:3
10Dynamic response analysis of a multiple-beam structure subjected to a moving load显示文摘In this study,the dynamic response of an elastically connected multi-beam structure subjected to a moving load with elastic boundary conditions is investigated.The boundary conditions and properties of each beam vary,and the difficulty of solving the motion equation is reduced by using a Fourier series plus three special transformations.By examining a high-speed railway(HSR)with mixed boundary conditions,the rationality for the newly proposed method is verified,the difference in simulated multiple-beam models with different beam numbers is explored,and the influence of material parameters and load speed on the dynamic response of multiple-beam structures is examined.Results suggest that the number of beams in the model should be as close to the actual beam number as possible.Models with an appropriate beam number can be used to describe in detail the dynamic response of the structure.Neglecting the track-structure can overestimate the resonant speed of a high-speed railway,simply-supported beam bridge.The effective interval of foundation stiffness(EIFS)can provide a reference for future engineering designs.Zhang Yuntai Jiang Lizhong Zhou Wangbao Liu Shaohui Feng Yulin Liu Xiang Lai Zhipeng 2022Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2022,21,3:2
11Tumor Classification of Gene Expression Data by Fuzzy Hybrid Twin SVM显示文摘A new classification model, the fuzzy hybrid twin support vector machine(TWSVM), namely FHTWSVM, is proposed by combining the fuzzy TWSVM and the hypersphere support vector machine(SVM).The hypersphere SVM is utilized for generating the hyperspheres for the positive and negative class with the smallest possible radius, so that the hyperspheres can contain as many samples as possible. The samples which the hyperspheres cover form a new sample set. Furthermore a distance-based fuzzy function is utilized to calculate the fuzzy factors for the samples. Finally FHTWSVM is used to train all samples with the parameters optimized by grid search. This method can maximize intra-class clustering for noise removal and reduce the influence of outliers.To demonstrate the superiority of the performance of FHTWSVM over other classifiers, e.g., KNN, RF,Bayesian, TWSVM, Ada Boost and XGBoost, a series of experiments is conducted using eight gene expression datasets. 12Semi-crosslinked polyacrylamides as high-resolution and dynamic self-coating sieving matrices for protein capillary electrophoresis显示文摘This paper describes non-gel capillary sieving electrophoresis employing semi-crosslinked polyacrylamide as a high performance and low viscous replaceable separation matrix for separation of non-denatured protein separation. Arising from the fine sieving and dynamic coating ability of this polymer, a mixture of basic proteins lysozyme, cytochrome C, ribonuclease A, and trypsin was resolved with excellent reproducibility. Mixing different semi-crosslinked polyacrylamides together further improves the separation. The separtion mechanism was analyzed. 13Comprehensive metabolic profiling of Alismatis Rhizoma triterpenes in rats based on characteristic ions and a triterpene database显示文摘Alismatis Rhizoma(AR)is widely used in Chinese medicine,and its major bioactive components,triterpenes,reportedly possess various pharmacological activities.Therefore,it is very important to study the metabolism of triterpenes in vivo.However,the metabolism of AR triterpene extract has not been comprehensively elucidated due to its complex chemical components and metabolic pathways.In this study,an ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry method,which was based on the characteristic ions from an established database of known triterpenes,was used to analyze the major metabolites in rats following the oral administration of Alismatis Rhizoma extracts(ARE).As a result,a total of 233 constituents,with 85 prototype compounds and 148 metabolites,were identified for the first time.Hydrogenation,oxidation,sulfate and glucuronidation conjugation were the major metabolic pathways for triterpenes in AR.In addition,the mutual in vivo transformation of known ARE triterpenes was discovered and confirmed for the first time.Those results provide comprehensive insights into the metabolism of AR in vivo,which will be useful for future studies on its pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.Moreover,this established strategy may be useful in metabolic studies of similar compounds.Lu Wang Sen Li Jiaxin Li Zhongzhe Cheng Yulin Feng Hui Ouyang Zhifeng Du Hongliang Jiang 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,1:2
