1Update in version 2021 of CSCO guidelines for colorectal cancer from version 2020显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the major cancers threatening life and health of Chinese residents. According to the latest data released by the National Cancer Center in2015(1), there were 387,000 new cases and 187,100 deaths of CRC in China, accounting for 9.87% and 8.01% of all malignancies. The first version of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) guidelines was released in April2017, and has been updated annually based on the latest clinical research data and the availability of new drugs(2-4). 2Liquid crystal integrated metalens with tunable chromatic aberration显示文摘Overcoming chromatic aberrations is a vital concern in imaging systems in order to facilitate fullcolor and hyperspectral imaging.By contrast,large dispersion holds opportunities for spectroscopy and tomography.Combining both functions into a single component will significantly enhance its versatility.A strategy is proposed to delicately integrate two lenses with a static resonant phase and a switchable geometric phase separately.The former is a metasurface lens with a linear phase dispersion.The latter is composed of liquid crystals(LCs)with space-variant orientations with a phase profile that is frequency independent.By this means,a broadband achromatic focusing from 0.9 to 1.4 THz is revealed.When a saturated bias is applied on LCs,the geometric phase modulation vanishes,leaving only the resonant phase of the metalens.Correspondingly,the device changes from achromatic to dispersive.Furthermore,a metadeflector with tunable dispersion is demonstrated to verify the universality of the proposed method.Our work may pave a way toward active metaoptics,promoting various imaging applications.Zhixiong Shen Shenghang Zhou Xinan Li Shijun Ge Peng Chen Wei Hu Yanqing Lu 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,3:7

5Toxicity of copper,lead,and cadmium on the motility of two marine microalgae Isochrysis galbana and Tetraselmis chui显示文摘Computer assisted movement tracking was used to characterize the motility of two marine microalgae,Isochrysis galbana and Tetraselmis chui,and to investigate the toxicity of Cu,Pb,and Cd on motile percentage,curvilinear velocity,average path velocity,straight line velocity,linearity,straightness,and wobble.Except for motile percentage,all other motility parameters differed significantly between I.galbana and T.chui.Based on relative motile percentage data,the median effective concentration (EC 50) of Cu on the motility of I.galbana and T.chui was 31.4 and 1.3 μmol/L,respectively,while for Pb it was 37.8 and 10.9 μmol/L and for Cd it was 121.6 and 37.8 μmol/L,respectively.Compared to I.galbana,T.chui was more sensitive to all tested metals.The toxic effect of the heavy metals on motility exhibited the following decreasing order for both species:Cu > Pb > Cd.Our results indicate that I.galbana and T.chui motility is sensitive to heavy metals and can be used as an indicator for toxicology bioassays.Guangxu Liu Xueliang Chai Yanqing Shao Lihua Hu Qilang Xie Hongxi Wu 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,2:2

9Calculation of conductive ions distribution in icicle and melting water conductivity显示文摘The flashover problem of ice-covered insulators has seriously affected the safe operation of transmission lines.Numerous researches have shown that the high conductivity water film on the surface is determined by the conductive ions distribution in the icicle which is the key factor affecting the flashover voltage of ice-covered insulators.In our previous work,the conductive ions distribution in the icicle has been obtained through experi-ments and simulation analysis.In order to calculate the conductivity of the water film,the conductive ion-specific content at different positions in the icicle has been calculated mathematically.In addition,based on the simulation of icicle melting process,the icicle melting process is analysed,and the melting water conductivity of the icicle is calculated.Moreover,melting ice test is carried out in artificial climate chamber to verify the validity of the calculation method.The calculated results are in good agreement with the test results.The conclusion obtained here would provide theoretical basis for establishing a flashover model of ice-covered insulators.Yanqing Liu Lichun Shu Qin Hu Xingliang Jiang Meilin Zhu Jianbo Yu 2021High Voltage2021,6,4:1

11Bilayer metal halide perovskite for efficient and stable solar cells and modules显示文摘To reach the target of carbon neutral,a transition from fossil energy to renewable energy is unavoidable.Photovoltaic technology is considered one of the most prominent sources of renewable energy.Recently,metal halide perovskite materials have attracted tremendous interest in the areas of optoelectronic devices due to their ease of processing and outstanding performance.To date,perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have shown high power conversion efficiency up to 25.7%and 31.3%for the perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells,which promises to revolutionize the PV landscape.However,the stability of PSCs under operating conditions has yet to match state-of-the-art silicon-based solar cell technology,in which the stability of the absorbing layer and relevant interfaces is the primary challenge.These issues become more serious in the larger area solar modules due to the additional interfaces and more defects within the perovskite.Bilayer perovskite film composed of a thin low dimensional perovskite layer and a three-dimensional perovskite layer shows great potential in fabricating solar cells with high efficiency and stability simultaneously.In this review,recent advancements,including composition design and processing methods for constructing bilayer perovskite films are discussed.We then analyze the challenges and resolutions in deposition bilayer perovskite films with scalable techniques.After summarizing the beneficial effect of the bilayer structure,we propose our thinking of feasible strategies to fabricate high efficiency perovskite solar modules with a long lifetime.Finally,we outline the directions for future work that will push the perovskite PV technology toward commercialization.Yanqing Zhu Min Hu Mi Xu Bo Zhang Fuzhi Huang Yi-Bing Cheng Jianfeng Lu 2022Materials Futures2022,1,4:1

13Polarization-dispersive imaging spectrometer for scattering circular dichroism spectroscopy of single chiral nanostructures显示文摘Circular dichroism spectroscopy is one of the most important tools in nanoscopic chiroptics.However,there is lack of simple,fast and reliable method for measuring the circular dichroism responses of single nanostructures.To tackle this issue,we report a polarization-dispersive imaging spectrometer which is capable of measuring the scattering circular dichroism response of a single chiral nanostructure with a single shot.Using this technique,we studied the scattering circular dichroism spectra of a model system,the vertically coupled plasmonic nanorod pair.Both experimental and theoretical results indicate that the polarization-dispersive spectrometer measures the imaginary part of nonlocal susceptibility of the structure.We further applied the technique to 3-dimensional Au nanorod structures assembled on DNA origami templates together with correlated scanning electron microscopic measurements.Rich chiroptical phenomena were unveiled at the single nanostructure level.Shuang Zhou Jie Bian Peng Chen Mo Xie Jie Chao Wei Hu Yanqing Lu Weihua Zhang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,4:1
14Three-dimensional electric field simulation and flashover path analysis of ice-covered suspension insulators显示文摘Flashover of ice-covered insulators seriously affects the safe operation of transmission lines.It is necessary to study the electric field distribution for flashover analysis of ice-covered insulators.The electric field of ice-covered insulators was mostly calculated by a two-dimensional(2D)axisymmetric model that cannot be well corresponded to actual icing situations.In this study,a 3D electric field simulation model of ice-covered suspension insulators under moderate icing condition with applied DC voltage was established.Two characteristic parameters,E_(av)and E_(max)were proposed to measure electric field distortion degree.Based on the simulation results,the effects of water film conductivity,icicle length,icicle deviation angle,and icicle distribution on Eav and Emax were studied.The results showed that icicles have a significant influence on the electric field distribution of insulators.E_(av)increases with the increase of icicle length and decreases with the increase of icicle deviation angle.E_(max)increases with the increase of the icicle length,icicle spacing and adjacent icicle length difference.When the icicle deviation angle is 45°,E_(max)is the largest.Lastly,the possible flashover paths were analysed based on the simulation results,which would provide a theoretical basis for building a flashover model of ice-covered insulators.Lichun Shu Yanqing Liu Xingliang Jiang Qin Hu Gaohui He Zhou Yu Longfang Xiao 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:1
15Effect of ionic liquids on stability of O/W miniemulsion for application of low emission coating products显示文摘Room temperature ionic liquids(RTILs) are non-volatile organic salts. They may replace conventional coalescing agents in latex coating thus reducing volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emission as well as improving performance of latex coating products such as better thermal stability, conductivity, and antifouling property. The formation of latex coating containing RTILs can be achieved by encapsulation of RTILs inside particles via miniemulsion polymerization. In this study, the role of RTILs and its concentration on stability of miniemulsion during storage and polymerization were investigated. It has been found that, above a critical concentration(10 wt%), adding more RTILs to oil phase may weaken miniemulsion stability during storage as well as polymerization. Such observations were consistent with the zeta potential measurement for miniemulsions prepared at the similar conditions. 16Unraveling the morphological evolution mechanism of solid sulfur species in lithium-sulfur batteries with operando light microscopy显示文摘Solid-liquid phase conversion between various sulfur species in lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries is a fundamental reaction of the sulfur cathode.Disclosing the morphological evolution of solid sulfur species upon cycling is of great significance to achieving high energy densities.However,an in-depth investigation of the internal reaction is still lacking.In this work,the evolution process of solid sulfur species on carbon substrates is systematically studied by using an operando light microscope combined with in situ electrochemical impedance spectra technology.The observation of phenomena such as bulk solid sulfur species can form and dissolve independently of the conductive substrates and the transformation of supercooled liquid sulfur to crystalline sulfur.Based on the phenomena mentioned above,a possible mechanism was proposed in which the dissolution reaction of solid sulfur species is a spatially free reaction that involves isotropic physical dissolution,diffusion of molecules,and finally the electrochemical reaction.Correspondingly,the formation of solid sulfur species tends to be a form of crystallization in a saturated solution rather than electrodeposition,as is commonly believed.Our findings offer new insights into the reaction of sulfur cathodes and provide new opportunities to design advanced sulfur cathodes for Li-S batteries.Jingqiang Zheng Chaohong Guan Huangxu Li Yangyang Xie Junxian Hu Kai Zhang Bo Hong Yanqing Lai Jie Li Zhian Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10:1

18Population genomic analysis reveals domestication of cultivated rye from weedy rye显示文摘Rye(Secale cereale)is an important crop with multiple uses and a valuable genetic resource for wheat breeding.However,due to its complex genome and outcrossing nature,the origin of cultivated rye remains elusive.The geneticist N.I.Vavilov proposed that cultivated rye had been domesticated from weedy rye,rather than directly from wild species like other crops.Unraveling the domestication history of rye will extend our understanding of crop evolution and upend our inherent understanding of agricultural weeds.To this end,in this study we generated the 8.5 Tb of whole-genome resequencing data from 116 worldwide accessions of wild,weedy,and cultivated rye,and demonstrated that cultivated rye was domesticated directly from weedy relatives with a similar but enhanced genomic selection by humans.We found that a repertoire of genes that experienced artificial selection is associated with important agronomic traits,including shattering,grain yield,and disease resistance.Furthermore,we identified a composite introgression in cultivated rye from the wild perennial Secale strictum and detected a 2-Mb introgressed fragment containing a candidate ammonium transporter gene with potential effect on the grain yield and plant growth of rye.Taken together,our findings unravel the domestication history of cultivated rye,suggest that interspecific introgression serves as one of the likely causes of obscure species taxonomy of the genus Secale,and provide an important resource for future rye and wheat breeding.Yanqing Sun Enhui Shen Yiyu Hu Dongya Wu Yu Feng Sangting Lao Chenfeng Dong Tianyu Du Wei Hua Chu-Yu Ye Jinhuan Zhu Qian-Hao Zhu Daguang Cai Lidia Skuza Jie Qiu Longjiang Fan 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,3:1
19Resistivity response of coal under hydraulic fracturing with different injection rates:A laboratory study显示文摘Resistivity will have different response characteristics to the hydraulic fracture propagation process. In this work, a resistivity testing system for hydraulic fracturing specimens was established. Resistivity and acoustic emission(AE) information were jointly analysed to determine the dynamic response characteristics of resistivity during hydraulic fracture propagation. The results show that the water and fracture exert a competitive influence on the connection structure of the circuit, and there are two significant peak resistivity points in the curve, presenting a double peak therein. The peak resistivity data of the specimen with a larger fracture area are much different from the initial value. With the increase of the rate of injection, the range of variation of the highest value that can be reached with the specimen resistivity decreases. High resistivity rates or high resistivity fluctuations exhibit rapid a release of fracture energy.
