2A New Method for Determining Fluid Compositions in the H_2O-NaClCaCl_2 System with Cryogenic Raman Spectroscopy显示文摘Raman peaks of various hydrates in the H2O-NaCl-CaCl2 system have been previously identified,but a quantitative relationship between the Raman peaks and XNaCl(i.e.,NaCl/(NaCl+CaCl2)) has not been established,mainly due to the difficulty to freeze the solutions.This problem was solved by adding alumina powder to the solutions to facilitate nucleation of crystals.Cryogenic(-185oC) Raman spectroscopic studies of alumina-spiced solutions indicate that XNaCl is linearly correlated with the total peak area fraction of hydrohalite.Capsules of solutions made from silica capillary were prepared to simulate fluid inclusions.Most of these artificial fluid inclusions could not be totally frozen even at temperatures as low as-185 oC,and the total peak area fraction of hydrohalite is not correlated linearly with XNaCl.However,the degree of deviation(?XNaCl) from the linear correlation established earlier is related to the amount of residual solution,which is reflected by the ratio(r) of the baseline 'bump' area,resulting from the interstitial unfrozen brine near 3435 cm-1,and the total hydrate peak area between 3350 and 3600 cm-1.A linear correlation between ?XNaCl and r is established to estimate XNaCl from cryogenic Raman spectroscopic analysis for fluid inclusions.CHI Guoxiang CHU Haixia Ryan SCOTT CHOU I-Ming 2014Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2014,88,4:7

6Determining Fluid Compositions in the H_2O-NaCl-CaCl_2 System with Cryogenic Raman Spectroscopy:Application to Natural Fluid Inclusions显示文摘Previous cryogenic Raman spectroscopic analysis of H_2O-NaCl-CaCl_2 solutions has identified the Raman peaks of various hydrates of NaCl and CaCl_2,and established a linear relationship between Raman band intensity of the hydrates and the composition of the solution(NaCl/(NaCl+CaCl_2) molar ratio,or X_(NaC1)) using synthetic fluids,which created the opportunity to quantitatively determine the solute composition of aqueous fluid inclusions with cryogenic Raman spectroscopy.This paper aims to test the feasibility of this newly established method with natural fluid inclusions.Twenty-five fluid inclusions in quartz from various occurrences which show a high degree of freezing during the cooling processes were carefully chosen for cryogenic Raman analysis.X_(Na)Cl was calculated using their spectra and an equation established in a previous study.These inclusions were then analyzed with the thermal decrepitation-SEM-EDS method.The X_(NaCl) values estimated from the two methods show a 1:1 correlation,indicating that the new,non-destructive cryogenic Raman spectroscopic analysis method can indeed be used for fluid inclusion compositional study.CHU Haixia CHI Guoxiang 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:1
7Analysis of the Nursing Effect of Hierarchical Extended Nursing Based on The Guidance of Orem’s Theory in Patients with PICC Catheterization显示文摘Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of hierarchical extended nursing based on the guidance of Orem’s theory in patients with peripherally inserted central(PICC)catheterization.Methods:Ninety-one patients with PICC catheterization admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 and 46 cases,respectively.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine nursing care combined with hierarchical extended nursing based on the guidance of Orem’s theory for 3 months.Relevant indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement degree of various indicators in the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Graded extended nursing based on the guidance of Orem’s theory improved the knowledge,belief,behavior,and self-efficacy of patients with PICC catheterization,and relieved their anxiety,depression,and other negative emotions.The nursing effect was deemed to be significant.Haixia Zhu Shuqiao Chen Hui Chi 2024Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024,8,3:0
8Impact of bacterial chaperonin GroEL-GroES on bacteriorhodopsin folding and membrane integration显示文摘Our understanding of molecular chaperone function in membrane protein biogenesis lags far behind that in soluble protein biogenesis. Through a combined approach including isothermal titration calorimetry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy, the behavior of ATP-dependent chaperonin GroEL-GroES, a paradigmatic chaperone of soluble protein folding, was investigated in the refolding of membrane protein bacteriorhodopsin (BR) and its membrane insertion. We found that BR bound asymmetrically to the double-ring GroEL, w让h a much higher affinity when it was partially denatured. GroEL alone showed a clear influence on BR refolding, but the presence of ATP was necessary to significantly enhance both the rate and yield of the GroEL-mediated folding, in contrast to the adverse effect of GroES on the folding yield. However;synergy between ATP and GroES was shown to be required not only for releasing high-affinity BR species from GroEL, but also for unfolding and rescuing the misfolded conformers complexed to GroEL. This is consistent with the observation that maximum rate enhancement of BR refolding or assembly with the prepared inverted membrane vesicles was achieved when the complete chaperonin system was used. Our results support the iterative unfolding mechanism of GroEL activity previously proposed for soluble proteins, whereby GroEL might perform repeated unfolding and release of BR, thus offering additional opportunities for timely folding or membrane integration. 9Revealing the correlation between adsorption energy and activation energy to predict the catalytic activity of metal oxides for HMX using DFT显示文摘Traditional selection of combustion catalysis is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Theoretical calculation is expected to resolve this problem.The adsorption energy of HMX and O atoms on 13 metal oxides was calculated using DMol3,since HMX and O are key substances in decomposition process.And the relationship between the adsorption energy of HMX,O on metal oxides(TiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),PbO,CuO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Co_(3)O_(4),Bi_(2)O_(3),NiO)and experimental T30 values(time required for the decomposition depth of HMX to reach 30%)was depicted as volcano plot.Thus,the T30 values of other metal oxides was predicted based on their adsorption energy on volcano plot and validated by previous experimental data.Further,the adsorption energy of HMX on ZrO_(2)and MnO_(2)was predicted based on the linear relationship between surface energy and adsorption energy,and T30 values were estimated based on volcano plot.The apparent activation energy data of HMX/MgO,HMX/SnO_(2),HMX/ZrO_(2),and HMX/MnO_(2)obtained from DSC experiments are basically consistent with our predicted T30 values,indicating that it is feasible to predict the catalytic activity based on the adsorption calculation,and it is expected that these simple structural properties can predict adsorption energy to reduce the large quantities of computation and experiment cost.Xiurong Yang Chi Zhang Wujing Jin Zhaoqi Guo Hongxu Gao Shiyao Niu Fengqi Zhao Bo Liu Haixia Ma 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,31,1:0
10Adipose tissue resistin gene expression in DIO and DR rats显示文摘Objective: To investigate the expression of resistin gene in diet-induced obesity (DIO) and diet resistance (DR) rats. Methods: DIO and DR models were prepared with male SD rats after 6 weeks feeding by a diet of relatively high fat, sucrose, and caloric content (HE diet). Body-weight, fat mass, and the concentration of serum insulin were measured, and the expression of resistin and Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptory-γ(PPAR-γ) gene in whit adipose tissue (WAT) was also detected by RT-PCR. Results: ① Body weight, fat mass and the concentration of serum insulin were significantly increased in DIO rats and decreased in DR rats. ② The expression of resistin and PPARγ gene was upregulated in DIO group and supressed in DR group, but the expression of resistin was not detectable in all samples within three groups.
