1Productivity analysis of horizontal wells intercepted by multiple finite-conductivity fractures显示文摘Horizontal wells in the anisotropic reservoirs can be stimulated by hydraulic fracturing in order to create multiple finite-conductivity vertical fractures. Several methods for evaluating the productivity of the horizontal wells have been presented in the literature. With such methods, however, it is still difficult to obtain an accurate result. This paper firstly presents the dimensionless conductivity theory of vertical fractures. Then models for calculating the equivalent wellbore radius and the skin factor due to flow convergence to the well bore are proposed after analyzing the steady-state flow in porous reservoirs. By applying the superposition principle to the pressure drop, a new method for evaluating the productivity of horizontal wells intercepted by multiple finite-conductivity fractures is developed. The influence of fracture conductivity and fracture half length on the horizontal well productivity is quantitatively analyzed with a synthetic case. Optimum fracture number and fracture space are further discussed in this study. 2A fully automatic registration approach based on contour and SIFT for HJ-1 images显示文摘To achieve a fully automatic registration between HJ-1 CCD images and HJ-1 infrared images is a difficult task as it must deal with the varying illuminations and resolutions of the images,different perspectives,and the local deformations within the images.In this paper,aimed at those registration issues,a fully automatic registration approach based on contour and SIFT is proposed.The registration technique performs a pre-registration process using contour feature matching algorithm that decides the overlapping region between a reference image and an input image.Once the coarse regions are obtained,it performs a fine registration process based on SIFT detector and a local adaptive matching strategy.In the fine registration process,image blocking theory is used,which not only speeds up the features extraction and matching,but also makes the matching point pairs distributed uniformly in images,and further improves the accuracy of input image rectification.Experiments with visible images and infrared images from HJ-1A/B demonstrate the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed technique for multisource remote sensing images registration.NI XiLiang CAO ChunXiang DING Lin JIANG Tao ZHANG Hao JIA HuiCong LI GuangHe ZHAO Jian CHEN Wei JI Wei XU Min GAO MengXu ZHENG Sheng TIAN Rong LIU Cheng LI Sha 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,10:5

5Relationships between loading rates and nitrogen removal effectiveness in subsurface flow constructed wetlands显示文摘Nitrogen removal of wetlands under 40 differ-ent inflow loadings were studied in the field during 15months. The removal efficiency of four different sets ofbeds, namely the reed bed, the Zizania caduciflor bed, themixing planting bed, and the control bed were studied.The outflow loading and total nitrogen (TN) removal rateof these beds under different inflow loadings and pollutionloadings were investigated. The inflow loadings of 4 sub-surface flow systems (SFS) ranged from 400 to 8000 mg·(m^(2) ·d) 21 , while outflow loadings were less than 7000 mg·(m^(2) ·d) 21 . The results showed that the inflow and outflowloading of TN removal rate in SFS presented an obviouslinear relationship. The optical inflow loading to run thesystem was between 2000 to 4000 mg·(m^(2) ·d) 21 . Averageremoval rate was between 1062 and 2007 mg·(m^(2) ·d) 21 .SFS with plant had a better removal rate than the control.TN removal rates of the reed and Zizania caduciflora bedwere 63% and 27% higher than the control bed,respectively. The results regarding the TN absorption ofplants indicated that the absorption amount was verylimited, less than 5% of the total removal. It proved thatplants clearly increase TN removal rates by improving thewater flow, andincreasingthe biomass, as wellas activitiesof microorganisms around the roots. 9Stability of inner dump slope under coal pillar support:case study in an open‑pit coal mine显示文摘The stability of an inner dump slope was investigated under the efect of coal pillar support considering the development position of dumping.Based on the instability mechanism and load distribution characteristics of the supporting coal pillar,the three-dimensional mechanical efects of the supporting coal pillar are characterized.Using the two-dimensional equivalent principle and the residual thrust method,the stability of the inner dump slope was analyzed under the efect of pillar support at diferent dump development positions.The quantitative efects of various factors on the inner dump slope stability were revealed,and the coal pillar shape parameters were optimized through numerical simulations.The results indicate that the slope stability coefcient is linearly related to the top width and height of the coal pillar,slope angle,and base inclination angle,and has an exponential relation with the coal pillar strike length and slope height increment.There are quadratic and absolute value relations with the coal pillar outer and the inner bottom angle,respectively.The top width of the coal pillar in the inner dump of Shengli East No.2 open-pit coal mine should be at a level of+824 m,and the optimal top width and height are 15 and 36.7 m,respectively.The instability mechanism of the supporting and retaining coal pillar obtained by numerical simulations and the stability of the inner dump are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.Our results provide a theoretical basis for the design,treatment,and safe implementation of similar open-pit mine slope engineering.Guanghe Li Xiaoxu Yang Dong Wang Yanting Wang Xiangyu Yu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,2:1

17Ecological Barrier Deterioration Driven by Human Activities Poses Fatal Threats to Public Health due to Emerging Infectious Diseases显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and concerns about several other pandemics in the 21st century have attracted extensive global attention.These emerging infectious diseases threaten global public health and raise urgent studies on unraveling the underlying mechanisms of their transmission from animals to humans.Although numerous works have intensively discussed the cross-species and endemic barriers to the occurrence and spread of emerging infectious diseases,both types of barriers play synergistic roles in wildlife habitats.Thus far,there is still a lack of a complete understanding of viral diffusion,migration,and transmission in ecosystems from a macro perspective.In this review,we conceptualize the ecological barrier that represents the combined effects of cross-species and endemic barriers for either the natural or intermediate hosts of viruses.We comprehensively discuss the key influential factors affecting the ecological barrier against viral transmission from virus hosts in their natural habitats into human society,including transmission routes,contact probability,contact frequency,and viral characteristics.Considering the significant impacts of human activities and global industrialization on the strength of the ecological barrier,ecological barrier deterioration driven by human activities is critically analyzed for potential mechanisms.Global climate change can trigger and expand the range of emerging infectious diseases,and human disturbances promote higher contact frequency and greater transmission possibility.In addition,globalization drives more transmission routes and produces new high-risk regions in city areas.This review aims to provide a new concept for and comprehensive evidence of the ecological barrier blocking the transmission and spread of emerging infectious diseases.It also offers new insights into potential strategies to protect the ecological barrier and reduce the wide-ranging risks of emerging infectious diseases to public health.Dayi Zhang Yunfeng Yang Miao Li Yun Lu Yi Liu Jingkun Jiang Ruiping Liu Jianguo Liu Xia Huang Guanghe Li Jiuhui Qu 2022Engineering2022,8,3:0
18Study on Antibacterial Activity of 2-Methyl-3-(methylthio)Pyrazine Against Three Strains of Spoilage Bacteria显示文摘Previous studies have shown that glycine and proline are pharmacophores that display antibacterial activity.In the present study,glycine and proline were derivated to diketopiperazine compounds by chemical synthesis method,and their antibacterial activities were evaluated by three strains of spoilage bacteria,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Shewanella putrefaciens,and the relationship of their antibacterial activities and structures was also investigated.Uv-vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the growth curves of three kinds of active indicator bacteria.Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by micro broth dilution method.The results showed that 2-methyl-3-(methylthio)pyrazine had significant antibacterial activity against three strains of the bacteria,and its MIC was 1.25%.It indicates 2-methyl-3-(methylthio)pyrazine has the potential to be developed as a kind of preservative in future.Kun LI Guanghe ZHU Danning FU Lele LI 2024Agricultural Biotechnology2024,13,1:0
19Different response of bacterial community to the changes of nutrients and pollutants in sediments from an urban river network显示文摘Microbial communities in sediment are an important indicator linking to environmental pollution in urban river systems.However,how the diversity and structure of bacterial communities in sediments from an urban river network respond to different environmental factors has not been well studied.The goal of this study was to understand the patterns of bacterial communities in sediments from a highly dense urbanized river network in the lower Yangtze River Delta by Illumina MiSeq sequencing.The correlations between bacterial communities,the environmental gradient and geographical distance were analyzed by redundancy analysis(RDA)and network methods.The diversity and richness of bacterial community in sediments increased from upstream to downstream consistently with the accumulation of nutrient in the urban river network.Bacterial community composition and structure showed obvious spatial changes,leading to two distinct groups,which were significantly related to the characteristics of nutrient and heavy metal in sediments.Humic substance,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,Zn,Cu,Hg and As were selected as the key environmental factors shaping the bacterial community in sediments based on RDA.The co-occurrence patterns of bacterial networks showed that positive interaction between bacterial communities increased but the connectivity among bacterial genera and stability of sediment ecosystem reduced under a higher content of nutrient and heavy metal in average.The sensitive and ubiquitous taxa with an overproportional response to key environmental factors were detected as indicator species,which provided a novel method for the prediction of the pollution risk of sediment in an urban river network.Fang Zhang Hao Zhang Ying Yuan Dun Liu Chenyu Zhu Di Zheng Guanghe Li Yuquan Wei Dan Sun 2020Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,2:0
