3New molecular method to detect denitrifying anaerobic methane oxidation bacteria from different environmental niches显示文摘The denitrifying anaerobic methane oxidation is an ecologically important process for reducing the potential methane emission into the atmosphere.The responsible bacterium for this process was Candidatus Methylomirabilis oxyfera belonging to the bacterial phylum of NC10.In this study,a new pair of primers targeting all the five groups of NC10 bacteria was designed to amplify NC10 bacteria from different environmental niches.The results showed that the group A was the dominant NC10 phylum bacteria from the sludges and food waste digestate while in paddy soil samples,group A and group B had nearly the same proportion.Our results also indicated that NC10 bacteria could exist in a high p H environment(pH 9.24)from the food waste treatment facility.The Pearson relationship analysis showed that the p H had a significant positive relationship with the NC10 bacterial diversity(p<0.05).The redundancy analysis further revealed that the p H,volatile solid and nitrite nitrogen were the most important factors in shaping the NC10 bacterial structure(p=0.01)based on the variation inflation factors selection and Monte Carlo test(999 times).Results of this study extended the existing molecular tools for studying the NC10 bacterial community structures and provided new information on the ecological distributions of NC10 bacteria.Sai Xu Wenjing Lu Farooq Mustafa Muhammad Yanting Liu Hanwen Guo Ruihong Meng Hongtao Wang 2018Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,3:4
4In-situ synthesis of PHEMA magnetic nanogels via photochemical method显示文摘One-pot synthesis of magnetic nanogels via photochemical method is reported in this paper. Poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)(PHEMA) magnetic nanogels are synthesized by in-situ polymeriza-tion of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and N,N'-methylene-bis-(acrylamide)(MBA) in Fe3O4 aqueous suspension under UV irradiation. The structure and compositions of magnetic nanogels are characterized by FTIR,TGA,SEM,TEM and PCS. TGA measurement indicates that magnetic nanogels contain 90% magnetite. Both naked Fe3O4 and magnetic nanogels are superparamagnatic at room temperature according to magnetization curves. The swollen capability of the hydrogel shell is proved by contrasting the particles sizes obtained by SEM,TEM and PCS. Particle diameters can be manipu-lated by changing monomer concentration and irradiation time. 5Ticagrelor inhibits the NLRP3 inflammasome to protect against inflammatory disease independent of the P2Y_(12 ) signaling pathway显示文摘Ticagrelor is the first reversibly binding oralP2Y_(12) receptor antagonist to inhibit platelet activation and has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of coronary artery disease. At present, the other pharmacological functions of ticagrelor remain poorly understood. The NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome plays a critical role in the innate immune system, but its excessive activation also contributes to the pathogenesis of complex diseases. In this study, we systematically examined the effects of ticagrelor on the NLRP3 inflammasome and found that ticagrelor inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages independent of its classic inhibitory effect on theP2Y_(12) signaling pathway. Further mechanistic studies demonstrate that ticagrelor attenuates the oligomerization of apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) by blocking chloride efflux, an effect achieved through the degradation of chloride intracellular channel proteins (CLICs) and blockade of the translocation of CLICs to the plasma membrane. Moreover, experiments on lipopolysaccharide-induced sepsis and alum-induced peritonitis in mice confirmed that ticagrelor mitigates the severity of systemic inflammation independent ofP2Y_(12) receptor antagonism. Importantly, oral administration of ticagrelor rapidly and strongly inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome activation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with acute coronary syndrome. 6Privacy Protection Algorithm for the Internet of Vehicles Based on Local Differential Privacy and Game Model显示文摘In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the intelligent process of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),the problem of privacy leakage in IoV has become increasingly prominent.The research on the privacy protection of the IoV has become the focus of the society.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing location privacy protection system structure and algorithms,proposes a privacy protection system structure based on untrusted data collection server,and designs a vehicle location acquisition algorithm based on a local differential privacy and game model.The algorithm first meshes the road network space.Then,the dynamic game model is introduced into the game user location privacy protection model and the attacker location semantic inference model,thereby minimizing the possibility of exposing the regional semantic privacy of the k-location set while maximizing the availability of the service.On this basis,a statistical method is designed,which satisfies the local differential privacy of k-location sets and obtains unbiased estimation of traffic density in different regions.Finally,this paper verifies the algorithm based on the data set of mobile vehicles in Shanghai.The experimental results show that the algorithm can guarantee the user’s location privacy and location semantic privacy while satisfying the service quality requirements,and provide better privacy protection and service for the users of the IoV.Wenxi Han Mingzhi Cheng Min Lei Hanwen Xu Yu Yang Lei Qian 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8:3
7Dimensional Gradient Structure of CoSe2@CNTs-MXene Anode Assisted by Ether for High-Capacity,Stable Sodium Storage显示文摘Recently,abundant resources,low-cost sodium-ion batteries are deemed to the new-generation battery in the field of largescale energy storage.Nevertheless,poor active reaction dynamics,dissolution of intermediates and electrolyte matching problems are significant challenges that need to be solved.Herein,dimensional gradient structure of sheet-tube-dots is constructed with CoSe2@CNTs-MXene.Gradient structure is conducive to fast migration of electrons and ions with the association of ether electrolyte.For half-cell,CoSe2@CNTs-MXene exhibits high initial coulomb efficiency(81.7%)and excellent cycling performance(400 mAh g^-1 cycling for 200 times in 2 Ag^−1).Phase transformation pathway from crystalline CoSe2-Na2Se with Co and then amorphous CoSe2 in the discharge/charge process is also explored by in situ X-ray diffraction.Density functional theory study discloses the CoSe2@CNTs-MXene in ether electrolyte system which contributes to stable sodium storage performance owing to the strong adsorption force from hierarchical structure and weak interaction between electrolyte and electrode interface.For full cell,CoSe2@CNTs-MXene//Na3V2(PO4)3/C full battery can also afford a competitively reversible capacity of 280 mAh g^−1 over 50 cycles.Concisely,profiting from dimensional gradient structure and matched electrolyte of CoSe2@CNTs-MXene hold great application potential for stable sodium storage.Enze Xu Pengcheng Li Junjie Quan Hanwen Zhu Li Wang Yajing Chang Zhenjie Sun Lei Chen Dabin Yu Yang Jiang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:1

10A frequency-domain method for solving linear time delay systems with constant coefficients显示文摘In an active control system, time delay will occur due to processes such as signal acquisition and transmission, calculation,and actuation. Time delay systems are usually described by delay differential equations(DDEs). Since it is hard to obtain an analytical solution to a DDE, numerical solution is of necessity. This paper presents a frequency-domain method that uses a truncated transfer function to solve a class of DDEs. The theoretical transfer function is the sum of infinite items expressed in terms of poles and residues. The basic idea is to select the dominant poles and residues to truncate the transfer function,thus ensuring the validity of the solution while improving the efficiency of calculation. Meanwhile, the guideline of selecting these poles and residues is provided. 11In-situ generation of platinum nanoparticles on LaCoO_(3) matrix for soot oxidation显示文摘The LaCo_(0.94)Pt_(0.06)O_(3) catalyst is reduced under 5% H_(2)/Ar at different temperatures to get Pt/LaCoO_(3) with high catalytic activity for soot oxidation.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method(BET),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),O_(2)-temperature programmed desorption(O_(2)-TPD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) were used to study the physicochemical properties of the catalyst.SEM and TEM results indicate that Pt nanoparticles(<10 nm) are grown homogeneously on the surface of the LaCoO_(3) matrix after in-situ reduction.XRD shows that the reduced catalyst has a high symmetrical structure.TGA results indicate that all reduced catalysts exhibit an excellent activity,especially the catalyst reduced at 350℃(T_(10)=338℃,T_(50)=393℃,T_(90)=427℃).And perovskite is the primary active component.According to XPS study,the high symmetrical structure benefits the mobility of oxygen vacancy,and Pt nanoparticles induce the oxygen vacancy to move to its adjacent situation,resulting in more adsorbed oxygen on the surface of the reduced catalyst and increasing the activity.The possible reaction principle is also proposed.Hanwen Xu Lirong Zeng Lan Cui Wei Guo Cairong Gong Gang Xue 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,6:0
12Pressure-temperature Evolution of the Metapelites in the Motuo Area, the Eastern Himalayan Syntaxis显示文摘The Motuo area is located in the east of the Eastern Himalayan Syntaxis. There outcrops a sequence of high-grade metamorphic rocks, such as metapelites. Petrology and mineralogy data suggest that these rocks have experienced three stages of metamorphism. The prograde metamorphic mineral assemblages(M1) are mineral inclusions(biotite + plagioclase + quartz ± sillimanite ± Fe-Ti oxides) preserved in garnet porphyroblasts, and the peak metamorphic assemblages(M2) are represented by garnet with the lowest XSps values and the lowest XFe# ratios and the matrix minerals(plagioclase + quartz ± Kfeldspar + biotite + muscovite + kyanite ± sillimanite), whereas the retrograde assemblages(M3) are composed of biotite + plagioclase + quartz symplectites rimming the garnet porphyroblasts. Thermobarometric computation shows that the metamorphic conditions are 562–714°C at 7.3–7.4 kbar for the M1 stage, 661–800°C at 9.4–11.6 kbar for the M2 stage, and 579–713°C at 5.5–6.6 kbar for the M3 stage. 14Computed X-ray Tomography Investigation of Porosity and Permeability of the Liujiagou Formation Sandstone Exposed to CO_(2)-Saturated Brine显示文摘In order to improve CO_(2) capture,utilization and storage(CCUS) to solve carbon emission,sandstone from the Triassic Liujiagou Formation(LF) from the Ordos Basin in China was investigated using permeability tests and computed X-ray tomography(CT) scanning.The presence of reactive minerals within the geological CO_(2) sequestration target storage formation can allow reaction with injected CO_(2),which changes the porosity and permeability of the LF beds,affecting storage effectiveness.To investigate the effect of chemical reactions on the pore structure and permeability of sandstone cores representing the LF CO_(2) storage,tests were conducted to analyze the changes in porosity and permeability of sandstone cores induced by CO_(2)-saturated brine at different reaction times(28-day maximum reaction period).Porosity and permeability of the sandstone increased after reaction with CO_(2)-saturated brine due to mineral dissolution.The sandstone exhibited an increase in porosity and permeability after 15 days of reaction with CO_(2)-saturated brine.Moreover,there was an increase in the volume of large pores in the sandstone after the 28-day period.The pore network of the sandstone was established through CT results,and the porosity calculated based on the obtained pore network was close to that measured in the test,demonstrating the feasibility to use CT to study the evolution of the microstructure of sandstone after long-time exposure to CO_(2)-saturated brine.XUE Quan ZHANG Liwei XU Liang Matthew MYERS Cameron WHITE MEI Kaiyuan WANG Hanwen LI Qi LI Xiaochun 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,3:0
15Timing of Displacement along the Yardoi Detachment Fault,Southern Tibet:Insights from Zircon U-Pb and Mica 40Ar-39Ar Geochronology显示文摘The Yardoi dome is located in the eastern end of the northwest-southeast extending North Himalayan domes (NHD). The dome exposes a granite pluton in the core and three lithologictectonic units separated by the upper detachment fault and the lower detachment fault. The Yardoi detachment fault (YDF), corresponding to the lower detachment fault, is a 800 m strongly deformed top-NW shear zone. LA-1CP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yielded a crystallization ages of 19.57±0.23 to 15.5±0.11 Ma for the leucogranite dyke swarm, which indicates that the ductile motion along the YDF began at ca. 20 Ma. The 40Ar/39Ar muscovite ages of 14.05±0.2 to 13.2±0.2 Ma and the 40Ar/39Ar biotite age of 13.15±0.2 Ma, suggest that the exhumation led to cooling through the 370℃ Ar closure temperature in muscovite at ~14 Ma to the 335℃ Ar closure temperature in biotite at ~13 Ma. Our new geochronological data from the Yardoi dome and other domes in the Tethyan Himalayan Sequences suggest that the ductile deformation in the region began at or before^36 Ma in a deep tectonic level, resulting in southward ductile flow at the mid-crustai tectonic level that continued from 20 to 13 Ma. 16MEIC-global-CO_(2):A new global CO_(2)emission inventory with highly-resolved source category and sub-country information显示文摘CO_(2)emission inventory provides fundamental data for climate research and emission mitigation.Currently,most global CO_(2)emission inventories were developed with energy statistics from International Energy Agency(IEA)and were available at country level with limited source categories.Here,as the first step toward a high-resolution and dynamic updated global CO_(2)emission database,we developed a data-driven approach to construct seamless and highly-resolved energy consumption data cubes for 208 countries/territories,797 sub-country administrative divisions in 29 countries,42 fuel types,and 52 sectors,with the fusion of activity data from 24 international statistics and 65 regional/local statistics.Global CO_(2)emissions from fossil fuel combustion and cement production in 1970–2021 were then estimated with highly-resolved source category(1,484 of total)and sub-country information(797 of total).Specifically,73%of global CO_(2)emissions in 2021 were estimated with sub-country information,providing considerably improved spatial resolution for global CO_(2)emission accounting.With the support of detailed information,the dynamics of global CO_(2)emissions across sectors and fuel types were presented,representing the evolution of global economy and progress of climate mitigation.Remarkable differences of sectoral contribution were found across sub-country administrative divisions within a given country,revealing the uneven distribution of energy and economic structure among different regions.Our estimates were generally consistent with existing databases at aggregated level for global total or large emitters,while large discrepancies were observed for middle and small emitters.Our database,named the Multiresolution Emission Inventory model for Climate and air pollution research(MEIC)is publicly available through http://gffzz6c575fb1d0a54d36hpfof6bncwncx6voo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn with highly-resolved information and timely update,which provides an independent carbon emission accounting data source for climate research.Ruochong XU Dan TONG Qingyang XIAO Xinying QIN Cuihong CHEN Liu YAN Jing CHENG Can CUI Hanwen HU Wenyu LIU Xizhe YAN Huaxuan WANG Xiaodong LIU Guannan GENG Yu LEI Dabo GUAN Kebin HE Qiang ZHANG 2024Science China Earth Sciences2024,67,2:0

20Novel time-frequency differential space-time modulation for multi-antenna OFDM systems显示文摘Differential space-time (DST) modulation has been proposed recently for multiple-antenna systems over Rayleigh fading channels, where neither the transmitter nor the receiver knows the fading coefficients. Among existing schemes, differential modulation is always performed in the time domain and suffers performance degradations in frequency-selective fading channels. In order to combat the fast time and frequency-selective fading, a novel time-frequency differential space-time (TF-DST) modulation scheme, which adopts differential modulation in both time and frequency domains, is proposed for multi-antenna orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. A corresponding sub-optimal yet low-complexity non-coherent detection approach is also proposed.
