| 1 | Analytical Method of Fault Characteristic and Non-unit Protection for HVDC Transmission Lines显示文摘An analytical method of fault characteristic for the HVDC system based on frequency response characteristics of boundary elements is presented here.The computational formulas of transfer function and input impedance are deduced using the distributed parameter model of HVDC transmission line,and the amplitude-to-frequency-characteristics of the transfer function and input impedance are analyzed.Based on the amplitude-to-frequency difference between internal and external faults,a non-unit protection method for VSC-HVDC transmission line is presented.Using the current ratio of high-to-low-frequency,this protection method can distinguish internal from external fault.The presented algorithm only uses local-end current,has high operation speed,and is easy to implement.Simulations on a±200 kV VSC-HVDC system are conducted to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the developed protection method. | Xu Chu Guobing Song Jun Liang | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,4: | 10 |

| 3 | Combined peripheral natural killer cell and circulating tumor cell enumeration enhance prognostic efficiency in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous disease with poor prognosis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are a promising predictor for breast cancer prognoses but their reliability regarding progression-free survival(PFS)is controversial.We aim to verify their predictive value in TNBC.Methods:In present prospective cohort study,we used the Pep@MNPs method to enumerate CTCs in baseline blood samples from 75 patients with TNBC(taken at inclusion in this study)and analyzed correlations between CTC numbers and outcomes and other clinical parameters.Results:Median PFS was 6.0(range:1.0–25.0)months for the entire cohort,in whom we found no correlations between baseline CTC status and initial tumor stage(P=0.167),tumor grade(P=0.783)or histological type(P=0.084).However,among those getting first-line treatment,baseline CTC status was positively correlated with ratio of peripheral natural killer(NK)cells(P=0.032),presence of lung metastasis(P=0.034)and number of visceral metastatic site(P=0.037).Baseline CTC status was predictive for PFS in first-line TNBC(P=0.033),but not for the cohort as a whole(P=0.118).This prognostic limitation of CTC could be ameliorated by combining CTC and NK cell enumeration(P=0.049).Conclusions:Baseline CTC status was predictive of lung metastasis,peripheral NK cell ratio and PFS in TNBC patients undergoing first-line treatment.We have developed a combined CTC-NK enumeration strategy that allows us to predict PFS in TNBC without any preconditions. | Xiaoran Liu Ran Ran Bin Shao Hope S.Rugo Yanlian Yang Zhiyuan Hu Zewen Wei Fengling Wan Weiyao Kong Guohong Song Hanfang Jiang Xu Liang Ruyan Zhang Ying Yan Guobing Xu Huiping Li | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3: | 4 |

| 8 | Dl-3-n butylphthalide attenuates brain injury caused by cortical infarction accompanied by cranial venous drainage disturbance显示文摘Background Cerebral venous disorder may have a harmful effect on ischaemic stroke;however,the underlying mechanism remains to be elucidated.Although Dl-3-n butylphthalide is a multitarget agent for antiischaemic stroke,its neuroprotective role in brain ischaemia accompanied by brain venous disturbance remains unclear.In this study,we induced cerebral venous disturbance by the occlusion of bilateral external jugular veins(EJVs)to explore the potential mechanism of the adverse effects of cerebrovenous disorders in cerebral infarction and explore the protective effect of Dl-3-n butylphthalide on cerebral infarction accompanied through cerebral venous disturbance.Methods Cerebral venous disturbance was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats through the permanent occlusion of bilateral EJVs,and cerebral ischaemic stroke was induced through the permanent occlusion of the right cortical branches of the middle cerebral artery.2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining,MRI,Evans blue extravasation and behavioural test were performed to evaluate infarction volume,cerebral blood flow(CBF),blood-brain barrier(BBB)integrity and neurological function.Immunofluorescence staining and western blot analysis were performed to detect loss of neuron,endothelial cells,pericytes and tight junctions.Results Bilateral EJVs occlusion did not cause cerebral infarction;however,it increased the infarction volume compared with the simple middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)group,accompanied by severe neuron loss,worse neurological function,lower CBF,increased EJVs pressure,exacerbated Evans blue extravasation and brain oedema,as well as attenuated angiogenesis.Dl-3-n butylphthalide displayed a neuroprotective effect in rats with MCAO accompanied by EJVs occlusion by reducing neuron loss,accelerating CBF restoration,promoting angiogenesis and relieving BBB damage.Conclusion Bilateral EJVs occlusion did not significantly affect normal rats but aggravated brain damage in the case of ischaemic stroke.Dl-3-n butylphthalide treatment plays a neuroprotective role in rats with MCAO accompanied by EJVs occlusion,mainly due to the promotion of CBF restoration and BBB protection. | Kangping Song Xiuli Zeng Xiaomei Xie Rongxuan Zhu Jianye Liang Guobing Chen Li’an Huang | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3: | 1 |
