| 3 | Native point defects and oxygen migration of rare earth zirconate and stannate pyrochlores显示文摘Various excellent properties of rare earth zirconate and stannate pyrochlores are close related with their native point defects.First-principles calculations are performed to systematically investigate the point defect mechanism and the oxygen diffusion behavior of A_(2)B_(2)O_(7)(A=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Pm,Sm,Eu,Gd;B=Zr,Sn).The possible defect complexes and their associated reactions under stoichiometric and nonstoichiometric conditions are explored.The O Frenkel pairs are the most stable defect structure in stoichiometric zirconates,whereas the cation antisite defects are the predominant one in stoichiometric stannates.In the case of BO_(2) excess zirconates and stannates,the BA cation antisite defect with the A vacancy and/or the oxygen interstitial is energetically favorable,whereas the ABantisite defect together with the oxygen vacancy and/or the A interstitial is preferable under the A_(2)O_(3) excess condition.Meanwhile,the maximum point defect concentrations of zirconates are much higher than those of stannates.Furthermore,the oxygen migration barriers are similar in these compounds,ranging in 0.68 eV–0.80 eV.The predicted point defects and oxygen diffusion mechanisms play the critical role in their engineering applications and are expected to guide the future property improvement of pyrochlores through the control of point defects and/or composition. | Juanli Zhao Yuchen Liu Yun Fan Wei Zhang Chengguan Zhang Guang Yang Hongfei Chen Bin Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14: | 2 |

| 6 | Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of the POLYGALACTURONASE Gene Family in Apple显示文摘In this study, a total of 85 apple polygalacturonase genes were characterized and clustered into seven groups based on the Malus × domestica whole-genome sequence. These genes coded for proteins containing 176–1 125 amino acids with isoelectric points ranging from 4.68 to 9.58.The predicted Md PG genes were distributed on all chromosomes except the 14 th. We then systematically analyzed conserved Md PG protein motifs and the structures of Md PG genes. We identified Md PG proteins containing four conserved motifs that are widely found in different PG proteins.Additionally, we found that Md PG75 was the largest gene, encompassing 18 exons. Finally, we systematically analyzed the functional connection network of Md PG proteins and predicted the functions of related Md PG genes before undertaking a preliminary validation. | 7 | Distinctive roles of Rac1 and Rab29 in LRRK2 mediated membrane trafficking and neurite outgrowth显示文摘Parkinson's disease(PD) associated leucine-rich repeat kinase 2(LRRK2) mutants have shown pathogenic effects on a variety of subcellular processes. Two small GTPases Rac1 and Rab29 have been indicated as possible downstream effectors participating in LRRK2 signaling but their detail mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we have used biochemical and cell biology approaches to address whether two GTPases interact with LRRK2 and hence function differently in LRRK2 mediated pathogenesis. Here we show that Rac1 and Rab29 specifically interact with LRRK2 with higher affinity for Rab29 and with different preference in functional domain binding. Mutant Rab29 but not Racl alters the endosome-to-TGN retrograde trafficking of a cargo protein cation-independent mannose-6-phosphate receptor(CI-M6 PR) and its stability. On the other hand, overexpressed wild type Rab29 but not Racl rescued the altered retrograde membrane trafficking induced by the pathogenic mutant LRRK2^(G2019 S). Furthermore,both Rac1 and Rab29 rescued neurite shortening in differentiated SH-SY5 Y cells induced by LRRK2^(G2019 S). | 10 | Caterpillar-like 3D graphene nanoscrolls@CNTs hybrids decorated with Co-doped MoSe_(2)nanosheets for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Hydrogen is a clean and flexible energy carrier that has the promising to satisfy urgent demands of the energy crisis and environmental protection.Electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),a critical half-reaction in water splitting,is one of the greenest and most common methods to obtain high-purity hydrogen.Designing preeminent activity and stability electrocatalysts for hydrogen precipitation reac-tion(HER)to reduce energy consumption is of great essential.3D carbon-based materials have attracted widespread concern as the potential scaffolds of highly active and durable electrocatalysts for HER.To boost the HER activity and prolong the lifespan of electrocatalysts,multifarious 3D carbon architectures make an appearance to be engineered for accelerating electronic/mass transfer and maximizing the expo-sure of active sites.Herein,we designed and fabricated high-performance electrocatalysts based on a spe-cial caterpillar-like 3D graphene nanoscrolls@CNTs(GNS@CNTs)scaffold decorated with Co-doped MoSe_(2)nanosheets for HER.In the caterpillar-like hierarchical structure,CNTs were seamlessly co-bonded and dilated the interlayer and outer spacing of GNS through CVD growth technology,and nickel nanoparticles were covered by the CNTs tips.Taking advantage of the plentiful hierarchical pore,larger specific surface area,and higher chemical stability of the caterpillar-like structure,the catalysts exhibited enhanced elec-trocatalytic properties than some existing data reported.Density functional theory calculations showed that the encapsulated nickel nanoparticle could tune the electronic structure of the outer anchored Co-doped MoSe_(2)and optimize itsG of H∗adsorption by electron traversing effect and doping effect.These indicate that caterpillar-like GNS@CNT is an ideal scaffold f or anchoring actives substance and is suit-able for high-efficient HER.This study provides new insights for designing hierarchical carbon composite nanostructures for catalysts,sensors,energy materials,and other applications. | Hao Luo Hongfei Gao Xudong Zhang Fan Yang Chen Liu Kewei Xu Dagang Guo | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,5: | 1 |
| 11 | Rapid detection of fluoroquinolone residues in aquatic products based on a gold-labeled microwell immunochromatographic assay显示文摘Objectives:Fluoroquinolones(FQs)are widely used in aquaculture,and their residues have caused many problems threatening human health.Here,this study aims to develop a colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip based on gold-labeled microwells to screen the residues of FQs on site.Materials and methods:The Protein A Magarose Beads affinity chromatography method was adopted to purify the ascites against FQs.By using a strategy of heterologous coating antigen,different coating antigens are applied to detect FQs.The gold-labeled microwell immunochromatographic assay was used to improve the sensitivity of the test strip by the advanced reaction of antigen and antibody.Results:The antibodies were verified to be of high purity up to 99%,and the titer reached 1:1024000.The combination(enoxacin-OVA and the antibody)detected the 4 banned FQs(pefloxacin,PEF;norfloxacin,NOR;lomefloxacin,LOM;ofloxacin,OFL)with the 50%inhibiting concentration(IC50)values ranging from 1.3 to 2.1 ng/mL and cross-reactions ranging from 67.3%to 106.1%.The analysis of spiked crucian carp,silver carp,grass carp,and shrimp samples showed that the limit of detection for PEF,NOR,LOM,and OFL was 4μg/kg.A comparative study with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)demonstrated that the assay provided an effective screening tool for the rapid detection of FQs residues.Conclusions:The results indicated that the test strip can realize full coverage recognition of the 4 banned FQs and has good accuracy,specifi-city,reproducibility,and stability;therefore,they are more suitable for rapid detection of FQs in aquatic products. | Jiaxu Xiao Hongfei Yang Liangni Qin Jixiang Liang Long Li Xiaohui Fan Dapeng Peng | 2022 | Food Quality and Safety2022,6,4: | 0 |
