Land subsidence monitoring by D-InSAR technique显示文摘Nowadays, the researches of using Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (D-InSAR) tech- nique to monitor the land subsidence are mainly on how to qualitatively analyze the subsidence areas and values, but the analysis of subsidence process and mechanism are insufficient. In order to resolve these problems, 6 scenes of ERS1/2 images captured during 1995 and 2000 in a certain place of Jiangsu province were selected to obtain the subsidence and velocities in three time segments by ''two-pass'' D- InSAR method. Then the relationships among distributions of pumping wells, exploitation quantity of groundwater, and confined water levels were studied and the subsidence mechanism was systematically analyzed. The results show that using D-InSAR technique to monitor the deformation of large area can obtain high accuracies, the disadvantages of classical observation methods can be remedied and there is a linear relationship among the velocities of land subsidence, the water level and the exploitation quantity. | Fan Hongdong Deng Kazhong Ju Chengyu Zhu Chuanguang Xue Jiqun China | 2011 | Mining Science and Technology2011,21,6: | 15
Flake tantalum powder for manufacturing electrolytic capacitors显示文摘The FTP200 flake tantalum powder was introduced. The microstructures of the powder with leaf-like primary particles having an average flakiness of 2 to 20 and porous agglomerated particles were observed. The chemical composition, physical properties, and electrical properties of the FTP200 powder were compared with those of the FTW300 nodular powder. The FTP200 powder is more sinter-resistant,and the surface area of the flake tantalum powder under sintering at high temperature has less loss than that of the nodular tantalum powder. The specific capacitance of the flake tantalum powder is higher than that of the nodular tantalum powder with the same surface area when anodized at high voltage. Thus, the flake tantalum powder is suitable for manufacturing tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors in the range of median and high(20-63 V) voltages. | HE Jilin YANG Guoqi PAN Luntao LIU Hongdong BAO Xifang | 2008 | Rare Metals2008,27,1: | 13
Large-scale deformation monitoring in mining area by D-InSAR and 3D laser scanning technology integration显示文摘Large-scale deformation can not be detected by traditional D-InSAR technique because of the limit of its detectable deformation gradient,we propose a method that combines SAR data with point cloud data obtained by 3D laser scanning to improve the gradient of deformation detection. The proposed method takes advantage of high-density of 3D laser scanning point cloud data and its high precision of point positioning after 3D modeling. The specifc process can be described as follows:frst,large-scale deformation points in the interferogram are masked out based on interferometric coherence;second, the interferogram with holes is unwrapped to obtain a deformation map with holes, and last, the holes in the deformation map are flled with point cloud data using inverse distance weighting algorithm, which will achieve seamless connection of monitoring region. We took the embankment dam above working face of a certain mining area in Shandong province as an example to study large-scale deformation in mining area using the proposed method. The results show that the maximum absolute error is 64 mm,relative error of maximum subsidence value is 4.95%,and they are consistent with leveling data of ground observation stations, which confrms the feasibility of this method. The method we presented provides new ways and means for achieving large-scale deformation monitoring by D-InSAR in mining area. | Chen Bingqian Deng Kazhong Fan Hongdong Hao Ming | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,4: | 12
Superlubricity achieved with two-dimensional nano-additives to liquid lubricants显示文摘The topic of superlubricity is attracting considerable interest around the world while humanity is facing an energy crisis.Since various liquid superlubricity systems can be commonly achieved on the macroscale in ambient conditions,it is considered an effective solution to reduce unnecessary energy and material losses. However, certain practical problems such as low load-bearing pressure, dependence on hydrogen ions, and relatively long running-in processes still limit its widespread application.Two-dimensional(2D)nano-additives with ultrathin longitudinal dimensions can lower the shear resistance between sliding solid surfaces, and thus further optimize the applied conditions. In this review, the latest studies on 2D nano-additives with a combination of various water-based lubricants in the state of superlubricity are reported, typically including black phosphorus(BP),graphene oxide(GO),and layered double hydroxide.During the sliding process, composite lubricants effectively improved the load capacity(up to 600 MPa),reduced wear, and accelerated the running-in period(within 1,000 s)of the liquid superlubricity system. Both macromechanical experiments and microscopic tests are conducted to precisely analyze various interactions at the interfaces of the nano-additives and solid surfaces. These interactions can be described as tribochemical reactions, physical protection, and adsorption enhancement, and improved wear resistance. This review provides better guidance for applying 2D nanomaterials in liquid superlubricity systems. | Hongdong WANG Yuhong LIU | 2020 | Friction2020,8,6: | 6
Monitoring and analysis of mining 3D deformation by multiplatform SAR images with the probability integral method显示文摘Only one-dimensional (1D)deformation along the radar line of sight (LOS)can be obtained using differential interferometry synthetic aperture radar (D-InSAR),and D-InSAR observation is insensitive to deformation in the north direction. This study inferred three-dimensional (3D)deformation of a mining subsidence basin by combining the north-south deformation predicted by a probability integral method with the LOS deformation obtained by D-InSAR.The 15235 working face in Fengfeng mining area (Hebei Province,China)was used as the object of study. The north-south horizontal movement was predicted by the probability integral method according to the site's geological and mining conditions. Then, the vertical and east-west deformation fields were solved by merging ascend-orbit RadarSAT-2, descend-orbit TerraSAR,and predicted north-south deformation based on a least squares method.Comparing with the leveling data, the results show that the vertical deformation accuracy of the experimental method is better than the inversed vertical deformation neglecting the horizontal deformation. Finally, the impact of the relationship between the azimuth of the working face and the SAR imaging geometry on the monitoring of the mining subsidence basin was analyzed. The results can be utilized in monitoring mining subsidence basins by single SAR image sources. | Meinan ZHENG Kazhong DENG Hongdong FAN Jilei HUANG | 2019 | Frontiers of Earth Science2019,13,1: | 4
The RALF1-FERONIA Complex Phosphorylates eIF4E1 to Promote Protein Synthesis and Polar Root Hair Growth显示文摘The molecular links between extracellular signals and the regulation of localized protein synthesis in plant cells are poorly understood. Here,we show that in Arabidopsis thaliana, the extracellular peptide RALF1 and its receptor, the FERONIA receptor kinase, promote root hair(RH)tip growth by modulating protein synthesis. We found that RALF1 promotes FERONIA-mediated phosphorylation of elF4E1,a eukaryotic translation initiation factor that plays a crucial role in the control of mRNA translation rate.Phosphorylated elF4E1 increases mRNA affinity and modulates mRNA translation and, thus, protein synthesis. The mRNAs targeted by the RALF1-FERONIA-elF4E1 module include ROP2 and RSL4,which are important regulators of RH cell polarity and growth.RALF1 and FERONIA are expressed in a polar manner in RHs,which facilitate elF4E1 polar丨ocalization and thus may control local f?OP2 translation. Moreover,we demonstrated that high-level accumulation of RSL4 exerts negative-feedback regulation of RALF1 expression by directly binding the RALF1 gene promoter, determining the final RH size. Our study reveals that the link between RALF1-FERONIA signaling and protein synthesis constitutes a novel component regulating cell expansion in these polar growing cells. | Sirui Zhu Jose Manuel Estevez Hongdong Liao Yonghua Zhu Tao Yang Chiyu Li Yichuan Wang Lan Li Xuanming Liu Javier Martinez Pacheco Hongwei Guo Feng Yu | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,5: | 3
Nematode-Encoded RALF Peptide Mimics Facilitate Parasitism of Plants through the FERONIA Receptor Kinase显示文摘The molecular mechanism by which plants defend against plant root-knot nematodes(RKNs)is largely unknown. The plant receptor kinase FERONIA and its peptide ligands, rapid alkalinization factors(RALFs),regulate plant immune responses and cell expansion, which are two important factors for successful RKN parasitism. In this study,we found that mutation of FERONIA in Arabidopsis thaliana resulted in plants showing low susceptibility to the RKN Meloidogyne incognita. To identify the underlying mechanisms associated with this phenomenon,we identified 18 novel RALF-likes from multiple species of RKNs and showed that two RALF-likes(i.e.,MiRALF1 and MiRALF3)from M.incognita were expressed in the esophageal gland with high expression during the parasitic stages of nematode development. These nematode RALF-likes also possess the typical activities of plant RALFs and can directly bind to the extracellular domain of FERONIA to modulate specific steps of nematode parasitism-related immune responses and cell expansion.Genetically, both MiRALF1/3 and FERONIA are required for RKN parasitism in Arabidopsis and rice.Collectively, our study suggests that nematode-encoded RALFs facilitate parasitism via plant-encoded FERONIA and provides a novel paradigm for studying host-pathogen interactions. | Xin Zhang Huan Peng Sirui Zhu Junjie Xing Xin Li Zhaozhong Zhu Jingyuan Zheng Long Wang Bingqian Wang Jia Chen Zhenhua Ming Ke Yao Jinzhuo Jian Sheng Luan Devin Coleman-Derr Hongdong Liao Yousong Peng Deliang Peng Feng Yu | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,10: | 3
Biochar can Increase Chinese Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)Yield,Decrease Nitrogen and Phosphorus Leaching Losses in Intensive Vegetable Soil显示文摘There are few evidences on the effect of biochar on vegetable yield, nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)leaching losses under intensive vegetable production soil. The current field plot scale study evaluated responses of Chinese cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.)yield,N and P leaching losses using five N treatments of common N application rate according to local farmers’practice(N100%),reducing 20%or 40%N fertilizer(N80%and N60%),and reducing 40%N fertilizer but incorporating 10 or 20 t/ha biochar(N60%+BC10 and N60%+BC20).Results showed that N80%and N60%decreased both the cabbage economic and leaf yields by 6.8%-36.3%and 27.4%-37.7%,respectively.Incorporation of biochar with reduced N fertilizer rates improved the cabbage yield,in particular the N60%+BC20 matched the yield that observed in N100%treatment.Enhanced N and P uptake capacities of cabbage shoot probably contributed the higher vegetable production under both biochar amendment schemes.Biochar application mitigated the NH_(4)^(+)-N and total P leaching losses by 20%-30%and 29%-32%,respectively,compared with their counterpart treatment N60%.Nevertheless,biochar exerted no influence on the NO_(3)^(-)-N leaching. In addition, soil organic matter content was recorded with 7.4%-28.7%higher following 10-20 t/ha biochar application. In conclusion, biochar application can increase economic yield of cabbage via increasing N and P use efficiency, decrease N and P leaching losses, and improve soil quality in an intensive vegetable production system. | Haijun Sun Paramsothy Jeyakumar Hongdong Xiao Xuewen Li Jiayou Liu Min Yu Prabal Bir Jung Rana Weiming Shi | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,1: | 3
Tribological properties of novel palygorskite nanoplatelets used as oil-based lubricant additives显示文摘Layered palygorskite(PAL),commonly called attapulgite,is a natural inorganic clay mineral composed of magnesium silicate. In this study,an aqueous miscible organic solvent treatment method is adopted to prepare molybdenum-dotted palygorskite(Amo-PMo)nanoplatelets,which greatly improved the specific surface area of PAL and the dispersion effect in an oil-based lubricant system.Their layered structure and size were confirmed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and atomic force microscopy.Following a tribological test lubricated with three additives(PAL,organic molybdenum(SN-Mo),and Amo-PMo),it was found that the sample of 0.5 wt%Amo-PMo exhibited the best tribological properties with a coefficient of friction of 0.09.Moreover,the resulting wear scar diameter and wear volume of the sliding ball surface were 63%and 49.6%of those lubricated with base oil, respectively. Its excellent lubricating performance and self-repairing ability were mainly attributed to the generated MoS2 adsorbed on the contact surfaces during the tribochemical reaction, thereby effectively preventing the direct collision between asperities on sliding solid surfaces.Thus,as-prepared Amo-PMo nanoplatelets show great potential as oil-based lubricant additives, and this study enriches the existing application of PAL in industry. | Kunpeng WANG Huaichao WU Hongdong WANG Yuhong LIU Lv YANG Limei ZHAO | 2021 | Friction2021,9,2: | 3
Development and application of tumor-targeting magnetic nanoparticles FA-StNP@Fe_2O_3 for hyperthermia显示文摘Modified magnetic starch nanoparticles (FA-StNP@Fe2O3) were synthesized by conjugating folic acid (FA-PEG-NH2) onto the surface of magnetic starch nanoparticles (StNP@Fe2O3) prepared by reverse microemulsion method. The synthesized FA-StNP@Fe2O3 was investigated by transmission electron microscopy and zeta potential analysis. The average size of its well dispersed particles was 250 nm. The iron concentration of 2 mg/g was detected by phenanthroline method. Placing FA-StNP@Fe2O3 nanoparticles in the alternating magnetic field for 30 min resulted in an increase in the suspension temperature from ambient temperature (37℃) to a value between 42℃ and 43℃. Co-cultured nanoparticles and Hela cell line or normal HUEC-12 cell line, and the biological effects at the cellular level were investigated in the alternating magnetic field using MTT assay, Hochest-PI double staining and flow cytometry analysis. Experimental results showed that FA-StNP@Fe2O3 within acertain concentration range has no obvious effect on cell proliferation. When treated in the magnetic field, apoptosis rate on Hela induced by FA-StNP@Fe2O3 was 13.4%. Prussian blue staining analysis confirmed that the nanoparticles modified with folic acid had improved ability in tumor cell-targeting, and therefore, potential applications in biomedical and magnetocaloric areas. It is expected be applied in tumor targeting therapy in the near future. | ZHENG YuanQing TONG ChunYi WANG Bei XIE Ying LIAO HongDong LI Dan LIU XuanMing | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,17: | 3
Functional modules with disease discrimination abilities for various cancers显示文摘Selecting differentially expressed genes(DEGs) is one of the most important tasks in microarray applications for studying multi-factor diseases including cancers. However, the small samples typically used in current microarray studies may only partially reflect the widely altered gene expressions in complex diseases, which would introduce low reproducibility of gene lists selected by statistical methods. Here,by analyzing seven cancer datasets,we showed that,in each cancer,a wide range of functional modules have altered gene expressions and thus have high disease classification abilities. The results also showed that seven modules are shared across diverse cancers, suggesting hints about the common mechanisms of cancers. Therefore, instead of relying on a few individual genes whose selection is hardly reproducible in current microarray experiments,we may use functional modules as functional signatures to study core mechanisms of cancers and build robust diagnostic classifiers. | YAO Chen ZHANG Min ZOU JinFeng LI HongDong WANG Dong ZHU Jing GUO Zheng | 2011 | Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,2: | 3
Coordination engineering of cobalt phthalocyanine by functionalized carbon nanotube for efficient and highly stable carbon dioxide reduction at high current density显示文摘Coordination engineering can enhance the activity and stability of the catalyst in heterogeneous catalysis. However, the axial coordination engineering between different groups on the carbon carrier and molecular catalysts in the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)has been studied rarely.Through coordination engineering strategy,a series of amino(NH_(2)),hydroxyl(OH),and carboxyl(COOH)groups functionalized carbon nanotubes(CNT)immobilized cobalt phthalocyanine(CoPc)catalysts are designed.Compared with no groups,OH groups and COOH groups,NH_(2)groups can effectively change the coordination environment of the central metal Co,thereby significantly increasing the turnover frequency(TOF)(31.4 s^(-1)at-0.6 V vs.RHE,CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT>CoPc/OH-CNT>CoPc/COOH-CN>CoPc/CNT).In the flow cell, the CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst has high carbon monoxide(CO)selectivity at high current density(~100%at-225 mA·cm^(-2),~96%at-351 mA·cm^(-2)).Importantly,the CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst can operate stably for 100 h at 225 mA·cm^(-2).Theoretical calculations reveal that CoPc/NH_(2)-CNT catalyst is beneficial to the formation of^(*)COOH and desorption of^(*)CO,thus promoting CO_(2)RR.This work provides an excellent platform for understanding the effect of coordination engineering on electrocatalytic performance and promotes a way to explore efficient and stable catalysts in other applications. | Hongdong Li Yue Pan Zuochao Wang Yaodong Yu Juan Xiong Haoyang Du Jianping Lai Lei Wang Shouhua Feng | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 2
Diabetic kidney disease treated with a modified Shenzhuo formula derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine:a case report显示文摘INTRODUCTION: Diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease. DKD seriously affects the quality of life of patients and brings heavy economic burden to the country. At present, the pathogenesis of DKD is not entirely clear, and clinical treatment is mainly to control blood glucose and lower blood pressure and urine protein. However, the clinical effect is not satisfactory.CASE PRESENTATION: A female patient, aged 72 years, first visited our hospital endocrinology clinic, and was diagnosed with DKD. She suffered from fatigue, cold sensation in the lower extremities, convulsion of the lower limbs and frequent urination at night. She had a dark purple tongue with white and yellow fur and sublingual varices. Accessory examinations showed that her fasting blood glucose was 5.7 mmol/L, serum creatinine 159 μmol/L,blood urea nitrogen 13.6 μmol/L, blood uric acid493 μmol/L, and blood pressure 138/65 mm Hg.The patient received Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of the modified Shenzhuo formula[Huangqi(Radix Astragali Mongolici), Dahuang(Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati), Shuizhi(Hirudo) and Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)] for 7 years and achieved good results.CONCLUSION: This case provides a specific treatment plan and an effective reference for clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating DKD. This may be an alternative treatment for DKD. | Guo Jing Zhen Hongdong Zhao Xiyan Zhao Linhua Tong Xiaolin | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,6: | 2

Simulation and experiment of a transplanting mechanism for sweet potato seedlings with ‘boat-bottom’ transplanting trajectory显示文摘Planting on mulched soil is the main cultivation mode for sweet potato slips in spring in northern China. The‘boatbottom’planting method can bring high quantity and similar size for sweet potatoes. In this study,a mechanism for transplanting sweet potato seedlings on mulched was proposed, which could realize‘boat-bottom’transplanting trajectory and improve the planting efficiency. The virtual prototype model of the transplanting mechanism was constructed using ADAMS software,a soil particle model and a flexible body model of sweet potato seedling were established using EDEM software, and then a joint simulation was carried out to find out the interaction of mechanism, seedling and soil.By simulation, the trajectory of the clamping point, the sweet potato seedling posture, soil particles, pits, and relative force were all analyzed, which verified the rationality of the transplanting mechanism design. Finally, three kinds of sweet potato seedlings, watermelon red,Yan-25,and purple sweet potato seedlings were selected, and transplanting experiments were carried out on the mulch to verify that the theoretical trajectory, the simulated trajectory, and the actual trajectory were consistent. The transplanting success rates of the three kinds of sweet potato seedlings were all above 85%,indicating that different varieties of sweet potato seedlings had little effect on the transplanting effect of the mechanism, which reflected that the transplanting mechanism had good practicability and adaptability. | Yuanyuan Shao Hongdong Zhang Guantao Xuan Tao Zhang Xianlu Guan Fuhui Wang | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3: | 1
