| 1 | BDS triple-frequency carrier-phase linear combination models and their characteristics显示文摘An investigation has been made on the models and characteristics of triple-frequency carrier-phase linear combinations for the Bei Dou Navigation Satellite System(BDS). Based on the three frequencies of the BDS, three categories of combinations are developed: ionosphere-free combinations(i.e., those that eliminate the ionospheric effect), minimum-noise combinations(those that mitigate the effects of thermal noise and multiple paths), and troposphere-free combinations(those that mitigate tropospheric effects). Both the ionosphere-free and troposphere-free combinations can be expressed as planes, whereas the minimum-noise combinations can be expressed as a line. The relationships between these three categories of linear combinations are investigated from the perspective of geometry. The angle between the troposphere-free plane and ionosphere-free plane is small, while the angles between the troposphere-free plane and the minimum-noise line, and between the ionosphere-free plane and the minimum-noise line, are large. Specifically, the troposphere-free plane is orthogonal to the minimum-noise line. By introducing the concepts of lane number and integer ionosphere number, the characteristics of the long-wavelength integer combinations and ionosphere-free integer combinations are investigated. The analysis indicates that the longest wavelength that can be formed for integer combinations is 146.53 m, and the ionosphere-free integer combinations all have large noise amplification factors. The ionosphere-free integer combination with minimum noise amplification factor is(0, 62, 59). According to the lane number, integer ionosphere number, and noise amplification factor, optimal integer combinations with different characteristics are presented. | 4 | Continuous chemical redistribution following amorphous-to-crystalline structural ordering in a Zr-Cu-Al bulk metallic glass显示文摘Bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)are thermodynamically metastable.As such,crystallization occurs when a BMG is thermally annealed at a temperature above the glass transition temperature.While extensive studies have been performed on the crystallization kinetics of BMGs,most of them have focused on the amorphous-to-crystalline structural ordering,and little attention has been paid to chemical distribution and its relationship with the structural ordering during the crystallization process.In this paper,a new approach,with simultaneous differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and small angle neutron scatter-ing(SANS)measurements,was applied to study in situ the crystallization of a Zr_(45.5)Cu_(45.5)Al_(9)BMG upon isothermal annealing at a temperature in the supercooled liquid region.Quantitative analysis of the DSC and SANS data showed that the structural evolution during isothermal annealing could be classified into three stages:(Ⅰ)incubation;(Ⅱ)amorphous-to-crystalline structural ordering;(Ⅲ)continuous chemical redistribution.This finding was validated by composition analysis with atom probe tomography(APT),which further identified a transition region formed by expelling Al into the matrix.The transition re-gion,with a composition of(Cu,Al)_(50)Zr_(50),served as an intermediate step facilitating the formation of a thermodynamically stable crystalline phase with a composition of(Cu,Al)_(10)Zr_(7). | Xuelian Wu Si Lan Xiyang Li Ming Yang Zhenduo Wu Xiaoya Wei Haiyan He Muhammad Naeem Jie Zhou Zhaoping Lu Elliot Paul Gilbert Dong Ma Xun-Li Wang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,6: | 0 |

| 6 | Localized surface plasmon resonance improves transdermal photodynamic therapy of hypertrophic scars显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an emerging therapeutic strategy for hypertrophic scars(HS),which is heavily dependent on reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation.However,the unsatisfactory delivery and excitation of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA,a commercial photosensitizer in dermatology)result in an insufficient ROS generation,and thus limit the clinical application of PDT treating HS(HS-PDT).Consequently,sophisticated transdermal co-delivery nanoethosomes(named A/A-ES)with ALA and Au nanotriangles(AuNTs)in cores are prepared via an in-situ seed-mediated growth method,and then applied to improve HS-PDT through localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)-enhanced ROS generation.A/A-ES display a satisfactory performance in co-delivery in HS tissue with sufficient protoporphyrin IX production and LSPR effect in cytoplasm,which is beneficial for ALA excitation as well as ROS generation.In vitrolvivo studies reveal that A/A-ES significantly improve HS-PDT in promoting to fibroblast apoptosis and collagen remodeling through LSPR-enhanced ROS generation.Therefore,this study provides a feasible strategy that integrates transdermal delivery and LSPR to enable the beneficial effects of HS-PDT through boosting the delivery and excitation of ALA. | Yunsheng Chen Zhixi Yu Xinxian Meng Hua Li Xiyang Sun Dannong He Yixin Zhang Zheng Zhang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Deciphering chemical and metabolite profiling of Chang-Kang-Fang by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS and its potential active components identification显示文摘Chang-Kang-Fang(CKF)formula,a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescription,has been widely used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).However,its potential material basis and underlying mechanism remain elusive.Therefore,this study employed an integrated approach that combined ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q/TOF-MS)with network pharmacology to systematically characterize the phytochemical components and metabolites of CKF,as well as elucidating its underlying mechanism.Through this comprehensive analysis,a total of 150 components were identified or tentatively characterized within the CKF formula.Notably,six N-acetyldopamine oligomers from Cicadae Periostracum and eight resin glycosides from Cuscutae Semen were characterized in this formula for the first time.Meanwhile,149 xenobiotics(58 prototypes and 91 metabolites)were detected in plasma,urine,feces,brain,and intestinal contents,and the in vivo metabolic pathways of resin glycosides were elaborated for the first time.Furthermore,network pharmacology and molecular docking analyses revealed that alkaloids,flavonoids,chromones,monoterpenes,N-acetyldopamine dimers,p-hydroxycinnamic acid,and Cus-3/isomer might be responsible for the beneficial effects of CKF in treating IBS,and CASP8,MARK14,PIK3C,PIK3R1,TLR4,and TNF may be its potential targets.These discoveries offer a comprehensive understanding of the potential material basis and clarify the underlying mechanism of the CKF formula in treating IBS,facilitating the broader application of CKF in the field of medicine. | YANG Fengge ZHANG Sihao TIAN Danmei ZHOU Guirong TANG Xiyang MIAO Xinglong HE Yi YAO Xinsheng TANG Jinshan | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,6: | 0 |
