| 1 | The simulation and error analysis of raindrop size distribution obtained by micro rain radar显示文摘Observation of raindrop size distribution( DSD) with a vertically pointing micro rain radar( MRR) has important significance in the precipitation measurement field. The Mie scattering of large particle,vertical wind and air turbulence have great influences on the retrieval of DSD measured by MRR. This paper simulates the process of how three factors affect the inversion of DSD and the calculation of other precipitation parameters,then makes the errors analysis. Because the wavelength of MRR is 12.5mm,M ie theory is more suitable for the precipitation particle than Rayleigh approximation,w hich may cause the underestimation of number density of small droplets and the overestimation of that in middle field. The vertical wind results in inaccurate estimation of particle terminal velocity,so the diameter is measured with some errors by empirical relationship,w hich affects the calculating accuracy of radar reflectivity and rain rate. Air turbulence can broaden the pow er spectral density,of which the impact on the inversion of DSD are concentrated in small droplets field. Then the measured data from MRR is analyzed and the results prove the impacts of those factors. | 2 | Synthesis,crystal structure and thermal behavior of Rb(NTO)·H_2O显示文摘The Rb(NTO) .H2O crystal has been synthesized by reaction of 3-nitro-l,2,4-triazole-5-one (NTO) with Rb2CO3 in aqueous solution. Its crystal structure has been determined. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system. Crystal structure data: space group P21/ n; a = 0.633 0(1), b = 0.824 1(2), c =1.296 4(3) nm; β = 97.90(1)°; V = 0.669 9 (2) nm3, Z = 4, Dc= 2.306 g/cm3,μ = 7.365 nm-1, F(000) = 448. An eight coordinated compound is formed between Rb+ with oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms. A layer structure is formed by coordination bonds and hydrogen bonds. | 17 | Ferrodifferentiation regulates neurodevelopment via ROS generation显示文摘Iron is important for life,and iron deficiency impairs development,but whether the iron level regulates neural differentiation remains elusive.In this study,with iron-regulatory proteins(IRPs)knockout embryonic stem cells(ESCs)that showed severe iron deficiency,we found that the Pax6-and Sox2-positive neuronal precursor cells and Tuj1 fibers in IRP1^(-/-)IRP2^(-/-)ESCs were significantly decreased after inducing neural differentiation.Consistently,in vivo study showed that the knockdown of IRP1 in IRP2^(-/-)fetal mice remarkably affected the differentiation of neuronal precursors and the migration of neurons.These findings suggest that low intracellular iron status significantly inhibits neurodifferentiation.When supplementing IRP1^(-/-)IRP2^(-/-)ESCs with iron,these ESCs could differentiate normally.Further investigations revealed that the underlying mechanism was associated with an increase in reactive oxygen species(ROS)production caused by the substantially low level of iron and the downregulation of iron-sulfur cluster protein ISCU,which,in turn,affected the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells.Thus,the appropriate amount of iron is crucial for maintaining normal neural differentiation that is termed ferrodifferentiation. | Shiyang Chang Peina Wang Yingying Han Qiang Ma Zeyuan Liu Suijuan Zhong Yufeng Lu Ruiguo Chen Le Sun Qian Wu Guofen Gao Xiaoqun Wang Yan-Zhong Chang | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,8: | 0 |
| 18 | Investigation on step overcharge to self-heating behavior and mechanism analysis of lithium ion batteries显示文摘To obtain intrinsic overcharge boundary and investigate overcharge mechanism,here we propose an innovative method,the step overcharge test,to reduce the thermal crossover and distinguish the overcharge thermal behavior,including 5%state of charge(SOC)with small current overcharge and resting until the temperature equilibrium under adiabatic conditions.The intrinsic thermal response and the self-excitation behaviour are analysed through temperature and voltage changes during the step overcharge period.Experimental results show that the deintercalated state of the cathode is highly correlated to self-heating parasitic reactions.Before reaching the upper limit of Negative/Positive(N/P)ratio,the temperature changes little,the heat generation is significantly induced by the reversible heat(endothermic)and ohmic heat,which could balance each other.Following that the lithium metal is gradually deposited on the surface of the anode and reacts with electrolyte upon overcharge,inducing selfheating side reaction.However,this spontaneous thermal reaction could be“self-extinguished”.When the lithium in cathode is completely deintercalated,the boundary point of overcharge is about 4.7 V(~148%SOC,>40℃),and from this point,the self-heating behaviour could be continuously triggered until thermal runaway(TR)without additional overcharge.The whole static and spontaneous process lasts for 115 h and the side reaction heat is beyond 320,000 J.The continuous self-excitation behavior inside the battery is attributed to the interaction between the highly oxidized cathode and the solvent,which leads to the dissolution of metal ions.The dissolved metal ions destroy the SEI(solid electrolyte interphase)film on the surface of the deposited Li of anode,which induces the thermal reaction between lithium metal and the solvent.The interaction between cathode,the deposited Li of anode,and solvent promotes the temperature of the battery to rise slowly.When the temperature of the battery reaches more than 60℃,the reaction between lithium metal and solvent is accelerated.After the temperature rises rapidly to the melting point of the separator,it triggers the thermal runaway of the battery due to the short circuit of the battery. | Fengling Yun Shiyang Liu Min Gao Xuanxuan Bi Weijia Zhao Zenghua Chang Minjuan Yuan Jingjing Li Xueling Shen Xiaopeng Qi Ling Tang Yi Cui Yanyan Fang Lihao Guo Shangqian Zhao Xiangjun Zhang Shigang Lu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4: | 0 |
