| 1 | γ-MnO2 nanorods/graphene composite as efficient cathode for advanced rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion battery显示文摘Aqueous Zn//MnO2 batteries are emerging as promising large-scale energy storage devices owing to their cost-effectiveness,high safety,high output voltage,and energy density.However,the MnO2 cathode suffers from intrinsically poor rate performance and rapid capacity deterioration.Here,we remove the roadblock by compositing MnO2 nanorods with highly conductive graphene,which remarkably enhances the electrochemical properties of the MnO2 cathode.Benefiting from the boosted electric conductivity and ion diffusion rate as well as the structural protection of graphene,the Zn//MnO2-graphene battery presents an admirable capacity of 301 mAh g^-1 at 0.5 A g^-1,corresponding to a high energy density of 411.6 Wh kg^-1.Even at a high current density of 10 A g^-1,a decent capacity of 95.8 mAh g^-1 is still obtained,manifesting its excellent rate property.Furthermore,an impressive power density of 15 kW kg^-1 is achieved by the Zn//MnO2-graphene battery. | Chao Wang Yinxiang Zeng Xiang Xiao Shijia Wu Guobin Zhong Kaiqi Xu Zengfu Wei Wei Su Xihong Lu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020，29，4： | 13 |
| 2 | Retrieval and Analysis of Coal Fire Temperature in Wuda Coalfield, Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Coal fire burning around the world is an environmental catastrophe characterized by the emission of noxious gases, particulate matter, and condensation by-products. In this study, coal fire temperature is retrieved based on Landsat 5 TM images and Generalized Single-Channel Algorithm (GSCA), in Wuda coalfield, Inner Mongolia, China. Then coal fire zones are extracted by Jenks′ natural breaks and threshold methods based on temperature images. Changes of coal fire zones are analyzed from 1989 to 2008. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The coal fire temperature retrieval method based on Landsat 5 TM and the GSCA model is effective and feasible, because the temperature error is relatively small (from –2.9℃ to +2.6℃) between the measured temperature and the retrieved temperature. 2) The accuracy is relatively high to extract coal fire zones through the Jenks′ natural breaks and threshold methods, because 83.56% of surveyed area is located in the coal fire zones extracted in 2005. 3) The coal fire area increased 9.81 × 10 5 m 2 from 1989 to 2005, and the annual growth is about 6.1 × 10 4 m 2 , with an annual increasing rate of 2.48%. | 3 | Fine Mapping of RppP25, a Southern Rust Resistance Gene in Maize显示文摘Southern rust (Puccinia polysora Underw.) is a major disease that can cause severe yield losses in maize (Zea mays L.). In our previous study, a major gene RppP25 that confers resistance to southern rust was identified in inbred line P25. Here, we report the fine mapping and candidate gene analysis of RppP25 from the near-isogenic line F939, which harbors RppP25 in the genetic background of the susceptible inbred line F349. The inheritance of resistance to southern rust was investigated in the BC1F1 and BC3F1 populations, which were derived from a cross between F939 and F349 (as the recurrent parent). The 1:1 segregation ratio of resistance to susceptible plants in these two populations indicated that the resistance is controlled by a single dominant gene. Ten markers, including three simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers and seven insertion/deletion (InDel) markers, were developed in the RppP25 region. RppP25 was delimited to an interval between P091 and M271, with an estimated length of 40 kb based on the physical map of B73. In this region, a candidate gene was identified that was predicted to encode a putative nucleotide-binding site leucine-rich repeat (NBS-LRR) protein. | 4 | Reaction thermodynamics and kinetics on in situ Al_2O_3/Cu composites显示文摘The preferred internal oxidation of aluminum in Cu Al alloy was used to obtain in situ Al 2O 3/Cu composites. The reinforcement particles were mainly γ Al 2O 3, some θ Al 2O 3 and a little α Al 2O 3. Thermodynamics analyses show that the chemical reactions are 3Cu 2O+2Al=6Cu+Al 2O 3 or 3CuO+2Al=3Cu+Al 2O 3. A related equilibrium diagram was drawn. | 5 | Diagnostic value of negative enrichment and immune fluorescence in situ hybridization for intraperitoneal free cancer cells of gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the intraperitoneal free cancer cell(IFCC)detection value of negative enrichment and immune fluorescence in situ hybridization(NEimFISH)on chromosomes(CEN)8/17.Methods:To verify the reliability of NEimFISH,29 gastric cancer tumors,their adjacent tissues and greater omental tissues were tested.Our study then included 105 gastric cancer patients for IFCC.We defined patients as IFCC-positive if a signal was detected,regardless of the detailed cancer cell numbers.A comparison of clinicopathological features was conducted among IFCC groups.We also compared the diagnosis value and peritoneal recurrence predictive value among different detection methods.The comparison of IFCC number was also conducted among different groups.Results:A cutoff of 2.5 positive cells could distinguish all benign tissue samples and 97%of malignant tissue samples in our study.Compared to intestinal gastric cancer,patients with diffuse gastric cancer tended to have more IFCCs(6 vs.4,P=0.002).The IFCC counts were often higher in the lymphovascular invasion positive group than negative group(3 vs.1,P=0.022).All IFCC samples that were considered positive using conventional cytology were also found to be positive using NEimFISH.When compared to conventional cytology and paraffin pathology,NEimFISH had a higher IFCC positive rate(68.9%)and higher one-year peritoneal recurrence predictive value with area under the curve(AUC)of 0.922.Conclusions:Gastric cancer could be effectively diagnosed by NEimFISH.The IFCC number found using NEimFISH on CEN8/17 is closely associated with Lauren type and vascular invasion of cancer.NEimFISH is a reliable detection modality with a higher positive detection rate,higher one-year peritoneal recurrence predictive value and quantitative features for IFCC of gastric cancer. | Anqiang Wang Zhongwu Li Qian Wang Yali Bai Xin Ji Tao Fu Ke Ji Yanwen Xue Tingxu Han Xiaojiang Wu Ji Zhang Yingjie Yang Guobin Xu Zhaode Bu Jiafu Ji | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019，31，6： | 3 |
| 6 | Bone marrow and the control of immunity显示文摘Bone marrow is thought to be a primary hematopoietic organ. However, accumulated evidences demonstrate that active function and trafficking of immune cells, including regulatory T cells, conventional T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, natural killer T (NKT) cells, neutrophils, myeloid-derived suppressor cells and mesenchymal stem cells, are observed in the bone marrow. Furthermore, bone marrow is a predetermined metastatic location for multiple human tumors. In this review, we discuss the immune network in the bone marrow. | 8 | A chromosome-scale genome assembly of Artemisia argyi reveals unbiased subgenome evolution and key contributions of gene duplication to volatile terpenoid diversity显示文摘Artemisia argyi Le´vl.et Vant.,a perennial Artemisia herb with an intense fragrance,is widely used in traditional medicine in China and many other Asian countries.Here,we present a chromosome-scale genome assembly of A.argyi comprising 3.89 Gb assembled into 17 pseudochromosomes.Phylogenetic and comparative genomic analyses revealed that A.argyi underwent a recent lineage-specificwhole-genomeduplication(WGD)event after divergence fromArtemisia annua,resulting in two subgenomes.Wedeciphered the diploid ancestral genome of A.argyi,and unbiased subgenome evolution was observed.The recent WGD led to a large number of duplicated genes in the A.argyi genome.Expansion of the terpene synthase(TPS)gene family through various types of gene duplication may have greatly contributed to the diversity of volatile terpenoids in A.argyi.In particular,we identified a typical germacrene D synthase gene cluster within the expanded TPS gene family.The entire biosynthetic pathways of germacrenes,(+)-borneol,and(+)-camphor were elucidated in A.argyi.In addition,partial deletion of the amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS)gene and loss of function of ADS homologs may have resulted in the lack of artemisinin production in A.argyi.Our study provides newinsights into the genome evolution of Artemisia and lays a foundation for further improvement of the quality of this important medicinal plant. | Hongyu Chen Miaoxian Guo Shuting Dong Xinling Wu Guobin Zhang Liu He Yuannian Jiao Shilin Chen Li Li Hongmei Luo | 2023 | Plant Communications2023，4，3： | 2 |

It is shown that TiN and Al2O3 can be formed in melt with nitrogen and surplus oxygen (in vacuum room of the induction furnace) as the reactive gases over 1000℃. Up to 2.1 wt pct Al2O3 and 5.2 wt pct of TiN in situ phases in an Al alloy has been formed in a range of size from 0.8 to 5 μm.
