2Continuous unidirectional solidification of QAl9-4 Cu-Al alloy显示文摘A continuous unidirectional solidification equipment with the advantages of electric slag remelting, induction heating, continuous casting and unidirectional solidification was built to study the QAl9 4 Cu Al alloy. 3Immunity-and-matrix-regulatory cells derived from human embryonic stem cells safely and effectively treat mouse lung injury and fibrosis显示文摘Lung injury and fibrosis represent the most significant outcomes of severe and acute lung disorders,including COVID-19.However,there are still no effective drugs to treat lung injury and fibrosis.In this study,we report the generation of clinical-grade human embryonic stem cells(hESCs)-derived immunity-and matrix-regulatory cells(IMRCs)produced under good manufacturing practice requirements,that can treat lung injury and fibrosis in vivo.We generate IMRCs by sequentially differentiating hESCs with serum-free reagents.IMRCs possess a unique gene expression profile distinct from that of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(UCMSCs),such as higher expression levels of proliferative,immunomodulatory and anti-fibrotic genes.Moreover,intravenous delivery of IMRCs inhibits both pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis in mouse models of lung injury,and significantly improves the survival rate of the recipient mice in a dose-dependent manner,likely through paracrine regulatory mechanisms.IMRCs are superior to both primary UCMSCs and the FDA-approved drug pirfenidone,with an excellent efficacy and safety profile in mice and monkeys.In light of public health crises involving pneumonia,acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome,our findings suggest that IMRCs are ready for clinical trials on lung disorders.Jun Wu Dingyun Song Zhongwen Li Baojie Guo Yani Xiao Wenjing Liu Lingmin Liang Chunjing Feng Tingting Gao Yanxia Chen Ying Li Zai Wang Jianyan Wen Shengnan Yang Peipei Liu Lei Wang Yukai Wang Liang Peng Glyn Nigel Stacey Zheng Hu Guihai Feng Wei Li Yan Huo Ronghua Jin Ng Shyh-Chang Qi Zhou Liu Wang Baoyang Hu Huaping Dai Jie Hao 2020Cell Research2020,30,9:7
4Hierarchical Content Caching in Fog Radio Access Networks:Ergodic Rate and Transmit Latency显示文摘In order to alleviate capacity constraints on the fronthaul and decrease the transmit latency, a hierarchical content caching paradigm is applied in the fog radio access networks(F-RANs). In particular, a specific cluster of remote radio heads is formed through a common centralized cloud at the baseband unit pool, while the local content is directly delivered at fog access points with edge cache and distributed radio signal processing capability. Focusing on a downlink F-RAN, the explicit expressions of ergodic rate for the hierarchical paradigm is derived. Meanwhile, both the waiting delay and latency ratio for users requiring a single content are exploited. According to the evaluation results of ergodic rate on waiting delay, the transmit latency can be effectively reduced through improving the capacity of both fronthaul and radio access links. Moreover, to fully explore the potential of hierarchical content caching, the transmit latency for users requiring multiple content objects is optimized as well in three content transmission cases with different radio access links. 5Joint Design of Coalition Formation and Semi-Blind Channel Estimation in Fog Radio Access Networks显示文摘Coordinated signal processing can obtain a huge transmission gain for Fog Radio Access Networks(F-RANs).However,integrating into large scale,it will lead to high computation complexity in channel estimation and spectral efficiency loss in transmission performance.Thus,a joint cluster formation and channel estimation scheme is proposed in this paper.Considering research remote radio heads(RRHs)centred serving scheme,a coalition game is formulated in order to maximize the spectral efficiency of cooperative RRHs under the conditions of balancing the data rate and the cost of channel estimation.As the cost influences to the necessary consumption of training length and estimation error.Particularly,an iterative semi-blind channel estimation and symbol detection approach is designed by expectation maximization algorithm,where the channel estimation process is initialized by subspace method with lower pilot length.Finally,the simulation results show that a stable cluster formation is established by our proposed coalition game method and it outperforms compared with full coordinated schemes.Zhifeng Wang Feifan Yang Shi Yan Saleemullah Memon Zhongyuan Zhao Chunjing Hu 2019China Communications2019,16,11:3
6Unraveling specific role of carbon matrix over Pd/quasi-Ce-MOF facilitating toluene enhanced degradation显示文摘Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives represented by quasi-MOFs have excellent physical and chemical properties and can be applied for the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In this work,Pd/quasi-Ce-BTC synthesized by simple one-step Npyrolysis was applied to the oxidation of toluene,showing excellent toluene catalytic activity(T_(90)=175℃,30000 mL/(g·h)).Microscopic analyses indicate the formation and interaction of a carbon matrix composite quasi-MOF structure interface.The results show that the amorphous carbon matrix formed during the partial pyrolysis of Ce-BTC significantly improves the adsorption and activation capacity of toluene in the reaction,and constructs a reductive system to maintain high concentrations of Ce^(3+)and Pd^(0),which can facilitate the activation and utilization of oxygen in reaction.Quasi in-situ XPS proves that carbon matrix is indirectly involved in the activation and storage of oxygen,and Pd^(0)is the crucial active site for the activation of oxygen.Stability and water resistance tests display good stability of Pd/quasi-Ce-BTC.This work provides a potential method for designing quasi-MOF catalysts towards VOCs effective abatement.Chunjing Su Zhi Li Mengqi Mao Wenhua Ye Jinping Zhong Quanming Ren Hairong Cheng Haomin Huang Mingli Fu Junliang Wu Yun Hu Daiqi Ye Haihong Xu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11:2
7Channel Estimation for Full-Duplex Relay Transmission in Cloud Radio Access Networks显示文摘Relay in full-duplex(FD) mode can achieve higher spectrum efficiency than that in half-duplex mode,while it is crucial to suppress relay self-interference to ensure transmission quality which requires instantaneous channel state information(CSI). In this paper,the channel estimation issue in FD amplify-andforward relay networks is considered,where the training-based estimation technique is adopted. Firstly,the least square(LS) estimation is implemented to obtain composite channel coefficients of source-relay-destination(SRD) channel and relay loop-interference(LI) channel in order to assist destination in performing data detection. Secondly,both LS and maximum likelihood estimation methods are utilized to perform individual channel estimation aiming at supporting successive interference cancelation at destination. 8MALE STERILITY 3 encodes a plant homeodomain-finger protein for male fertility in soybean显示文摘Male-sterile plants are used in hybrid breeding to improve yield in soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.).Developing the capability to alter fertility under different environmental conditions could broaden germplasm resources and simplify hybrid production.However,molecular mechanisms potentially underlying such a system in soybean were unclear.Here,using positional cloning,we identified a gene,MALE STERILITY 3(MS3),which encodes a nuclear-localized protein containing a plant homeodomain(PHD)-finger domain.A spontaneous mutation in ms3 causing premature termination of MS3 translation and partial loss of the PHD-finger.Transgenetic analysis indicated that MS3 knockout resulted in nonfunctional pollen and no selfpollinated pods,and RNA-seq analysis revealed that MS3 affects the expression of genes associated with carbohydrate metabolism.Strikingly,the fertility of mutant ms3 can restore under longd conditions.The mutant could thus be used to create a new,more stable photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterility line for two-line hybrid seed production,with significant impact on hybrid breeding and production.Jingjing Hou Weiwei Fan Ruirui Ma Bing Li Zhihui Yuan Wenxuan Huang Yueying Wu Quan Hu Chunjing Lin Xingqi Zhao Bao Peng Limei Zhao Chunbao Zhang Lianjun Sun 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,5:1

14Establishment of NaLuF_(4):15%Tb-based low dose X-PDT agent and its application on efficient antitumor therapy显示文摘X-ray excited photodynamic therapy(X-PDT)is the bravo answer of photodynamic therapy(PDT)for deep-seated tumors,as it employs X-ray as the irradiation source to overcome the limitation of light penetration depth.However,high X-ray irradiation dose caused organ lesions and side effects became the major barrier to X-PDT application.To address this issue,this work employed a classic-al co-precipitation reaction to synthesize NaLuF_(4):15%Tb^(3+)(NLF)with an average particle size of(23.48±0.91)nm,which was then coupled with the photosensitizer merocyanine 540(MC540)to form the X-PDT system NLF-MC540 with high production of singlet oxygen.The system could induce antitumor efficacy to about 24%in relative low dose X-ray irradiation range(0.1-0.3 Gy).In vivo,when NLF-MC540 irradiated by 0.1 Gy X-ray,the tumor inhibition percentage reached 89.5%±5.7%.The therapeutic mechanism of low dose X-PDT was found.A significant increase of neutrophils in serum was found on the third day after X-PDT.By immunohistochemical staining of tumor sections,the Ly6G^(+),CD8^(+),and CD11c^(+)cells infiltrated in the tumor microenvironment were studied.Utilizing the bilat-eral tumor model,the NLF-MC540 with 0.1 Gy X-ray irradiation could inhibit both the primary tumor and the distant tumor growth.De-tected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),two cytokines IFN-γand TNF-αin serum were upregulated 7 and 6 times than negative control,respectively.Detected by enzyme linked immune spot assay(ELISPOT),the number of immune cells attributable to the IFN-γand TNF-αlevels in the group of low dose X-PDT were 14 and 6 times greater than that in the negative control group,respectively.Thus,it conclude that low dose X-PDT system could successfully upregulate the levels of immune cells,stimulate the secretion of cy-tokines(especially IFN-γand TNF-α),activate antitumor immunity,and finally inhibit colon tumor growth.Yi Tian Zhiguang Fu Xiaosheng Zhu Chunjing Zhan Jinwei Hu Li Fan Chaojun Song Qian Yang Yu Wang Mei Shi 2024International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,3:0
15Power Allocation for Video Segment Based Caching Strategy in F-RAN Architecture显示文摘The concept of edge network caching has been proposed to alleviate the excessive pressure on the core networks.Furthermore,video segment caching technology,a method to cut the whole video into segments and cache them separately,has brought a novel idea to solve the caching problem in the smaller space for massive data.The adoption of segment caching in edge networks will divide the simple video transmission process into two coupling stages because of separate data caching,which leads to more complicated resource allocation.In this paper,this problem is discussed,and its mathematical model is established to minimize the energy consumption of video transmissions.By introducing an efficient prediction window of channel fading,an optimal dynamic scheduling algorithm based on Qlearning is proposed to minimize power consumption while ensuring smooth video streaming.The proposed Q-learning algorithm is simulated and the impacts of channel state,target video bit rate and largescale channel parameter are evaluated.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the total power consumption while ensuring the smooth playback of video service,thanks to the fact that the proposed method is intelligent which can effectively utilize idle resources in favorable channel states.Zeyu Hu Chunjing Hu Zexu Li Yong Li GuimingWei 2021China Communications2021,18,2:0
16Late Cenozoic Normal Faulting on the Western Side of Wenquan Graben, Central Qianghai-Xizang(Tibet) Plateau显示文摘A near NS-strike east-dipping normal fault is developed on the western side of Wenquan graben in the central Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) Plateau. It is the western marginal fault of the graben and has been intensely active. It is a product of the near EW extension and deformation of the central northern Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) Plateau since the late Cenozoic under the effect of the collision of the India and Eurasia plates. Since the late Cenozoic, the maximum vertical displacement on the fault was greater than 2.1km, and the dislocated Mesozoic fold stratum reveals a maximum accumulative throw of 6.0±2.2km. Quaternary faulting took place many times along the fault, creating multi-set piedmont fault facets and multi-level fault scarplets. According to the height of fault scarps that result from the vertical offset of the late Quaternary strata and geomorphic provinces, the maximum slip rate of the fault is estimated to have been less than 1.2mm/a since the late Quaternary, averaging 0.45mm/a. The trenching across the fault reveals that at least 3 paleoearthquakes of varied magnitudes have occurred since the late Epipleistocene. 17Joint Access Point Selection and Resource Allocation in MEC-Assisted Network:A Reinforcement Learning Based Approach显示文摘A distributed reinforcement learning(RL)based resource management framework is proposed for a mobile edge computing(MEC)system with both latency-sensitive and latency-insensitive services.We investigate joint optimization of both computing and radio resources to achieve efficient on-demand matches of multi-dimensional resources and diverse requirements of users.A multi-objective integer programming problem is formulated by two subproblems,i.e.,access point(AP)selection and subcarrier allocation,which can be solved jointly by our proposed distributed RL-based approach with a heuristic iteration algorithm.The proposed algorithm allows for the reduction in complexity since each user needs to consider only its own selection of AP without knowing full global information.Simulation results show that our algorithm can achieve near-optimal performance while reducing computational complexity significantly.Compared with other algorithms that only optimize either of the two sub-problems,the proposed algorithm can serve more users with much less power consumption and content delivery latency.Zexu Li Chunjing Hu Wenbo Wang Yong Li Guiming Wei 2022China Communications2022,19,6:0
