1Integrity assurance of GNSS-based train integrated positioning system显示文摘This paper presents a novel Autonomous Integrity Monitoring and Assurance (AIMA) scheme for integrity assurance of the GNSS-based train integrated positioning system. In this scheme, integrity assurance strategies are combined with a three-stage hierarchical architecture, considering the coupling effects among sensor collection, sensor fusion and matching decision level in train integrated positioning. In sensor collecting stage, the AIMA scheme deals with sensor faults and failures with a PCA-based fault detection, diagnosis and isolation approach. In multi-sensor fusion stage, a novel cubature point H ∞ filter is presented to enhance the fault tolerance capability, and a hybrid approach is applied to indicating and monitoring the protection level of position estimation, concerning both the estimating covariance and measurement slopes. In map matching stage, hypothesis testing with specific test statistic is carried out to determine effectiveness of positioning results. Position calculation will be invalid with an alarm triggered if the specific integrity criterion is not satisfied in any stage. Since independent solutions are applied in AIMA, integrity assurance is closely coupled with information processing in train integrated positioning. 2Inhibition of human gastric carcinoma cell growth by atofluding derivative N_3-o-toluyl-fluorouracil显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the growth inhibition efficacy of atofluding derivative N3-o -toluyl-fluorouracil (TFU) on human gastric carcinoma cell lines SGC-7901 and MKN-45. METHODS: Cell growth inhibition by TFU was measured by MTT and clonogenic assays without or with liver microsomal enzymes. Xenografts of cancer cells in nude mice were employed to study the anti-proliferative effects of TFU in vivo. RESULTS: TFU inhibited the growth of SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells. However, the inhibitory effects of TFU on cell growth were not significant. The inhibition rates were enhanced in the presence of liver microsomal enzymes, ranging 4.73%-48.57% in SGC-7901 cells and 9.0%-62.02% in MKN-45 cells. In vivo, TFU delayed the growth of SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells in nude mice. The inhibition rates were 40.49%, 63.24%, and 75.98% in SGC-7901 cells and 40.76%, 61.41%, and 82.07% in MKN-45 cells when the oral doses were 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg, respectively. TFU treatment was generally welltolerated by mice with less than 20% reduction in body weight. CONCLUSION: TFU inhibits the growth of human gastric carcinoma cells. The inhibition rates are increased in the presence of liver microsomal enzymes. 3Engineering core–shell Co_(9)S_(8)/Co nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide: Efficient bifunctional Mott–Schottky electrocatalysts in neutral rechargeable Zn–Air batteries显示文摘It is significant for the rational construction of the high–efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for in–depth understandings of how to improve the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport in catalyzing oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction(ORR and OER),but still full of vital challenges.Herein,we synthesize the novel“three–in–one”catalyst that engineers core–shell Mott–Schottky Co_(9)S_(8)/Co heterostructure on the defective reduced graphene oxide(Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO).The Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO catalyst exhibits abundant Mott–Schottky heterogeneous–interfaces,the well–defined core–shell nanostructure as well as the defective carbon architecture,which provide the multiple guarantees for enhancing the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport,thus boosting the catalytic ORR and OER activities in neutral electrolyte.As expected,the integrated core–shell Mott–Schottky Co_(9)S_(8)/Co–rGO catalyst delivers the most robust and efficient rechargeable ZABs performance in neutral solution electrolytes accompanied with a power density of 59.5 mW cm^(-2) and superior cycling stability at 5 mA cm^(-2) over 200 h.This work not only emphasizes the rational designing of the high–efficient bifunctional oxygen catalysts from the fundamental understanding of accelerating the electron transfer and ion/oxygen transport,but also sheds light on the practical application prospects in more friendly environmentally neutral rechargeable ZABs.Xingkun Wang Guangming Zhan Yurou Wang Yan Zhang Jian Zhou Ren Xu Huiyu Gai Huanlei Wang Heqing Jiang Minghua Huang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,5:2

5Water-bearing characteristics and their effects on the nanopores of overmature coal-measure shales in the Wuxiang area of the Qinshui Basin, north China显示文摘In this study,a group of overmature coal-measure shale core samples was collected in situ from an exploration well located in the Wuxiang area of the Qinshui Basin,north China.The pore water contents(CPW)of the shales under as-received conditions,equilibrium water contents(CEW)of the shales under moisture equilibrium conditions(relative humidity:100%),and nanopore structures of the shales under both as-received and dried conditions were measured.The results indicate that the CPW values of these shales are much lower than their CEW values,which implies that the bulk pore systems of these shales have low water-bearing extents.In addition,approximately half of the total pore volumes and surface areas of the as-received shales are occupied by pore water,and the effects of pore water on shale nanopores with various pore types and widths are different.The average water-occupied percentages(PW)are 59.16%−81.99%and 42.53%−43.44%for the non-micropores and micropores,respectively,and are 83.54%−97.69%and 19.57%−26.42%for the inorganic-matter hosted(IM)and organic-matter hosted(OM)pores,respectively.The pore water in shales not only significantly reduces the storage of shale gas by occupying many pore spaces,but also causes the shale gas,especially the absorbed gas,to be mostly stored in the OM pores;meanwhile,the IM pores mainly store free gas.Therefore,the water-bearing characteristics and their effects on the pore structures and gas-bearing properties of coal-measure shales should be noted for the evaluation and exploration of shale gas in the Qinshui Basin.Peng CHENG Xianming XIAO Hui TIAN Jian SUN Qizhang FAN Haifeng GAI Tengfei LI 2023Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,1:0
6Metal-organic frameworks with mixed-ligands strategy as heterogeneous nucleation center to assist crystallization for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘Deep-level defects and random oriented configuration in perovskite crystallization process would cause the nonradiative recombination and further affect the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,two metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with tunable Lewis-base passivation sites have been constructed(Cd-Httb and Cd-Httb-BDC,Httb=5-(4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)benzyl)-1h-tetrazole,BDC=1,4-dicarboxybenzene)to eliminate deep-level defects and simultaneously as nanostructured heterogeneous nucleation seed to assist the growth of large-grained perovskite films.Compared with the control and Cd-Httb,Cd-Httb-BDC designed with mix-ligands strategy exhibited the enhanced inducted effect on the crystallization and nucleation of high-quality perovskite films during annealing process.Consequently,the resultant Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device achieved higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)(22.18%)than the control(20.89%)and Cd-Httb(21.56%).Meanwhile,the unencapsulated Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device still maintained 90%of initial PCE after 1500 h in ambient conditions and exhibited enhanced thermal stability(85℃ in N_(2) atmosphere).This work presented a successful example of mixligands strategy on construction of high-quality MOF-assisted perovskite films for high-efficient and stable PSCs.Yayu Dong Shuang Gai Jian Zhang Ruiqing Fan Boyuan Hu Wei Wang Wei Cao Jiaqi Wang Ke Zhu Debin Xia Lin Geng Yulin Yang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
7Spatiotemporal evidence of tree-growth resilience to climate variations for Yezo spruce(Picea jezoensis var. komarovii) on Changbai Mountain, Northeast China显示文摘Global warming-induced changes in tree-growth resilience to climate variations have been widely reported for mid-and high-latitude regions around the world. Most studies have focused on the spatial variability of trees in radial growth-climate relationships on Changbai Mountain in Northeast China, but little is known about temporal changes in tree growth in response to climate. We explored the stability of effect of climate variables on radial growth of Yezo spruce [Picea jezoensis Carr. var. komarovii(V.Vassil.) Cheng et L.K.Fu] at 1200, 1400, and 1600 m above sea level, representing low, middle, and upper ranges of the spruce-fir mixed forest on Changbai Mountain. The results showed that the relation between tree growth and climate did not vary with altitude, but the stability of the tree-growth-climate relationship did vary with altitude as the climate changed. Radial growth of Yezo spruce at allthree elevations was influenced primarily by maximum temperature during May(Tmax5) and mean minimum temperature from January to March(Tmin1-3). More specifically, the relationship strengthened significantly at lower elevations, but weakened significantly at higher elevation, and fluctuated at mid elevations since 1980.Increase in Tmin1-3 and decrease in Tmax5 were the main reasons for the decrease in the radial growth at three altitudes. 8Investigation of Nitrite Production Pathway in Integrated Partial Denitrification/Anammox Process via Isotope Labelling Technique and the Relevant Microbial Communities显示文摘In this study,the nitrogen removal performance of partial denitrificaiton/anammox(PDA)process was investigated by using an UASB reactor.High total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency(91.97%)was achieved at an influent nitrogen loading rate of 0.64 kg/(m3·d).Anammox bacteria did execute the function of converting nitrate to nitrite in PDA system according to ^(15)N isotope labeling experiments and the contribution was approximately 36.3%.Candidatus_Brocadia,Candidatus_Kuenenia and Thauera were functional strains for anammox and denitrification process,respectively.Thauera and Candidatus_Brocadia were more important for TN removal at high loading rates(0.64 kg/(m3·d)).This result can provide a theoretical and technical foundation for the application of the PDA process.Li Yanzhe Gai Jianing Zhang Xiaofei Zhao dongfeng Guo Yadong Yu Gengxing Zhao Chaocheng Liu Fang Zhao Ruiyu Liu Chunshuang 2022China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,1:0
