| 1 | Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided. | Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou | 2019 | International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4: | 25 |

| 3 | A MXene-functionalized paper-based electrochemical immunosensor for label-free detection of cardiac troponin I显示文摘Convenient,rapid,and accurate detection of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)is crucial in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).A paper-based electrochemical immunosensor is a promising choice in this field,because of the flexibility,porosity,and cost-efficacy of the paper.However,paper is poor in electronic conductivity and surface functionality.Herein,we report a paper-based electrochemical immunosensor for the label-free detection of cTnI with the working electrode modified by MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2))nanosheets.In order to immobilize the bio-receptor(anti-cTnI)on the MXene-modified working electrode,the MXene nanosheets were functionalized by aminosilane,and the functionalized MXene was immobilized onto the surface of the working electrode through Nafion.The large surface area of the MXene nanosheets facilitates the immobilization of antibodies,and the excellent conductivity facilitates the electron transfer between the electrochemical species and the underlying electrode surface.As a result,the paper-based immunosensor could detect cTnI within a wide range of 5-100 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.58 ng/mL.The immunosensor also shows outstanding selectivity and good repeatability.Our MXene-modified paper-based electrochemical immunosensor enables fast and sensitive detection of cTnI,which may be used in real-time and cost-efficient monitoring of AMI diseases in clinics. | Li Wang Yufeng Han Hongchen Wang Yaojie Han Jinhua Liu Gang Lu Haidong Yu | 2021 | Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,9: | 3 |
| 4 | Identification and characterization of soybean dreg soluble dietary fibre by combination of extrusion pre-treatment and enzymatic modification显示文摘OBJECTIVES:Soybean dreg is a by-product of soy milk processing,which contains high levels of soluble dietary fibre(SDF).In this study,we aimed to provide comprehensive processes of pre-treated extrusion for the improving structure and properties of soybean dreg soluble dietary fibre(SDSDF),which would be a valuable approach to enhance physiological activity.METHODS:Here,we characteristic the functional role of SDSDF employing to extrusion pretreatment.Soybean dregs were pre-treated using the twin screw extrusion method followed by enzymatic modification using neutral protease,α-amylase,glucoamylase,and cellulose to produce SDSDF.The physical properties and antioxidant activity of SDSDF were investigated.RESULTS:The morphology and crystal structure of SDSDF were observed that,through extrusion processing and enzymatic modification,the SDSDF yield increased by 106.28%.Moreover,the surface structure showed block-shaped or reticular formations in the extruded SDSDF,and the size of block-shaped cells was about 10μm.Infrared spectroscopic analysis showed that a characteristic absorption peak of polysaccharide appeared at 1631 cm−1 during extrusion processing.However,after extrusion processing,decreased absorption peaks were observed for the extruded SDSDF.Furthermore,XRD analysis showed that the 2θdiffraction peak changed at 24.16°for the extruded SDSDF.CONCLUSIONS:The overall findings suggest that the water holding capacity(WHC),oil holding capacity(OHC),expansibility,and the water solubility were significantly decreased in extruded SDSDF.In addition,the scavenging ability of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),-OH,O_(2)^(-),and the total reducing power were significantly improved,indicating that beneficial changes had taken place in the crystal structure of cellulose or hemicellulose to improve the physiological activity in extruded SDSDF. | Min Qu Yujia Liu Guang Zhang Sophia Jun Xue Hongchen Fan Yan Wang Shiyou Yu | 2017 | Food Quality and Safety2017,1,2: | 3 |
| 5 | Silver nanoparticles-decorated and mesoporous silica coated single-walled carbon nanotubes with an enhanced antibacterial activity for killing drug-resistant bacteria显示文摘The mounting threat of antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections has made it imperative to develop innovative antibacterial strategies.Here we propose a novel antibacterial nanoplatform of silver nanoparticles-decorated and mesoporous silica coated single-walled carbon nanotubes constructed via a N-[3-(trimethoxysiltyl)propyl]ethylene diamine(TSD)-mediated method(SWCNTs@mSiO2-TSD@Ag).In this system,the outer mesoporous silica shells are able to improve the dispersibility of SWCNTs,which will increase their contact area with bacteria cell walls.Meanwhile,the large number of mesopores in silica layers act as microreactors for in situ synthesis of Ag NPs with controlled small size and uniform distribution,which induces an enhanced antibacterial activity.Compared with TSD modified mesoporous silica coated single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs@mSiO2-TSD)and commercialAg NPs,this combination nanosystem of SWCNTs@mSiO2-TSD@Ag exhibits much stronger antibacterial performance against multi-drug-resistant bacteria Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)in vitro through damaging the bacterial cell membranes and a fast release of silver ions.Furthermore,the in vivo rat skin infection model verifies that SWCNTS@mSiO2-TSD@Ag have remarkably improved abilities of bacterial clearance,wound healing promoting as well as outstanding biocompatibility.Therefore,this novel nanoplatform indicates promising potentials as a safe and powerful tool for the treatment of clinical drug-resistant infections. | Yu Zhu Jia Xu Yanmao Wang Cang Chen Hongchen Gu Yimin Chai Yao Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,2: | 2 |
| 6 | XPS Studies of Magnetic Multilayers显示文摘NiOx/N81Fe19 and Co/AlOx/Co magnetic multilayers were fabricated by reactive RF/DC magnetron sputtering on clean glass substrates and oxidized Si (100) substrates, respectively. The exchange biasing field (Hex) between NiOx, and Ni81Fe19 as a function of NiOx, oxidation states was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The oxidation states and the oxide thickness of Al layers in magnetic multilayer films consisting of Co/AlOx/Co were also analyzed. It is found that the Hex of NiOx/Ni81Fe19 films only depends on Ni2+ but not on Ni3+ or Ni. The bottom Co can be completely covered by depositing an Al layer thicker than 2.0 nm. | 12 | Bifunctional Mo-doped FeCo–Se aerogels catalysts with excellent OER and ORR activities for electro-Fenton process显示文摘Antibiotic pollution in aqueous solutions seriously endangers the natural environment and public health.In this work,Mo-doped transition metal FeCo–Se metal aerogels(MAs)were investigated as bifunctional catalysts for the removal of sulfamethazine(SMT)in solution.The optimal Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se catalyst can remove 97.7% of SMT within 60 min(SMT content:10 mg/L,current intensity:10 mA/cm 2).The unique porous cross-linked structure of aerogel confered the catalyst sufficient active sites and efficient mass transfer channels.For the anode,Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs exhibits superior oxygen evolution reaction(OER)property,with an overpotential of only 235 mV(10 mA/cm 2).Compared with Fe_(1)Co_(3) MAs or Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3) MAs,density functional theory(DFT)demonstrated that the better catalytic capacity of Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs is attributed to the doping of Mo species and selenization lowers the energy barrier for the*OOH to O_(2) step in the OER process.Excellent OER perfor-mance ensures the self-oxygenation in this system,avoiding the addition of air or oxygen in the traditional electro-Fenton process.For the cathode,Mo doping can lead to the lattice contraction and metallic character of CoSe_(2),which is beneficial to accelerate electron transfer.The adjacent Co active sites effectively adsorb*OOH and inhibit the breakage of the O–O bond.Rotating ring disk electrode(RRDE)test indicated that Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs has an excellent 2e^(-)ORR activity with H_(2)O_(2) selectivity up to 88%,and the generated H_(2)O_(2) is activated by the adjacent Fe site through heterogeneous Fenton process to generate⋅OH. | Fengjiang Chen Fan Yang Sai Che Hongchen Liu Chong Xu Neng Chen Yankun Sun Chunhui Yu Zhijie Wu Yongfeng Li | 2023 | Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3: | 0 |

| 14 | Beam-focused SH wave transducer based on YSr_(3)(PO_(4))_(3)piezoelectric crystal for high temperature structural health monitoring显示文摘Guided-wave-based structural health monitoring(SHM)technology is of great importance for real-time inspection of high-temperature structures.The fundamental shear horizontal(SH_(0))wave is believed to be an ideal wave mode for developing SHM systems due to its nondispersive characteristics.However,currently very limited SH_(0)wave transducers can be used for SHM of high-temperature structures due to the limitation of materials.Herein,a novel YSr_(3)(PO_(4))_(3)(YSP)piezoelectric crystal in the space group I43d was grown.Experiments show that the face-shear piezoelectric coefficient d_(14)(d_(14)=d_(25)=d_(36))is 9.7 pC/N and varies little from 25 to 800℃.Then a beam-focused SH_(0)wave piezoelectric transducer is developed based on face-shear-mode YSP wafers.Both finite element simulations and experimental results indicate that the YSP-based transducer can excite pure SH_(0)wave and focus the wave energy along two opposite main directions.Especially,the obtained SH_(0)wave beam is highly concentrated with a small divergence angle of less than 30°,originating from the high working frequency range from 300 to 400 kHz.The excellent temperature stability of the as-grown YSP crystal makes the proposed SH_(0)wave piezoelectric transducer very suitable for SHM of high-temperature structures. | Yuehao Du Guangda Wu Fapeng Yu Hongchen Miao Xian Zhao | 2023 | Journal of Materiomics2023,9,3: | 0 |
| 15 | Seasonal and Spatial Variability of Water Quality and Nutrient Removal Efficiency of Restored Wetland: A Case Study in Fujin National Wetland Park, China显示文摘To investigate the spatio-temporal and compositional variation of selected water quality parameters and understand the purifying effects of wetland in Fujin National Wetland Park(FNWP), China, the trophic level index(TLI), paired samples t-test and correlation analysis were used for the statistical analysis of a set of 10 water quality parameters. The analyses were based on water samples collected from 22 stations in FNWP between 2014 and 2016. Results initially reveal that total nitrogen(TN) concentrations are above class V levels(2 mg/L), total phosphorus(TP) concentrations are below class Ⅲ levels(0.2 mg/L), and that all other parameters fall within standard ranges. Highest values for TN, pH, and Chlorophyll-a were recorded in 2016, while the levels of chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Mn)) and biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5) were lowest during this year. Similarly, TN values were highest between 2014 and 2016 while dissolved oxygen(DO) concentrations were lowest in the summer and TP concentrations were highest in the autumn. Significant variations were also found in Secchi depth(SD), TN, CODMn(P < 0.01), TP, and DO levels(P < 0.05) between the inlet and outlet of the park. High-to-low levels of TN, TP, and TDS were found in cattails, reeds, and open water(the opposite trend was seen in SD levels). Tested wetland water had a light eutrophication status in most cases and TN and TP removal rates were between 7.54%–84.36% and 37.50%–70.83%, respectively. Data also show no significant annual changes in water quality within this wetland, although obvious affects from surrounding agricultural drainage were nevertheless recorded. Results reveal a high major nutrient removal efficiency(N and P). | 17 | Ultrathin permalloy films显示文摘In view of the principle of glow-discharge, ul-trathin Ni81Fe19(12 nm) films were prepared at an ultrahigh base vacuum. The anisotropic magnetoresistance coefficient (△R/R%) for Ni81Fe19(12 nm) film reaches 1.2%, while the value of its coercivity is 127 A/m (i.e. 1.6 Oe). Ultrathin Ni81Fe19(12 nm) films were also prepared at a lower base vacuum.
