12018 update of expert consensus statement on antiplatelet therapy in East Asian patients with ACS or undergoing PCI显示文摘East Asians are the most populous race in the world and their health status is an important global issue.Compared with Caucasian populations, East Asian patients have a different benefit/risk ratio when using antithrombotic treatment. Despite this observation, treatment strategies in East Asian patients are mostly based on the American and European guidelines. Despite a lower platelet inhibitory response to clopidogrel, East Asian patients show a similar or even a lower rate of ischemic event occurrence and higher bleeding risk compared with Caucasian patients. For potent P2Y_(12) inhibitors(ticagrelor and prasugrel),East Asian patients have shown less favorable net clinical benefits compared with Caucasian patients,which may be related to differences in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic profiles and therapeutic zone of antiplatelet effect. This updated consensus mainly focuses on state-of-the-art and current controversies in the East Asian population. 4Grid-cell Aerosol Direct Shortwave Radiative Forcing Calculated Using the SBDART Model with MODIS and AERONET Observations:An Application in Winter and Summer in Eastern China显示文摘Taking winter and summer in eastern China as an example application, a grid-cell method of aerosol direct radiative forcing(ADRF) calculation is examined using the Santa Barbara DISORT Atmospheric Radiative Transfer(SBDART) model with inputs from MODIS and AERONET observations and reanalysis data. Results show that there are significant seasonal and regional differences in climatological mean aerosol optical parameters and ADRF. Higher aerosol optical depth(AOD)occurs in summer and two prominent high aerosol loading centers are observed. Higher single scattering albedo(SSA) in summer is likely associated with the weak absorbing secondary aerosols. SSA is higher in North China during summer but higher in South China during winter. Aerosols induce negative forcing at the top of the atmosphere(TOA) and surface during both winter and summer, which may be responsible for the decrease in temperature and the increase in relative humidity.Values of ADRF at the surface are four times stronger than those at the TOA. Both AOD and ADRF present strong interannual variations; however, their amplitudes are larger in summer. Moreover, patterns and trends of ADRF do not always correspond well to those of AOD. Differences in the spatial distributions of ADRF between strong and weak monsoon years are captured effectively. 5Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill(麝香通心滴丸)protects against sodium laurate-induced coronary microcirculatory dysfunction in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill(麝香通心滴丸,STDP)in a rat model of coronary microcirculatory dysfunction(CMD).METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were allocated randomly into four groups:sham,CMD model,STDP,and nicorandil.After 4 weeks of treatment,CMD was induced by injection of sodium laurate(0.2 m L,2 g/L)into the left ventricle while obstructing the ascending aorta.Rats in the sham group underwent an identical surgical procedure but were administered physiological(0.9%)saline(0.2 m L).Twenty-four hours after surgery,blood samples were collected for biochemical analyses and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.Heart tissues were removed for histopathology staining;apoptosis and inflammatory cytokines were examined by Western blotting.RESULTS:The STDP group had a lower level of creatine kinase-myocardial band,lactate dehydrogenase,and cardiac troponin-I than that in the CMD model group.Infiltration of inflammatory cells,myocardial ischaemia,and microthrombosis were relieved in the STDP group compared with CMD model group.Levels of endothelin-1,nuclear factor-kappa B,tumour necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,malondialdehyde,B-cell lymphoma(Bcl)-2-associated X protein,and caspase-3 were lower,and levels of nitric oxide,Bcl-2,and superoxide dismutase were higher,in the STDP group in comparison with the CMD model group.CONCLUSION:STDP pretreatment improved the CMD induced by sodium laurate via anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,and anti-oxidant mechanisms.LIU Huahua ZHAO Jingjing ZHU Yeke TANG Weiliang PENG Fang PAN Sunlei FU Guosheng 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1:6
6Ozone vertical variations during a typhoon derived from the OMI observations and reanalysis data显示文摘Typhoon is considered to play a key role in the dynamical exchange processes taking place between the troposphere and stratosphere.In this paper,the impact of typhoon on the ozone distribution in the upper troposphere and middle stratosphere is investigated using ozone profiles measured by Aura’s Ozone Monitoring Instrument and meteorological fields from reanalysis data.During the passage of Typhoon Hai-Tang in 2005 over the western North Pacific,low values of ozone column above 200 hPa and ozone mixing ratio between the upper troposphere and the middle stratosphere(from 200 to 50 hPa)are observed right above the typhoon’s track,a result due to the strong upward propagation of air associated with overshooting convection in typhoon.A comparative analysis of different stages of Hai-Tang suggests that in the region where typhoon has higher intensity the troposphere-to-stratosphere transport is enhanced.These results indicated that the typhoon has a significant impact on the ozone variation in the upper troposphere and the middle stratosphere.FU YunFei XIAN Tao Lü DaRen LIU GuoSheng HENG ZhiWei SUN Liang LIU Qi WANG Yu YANG YuanJian 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,32:5

10Vibration Effect and Damage Evolution Characteristics of Tunnel Surrounding Rock Under Cyclic Blasting Loading显示文摘Model test studies based on the similarity theory were conducted to investigate vibration effect and damage evolution characteristics of tunnel surrounding rock under push-type cyclic blasting excavation.The model was constructed with a ratio of 1∶15.By simulating the tunnel excavation of push-type cyclic blasting,the influence of the blasting parameter change on vibration effect was explored.The damage degree of tunnel surrounding rock was evaluated by the change of the acoustic wave velocity at the same measuring point after blasting.The relationship between the damage evolution of surrounding rock and blasting times was established.The research results show that:(1)In the same geological environment,the number of delay initiation is larger,the main vibration frequency of blasting seismic wave is higher,and the attenuation of high frequency signal in the rock and soil is faster.The influence of number of delay initiation on blasting vibration effect cannot be ignored;(2)Under push-type cyclic blasting excavation,there were great differences in the decreasing rates of acoustic wave velocity of the measuring points which have the same distance to the blasting region at the same depth,and the blasting damage ranges of surrounding rock were typically anisotropic at both depth and breadth;(3)When blasting parameters were basically kept as the same,the growth trend of the cumulative acoustic wave velocity decreasing rate at the measuring point was nonlinear under different cycle blasting excavations;(4)There were nonlinear evolution characteristics between the blasting cumulative damage(D)of surrounding rock and blasting times(n)under push-type cyclic blasting loading,and different measuring points had corresponding blasting cumulative damage propagation models,respectively.The closer the measuring point was away from the explosion source,the faster the cumulative damage extension.Blasting cumulative damage effect of surrounding rock had typically nonlinear evolution properties and anisotropic characteristics.Guosheng Zhong Yongzhong Lou Yuhua Fu 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:1
