1Psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers:a cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Background Healthcare workers fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic are under tremendous pressure,which puts them at an increased risk of developing psychological problems.Aims This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of psychological problems in different healthcare workers(ie,physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals)during the COVID-19 pandemic in China and explore factors that are associated with the onset of psychological problems in this population during this public health crisis.Methods A cross-sectional,web-based survey was conducted in February 2020 among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Psychological problems were assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire and Insomnia Severity Index.Logistic regression analyses were used to explore the factors that were associated with psychological problems.Results The prevalence of symptoms of anxiety,depression,insomnia and the overall psychological problems in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in China was 46.04%,44.37%,28.75%and 56.59%,respectively.The prevalence of the overall psychological problems in physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals was 60.35%,50.82%,62.02%,57.54%and 62.40%,respectively.Compared with healthcare workers who did not participate in front-line work,front-line healthcare workers had a higher risk of anxiety,insomnia and overall psychological problems.In addition,attention to negative or neutral information about the pandemic,receiving negative feedback from families and friends who joined front-line work,and unwillingness to join front-line work if given a free choice were three major factors for these psychological problems.Conclusions Psychological problems are pervasive among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Receiving negative information and participating in front-line work appear to be.important risk factors for psychological problems.The psychological health of different healthcare workers should be protected during the COVID-19 pandemic with timely interventions and proper information feedback.Jianyu Que Le Shi Jiahui Deng Jiajia Liu Li Zhang Suying Wu Yimiao Gong Weizhen Huang Kai Yuan Wei Yan Yankun Sun Maosheng Ran Yanping Bao Lin Lu 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,3:8
2Laboratory core flooding experimental systems for CO_2 geosequestration: An updated review over the past decade显示文摘Carbon dioxide(CO_2) geosequestration in deep saline aquifers has been currently deemed as a preferable and practicable mitigation means for reducing anthropogenic greenhouse gases(GHGs) emissions to the atmosphere, as deep saline aquifers can offer the greatest potential from a capacity point of view. Hence,research on core-scale CO_2/brine multiphase migration processes is of great significance for precisely estimating storage efficiency, ensuring storage security, and predicting the long-term effects of the sequestered CO_2 in subsurface saline aquifers. This review article initially presents a brief description of the essential aspects of CO_2 subsurface transport and geological trapping mechanisms, and then outlines the state-of-the-art laboratory core flooding experimental apparatus that has been adopted for simulating CO_2 injection and migration processes in the literature over the past decade. 3Hepatitis B virus evades immune recognition via RNA adenosine deaminase ADAR1-mediated viral RNA editing in hepatocytes显示文摘HBV is considered as a“stealth”virus that does not invoke interferon(IFN)responses;however,the mechanisms by which HBV bypasses innate immune recognition are poorly understood.In this study,we identified adenosine deaminases acting on RNA 1(ADAR1),which is a key factor in HBV evasion from IFN responses in hepatocytes.Mechanically,ADAR1 interacted with HBV RNAs and deaminated adenosine(A)to generate inosine(I),which disrupted host immune recognition and thus promoted HBV replication.Loss of ADAR1 or its deficient deaminase activity promoted IFN responses and inhibited HBV replication in hepatocytes,and blocking the IFN signaling pathways released the inhibition of HBV replication caused by ADAR1 deficiency.Notably,the HBV X protein(HBx)transcriptionally promoted ADAR1 expression to increase the threshold required to trigger intrinsic immune activation,which in turn enhanced HBV escape from immune recognition,leading to persistent infection.Supplementation with 8-azaadenosine,an ADAR1 inhibitor,efficiently enhanced liver immune activation to promote HBV clearance in vivo and in vitro.Taken together,our results delineate a molecular mechanism by which HBx promotes ADAR1-derived HBV immune escape and suggest a targeted therapeutic intervention for HBV infection.Liyuan Wang Yang Sun Xiaojia Song Zehua Wang Yankun Zhang Ying Zhao Xueqi Peng Xiaodong Zhang Chunyang Li Chengjiang Gao Nailin Li Lifen Gao Xiaohong Liang Zhuanchang Wu Chunhong Ma 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,8:2

8Preparation and Characterization of Ca_3Co_4O_9 Thin Films on Polycrystalline Al_2O_3 Substrates by Chemical Solution Deposition显示文摘Ca3Co4O9 thin films have been first prepared on polycrystalline Al2O3 substrates using chemical solution deposition method by multiple annealing processing. It is observed that the derived thin films are c-axis oriented although the substrates are polycrystalline Al2O3 substrates, suggesting the self-assembled c-axis orientation. The annealing temperature effects on the properties are investigated and discussed. The best performances are attributed to the 850℃-annealed sample, whose resistivity, Seebeck coefficient and power factor at 300 K are 7.4 mΩ cm, 117 μV/K and 0.18 mW/m K-2 respectively, which is even better than those of the thin films deposited on single crystal substrates. 11Studies on Fast Remediation of Soda Meadow Alkaline Soil显示文摘Researches on models of remediation quickly in soda meadow alkaline soil, and dynamic variation of water-salt in saline soil of Zhaozhou County were studied systematically from 2001 to 2006. Realize the vegetation cover of those years through the artificial planting, mixed seeding lyme grass (Elymus dahuricus Turcz) and melilot in the mode of rotary tillage and deep loosening in lower and medium saline soils. The results showed that there was remarkable relationship between net evaporation (difference of precipitation and evaporation) and total salt content in the soil. The net evaporation could be used as a new method to forecast the dynamics variation of salt to ensure the pasture optimum sowing time. Realize the autumnal vegetation cover of those years through direct planting on the bourgeon layer of soda meadow alkaline soil, on the other hand, the covered pasture made the function of restraining salt and alkaline content to realize the biology reverse succession quickly. Forage seeds were seeded directly on the seeding bed of soda alkaline meadow at the end of July. In fall of the same year, a certain amount of biomass was obtained. 12Bifunctional Mo-doped FeCo–Se aerogels catalysts with excellent OER and ORR activities for electro-Fenton process显示文摘Antibiotic pollution in aqueous solutions seriously endangers the natural environment and public health.In this work,Mo-doped transition metal FeCo–Se metal aerogels(MAs)were investigated as bifunctional catalysts for the removal of sulfamethazine(SMT)in solution.The optimal Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se catalyst can remove 97.7% of SMT within 60 min(SMT content:10 mg/L,current intensity:10 mA/cm 2).The unique porous cross-linked structure of aerogel confered the catalyst sufficient active sites and efficient mass transfer channels.For the anode,Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs exhibits superior oxygen evolution reaction(OER)property,with an overpotential of only 235 mV(10 mA/cm 2).Compared with Fe_(1)Co_(3) MAs or Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3) MAs,density functional theory(DFT)demonstrated that the better catalytic capacity of Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs is attributed to the doping of Mo species and selenization lowers the energy barrier for the*OOH to O_(2) step in the OER process.Excellent OER perfor-mance ensures the self-oxygenation in this system,avoiding the addition of air or oxygen in the traditional electro-Fenton process.For the cathode,Mo doping can lead to the lattice contraction and metallic character of CoSe_(2),which is beneficial to accelerate electron transfer.The adjacent Co active sites effectively adsorb*OOH and inhibit the breakage of the O–O bond.Rotating ring disk electrode(RRDE)test indicated that Mo_(0.3)Fe_(1)Co_(3)–Se MAs has an excellent 2e^(-)ORR activity with H_(2)O_(2) selectivity up to 88%,and the generated H_(2)O_(2) is activated by the adjacent Fe site through heterogeneous Fenton process to generate⋅OH.Fengjiang Chen Fan Yang Sai Che Hongchen Liu Chong Xu Neng Chen Yankun Sun Chunhui Yu Zhijie Wu Yongfeng Li 2023Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3:0
13Amorphous Sn modified nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets with rapid capacitive mechanism for highcapacity and fast-charging lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Sn-based materials are considered as a kind of potential anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to their high theoretical capacity.However,their use is limited by large volume expansion deriving from the lithiation/delithiation process.In this work,amorphous Sn modified nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets(ASnNPCNs)are obtained.The synergistic effect of amorphous Sn and high edge-nitrogendoped level porous carbon nanosheets provides ASn-NPCNs with multiple advantages containing abundant defect sites,high specific surface area(214.9 m^(2)·g^(−1)),and rich hierarchical pores,which can promote the lithium-ion storage.Serving as the LIB anode,the as-prepared ASn-NPCNs-750 electrode exhibits an ultrahigh capacity of 1643 mAh·g^(−1) at 0.1 A·g^(−1),ultrafast rate performance of 490 mAh·g^(−1) at 10 A·g^(−1),and superior long-term cycling performance of 988 mAh·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1) after 2000 cycles with a capacity retention of 98.9%.Furthermore,the in-depth electrochemical kinetic test confirms that the ultrahigh-capacity and fast-charging performance of the ASn-NPCNs750 electrode is ascribed to the rapid capacitive mechanism.These impressive results indicate that ASn-NPCNs-750 can be a potential anode material for high-capacity and fast-charging LIBs.Chong Xu Guang Ma Wang Yang Sai Che Neng Chen Ni Wu Bo Jiang Ye Wang Yankun Sun Sijia Liao Jiahao Yang Xiang Li Guoyong Huang Yongfeng Li 2023Frontiers of Materials Science2023,17,3:0

17UI layers merger: merging UI layers via visual learning and boundary prior显示文摘With the fast-growing graphical user interface(GUI)development workload in the Internet industry,some work attempted to generate maintainable front-end code from GUI screenshots.It can be more suitable for using user interface(UI)design drafts that contain UI metadata.However,fragmented layers inevitably appear in the UI design drafts,which greatly reduces the quality of the generated code.None of the existing automated GUI techniques detects and merges the fragmented layers to improve the accessibility of generated code.In this paper,we propose UI layers merger(UILM),a vision-based method that can automatically detect and merge fragmented layers into UI components.Our UILM contains the merging area detector(MAD)and a layer merging algorithm.The MAD incorporates the boundary prior knowledge to accurately detect the boundaries of UI components.Then,the layer merging algorithm can search for the associated layers within the components’boundaries and merge them into a whole.We present a dynamic data augmentation approach to boost the performance of MAD.We also construct a large-scale UI dataset for training the MAD and testing the performance of UILM.Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the best baseline regarding merging area detection and achieves decent layer merging accuracy.A user study on a real application also confirms the effectiveness of our UILM.Yunnong CHEN Yankun ZHEN Chuning SHI Jiazhi LI Liuqing CHEN Zejian LI Lingyun SUN Tingting ZHOU Yanfang CHANG 2023Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,3:0
