1Chemical vapor deposition growth of phase-selective inorganic lead halide perovskite films for sensitive photodetectors显示文摘Inorganic lead halide perovskites are attractive optoelectronic materials owing to their relative stability compared to organic cation alternatives.The chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method offers potential for high quality perovskite film growth.The deposition temperature is a critical parameter determining the film quality owing to the melting difference between the precursors.Here,perovskite films were deposited by the CVD method at various temperatures between 500-800℃.The perovskite phase converts from CsPb_(2)Br_(5) to CsPbBr_(3) gradually as the deposition temperature is increased.The grain size of the perovskite films also increases with temperature.The phase transition mechanism was clarified.The photoexcited state dynamics were investigated by spatially and temporally resolved fluorescence measurements.The perovskite film deposited under 750℃ condition is of the CsPbBr_(3) phase,showing low trap-state density and large crystalline grain size.A photodetector based on perovskite films shows high photocurrent and an on/off ratio of ~2.5×10^(4).Weilong Xu Mengsi Niu Xiaoyu Yang Haiyue Chen Xiaohong Cai Trevor A.Smith Kenneth PGhiggino Xiaotao Hao 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:2
2Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”.Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:2

9Suppressing trap states and energy loss by optimizing vertical phase distribution through ternary strategy in organic solar cells显示文摘Suppressing the trap-state density and the energy loss via ternary strategy was demonstrated.Favorable vertical phase distribution with donors(acceptors)accumulated(depleted)at the interface of active layer and charge extraction layer can be obtained by introducing appropriate amount of polymer acceptor N2200 into the systems of PBDB-T:IT-M and PBDB-TF:Y6.In addition,N2200 is gradiently distributed in the vertical direction in the ternary blend film.Various measurements were carried out to study the effects of N2200 on the binary systems.It was found that the optimized morphology especially in vertical direction can significantly decrease the trap state density of the binary blend films,which is beneficial for the charge transport and collection.All these features enable an obvious decrease in charge recombination in both PBDB-T:IT-M and PBDB-TF:Y6 based organic solar cells(OSCs),and power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 12.5%and 16.42%were obtained for the ternary OSCs,respectively.This work indicates that it is an effective method to suppress the trap state density and thus improve the device performance through ternary strategy.Pengqing Bi Shaoqing Zhang Tong Xiao Minghuan Cui Zhihao Chen Junzhen Ren Chaochao Qin Guanghao Lu Xiaotao Hao Jianhui Hou 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,4:1

13Fish Assemblage Responses to a Low-head Dam Removal in the Lancang River显示文摘Dam removal is becoming an effective approach for aquatic biodiversity restoration in damming river in order to balance the aquatic ecosystem conservation with large-scale cascade damming. However, the effects of dam removal on fish communities in Asian mountainous rivers, which are dominated by Cypriniformes fishes, are still not well known. To determine whether dam removal on a mountainous river benefit restoration of fish diversity, we investigated the response of fish assemblage to dam removal using a before-after-control-impact design in two tributaries of the Lancang River(dam removal river: the Jidu River, and control river: the Fengdian River). Fish surveys were conducted one year prior to dam removal(2012) and three years(2013–2015) following dam removal. We observed rapidly and notably spatio-temporal changes in fish biodiversity metrics and assemblage structure, occurring in the Jidu River within the first year after dam removal. Overall, fish species richness, density and Shannon-Wiener diversity all increased immediately in above-and below-dam sites, and maintained a stable level in subsequent years, compared to unchanged situation in the control river. All sites in the Jidu River experienced shifts in fish composition after dam removal, with the greatest temporal changes occurred in sites below-and above-the former dam, resulting in a temporal homogenization tendency in the dam removed river. 16Effects of various donor:acceptor blend ratios on photophysical properties in non-fullerene organic bulk heterojunctions显示文摘The composition ratio of donor and acceptor materials in organic bulk heterojunction (BHJ) is one of the key parameters to govern the performance in organic solar cells (OSCs). Therefore, high-performance non-fullerene organic bulk heterojunction consisting of poly[(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b' ]dithiophene))-co-(1,3-di(5-thiophene-2-yl)–5,7-bis(2-ethylhexyl) benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c']dithiophene-4,8-dione)] (PBDB-T) and 3,9-bis(2-methylene-(3-(1,1-dicyanomethylene)-indanone))–5,5,11,11-tetrakis(4-hexylphenyl)-dithieno[2,3-d:2' ,3'-d' ]-s-indaceno[1,2-b:5,6-b' ]-dithio-phene (ITIC) are used to investigate the correlation among various donor: acceptor (D:A) ratios, photophysical properties and photovoltaic performance. Interestingly, the function of short-circuit current (Jsc) and D:A ratios demonstrates an axisymmetric trend. When the blending ratio of D:A deviates from the optimal ratio, the symmetrically decreased Jsc is derived from a reduction in the D:A interface or amorphous region. Research on the steady-state photoluminescence (PL), the time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy measurements, atomic force microscopic (AFM) and grazing-incidence small angle X-rays scattering (GIWAXS) indicates no significant variation in energy loss in the process of changing D:A ratios in BHJs. 17Highly Fluorescent Semiconducting Two-Dimensional Conjugated Polymer Films Achieved by Side-Chain Engineering Showing Large Exciton Diffusion Length显示文摘Semiconducting two-dimensional conjugated polymers(2DCPs)with strong fluorescence emission have great potential for various optoelectronic applications.However,it is enormously challenging to achieve this goal due to the significant compact interlayerπ-πstacking-induced quenching effect in these systems.In this work,we found that highly fluorescent semiconducting 2DCPs can be prepared through an effective side-chain engineering approach in which interlayer spacers are introduced to reduce the fluorescence quenching effect.The obtained two truxene-based 2DCP films that,along with-C6H13 and-C_(12)H_(25)alkyl side chains as interlayer spacers both demonstrate superior fluorescence properties with a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 5.6%and 14.6%,respectively.These are among the highest values currently reported for 2DCP films.Moreover,an ultralong isotropic quasi-twodimensional exciton diffusion length constrained in the plane with its highest value approaching 110 nm was revealed by the transient photoluminescence microscopy technique,suggesting that theπ-conjugated structure in these truxene-based 2DCP films has effectively been extended.This work can enable a broad exploration of highly fluorescent semiconducting 2DCP films for more deeply fundamental properties and optoelectronic device applications.Yongshuai Wang Qing Zhang Xiao-Ze Li Zhibin Shu Yihan Zhang Can Gao Yang Li Hao Liu Chenguang Li Hong-Hua Fang Hong-Bo Sun Xiaotao Zhang Wenping Hu Huanli Dong 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,10:0
18Glucuronic acid metabolites of phenolic acids target AKT-PH domain to improve glucose metabolism显示文摘Objective:Phenolic acids widely exist in the human diet and exert beneficial effects such as improving glucose metabolism.It is not clear whether phenolic acids or their metabolites play a major role in vivo.In this study,caffeic acid(CA)and ferulic acid(FA),the two most ingested phenolic acids,and their glucuronic acid metabolites,caffeic-4’-O-glucuronide(CA4G)and ferulic-4’-O-glucuronide(FA4G),were investigated.Methods:Three insulin resistance models in vitro were established by using TNF-a,insulin and palmitic acid(PA)in HepG2 cells,respectively.We compared the effects of FA,FA4G,CA and CA4G on glucose metabolism in these models by measuring the glucose consumption levels.The potential targets and related pathways were predicted by network pharmacology.Fluorescence quenching measurement was used to analyze the binding between the compounds and the predicted target.To investigate the binding mode,molecular docking was performed.Then,we performed membrane recruitment assays of the AKT pleckstrin homology(PH)domain with the help of the PH-GFP plasmid.AKT enzymatic activity was determined to compare the effects between the metabolites with their parent compounds.Finally,the downstream signaling pathway of AKT was investigated by Western blot analysis.Results:The results showed that CA4G and FA4G were more potent than their parent compounds in increasing glucose consumption.AKT was predicted to be the key target of CA4G and FA4G by network pharmacology analysis.The fluorescence quenching test confirmed the more potent binding to AKT of the two metabolites compared to their parent compounds.The molecular docking results indicated that the carbonyl group in the glucuronic acid structure of CA4G and FA4G might bind to the PH domain of AKT at the key Arg-25 site.CA4G and FA4G inhibited the translocation of the AKT PH domain to the membrane,while increasing the activity of AKT.Western blot analysis demonstrated that the metabolites could increase the phosphorylation of AKT and downstream glycogen synthase kinase 3βin the AKT signaling pathway to increase glucose consumption.Conclusion:In conclusion,our results suggested that the metabolites of phenolic acids,which contain glucuronic acid,are the key active substances and that they activate AKT by targeting the PH domain,thus improving glucose metabolism.Jie Gao Manqian Zhang Xingwang Zu Xue Gu Erwei Hao Xiaotao Hou Gang Bai 2023Chinese Herbal Medicines2023,15,3:0

20Extracting energetic disorder in organic solar cells using percolation models显示文摘The energetic disorder��describes the energy state distribution in organic semiconducting materials.In organic solar cells(OSCs),energetic disorder is an important parameter for evaluating the charge transport behavior,and it is strongly correlated with the device performance.Thus far,a widely used approach for extracting energetic disorder values in OSCs is the Gaussian disorder model(GDM),in which the disorder values can be extracted by fitting the slope of lnμ∼1-T2,where��is the charge mobility and��is the temperature.Herein,we demonstrate the potential of the percolation approach to evaluate the energetic disorder values in OSCs and compare them with the data obtained using the GDM approach.Two typical non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)-based bulk heterojunction(BHJ)films,with PTB7-Th:ITIC and PM6:Y6,were selected as the model systems.When the percolation models were adopted in the two BHJ films,the energetic disorder values extracted from the Grünewald/Thomas and Nenashev percolation models gave similar results for electron transport in the PTB7-Th:ITIC and PM6:Y6 BHJ films.This work successfully demonstrates the feasibility of microresistance analysis in BHJ systems and the application potential of the percolation model for extracting energetic disorders in OSCs.Rui Shi Haixia Hu Tao Chen Ruohua Gui Jianqiang Liu Xiaotao Hao Hang Yin 2023ChemPhysMater2023,2,1:0
