1Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. 2Immune response,stress resistance and bacterial challenge in juvenile rainbow trouts Oncorhynchus mykiss fed diets containing chitosan-oligosaccharides显示文摘Effects of dietary supplementation of chitosan-oligosaccharides(COS)on the growth performance,immune response,stress resistance,and disease resistance of juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were studied.Four experimental diets containing 0,20,40,or 60 mg/kg COS(COS0,COS20,COS40,and COS60,respectively)were fed to juvenile rainbow trout(initial weight=5.2±0.3 g)for 8 weeks.By the end of the feeding trial,representative groups of fish from each dietary treatment were challenged with stressor(30 sec air exposure)and pathogen exposure(intraperitoneal injection with Aeromonas hydrophila).Results showed that supplementation of COS in diets did not affect production performance and body composition of rainbow trout.However,fish fed the COS40 diet demonstrated improved phagocytic activities,respiratory burst activities and decreased serum cortisol level.Additionally,survival following A.hydrophila challenge was significant higher among fish fed the COS-supplemented feeds,although there was no difference based on the level of supplementation.The present study suggests that COS can be used as an immuno-stimulant in rainbow trout feeds.Lin LUO Xuefeng CAI Chuan HE Min XUE Xiufeng WU Haining CAO 2009Current Zoology2009,55,6:22
3Evidence of compliance with and effectiveness of guidelines for noninvasive prenatal testing in China:a retrospective study of 189,809 cases显示文摘In China,the medical guidelines recommend performing noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT)with caution for pregnant women aged 35 years or older.However,the Mother and Child Health Care Law suggests that all primiparous women whose age is older than 35 years undergo prenatal diagnosis.These two inconsistent suggestions/recommendations have made obstetricians confused about whether to offer NIPT to these older pregnant women.To face this issue and find out the solution we performed a retrospective study of 189,809 NIPT samples collected from 28 provincial-leveled administrative units in China.Of 1,564 women with high-risk pregnancies who underwent NIPT,459(29.3%)did not participate in follow-up.The compound sensitivity and specificity of NIPT for trisomies 21,18 and 13 detection was 99.1%(95%CI,98.0%–99.6%)and 99.9%(95%CI,98.8%–99.9%),respectively.In secundiparous women,NIPT showed high sensitivity and specificity similar to that in primiparous women.The observed risk for trisomies 21 and 18 significantly increased when the maternal age was 39 and older.After the publication of the current NIPT policy,the follow-up rate at our center was 97.9%;however,a large number of women are not in maternal and infant care networks nationwide,and that makes the follow-up rate outside our center relatively low.Our study shows that to balance the prevention of major aneuploidies and the limited resources for prenatal diagnosis,the cut-off age of 35 for invasive prenatal diagnosis might be unnecessary.Although the NIPT guidelines are well written,how to practice it effectively,especially in less industrialized areas,is worth discussing.Chan Tian Tao Deng Xiuhuang Zhu Chen Gong Yangyu Zhao Yuan Wei Rong Li Xiufeng Xu Miaonan He Zhiwei Zhang Jing Cheng Mol BenWillem Jie Qiao 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,3:10

5The Preliminary Discussion of the Potential of GNSS-IR Technology for Terrain Retrievals显示文摘The expansion of research and applications of Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS)has revealed the information of reflecting surface in inherent multipath errors.GNSS signals,usually used to measure position,have been demonstrated that they can be used to retrieve water properties including water level,soil moisture,snow depth,and vegetation water content,which are important for climate analysis and water resources monitoring.Reflected GNSS signals with different azimuths can carry information of the corresponding reflecting zone,which means every reflected signal has distinct'signal-tonoise ratio(SNR)characteristics'influenced by specific reflecting zones—and the parameter named'Reflector Height(RH)'deduced from SNR frequency is focused on in this study.Thus,after interpolation of a series of reflector height by coordinates of the footprint,products describing highly detailed terrain over a reflecting footprint can be produced.Data of three GNSS sites in Earth Scope Plate Boundary Observatory,named P025,P351 and P101,was used to evaluate the terrain after calculating the terrain slopes and correcting the footprint following the slopes.A comparison of the results with a digital elevation model(DEM)showed that it is possible to retrieve terrain by GNSS-Interferometric Reflectometry(GNSS-IR);and the comparison with terrain slopes from DEMs in previous research also validated its potential.Xiaolei WANG Xiufeng HE Qin ZHANG Zijin NIU 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,2:6
6Angle Dependence Analysis Method to Determine SNRArc Applied to GNSSMRSea Level Retrieval显示文摘The Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS)broadcast radio signals are continuously at two or more frequencies in the L-band,and the multipath signals from sea surface recorded by off-the-shelf geodetic receivers have been demonstrated they can be used to estimate sea level,using a technology called GNSS multipath reflectometry(GNSS-MR).Before proceeding to estimate reflection parameters,the azimuth range and elevation angle range are needed to be defined,as only with suitable azimuths and elevation angles the sensing zones can be guaranteed on water.So,this study presents an angle dependence analysis method to jointly select the azimuth range and elevation angle range based on wavelet analysis which can describe the nonstationary power of different sinusoidal oscillations changed with elevation angle.The key of this method is to use one grid model to screen the spectrum power of multipath oscillation on different elevation angles and azimuths in this work.Then the elevation angles and the azimuths can be determined by searching grids with greater power.The GPS and GLONASS data of two MultiGNSS Experiment(MGEX)stations named BRST and MAYG was analyzed and used to retrieve.Firstly,the angle dependence analysis was carried out to determine the elevation range and azimuth range.Secondly,the sea levels were retrieved from individual signals.Finally,the retrievals of individual signals are combined to form a 10-min sea level retrieval series.The RMSEs of the combined retrievals are both less than 15 cm.The results show the effectiveness of the selection of angle range based on the angle dependence analysis method.Xiaolei WANG Xiufeng HE Qin ZHANG Mingfeng SONG Zijin NIU 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,2:6
7OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice through the OsMKK4-OsMAPK6-OsWRKY53 signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size and leaf angle are key agronomic traits that determine final yields in rice.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms are not well understood.Here we demonstrate that the Oryza sativa Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice.Overexpressing OsMKKK70 caused plants to produce longer seeds.The osmkkk62/70 double mutant and the osmkkk55/62/70 triple mutant displayed significantly smaller seeds and a more erect leaf angle compared to the wild type,indicating that OsMKKK70 functions redundantly with its homologs Os MKKK62 and Os MKKK55.Biochemical analysis demonstrated that OsMKKK70 is an active kinase and that OsMKKK70 interacts with Os MKK4 and promotes Os MAPK6 phosphorylation.In addition,the osmkkk62/70 double mutant showed reduced sensitivity to Brassinosteroids(BRs).Finally,overexpressing constitutively active Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 can partially complement the smaller seed size,erect leaf,and BR hyposensitivity of the osmkkk62/70 double mutant.Taken together,these findings suggest that OsMKKK70 might regulate grain size and leaf angle in rice by activating Os MAPK6 and that OsMKKK70,Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 function in a common signaling pathway that controls grain shape and leaf angle.Zhiqi Liu Enyang Mei Xiaojie Tian Mingliang He Jiaqi Tang Min Xu Jiali Liu Lu Song Xiufeng Li Zhenyu Wang Qingjie Guan Qijiang Xu Qingyun Bu 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12:6
8Integration of InSAR and GPS for hydraulic engineering显示文摘Interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) is a potential earth observation approach, and it has been demonstrated to have a variety of applications in measuring ground movement, urban subsidence and landslides. Currently InSAR provides the ability to map accurate DEM and measure ground deformation to sub-centimeter accuracy. However, many factors affect InSAR to measure ground movement since dam constructions are built in a large scale area with a complicated climate and unstable geology. This paper discusses potential applications of integrated InSAR and GPS to monitor a large-scale ground movement due to hydropower developments. The integration of InSAR and GPS can provide a cost-effective means for monitoring deformation of hydropower developments. 9Oryza sativa mediator subunit OsMED25 interacts with OsBZR1 to regulate brassinosteroid signaling and plant architecture in rice显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs)are plant-specific steroid hormones which regulate plant growth,development,and adaptation.Transcriptional regulation plays key roles in plant hormone signaling.A mediator can serve as a bridge between gene-specific transcription factors and the RNA polymerase machinery,functioning as an essential component in regulating the transcriptional process.However,whether a mediator is involved in BR signaling is unknown.Here,we discovered that Oryza sativa mediator subunit 25(Os MED25)is an important regulator of rice BR signaling.Phenotypic analyses showed that the Os MED25-RNAi and osmed25 mutant presented erect leaves,as observed in BR-deficient mutants.In addition,the Os MED25-RNAi and osmed25 mutant exhibited decreased BR sensitivity.Genetic analysis indicated that Os MED25-RNAi could suppress the enhanced BR signaling phenotype of Osbzr1-D.Further biochemical analysis showed that Os MED25 interacts with Os BZR1 in vivo,and Os MED25 is enriched on the promoter of Os BZR1 target genes.RNA sequencing analysis indicated that Os MED25 affects the expression of approximately 45%of Os BZR1-regulated genes and mainly functions as a corepressor of Os BZR1.Together,these findings revealed that Os MED25 regulates rice BR signaling by interacting with Os BZR1 and modulating the expression of Os BZR1 target genes,thus expanding our understanding of the roles of mediators in plant hormone signaling.Yuekun Ren Xiaojie Tian Shuyu Li Enyang Mei Mingliang He Jiaqi Tang Min Xu Xiufeng Li Zhenyu Wang Chuanyou Li Qingyun Bu 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,6:3
10Variational Bayesian Inference for Finite Inverted Dirichlet Mixture Model and Its Application to Object Detection显示文摘As a variant of Finite mixture model(FMM), finite Inverted Dirichlet mixture model(IDMM)can not avoid the conventional challenges, such as how to select the appropriate number of mixture components based on the observed data. Towards easing these issues,we propose a variational inference framework for learning IDMM which has been proved to be an efficient tool for modeling vectors with positive elements. Compared with the conventional Expectation maximization(EM) algorithm commonly used for learning FMM, the proposed approach prevents over-fitting well. 11bZIP71 delays flowering by suppressing Ehd1 expression in rice显示文摘Flowering time is a fundamental factor determining the global distribution and final yield of rice(Oryza sativa).Although diverse flowering time genes have been reported in this crop,the transcriptional regulation of its key flowering genes are poorly understood.Here,we report that a basic leucine zipper transcription factor,bZIP71,functions as a flowering repressor.The overexpression of bZIP71 delays flowering,while the bzip71 mutant flowers early in both long-day and short-day conditions.A genetic analysis showed that the regulation of flowering by bZIP71 might be independent of Heading date 2(Hd2),Hd4,and Hd5.Importantly,bZIP71 directly associates with the Early heading date 1(Ehd1)promoter and represses its transcription,and genetically the function of bZIP71 is impaired in the ehd1 mutant.Moreover,bZIP71 interacts with major components of polycomb repressive complex 2(PRC2),SET domain group protein 711(SDG711),and Fertilization independent endosperm 2(FIE2),through which bZIP71 regulates the H3K27me3 level of Ehd1.Taken together,we present a transcriptional regulatory mechanism in which bZIP71 enhances the H3K27me3 level of Ehd1 and transcriptionally represses its expression,which not only offers a novel insight into a flowering pathway,but also provides a valuable putative target for the genetic engineering and breeding of elite rice cultivars.Xiufeng Li Xiaojie Tian Mingliang He Xinxin Liu Zhiyong Li Jiaqi Tang Enyang Mei Min Xu Yingxiang Liu Zhenyu Wang Qingjie Guan Wei Meng Jun Fang Jian Zhang Qingyun Bu 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,7:2

13Vertical and horizontal displacements of a reservoir slope due to slope aging effect,rainfall,and reservoir water显示文摘Landslides are common hazards in reservoir areas and significantly affect dam operation and human lives.For the prevention and management of landslides,accurate assessment of the factors influencing their generation is essential.This study evaluated the key external factors influencing horizontal and vertical displacements of Luobogang Reservoir Slope in Hanyuan County,China.Displacements had been monitored by a surface-displacement-monitoring system consisting of 118 GPS stations during 2012-2015.To identify the external driving factors,their influence zones,and slope responses,we analyzed 32 months of displacement measurements and other multi-source datasets using the empirical orthogonal function.Overall,the results show that slope aging effect,rainfall,and reservoir water levels are three main driving factors.For horizontal displacement,aging effect is the most critical factor and predominantly affects the edges of landslides,the gob cave,and the public building zones.The secondary factor is the reservoir water level,which mainly acts on the boundary between the slope and reservoir water surface.The closer the slope zone is to the reservoir water,the more significant the impact is.Regarding vertical displacement,the most important factor is rainfall.The vertical displacement caused by rainfall accounts for 56.76% of the total vertical displacements.However,rainfall induces elastic displacements that generally cause less damage to the slope.The secondary factor is aging effect,and the vertical displacement caused by aging effect accounts for 9.42%.However,seven individual zones are highly affected by slope aging effect,which is consistent with the distribution of public buildings.Dongzhen Jia Ye Zhou Xiufeng He Nan Xu Zhixiang Yang Minfeng Song 2021Geodesy and Geodynamics2021,12,4:1

19Early warning of coal dynamic disaster by precursor of AE and EMR'quiet period'显示文摘Efcient and accurate monitoring and early warning of coal dynamic disaster and other disasters can provide guarantee for the efcient operation of mine transportation system.However,the traditional threshold early warning method often fails to warning some accidents.To address above issues,a new early warning method was proposed based on'quiet period'phenomenon of AE and EMR during fracture.It is found that,a'quiet period'of AE and EMR was present before the load reaches the peak stress,which could be used as one of the precursors to warn the imminent failure of coal and rock specimens.MS and AE signals increased abnormally followed by the phenomenon of'quiet period'before the occurrence of coal dynamic disaster on site,and the decrease of MS events in the'quiet period'is about 57%–88%compared with that in previous abnormal increase stage.During the damage evolution of coal and rock,'quiet period'phenomenon usually occurred at 85%–90%of the peak stress,where the slope of damage parameter curve is almost zero.The'quiet period'of the AE-EMR signals and the low change rate of damage parameter before failure provide a theoretical foundation for the coal dynamic disaster warning based on the'quiet period'precursor found in MS-AE-EMR monitoring system.These fndings will help reduce the number of under-reported events and improve early warning accuracy.Shengquan He Mengli Qin Liming Qiu Dazhao Song Xiufeng Zhang 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,3:1
